Such a great start to my first trip to New Orleans. Welcoming as soon as you walk in, offered a beverage before taken to a comfortable customer waiting room. I could have fell asleep on those couches. The massage… was Amazing and wish it was longer. I felt so relaxed when it was done. Angel was great! Definitely recommend!

I had a great blow out by Cassie. She is great with hair, my hair came out perfect! and she did it so it didn’t frizz at all in the August humidity I would highly recommend her and the salon. they couldn’t be more accommodating, so friendly and attentive. ai will surely be going back to see Cassie next time I’m in town.

I had a great experience at Spa Atlantis. The body wrap felt great, but the massage... Brooke gave me probably the best massage Ive ever had. It felt incredible, but it was also clear in the ways she adjusted and moved my arms and legs that she was reacting to what my body told her I needed.The automated text messages received in advance were really helpful, but I recommend they let customers know about the 3% charge for using a credit card in advance. Im not upset that they need to charge it, but I would have brought cash if I had known.Overall a phenomenal experience.

I would highly recommend this spa! Its so cute and has nice vibes/ambience. My daughter and I both had facials, and I cannot recommend Cathy enough. She was fantastic! She was down to earth, friendly, and just all around knowledgeable about skincare, no matter the age or ethnicity of the client. I was very impressed with her. My massage with Ashley was also very good and she worked hard to get the knots out! This place is definitely worth it! Treat yourself!

Husband and I had the couples massage with Angie and Ashley. It was our first massage and absolutely wonderful! They were very friendly and professional. Listened to any of our needs and focused on what we asked. They did a great job. The over all experience was amazing from reception to payment. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Spa Atlantis! The salon is cute and accommodating! The highlight of my visit was my stylist. Not only is Dorian an incredible stylist, but he is extremely kind, conversational, and went above and beyond to make sure my blowout survived the humidity! I loved my hair all week long. Good clean spa with lovely staff. I had a massage, it was very relaxing but not what I’m used to (hard, get-in-there, deep tissue). If you’d like a relaxing massage at hotel prices then it’s terrific, but perhaps not for remedial purposes.

Had a great time at Spa Atlantis! The spa treatment was exactly what I needed. However I thought I booked a couples massage but my girlfriend was not in the same room as me. I thought I booked it right beforehand but I guess not. Make sure to talk them about it when you go in. Other than that this place and the masseuses are great!

I had the deep sea exfoliation and wrap with an 80-minute massage. This is a beautiful service! The front desk was very accommodating and offered me champagne upon my arrival. My massage therapist was very skilled and professional. I really appreciate it how quiet the spa was and that my service was almost completely silent with the exception of the very soothing spa mucic. If I can make the time Im going to try and visit again before I leave town.

This was the best massage I’ve ever had! Alex is phenomenal and has the skills and knowledge to effectively release your muscle tension. He could absolutely start his own business if he wanted to. The atmosphere of the spa itself is relaxing and all the staff I interacted with were friendly. I highly recommend Alex and Spa Atlantis!

This was a nice spa with many services offered. I had an 80-minute massage with Ashley and it was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and the website is easy to navigate as well. They offered champagne or mimosa when you arrived which was a nice touch.

I had an 80min massage and iv skinny drip with fluids and lots of b vitamins. and the nurse was very good, great attitude wonderful conversation. when i went in for the massage, i had been working on my feet 6 or 7 days a week and had huge knots in my shoulders and neck and leg tension that you could actually see visually. i was in so much pain and woody the massage therapist worked every knot out of my muscles and joints. his bedside manner was great. helped me relax immediately! i cant wait to go see him again. i feel so great i want to get a follow up this week to keep my body feeling great! its been so long since i have been able to move without pain

This is my go-to location for massage treatments when I am in New Orleans. Always reliable with their rotating staff of therapists. My second or third time with Brooke, and she continues to be one of the best!

