We host ladies night socials in SWFL and decided to try CAVO on Saturday, June 22nd. Having spoken to the manager several times, we reserved seating for our group of 30 ladies. We arrived at 7:05 pm and were assigned only one server. By 7:40 pm, the server was still taking drink orders, so I requested the front desk to assign another server, and they did. However, what shocked us was that both servers assigned to us were new and had no idea about the menu. One of them couldnt even spell the menu items, and I had to dictate the spelling of each item. She didnt know what a flight is, and I had to explain it to her, even though its mentioned in their bar menu. One would expect the restaurant/bar to provide proper training before hiring people.Our food order taking was done by 8 pm. We waited for our food to arrive, only to get another surprise: the server forgot to write the table number with the food orders. So, she had to take everyones order again at 8:05 pm. One of the ladies with us ordered a burrata salad, and it took 40 minutes to arrive because the server accidentally gave it to another party.While the food, drinks, and music were amazing, the service was beyond horrendous. All I can say is that I am never going back, nor will any of the ladies from our group.

Great atmosphere to see bands perform. Good dancefloor space. The charcuterie board was enjoyed by my family and friends.The only complaint would be the fact that we were there for over 5 hours and our server did not check in on us. After the board and carafe of water were dropped off, she disappeared. The server didnt even drop off our check so we could pay. Ended up having to bother the crew behind the bar so someone could figure out how to help us. We get that it was really busy, but still check in especially if wanting to get paid. I dont like giving a low number of stars, however, being honest with my experiences is important. We ended up having to stop somewhere else to get dinner.

04/05/2023One of those spots not frequently in the area with live music and a perfect combination of beautiful peoples and good vibes.Great service by the bartender and always ready for you at the time you require them.I havent tasted the food, but maybe its not for me the spot to have dinner in.Congratulations to the musicians and the full-time dancer.

Fantastic place to kick it with a date or friends. Awesome drinks and extensive wine list. The live music 🎵🎶 was on point with classic Disco and a lite mix of Country music. Super friendly staff. Very modern decor with sweet ambient lighting throughout. The patios are large and spacious with plenty of patio heaters.

Went with a group specifically to support the band last night. First time there. Loved the atmosphere, the service was great, the food was nothing special. I didn’t like my Caesar salad but my friend got the charcuterie board that looked good. The bathroom was nice and clean. Small dance area, and the workers kept walking through all the people dancing so not sure if it’s really a dance area. Overall our group had fun.

We had the Filet Migon and Wagu Hamburger- Both were excellent and delicious. Service was also top notch, kind, courteous and timely.

Shame on you Cavo. Legally serving us customers for 5 hours and then a person in our group trips and falls, they get MANHANDLED for being drunk, and then dragged out of the establishment by a power hungry bouncer. I have never seen such an act of aggression by security followed by a sweep in by an equally aggressive CC officer Banyan. This is Naples? You would have thought we were outright trouble. A group of 5 older professionals treated like this. While allowing barely legal customers in? Never again, shame on you.

Omg don’t go here. Legit the worst service due to understaff and the music sucks big time. There’s soooo many better places to go to where you are happy paying $16 with tip for a glass of wine you have to scream for.

The best restaurant, nightclub in Naples to have a great time, the music 🎶 and the service 10 out of 10

They close at 2am but the security will physically pick you up and throw you out if you dont finish your overpriced drink at 1:55. Bunch of clowns.

I like this place a lot. The DJs here actually put in effort to play newer songs and combine different songs that go really well together! Love that. Unfortunately the drinks are quite pricey and not strong enough.

My favorite place in Naples, but summers are brutal. Not sure why they dont fix their AC or put some fans. Unless they fix it they will have to wait till the end of summer. The amount of business the loose to nextdoor just because their AC is not working

They have a policy that is applied unevenly. My friend whos black was told to remove his fitted cap. But a white man who had a cowboy hat on wasnt told to remove his hat. They also told non black people to remove their fitted hats. But why are different hats allowed? Makes no sense

The atmosphere is pretty awesome. The portions, while small, are DELICIOUS! I had the ceviche trio, and my fiance had the calimari. Both were excellent, though the chili sauce with the trio, while spicy, felt like it was missing something. If you are there with friends, the small plates are perfect. Just enough food to munch on while you chat and drink. Its a bit pricey overall but its honestly worth it.