Before this experience the best massage I ever had was at the Fairmont in San Francisco. When I came out of my massage with Ashley I thought that that that was the best massage I ever had. I liked how the changing room was private and I didn’t have to share with other clients. Definitely recommend

Was looking for a spot nearby my hotel in CBD for a massage and my fiancee found this spot for me. i had to reschedule my 1pm massage and when i called the staff was really accommodating and had availability for 3:30pm. when i got in the place was clean and nice and they had mimosas.I had Brooke as my masseuse and she was super nice and soft spoken and i fell asleep because the massage was so relaxing 🙌🏾10/10 would recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my hair and makeup appointment with Dorian! Even though I wasnt quite sure what I wanted Dorian helped me narrow it down, and executed a look that I was very happy with as a test run for my wedding day. Dorian was also very helpful with some general advice for my hair type, and for our next appointment, which will be my wedding appointment. We are from out of town and I am picky, so I was iffy due to not having any first hand knowledge of this place BUT they most definitely gave what needed to be given and more!!Will I be returning….? Well, that’s a silly question. You bet your bottom dollar. I totally recommend this place to everyone and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. So, don’t be hesitant to book a treatment here. Dorian has been making my hair look freaking awesome for years and am so happy hes with Spa Atlantis. I love the level of care I receive there and of course the great company and guaranteed satisfaction Ill feel when I leave. Cant ever complain about hair so cool it has literally stopped traffic so someone could compliment my do.

Love this place and the staff is amazing. Jade in the front office was so good about great recommendations helping me pick out products and other services customized for me. Dorian got my highlights perfect against my dark hair, along with a blow out and full makeup. Laura the spa manager always works out a personal plan during my keeping me glowing during my busy schedule.

I received excellent care and consideration from my massage therapist, aesthetician and from Patty, the front desk manager. First time going here. Friend gifted me a gift certificate for my birthday. Only reason she chose them was because of the good reviews. After going, i can confirm. Yes the 5 stars are valid. The receptionist greeted me warmly. Allison did a phenomenal job taking care of my body. Left there feeling relaxed, recharge, rejuvenated.

This was place was exactly what I needed! What a gem! In “tourist towns” spa services can be superficial and overpriced. Not here! These are skilled professionals. I scheduled a body wrap months in advance but after arriving and walking many city blocks during my stay, I was thrilled when Angela massaged my feet and wrapped them in hot towels while I was wrapped. I also loved my blowout with Dorian! I was here for a wedding and felt both relaxed and glamorous.

My massage therapist was very kind and friendly. However the massage pressure could have been better. I asked for “medium/firm” and it was always light.

We had Bria and Brooke as our massage therapists. I had Bria and she was amazing - so soft and polite and her touch as a massage therapist was amazing! My partner said Brooke was amazing and was cautious and adapted to his needs. Thank you so much for your services! I will recommend and hopefully one day be back.

My husband scheduled a couples massage for my birthday. We were coming in from the Baton Rouge area and ran a little late. They worked with us to accommodate us upon our arrival. Once we got started, the massage was phenomenal! I’d suffered from lower back pain ever since I had a c section in late May. I informed Andy of my trouble area and he spent special attention to my lower back. That was Saturday and today is Monday. From the moment he finished, I’ve experienced no back pain. I’m amazed and endlessly grateful. I would recommend Spa Atlantis to EVERYONE.

Spa Atlantis is THE BEST! I had a 90 minute massage with Woody. Attentive, knowledgeable, kind. I left feeling more relaxed than I have in ages. The atmosphere is also quite fine. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The complimentary champagne and/or mimosa is a nice addition, and its location in the French Quarter makes for the perfect old world charm. Just stop right here and book with this spa. You dont need to look anywhere else.I wish I could give them a million stars. I called fairly last minute with a group of four, and mentioned that we were having a little celebration day. Laura (and the whole staff) went so well above and beyond in their care and consideration that theyve made lifetime clients of us, and were already telling all our friends to go there. They threw us a little party! There were snacks! Laura put together a little gift bag! We were so overwhelmed with the thoughtful personal touches.I cant say enough kind things about the services. I booked a massage and facial for myself, and I will be back for both. My skin looks and feels beautiful, and all of us plan on booking monthly together.I dont usually leave reviews, but this spa straight up deserves a dedicated love sonnet. Booked the same day and messed up the timing. They were totally accommodating and were able to move my appointment to the time I needed it to be. The massage itself was excellent. I didn’t give a ton of direction about what I thought should be done and Angela assessed my body’s needs in real time and knew exactly how to approach my session. I felt so much better after it and would definitely go back again.