Cavo Lounge hosted a Wine Tasters of Naples Happy Hour Friday night and they left no stone unturned in their attention to our 50+ guests. The food served was generous portions and delicious and the beverages were mighty fine, too! Thanks Billy, Zoey, Allie, and Sara, as well as General Manager Mike for making our event one of our 2022 favorites. Since we do these events weekly all over town, I believe I can safely say - among our top 5 faves! With so many great venues in Naples, thats a high bar!

Food was good, and so was service. Nothing here really blew my mind to say I need to come back here, but it is an experience. Better to go to happy hour to compensate for the overcharge on prices. For example an known popular sake bottle, which goes for 37$ in store was selling for 200. Like huh? But typical Miami hustle. Not worth it to me but a nice fancy 4th or 5th date option.

This place is very shady with final bill.They automatically add 25% tip, It’s their policy the manager say. NOT WITH MY MONEY

This is the second time that I go here and both times have been a terrible time due to management. They are incredibly rude. The drinks are terrible and overpriced. The music is mid. Definitely don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a good time.

Came to Cavo Lounge for happy hour and am glad we did. Wow. First off, order a mule flight. Youll thank me later. The food is SO good, too. Plenty of seating, lots of room and the vibe is great. It feels like a legit lounge you would find in New York or Las Vegas. The staff here is incredible, too. Glad we found this place. We will be back and often. Cheers!

Wonderful experience for a fun night out. Lance was so pleasantand definitely made us feel safe. That Coral Stone Band played everything we love. We will be back !!!

Passed by last night and had a great time! It was a slower night in terms of crowd but the DJ had the people dancing! Best part was that women drink free till 11, which was awesome - got to save some $$$ :) will def be going back on a Friday

I went here with my friend recently on vacation. The best part of my experience here was the live music they had playing. The band was awesome. On the other hand, the service was terrible. I placed an order from our waiter for food and drinks. The food never came and the drink arrived 40 minutes later. It was not even busy when we got there. The only reason I stayed was because of the live music.

CAVO LOUNGE offers it all. Great food, drinks and an upscale atmosphere. Your staff is so very professional, especially Lance and Cristal. They make it easier to have an enjoyable evening out.

Cavo is a fun place! Im part of one of the bands that play there. The food is excellent & bar tenders are phenomenal!

Men had to pay $10 to enter an empty club to buy an overpriced drink. Crowd, atmosphere, DJs, service, all got 1 star. Disappointed is an understatement.

I cannot rave enough about what a great time me and my girlfriends had at Cavo Lounge! Rich, our VIP host, gave our night an elevated feel! He made our night so carefree and memorable. He was attentive and sent us a bottle of champagne, checked on us to make sure EVERYTHING was PERFECT, and even had a bouncer nearby to keep our group private. All my girlfriends were talking about what a great night we had the next day! Thank you, Rich, for taking such great care of us and making sure our night was one for the books! We cannot wait to come back again and do this all over again!

Love the look of this club and the bartenders here! The outside area with the lights and tables are such a vibe and really set the mood for the night. Everyone is so friendly from security to the lovely door ladies. The music is always great and changes up each weekend. Definitely a spot to check out.

An accident waiting to happen. Smoke cannon sprayed directly in my eyes and left me injured.... attempted to inform staff and was shrugged off and told theyve been there for years with no problems . Watched it hit two other women in the face and the response was the manager is just going to say to move(we already had) and face the other way when dancing . Absolutely repulsive

Always so happy with Gage as our bartender!! He always makes our drinks the way we love it, is super friendly and fun!! Great Place to dance & socialize. although I have heard of some eerie issues as of late.I wouldnt write it off because of some freak incident. The location is very safe & secure. Maybe could use more security.Mercato in general is an amazing place to visit. Stop in to Cavo & make up your own mind. Ive visited a dozen times or more throughout the years & always have fun.

This was my first time going to Cavo and was loving the vibe and the drinks. The bar staff was friendly and did phenomenal on making me and my wife’s drinks. Now I’ve been to clubs all around the world, but I have never been so uncomfortable and disrespected by a security staff in a club like that before. Please get your security team in check because I know I’m not the only one. Safety is definitely #1 priority in any place/situation but this was just uncalled for.

Lance Armstrong is the Best Manager so far in In all Mercato He is always welcoming. His staff is great. Food is much better. Entertainment is always fabulous.Thank you all.

Sitting here in court and 2 separate cases are related to this place and restraining orders from people buying to many drinks from this establishment. Getting Drunk then the cops called on them by management for disorderly conduct. Great way to treat your clients.

We took friends to Cavo tonight . We were treated with terrible service. We ordered after about 15-20 minute of a wait to be even noticed. Each dinner came out separately , my dinner came wrong and they took it back. It never came back. We had to contact numerous people to see where my meal was at.. Finally after literally and hour and 45 minutes they finally received my dinner. Our friends had WARM. beer. Had to get a glass of ice to pour the beer in to make it at least a little cold. Finally we received our meals and they all came out separately. Not a way to serve food !!!!!!!Our bill came and the manager came over he took off my sandwich.They charged us for 3 glasses of wine which we ordered during happy hour which was half price but charged full price. Not really any kind of i am sorry for this . This place has no clue on how to run a restaurant.The band was good and they could not wait to get us out of there instead of really apologizing and making things right by us.Steer clear of this place for dining and drinks. We eat out alot and this might have been my worst experience ever.We all paid full price for everything but my sandwich 2 hours to get food and it came out separately . Warm beer terrible service and food.

So the food was good but our waitress was awful. Brought only 1 table setting and when asked for another she seemed annoyed and never brought it. She left the menus on our table and on her other tables. Then we asked for more water and she never brought it. She never asked if we needed anything or how we liked the food. However the live band was great! It was a great place to try again but with a different waitress.

We were there on vacation and had the BEST service. SK was so friendly, warm and welcoming. She took the time to make sure we were taken care of. Her service was so fast and she was just hustling! No mistakes, always a smile . When we go back in the spring, we will make sure to seek her out. Shes a gem! :)

Naples does not have much of a night life. Spent $100 for cover charge, 4 drinks, and tip. Very mid service and DJ. This club is suitable for people ages 35+

The music and the place are nice, but unfortunately their customer service is terrible. They Lost my credit card at the bar and after a long wait I had to ask for the manager of the place to make the bartender and the server looked for it. After 1 hour of stress and bad attitude they pulled the card from behind the counter.

Bartenders must make a lot of money without having to be pleasant. Rude male bartender never smiled once in the 2 hours I was there. Acted like he was doing everyone a favor getting them a drink. Never thanked anyone for tips. I was told the female at the other bar was not better. Too many other places to go

First club I ever went to in Naples and loved it. The drinks are good, the bathrooms are clean, the workers are super welcoming. We started off with a table and Zoe was my server & she was super sweet. Made sure I enjoyed my time & I loved it, would definitely go again.

Went for my best friends 40th birthday and we had the best night. Rich who works there made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of visiting Cavo and had a remarkable experience! The employees were all so friendly! Allee was our server who made us feel special the entire evening. She was kind, thoughtful, and efficient! The calamari and the Greek kebabs were amazing! We look forward to visiting again soon.

Wine Tasters had their Friday night group at Cavo last week. The service bartenders waitresses were wonderful and to attentive to all of us. A shout out to Billy the Manager he provided us with an awesome night of fun he was so accommodating to us. Hopefully Wine Tasters will host at Cavo again in the very near future . We had a great time.

Love this place. We love bartender Kat. Great drinks, service, food, atmosphere and dancing. Good for date night,Or friends and late at night night-clubbing. Beautiful outdoor seating areas also. Good location, great for people watching too. Class act and love the open air feel.

Cavo is a beautiful lounge with indoor and beautiful outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the warm Naples weather and bonus perk... people watching!Excellent service and cocktails. What we love best though is the food! They have a small, but great menu. Some of our favorites are the Roasted Cauliflower (I could drink the sauce), a thick juicy Wagyu Burger topped with an egg and loaded with fixings, and their gourmet grilled cheese is also a treat.They often have live music, so tons of fun to dance and enjoy the Naples locals and visitors cutting loose. This is a must see lounge. Dont forget to swing by BURN for a dance and nightcap!

Cavo Lounge hosted “Wine Tasters of Naples” Friday and did an amazing job accommodating our large group. Billy and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our event went smoothly. The food, service and atmosphere were perfect for a fun night out! We will be back for sure. Thank you all and a special thanks to the general Manager Mike who agreed to host us.