Dorian did such a wonderful job on my hair dye. Not only was it exactly what I was hoping for but he took the time to explain the best ways to keep the color for as long as possible. We had 6 girls come in for a variety of services and everything was beautiful. While the changing area is a little small, the robes were so cozy that you didn’t care. We didn’t have to wait long at all for all 6 services to start. The therapist and nail techs were personable and excellent at their jobs. Both Nail Techs (Doris and Monica) were so lovely to chat with and you could tell how much they enjoyed working together as well. The space was lovely and clean.Thank you all for everything!!

The Spa was able to get me in last minute while visitng for the New Year. I stressed my back out so bad it hurt to walk. jennifer was able to remove the knots and tension and advised me to use sports tape for relief. Thank you. I cannot say enough. I only wish Jennifer was in Denver.

Hair and manicure review by a dude, for dudes, just in case any other dudes are in need of a pampering:I booked a manicure right at opening. As my wife went on a women-only retreat, I thought, “why not treat myself?”Doris did my manicure, and did a great job. She is such a sweet woman and we really bonded and had a sparkling conversation. I got a shellac manicure (no removal) and was done within the hour. I’m not super picky when it comes to my manicures, so as long as the coat looks even and I don’t bleed, I say it’s a success. The real winner here was just her stellar personality!That being said, the environment and vibe here was so nice and the staff so friendly, I decided to book a hair appointment for that afternoon, too. Alphonse did a TERRIFIC job and was very detail oriented. He took the time to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted before he started, and by the time he finished, my hair, beard, and eyebrows were immaculate. His conversation was also great—not forced “barber chat.” He’s a stylist, so you’ll pay stylist prices, but my dude, it is WORTH IT.I’ll also add that the woman working the desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, but regretfully I didn’t ask her name.All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick “treat thyself” moment. As far as I can tell, a dude can’t go wrong here.

I’m in New Orleans on business but had the morning free so I booked a body treatment, massage and scalp massage. Angela was absolutely AMAZING! She gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Then at the end of my session she offered a free tapping/guided meditation service that was truly the icing on the cake. I walked out feeling so relaxed, refreshed and extremely happy! Spa day treat with a 50 minute massage with Luc and a Spa Pedicure with Elsa. So relaxing and I left there feeling so rejuvenated. I had a small mixup with parking, but Kathy, the Esthetician graciously helped me with that, and spoke to the front desk to slide my appointment back.Everyone was so nice and I absolutely felt pampered the whole time. I will return and get a facial from Kathy soon.

This spa was amazing! I had booked my appointment day of and the venue had great availability. The portal to register on their site was easy to navigate. As soon as I arrived the hostess offered me a drink or beverage. Then Cathy took me to get my wax and added on a spontaneous express facial for me! She was great in assessing my skin type (I have very sensitive skin due to eczema) and using products that are sensitive to my skin condition. The LED light mask at the end was incredible! Everything from the front desk service to the spa service and the relaxation room offered to guests has been incredible and would highly recommend this spa for anyone staying in the French quarter needing some rest, relaxation, and self-care.

My wife and I just celebrated our 25th anniversary here with a body treatment and couples massage. Brooke and Woody were fantastic and the entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommend for a special occasion or any occasion for that matter.

I was in town for a couple days for a family celebration. I decided to treat myself to some self care, being that my remaining party was scheduled to arrive later in day. Booking services was so easy and reception were so accommodating. From the moment I had arrived I was greeted by welcoming staff and a glass of champagne. I did a Power Express facial and 50 min Atlantis massage. By the end of both services I was rejuvenated and recharged to start the night away in New Orleans. Thank you Spa Atlantis and staff. I think this was the best hot stone massage I’ve ever had. Ashley used the perfect amount of pressure for me. The room was lovely. I had super sore feet and they felt so much better after!!Great service. The only problem was that the Google search results still had an old address. I went to the wrong place and that was a bit of an issue but easily fixed.

I stopped in for a gel manicure on Christmas Eve, and it was a great experience. Cheyenne did a great job, and it was one of the most relaxing manicures I have had. They even offered champagne which was a nice touch. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and I enjoyed the music. They even had a comfy spot for my husband to sit while he waited for me.

My Husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to have a massage and facial. After reading several reviews we found this spa and it was great! Dorian has a wonderful and quite frankly magical talent for coloring and giving your hair tlc. I want my locks to be bold and fun and he delivers! Especially after not doing much with it this very hot summer, so was overdue and not particularly happy with my grown out roots, but Dorian to the rescue and changed my hair from bland to unicorn mane! I have a spring in my step with my new look.

Loved This Place! It was my first time getting a facial done and Cathy made me feel very comfortable, explaining everything. I also got my nails done by Brandy (which were completely botched by another salon). She worked incredibly hard and managed to get my nails into a much better state than what I came in with. She was a great conversationalist and I really liked her personality and kindness.

I received a Massage from an awesome male therapist named Woody. He was so professional, talented and knowledgeable. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Very soft spoken with great hands along with nice technique. I loved the essentials oils he used to start the service and the pressure was just right!Ive had plenty of massages, this by far was 1 of the best experiences Ive ever had! Spa Atlantis was fantastic in helping me get ready for my wedding day. My husband and I eloped and my hair, makeup, and nails looked fantastic. They really put my mind at ease and gave me exactly what I wanted. My husband said I looked the best that hes ever seen me look. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone for their big day.

Had a truly fantastic experience! Everyone was kind and polite, and the service was excellent. I came in while on a trip and got a massage and a hair retouch. Since I have a very bold blue color its not always easy to find people who handle it well; they did a fantastic job.The massage was also wonderful, helped relieve a lot of stress, and they did a fantastic job relieving my muscle pains from my flights in (I have a hypermobility disorder so they get very severe and are often quite stubborn and mobile).

Worse manicure I ever had!!! I booked an appointment for removal and renew of gel polish, they called it Deluxe manicure. The appointment lasted over 2 hours! The technician had difficulty removing previous gel and base coat. When we finally made it to the gel I had to keep pointing out missed spots, uneven coats, the fact the gel she used was too dry to be laid right,etc until eventually I simply gave up realizing it wasnt going to get any better. The technician was a very sweet elderly woman and I really didnt want to offend her. When it was finally over I went to speak to the receptionist and showed her the atrocious end result. She agreed it looked bad and offered I stay and redo the whole thing, considering I had already spent over 2 hours there and same technician was the only person there I opted to refuse. I ended up paying 55$ for the absolute worse manicure I ever had! Not only does it look bad, some look like they had one uneven coat, some look like they had several, the ones that dont have a solid coat are completely bendable and have already started breaking. I am going to have to redo it elsewhere of course! I really didnt want to hurt her but the more I look at my nails, the angrier I get that I paid 55$ for this amateur disaster. EDIT: The Manager refunded me and paid for me to do my nails again elsewhere.

Cheyenne is a doll and very good at her job! I have naturally curly hair and have many horror stories regarding hair cuts but she put my mind at ease and did such a fabulous job! I will go to her from now on!

My first ever facial and I could not have asked for a better experience! She was able to calm the redness in my face with a customized tratment and recommended a product which has been working beautifully to keep the redness down. Just incredible, Im so happy.

My husband and I love massages and get one every time we travel. We both agreed this was the BEST massage we have ever had!! Very clean everyone was so hospitable. Both Angela & Helen our massage therapist were amazing! Very highly recommend!

The therapists were absolutely wonderful and this review does not reflect on them rather the employees at the front desk. After my massage me and my mother tipped in cash and were told we could stay and leave whenever we want. I noticed that a 50 dollar extra charge was made to my credit card for me and my mothers massage therapists tips. I called the spa and told them that we tipped cash. With a lot of attitude the lady on the phone said we were supposed to check out at the front desk afterwards in which I was never told to do so. The lady decided to illegally charge my credit card for a tip. After arguing with the employee and being insulted over the phone by the owner we were able to get a refund for the tip. Absolutely terrible customer service and not to mention the illegal activities with charging a customers card with out alerting led me to write this review.