I went there Saturday night and people who were checking IDs were ignoring the line and talking to themselves for the longest time while about 15 people left the club. Finally got in at at some point the bouncers where walking around and literally pushing people out of the way while there was clearly room for them to walk around the patrons. They seemed like they wanted to stir trouble with people who have been drinking all night and did not care. Horrible place to be at. Had a lousy time and do not recommend this place whatsoever. A place should make people feel welcomed and safe and certainly not instigate anything.

I do hope the manager reads this and responds.I remember Cavo when it was first being ready to open in the summer of 2015. It opened shortly after and was the best place to be. My wife and I would go there every weekend when in Naples. The layout was awesome, the outside was open, the seating was plentiful, the service was great, and the food menu was amazing. The people that went to Cavo were dressed to kill and everybody just looked very good and attractive. The music was great and the dance floor was packed.Over the years Cavo made the decision to transform itself to emulate a pool club in Las Vegas. The outside became closed off and the seating suffered. The food menu vanished as did the quality. The service got worse and worse.I just wish the old Cavo would come back.

Oh what a night! Wednesday nights with the Robert Williamson band, a three hour dance party! The street tacos and spanikopita pinwheels were delicious, the atmosphere was electric and everyone came to dance and have a great time! We will be back💃

Beautiful atmosphere. Lovely hostess and servers. Good music. Nice location. Its a little on the pricey side, but that is expected due to the location. I recommend going for happy hour when the prices are more reasonable. If cigar smoke bothers you, choose a table inside because the patio faces Burn, the cigar bar, and you will be enveloped in smoke while you eat. I like the drink menu - they were the first in the area to serve Moscow Mules. Everything Ive ordered to eat there was very good. The zucchini chips were surprisingly addictive.

Staff was friendly but clearly new and in active training. Floor supervisor was great. Charcuterie board was great! Good drinks, well made. Manager should stay in the office. Overall experience was 8 of 10

Cavo is a great spot I visit frequently to have a few happy hour drinks & apps, or to party until close on the weekends. The staff always takes care of us, ask for Allee if you want fantastic service! If you’re looking to have a good time come here!

Be careful at this place. New years eve a young man was reported missing at the police station after three calls to the restaurant to please search for him once they had cleared out. They claimed that they searched and that nobody was left there. However, in the morning he was found sleeping on their patio. The complete disregard for the concerned family members looking for this young man is hard to believe. If this young man had needed hospitalization due to having been overserved, this restaurant would be looking at serious consequences.

I made a reservation about a month ago at a restaurant at Mercado and I confirm before the event and they told us just come everything is fine, but when we got there they told us they manager forgot to schedule enough staff and we had to have the singles mixer somewhere else. Plan B. I went to Cavo and I spoke with Tim and he was more than happy to help us. We had about 25_30 people. The staff were awesome. Food taste great and the place look beautiful... Thank you so much to all the Cavo s staff because everyone had an awesome time... Thank you so much.. I recommend Cavo to anyone that enjoy great food, music, view and friendly staff... Once again thank you...

Went on a Saturday night and the guitar guy was fabulous. Drinks were good but I wished they asked you what type of alcohol you wanted instead of just pouring bar brands. 4 stars for the guitar guy and 1 star off for the lack luster bar service.

Getting in was the only issue we had due to dress code and rather than telling the person in our group what the problem was they just said they couldnt get in. Stood outside for a few minutes and noticed other people similarly dressed so we went to the other door guy and asked what the problem was. He mentioned no hats and to remove a leather coat and that was it. We went back in line and the original door guy said everything was fine. Once inside it was great, good drinks, good music and great vibes

Had a massage n wanted a quick bite. Sat at the bar dinner time on a Friday n bar is open seating. Sat no problem. Staff friendly n food yummy. Just had a Philly cheese steak n being from Philly I have to say they did a good job n even had hot peppers on it. A nice place to hang n music later. Happy hour specials until 8. Cant beat it. Seating outside but entire bar has big open windows so even if you are seated inside you are enjoying the beautiful night.

Our server, Allee, was amazing!!! She made sure that we were well taken care of all night & really made the experience great. She will be the reason we will be coming back!!! The food was incredible too- the grilled cheese was the BEST!!!

Went in a week ago for some drinks with friends. SK was my server and she was so fun and a lil firecracker! She’d get 5 stars on her own, but I’m giving 4 because some other servers were a bit rude and ignored us for a long time

The drinks are a little over-engineered here. I get that the gastro-bar vibe is in, but honestly both of the drinks we got just didnt taste like something i wanted to finish and for a $15-20 drink Id like to at least enjoy it. I dont think it was poorly made, I just dont know that whoever taste-tested the menu gave honest feedback.The bartender was friendly enough.They also allow smoking. There was a group of gentlemen directly across the bar from us who were smoking cigars, and they had a lot of the tables around other areas closed so it made the whole experience that much less pleasant.Not leaving a bad rating, because its mostly just a not for me type of place, but it could be a hit for someone else.

This spot is a wonderful place in Naples! I am so happy that we are lucky to have it here in Naples! For starters the happy hour deal is amazing! The food is wonderful and reasonably priced! The drinks are delicious, so much to choose from! I love everything about my experience here. Then it turns into a nightclub, and the DJ is amazing! I am telling you mothers bought the napal the music is not so great, but the DJ here keeps the music going and keeps the music fresh! I definitely recommend coming here please check it out in the daytime and in the nighttime.

Security did not check id on entrance because they were to busy talking to guests and gave me entrance without checking my id, later after starting a tab on their bar and having some drinks the security followed by the manager aproach me to kick me out without any other explanation than telling me that they did not check my id on entrance funny because they thid check two forms of id before taking the decision of kicking me and my friends out but making sure I paid their overpriced drinks on my way out. Congrats on the great managment and for the good attitude.Pd: Im never coming back!

Nice spot in Mercado Plaza in Naples. Food was good and plentiful servings. The drinks were ok, but nothing to write home about and a bit pricey. We sat outside in the patio area and it was a little warm. I would suggest adding more fans. Our table was in the end with no fan.

Choose 4 of the 5 unique Mule recipes they offer for such a low price. I literally received 4 full size (in my opinion) drinks, and they were delicious!,The womens restroom could use a thorough cleaning and a rehab.

Not too bad of a place. But I must say, unless its happy hour, their drinks are pretty overpriced considering what kind of place they are. It feels a lot like a college bar with sophisticated bar prices. Other than that, not too shabby. Nice, pretty clean, security is good, etc

The bartenders at Cavo Lounge are horrible. Angela made the drinks dangerously strong. The first cosmopolitan cocktail was like TNT. It was the strongest I had ever tried. I don’t know if this is a tactic to get people so buzzed that they just order another drink to pay for. I even ordered an appetizer and was given another cosmopolitan, that Angela had told another bartender, I believe Heidi, to give me. It was apparent that I was already drunk. Not to mention I was alone and I had to drive home. I had 2 cosmopolitans in total and I could not even walk without holding onto a rail for support. Thank God I made it home alive. I was so sick the next day! It was a horrible experience. People go out to enjoy themselves but this doesn’t mean you should get them drunk. I have had a cosmopolitan at other restaurants and that never happened. Several weeks ago, I was at the Blue Martini and ordered the same drink...it was not dangerously strong. Maybe the Manager at Cavo Lounge should assess the bartenders mixology skills to ensure they make the drinks not to their discretion for whatever reason, but how it is supposed to be made! Thank You.

We called at 10:30 for reservation and they said is all full and can’t do any reservation. They said to come after 11:30 when will be free entry. We came at 11:00 and wait on the line for 40 minutes when they said if we want to enter need to pay $60/person, nothing included. Awful Awful Awful!!!!!! If you come to Naples , better choose Blue Martini. They are a lot better and more serious. Bad Bad Bad. We will never comeback only because was a not serious management. A seriously company never will do that. .........

I received the wrong drink and tried to ask for a replacement. Bartender refused. I had to ask another bartender who was moderately more reasonable but the whole ordeal put a damper on the night. Security guards were friendly. Much better places in Mercado with no cover so we probably wont return.

Great party spot. Gets crowded on dance floor. Food is good. My girlfriends and I celebrated her birthday here and we had a great time. You have to tip dj to play specific songs.

I have been to this place several times and I have enjoyed the drinks alot made by Alexandra who really knows how to prepare them very well. The food is good and the decor is very nice. Happy hours start from the time they open to I believe 7pm which all is half price so it is not expensive if you take advantage ...happy life, Enjoy!