Spa Atlantis was great! Tenaj gave the best mud wrap and 80 minute massage. She took all the knots out and today Finally home from New Orleans feel relaxed and butter smoothe. I highly recommend Spa Atlantis

Never have I ever had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. Nikki(sp) did my facial and was fantastic. She uses a special tool for extractions that is actually bearable. Thank you to Nikki. Pat gave me the best massage Ive ever had. This was the first time Ive ever wished I had booked a longer massage so thank you, Pat, as well. Highly recommend. You wont be disappointed. Incredible experience getting an 80min massage from Lucy (Luz on the registration system.) I have various low back/hip issues and I explained that as well as the fact that I need pretty heavy pressure in a massage and she completely delivered! I walked out of the experience feeling totally blissed out and a lot of my chronic discomfort is still gone hours later! Friendly staff all around, plus complimentary champagne. Strongly recommend this spot.

I had a massage with Brooke and she was AMAZING. So nice, made me feel totally comfortable, and she did such a wonderful job. She really focused on the areas I needed and helped relieve my shoulder and neck pain. Also the spa is in a beautiful old building. Highly recommend!

Monica is the best. My overall service was incredible. From the front desk to actually getting all of my services. Made sure we were all taken care of. Impeccable service at its finest. A must visit great conversation and relaxation. Monica what can I say, just makes you feel as though you belong. You have to book this young, vibrant, full of energy, bad day picker uper.. Amazing service from the front door to the back door. From up the stairs to down the stairs. They have completely won me over. Great job you guys. I love this place.

I last min booked a massage on the recommendation of another masseuse that was full. I’m so glad! The service was warm and welcoming and I received a mimosa on Arrival. Woody gave me the best massage and I only wish I had booked in for the 80min option rather.

Angela at Spa Atlantis was extraordinary, the atmosphere of the Spa was great. I can not rave enough how great of an experience this place is. Best massage I’ve had in my 60 years, and I’ve had massages everywhere we travel to and monthly at home. If you want a great massage while in NOLA this is the place. And ask for Angela.

Decided to go here with my partner to spend Christmas Eve couple massages for 80 mins each - it was so relaxing I wished we were there longer. I visit Spa Atlantis every trip to NOLA (which is about every 3 months). I always get the massage by Betsy - she has the hands of an angel - shes amazing and really knows how to work those knots and the last two visits a pulled sciatic. I get my facials with Cathy who is fantastic and really knows skin care. Just saw both of them this past weekend and I feel renewed. Cant wait to go back! :)

It was a mediocre experience. My husband’s experience was good not a deep tissue he’s use to but good. My experience was ok. First the table was awkward. The young man said it was new. We started on my belly and from the start I had pressure on my back. We adjusted and it made a little better. Turned over and there was a hole where my head went. I asked for firm/deep tissue massage focused on my shoulders and neck. He worked about 5 minutes on that 30 minutes on my arms for some reasons. Not worth $130(? It was more with the tip)

Went for a couples massage and the experience was lovely. We both truly enjoyed the massages but it was the experience that blew us away. It was not just massages the staff was very caring and there for all of our needs. They addressed concerns and too the experience above and beyond! The next time were looking for a relaxing date, this will be number one on our list.

The Spa was a perfect way to end our girls trip! The head to toe body scrub was amazing! The staff was friendly and patient with our large group during our visit. We had mimosas and relaxed on the comfy couches while we waited for our massages. It’s a must to wind down from your NOLA trip!

Staff were super friendly, highly recommend the mud wrap before a massage, left my skin tight and glowing! Also Cathy is great she shaped and tinted my eyebrows and lashes and they came out amazing!

The staff is super nice, the massage and facials are amazing. This was my husbands first of both and he says he’s hooked now. They ask lots of questions to personalize your massage and facial just for you. If we ever come back to New Orleans, we will for sure come back here.

The whole experience was great. From the front desk (Joy) who helped me select nail colors for my wedding while I waited for my appointment to Monica who exceeded expectations for my mani/pedi. Monica did a beautiful job and made me feel very comfortable.