We had a group of 7 with us and wanted to sit outside at a tall table. We walked right in and if you get there before 8 then there are happy hour prices on almost everything. It is all tapas and so we ordered about 8 different plates some two of some. Everything was fabulous!

Nice Bar with a indoor/outdoor atmosphere and a decent dance floor. Seems like a local hangout, with a varied age crowd. The DJs were really on point keeping their mixes fresh and changing up the genres of music enough to keep the dance floor packed. No doubt well be back.

Bouncer and management racially profiled my friend.There was no problem for 10 other females in our group who were white, but she had to show her facebook in order to be let in on top of being 28 and having a valid florida license. We spent 1500$+ here for VIP. Please educate your staff and ensure this never happens again.

The venue is beautiful and it attracts a beautiful crowd. But the music selection is from a 2012 mega party mix. Born and raised in Naples but I’ve lived in Orlando and Philadelphia and the music selection in the local bars and clubs offer way more up to date house music. Why aren’t we playing some Kaytranda, be more experimental with the music. I felt like I stepped back in time. This could be a hot spot for Naples 35 and under if they were willing to play a more updated playlist. These cities are experimental with their music, this bar played it safe.

I think this is my second review of Cavo.I cant say enough about the service and the staff and the food and Martin at the piano.OUTSTANDING!Very personable everyone. The food is fantastic and the prices are reasonable.Again Martin at the piano is not to be missed

I’m not a crazy Covid police or anything but I was extremely uncomfortable at this place the other night. Not a SINGLE employee was wearing a mask... not the bartender making our drinks, waitress serving our food, wouldn’t be surprised if the cooks weren’t wearing masks either. While the food was good, the experience was negative due to the big crowd and no masks. I will not be coming back any time soon or at least during the pandemic.

My server Allee M was amazing. Her eyes glowed it was impeccable. I asked for the best drink they could make and it was amazing. Overall fantastic experience.

Cavo Lounge was red hot and very, very spicy. Great spot with awesome music beautiful people and a vibe that was nonstop.The groove was just over the top....couldnt stop, couldnt get enough 🕺🕺

Some of the RUDEST staff. The owner is extremely rude. The hostesses & bar staff were lovely, but whatever young woman runs the vip section or manages it, needs a reality check. She is probably around 21, and me being in my mid 30s could not believe the way she spoke to myself & other customers. Extremely childish & unprofessional. Don’t waste your time

Manager Jason has the greatest hospitality and was very kind. The staff was very friendly and all were very professional. Thank you Jason from Chuchi and Justin the food was amazing. Your establishment is very beautiful and well kept. Enjoy your everything what a wow experience.

Allee is the best server at Cavo lounge. She’s beautiful funny and probably the best server I’ve ever had in my whole entire life! 10/10 would recommend Cavo lounge and request Allee if u want amazing service

Cavo is one of my favorite spots to eat/drink in Mercato, happy hour 7 days a week too! The staff is amazing and always makes sure to take great care of us. Sit in Allees section if you want to have a good time!

I had the best mango mule and penne ale vodka!! In addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful waitress, Allee. She had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency.

I have spent $50,000 here at the minimum. I was forced out by the neck for hitting my nicotine vaporizer. The bouncers that I have talked to dozens of times, and the owner I have talked to every time I purchase bottle service, told me to get lost. I understand rules. I don’t understand unreasonable force and zero customer appreciation. I will spend my money elsewhere and the owner can blame himself for the poor judgement and lack of recognition.

Cool vibe here. Good for happy hour or for a night out. Drinks are pricey though, it is Naples after all. $12 bucks for a vodka drink after paying a cover to get in is a bit ridiculous to me (women are free, however my fiancé had to pay $10 to get in).

Waiter took very long to check on us. Food and drinks were good. When we received our check back, another waiter came out, places check on table, and just left without saying anything. Good food, service can be a bit better.

I’ve always had an enjoyable experience purchasing a booth and bottle at Cavo. The patrons are friendly, the service is attentive, but not overly so, and the security staff is observant, not letting shady people into the club or back through the rope where the tables are. If you’re in Naples and are looking for fun night life, look no further than Cavo Lounge!

Our favorite in Naples. We go early so there is plenty of social distancing. Great happy hour. Food is better than your average bar food with a good variety.

Nice to see that even on a Sunday evening they featured a piano player… and he was fantastic. Regardless of the artist he was covering he was pot on. The service from the manager to the waitress was also top-notch. The food was also great… form the spicy tuna tartare to the crispy calamari plate …including the cauliflower. The maple-miso glazed brussel sprouts seemed a tad overdone however still really good. Highly recommend.

If you’re a wine lover on a budget their happy hour menu was made for you! Fried zucchini chips are the bomb. We love sitting at the outside bar area for date night.

For a Friday night, it was pumping! The music by the DJ keep everyone on their dance floor almost all night long. CAVO LOUNGE is super elegant and vibrant. I liked it.

Great place to eat and hang out, music was awesome. Service was great at the bar. Another night we sat on patio and service was really slow, maybe more waitresses would be good on busy nights.

Extremely over priced drinks that may or may not be mixed with rubbing alcohol? Decent music but Id love to hear something current every now and then. Theres also far too many older (45+) single men there who just sit and creep.

This place would be absolutely great if it wasn’t for their incompetent bouncers. They couldn’t understand what a passport was, let alone the current year. Denying business with a total of 10 people there is not a very profitable model

No employees wear masks. I understand some business choose not to have staff wear, but felt very uncomfortable and left after not seeing a server for a good while. Had to ask 3 times for heater to be turned on and never was. Disappointed local, as I have always enjoyed Cavo, but under these times, I felt very uncomfortable.

Nice place to chill. Drinks from the menu are okay. Atmosphere is impeccable. We sat outside. Service was good. Music was playing inside. Awesome!

Allee is my favorite server by far. Her bright spirit lights up my day. Cavo is a great place to dance and cherish great moments with your family and friends.

Not really my cup of tea. The menu was not appealing to me; however, because I was as hosting friends from out of town, and that was what they wanted, I obliged. The service was exceptional, but there really wasnt anything I wanted to eat from their menu.

Fun night, music was good, crowd a mix of different age groups, drinks good but priced on the high side.

Very rude bartender. I understand what it is like to be behind a busy bar (I am in the business too) but there was no reason for her behavior. Manager didnt seem to care. I should have gone to Blue Martini.

Great staff and atmosphere, happy hour runs from 3:30 to 7 every day for a restaurant experience. Later hours on the weekend turn the place into a 2 bar nightclub. Highly recommended

Nice place to hang out in boring naples but bouncers will ask at the door for money to let you in$100 per person will skip any line….“To cavo reply”Every one, the manager, bouncer, all!are involved in the $100 to skip line deal….Hopefully there will be other clubs in naples soon.

Enjoyed Ladies night a week ago. Sat at the bar and had martinis and the aIta!Ian meats and cheeses! Very good food and drinks thenstaff was superb! Will make a return visit.

Hands down best club at mercato..we are actually planning on having our wedding after party here..drinks are always on point,staff is great and the dj will have u moving all night long!! Highly recommend!

If I could give this place a half a star rating. I have I only been to this place one time and in that one night they charge an abysmal 10 dollar cover (for absolutely zero live music) played the most obnoxious music Ive ever heard inside of a club, gave me the most overpriced watered-down drink I have ever paid for at a bar, and to top it all off They confiscated an extremely expensive e-cigarette that a friend of mine was using all before kicking us out. Mind you I am all in favor of not vaping inside of businesses, but stealing someones property? The thing is, I would have never written this review if I hadnt been treated so shittily by Jason, who I want to assume is a manager but based on his customer service skills I would be surprised if he was a busboy.After asking if I could retrieve my device for monetary compensation, he walked off into back for 10 minutes during which I saw him doing all sorts of other stuff. And I get it, Im not this guys priority, and hes a manager, but it doesnt take ten minutes to ask if theres a stack for confiscated items, while Im sitting out frony waiting. And all Jason deems worthy for my time is a head shake from across the room. My bottom line? Just go to blue martini. These clowns dont know how to hire DJs or Security staff, do not support them.

Expect to meet a young and vibed up crowd and a bit of prunes lol and a bit of hustle and bustle to get that drink... trendy music, hip hop, R&B, house, latino and techno music to keep that night going. Im not sure why the liquor prices are so high though but... business is business I guess and this is ONE of the only vibes on a weekend in Naples - Florida for the young at heart.