I recently came to Spa Atlantis as a treat for my bachelorette party. Unfortunately I was less then impressed. I was scheduled for a massage and a mani pedi. The massage was first and it was warm in the room which made me a little uncomfortable, thats not even the table which was also warm, but i still tried to relax. The massage was average, she spent a lot of time on my legs and not my back despite me filing out the form saying I wanted more attention on my lower back. Then came my mani pedi, the woman who did my nails was a very very nice woman but I dont think she should be doing nails. I didnt notice as much on my feet but when it came to my hands, there was polish left on my skin, the sides of nails werent polished and today (not even a week later) the polish literally peeled right off. One of the other girls in my party got gel and her polish also didnt cover the nail completely and the next peeled right off. Another girl had a bad reaction to the facial cream, maybe the sunscreen. The only reason I gave 3 stars is everyone was very nice and accommodating just unfortunate the services didnt exceed my expectations.

My husband and I recently had a massage at spa Atlantis. When we walked in, the place was professional, neat and clean. The staff was friendly. However our massage was not the greatest. My husband made the comment she hurt him “by pressing to hard” and that it didn’t feel good.... although he did enjoy the foot massage part. My experience was that my massage was awkward (for lack of better words) what she did to one side/shoulder she didn’t do to the other. She rubbed one spot on the right side of my neck for minutes just “petting” me with her thumb but not the other. There was no flow and It just felt off compared to previous experiences that I’ve had. I usually leave a massage feeling relax and in a good mood but sadly this time I was disappointed. It wasn’t horrible just not worth the $300 that I spent. (Couples massage and Tip included) I thought you pay for what you get but in this case I would have been better off spending half the price at one of their competitors.

I was very fortunate to get Ashley. She was amazing. Very professional and knew just how to get the deep pressure without too much discomfort that comes during deep pressure. Felt like I was floating when I got up. Definitely one of the better massages Ive gotten. Ask for her!

Just had my nails done by Elsa and she did an excellent job. My review is based on her and the lovely environment that theyve all created. The nail room is clean, setup nicely, and they have so many color options. She helped me with color choice and long-lasting polish. Shes super thorough and very clean. I totally judge nail places on how clean they are and not only did she sanitize each item she was very clean in the process. Cleaner than most salons out there.Its a nail spa. and the deluxe nail treatment was amazing. The scrub and mask were lovely and smelled so natural. My hands are in moisturized heaven. Love this place!

My wife and I absolutely loved our couples massage. We were able to shower beforehand and relax with some drinks and the masseurs were great. It was atmosphere was perfect with a pre and post relaxation room....get there early and plan to decompress first.

I found the spa by a quick search and booked online easily once I read the reviews. And the reviews were spot on. My friend and I were treating ourselves to a much needed massage and very excited. We did have an appointment hiccup but the owner immediately went into action to correct it and was very professional and kind. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and offered refreshments. The spa itself is very charming and unique. Our massages were wonderful. I was a little nervous bc I’m pretty high energy and have a hard time relaxing but my massage therapist made me very comfortable. Thank you Brad! My friend also had nothing but wonderful things to say about her experience. We are both so glad to have had the experience.

I bought my girlfriend a surprise birthday gift for her to have a pedicure and a facial. The lady was nice but the quality of service was horrible. I paid over 150 dollars so I expected a much professional job than what she received. The paint from her pedicure was on her skin, not very detailed and precise. Come to find out a month later she got a fungi in her toe because the tools weren’t properly cleaned. We were only visiting for the weekend so I would advise to make sure there are good reviews on the person you are working with.

Brandy is my go-to for all things hair. She has done incredible work getting my hair back to the blonde I desire from dark, deep colors that are hard to work with. Shes gotten my hair healthy and absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Brandy for all your hair needs!

I was recently visiting my friend who lives in Baton Rouge from Pennsylvania and we decided to head over to Spa Atlantis for the girls night out package. I was very impressed with the quality of the services and friendliness and expertise of the staff! Sammy was my facial esthetician and she magically turned my dry flaky skin into a smooth and glowing complexion! Her facial was so relaxing and I appreciated how she really took her time to calmly and softly explain everything she was doing and educate me about the product she was using. She is truly top notch. I then had the pleasure of meeting the fabulous Daisy who styled my hair beautifully and made me feel like an absolute glowing princess when she did my makeup. She is a master at her craft. I highly recommend going to Spa Atlantis if you too want to be pampered and feel like a goddess!