Will never come to this place again, and definitely not for fake Halloween contest. False advertisement/scammers, their marketing for a $1,000 prize winner Halloween costume contest but in reality its a guy writing down names at the door and choosing his friends or perhaps people that are connected to the club to win. The DJ literally just called out two names from the list, like what the hell kind of contest is that! There was no contest or crowd cheering to win or judges. That was just a good tactic to get people to pay their overly priced entrance fee and drinks and have the club make additional funds, making people think they have a chance of winning. They should get sued.

Insanely loud, dark, and crowded. If you want to pay $15 for a whiskey coke while being unable to hear what your date is saying without literally yelling in their ear Id recommend Cavo.

Service was good, but they never told us that they would be close at 10 pm and on the website show that they close at 2:00 pm.

I was on the guest list for my friends birthday and they never let us in. We waited inside for hours and still nothing. Meanwhile there was old people at the vip rails looking miserable being there. Spend your money at a better club.

This place is not what it used to be like. Racially profiling a friend of mine and kicked him out for no reason and saying different things about what happened. I’ve been reading reviews and apparently this have happened more times than expected. Very disappointing to say the least

Terrible facility. Treated my friend horribly who was just minding his business. Don’t go here horrible managers and bouncers who are insulting and rude. They also took my money to play a song and didn’t play it.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! We came to Cavo to find a table for 5 to grab some drinks and eat , the girl inside told me I had to go back outside to find a hostess to help us sit , when we did the girl told us that we couldnt sit because we didnt want to buy a bottle , she had more than 10 tables EMPTY and it was raining she told me we should go sit outside under the rain if we want !!!! The place was almost empty but apparently all those tables were only available if you buy a bottle! I told her we were going to consume more than a bottle cost because we were planning to eat and have some drinks and we were 5 but she didnt want to listen she was very RUDE and she told us we should leave , we were with our parents it was so unapropiate I ask for a manager and she went inside really upset and never came back I decided to go because I dont want to eat or be in a place when customer are treated soooo badly

IF YOU ARE A MINORITY BE CAREFUL! Im from Miami. My boyfriend and I went to Naples for vacation. We decided to go to this place as it had decent reviews online. We were sitting at the bar ordering drinks and all of a sudden one of the bouncers (who was white) tapped me on the shoulder and said Thats it, youre done, you need to leave. I asked multiple times why? What was the reason they wanted me gone? What did I do? The man could not articulate a reason as to why, he simply continued to repeat himself Thats it, youre done, you need to leave. He then threatened to call the cops on me. I ended up walking out and waiting for my boyfriend outside as he paid for the tab. I was already outside and another man (who was also white) told me I had to be behind the gate and went on to open the gate and pushed me back. I was the only dark skinned woman in the place and it was clear what was going on, especially since I was never informed of the reason as to why I had to leave. Never going back!

Went to Cavo after a dreadful week of cleaning up after volunteering for clean up towards hurricane Irma. I was kicked out for no reason given. Tried to get my keys and phone left at the bar and a bouncer by the name of Wayne Dobbs did not allow me to go get my stuff. I was stuck no keys which I was to intoxicated to drive and no phone to phone a friend or get an uber. No explanation was given to me aside from cops getting involved. I been in Naples my whole life and never been disrespected by a bouncer or authorities. I will be taking further action with my attorney and too to the news for the lack of human respect among these individuals. They should not be looking out for an astablishment. If your determine someone is intoxicated let them get their belongings and call them a cab or uber. The boncers and officers did not allow it and the officers arrested me advising me to go to another club while intoxicated. Good job!!

I usually recommended this place to some of the costumers at my job but today I stop by cavo and was once again mistreated by the the main manager Jason he was very disrespectful and rude and likes to falsely accuse people just because he doesnt like them. To my view the place is really good its a place to have fun but should have this kind of people managing the place. saddly i will never go back or recommmended to any of my costumers again.

Food was decent. Service ok. Becomes a nightclub later in the evening and you can tell thats where their focus turns to.

Cavo has good food and happy hour there is always a plus because all the drinks are half price.. Cavo lounge has indoor and outdoor seating. Its has a bar and grill theme.

Always have a great time Djs needs to put a lot more spanish music mix in with hip hop and others. It seems that not all know how to make a good blend.