Amazing experience with Ashley Crawford. For a petite woman she had some power in her hands. I like a strong firm massage and lots of pressure and she delivered and then some. From someone that is in the beauty business I would hire her with no reservations. My partner had Ash and she as well did an awesome job from what I hear him tell me. Cant wait to get back to NOLA to see her again.UPDATE: Booked again the following year due to some travel cancellations so it was last minute. Got her again and was very pleased. She even remembered who I was.

The salon is super cute and everyone was incredibly nice. Only giving 3 stars as I did not get the proper pedicure service. After I was done, I thought, oh perhaps I only booked the basic pedicure on accident, thinking I was getting the CBD Pedicure. As I was leaving I decided to check with reception, and I DID book the CBD Pedicure. I did get the lotion on my feet, but didnt get the calf massage or the hot towels - was so looking forward to that. And the polish is still not dry, its been an hour. I will have to redo my toes tonight. :(

I brought my mom here as a birthday gift. It was 3 of us. Two of us had Atlantis massage and my boyfriends mother had a Head to Glow treatment. Everything was great, the massages were exactly what we expected and we all were very satisfied with the service( the ladies were in a wow).They accommodated all our requests. Don’t let the place fool ya, it’s much bigger on the inside and has many rooms, nice setting.

This particular location was ok. I was allowed to come earlier than the appointment. However, I didn’t get the full experience of changing into a robe and relaxing prior to the massage. Maybe that’s not offered at this location. The massage itself was ok. I asked for firm and I think my person held back. The staff was nice, but I won’t be back to this location.

We had a couples Massage and it was fantastic and relaxing! They were very receptive to our focus areas and checked in when needed!

We had some sore muscles from traveling, including lots of walking. There are several massage places in the French Quarter. They invited us in, the prices seemed reasonable, so we said, Why not? Were glad we did.

Wonderful experience! I would highly recommend if you are in the area. Ashley performed my wrap, massage, and foot treatment. She was very kind and definitely worked on the spots that I had mentioned were my “trouble areas” or the areas I wanted special attention paid to. You could tell she knew the body well and did an amazing job! Sami performed my facial. She was very kind, as well and SO helpful! My husband and I did a couples massage and for the price I expected to be greeted immediately upon arrival, to have a MUCH more luxurious relaxation/waiting area, and overall more enjoyable experience. My therapist was definitely kind and friendly. However, she didn’t seem to review my “first time customer form” at all and I could have been very harmed by the use of one of their products as I was allergic. Thankfully, I spoke up. She did not tailor my massage at all according to my form and I specifically had to ask for attention to areas. When discussing my massage she should have informed me that she planned to pay attention to one area of my body for so long that the top area of my arms, legs, etc would be completely missed. Her massage style is most likely great for some, but I found it to be rushed and fast... versus focused and attentive. Again, she was very kind. I’m very disappointed that so much $ was spent for the service. Yes, they include mimosas, but so does my nail salon that can do a pedi for $35. On top of that we were trying to relax afterwards in the waiting area to get any part of our moneys worth, when the therapist came to ask me if anything was wrong. I guess you can’t relax and enjoy their spa after your service. I’ve never known such a high priced spa to make someone feel as though they couldn’t do that. She did say I was welcome to shower, but it made me feel as though I was being rushed out.

My sister and I had a really nice afternoon here getting pedicures. We chose the deluxe spa pedicure, which was $55. It was well worth it. The best part is the foot mask, where they wrap up your feet in these jumbo sock looking thangs and let you relax. It was wonderful. Our nail techs were very friendly and professional. The spa was very clean, smelled nice, and was nicely decorated. We would definitely recommend!

Angel was my massage therapist. She was amazing from start to finish. I loved her energy and vibe and she made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. Elsa did my mani/pedi and she was fantastic and super friendly. I didn’t get the receptionist name but she was very helpful and loved that she took me on a tour and explained the process. It’s a beautiful spa and I willing definitely be coming back here on my next visit to Nola.

My hairdresser Jewel Sedgebeer (at Spa Atlantis French Quarter) is amazing: talented, friendly, and most importantly she listens! She listens to what I would like done with my hair and I always leave happy. I have never had any unpleasant surprises with her and I have been seeing her for over 3 years! She is such a sweetheart and I highly recommend her as your forever hairdresser!

The great- Chelsea gave me the best facial I’ve ever had and i wish i could rate her alone and give her 5 stars!! She was a fun conversationalist and she was incredibly knowledgable about her profession. She even confirmed something I have been dealing with and encouraged me to make a dermatologist appointment. I actually made the appointment today. She worked wonders and left me glowy, hydrated and soft. Chelsea was also very particular with protection and Covid safety. Go see Chelsea for anything esthetic!The good - The locker room was nice and equipped with bathrooms and a shower. The lockers were stocked with robes and spa slippers. It is anywhere from 90-100 plus degrees in New Orleans in August. My only suggestion would be maybe have lightweight robes for the incredibly hot months. The robes were long, heavy robes that are perfect for vacation at a ski lodge in January.The not good - My massage (and my friend’s) was lacking to say the least. We paid for 80 minutes but did not get 80 minutes. Our massages were basically someone lightly rubbing on us. I told my massage therapist before we started that I was having lower back issues and needed her to help work some of that out.Needless to say, she didn’t do anything for me but she did relax me. I ended up going to a tried and true reflexology spa that offers full body massage the next day and they fixed me in 30 minutes.I will absolutely go back for a facial with Chelsea and I 100% recommend her to anyone.I do not recommend therapeutic massages. If you want to be relaxed and maybe put to sleep, they ate great. If you have any therapeutic issues, go elsewhere. I feel like the price of the massage definitely did NOT reflect the quality. It was like my 9 year old niece was rubbing my back.Facials are perfect. Massages are not.

The ladies here were fantastic! My girls and I came here for hair and make-up (reservation was for me only) for my wedding a couple of weekends ago, they were able to accommodate my girls change of plans to have their make up done also. My husband and I booked massages at Spa Atlantis through their app, which is really the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars. We specified that we were a couple and booked our services. At the spa we were separated into two rooms, this was not a big deal more just a surprise. I originally thought they didn’t have another couples room available, but he was brought into a couples room for his massage.We both enjoyed our massages and the atmosphere was nice. Pricing was not bad either.

This is my second time coming to Spa Atlantis, and I must say I enjoyed my time. I decided to get massage and facial package which was a reasonable price. I originally wanted the massage therapist that I had during my previous massage, but unfortunately he wasnt working. Instead, I got a super nice therapist that did a great massage. Her technique was very unique and different. She was very considerate in asking if the pressure was appropriate which I appreciated. I dont remember her name, but she did a great job.The show shopper for me was my facial. I got my facial complete by Cathy who has been a licensed Esthitician for 13 years. She was super knowledgeable about the products. She was great because she listened to what I wanted. In the past, I have went to get facials and my face in the end is greasy. I told Cathy that I wanted a glow not a greasy face, and she did a great job finding the right products for my skin type. My face looked great.A little feed back about the spa. Its a small location and very cozy. There are two locations. The one I went to was on Gravier Street. This location has a nice area for waiting on your massages while sipping on some wine or mimosas. Theres also an area where they do nails which was pretty nice. My friend was able to get a mani and pedi while I got a facial. It was great because she didnt want the same services as me, but we both had options to get services that we both liked. Win win situation.

My husband and I booked a massage and facial. Everyone at the spa was highly knowledgeable! The massage was amazing and the esthetician customized my facial very well to accommodate my incredibly sensitive skin. Loved the experience, we’ll be back!

Andrea was amazing! Just the right amount of pressure and really enjoyed the use of the essential oils. Was just visiting the area but will definitely book again when I’m back!

Tanaka was remarkable and educational with my manicure and pedicure! She did a wonderful job. She is personable and professional and I highly recommend her. My mani and pedi lasted 2 weeks without chipping!

Due to confusion over scheduling where a friend called and accidentally modified my services when she was trying to schedule her own, my package was cancelled. When we figured out what had happened they managed to squeeze me in for about 70% of the original services the same day. Kathy, the esthetician who did my facial, was especially wonderful!

Was conspicuous of the service, Im a big guy, but this young lady (Angela) did the best massage Ive ever had in my life and Ive had several. Fantastic service! Will definitely return when Im in New Orleans

Wonderful place to enjoy a spa day. I booked services here for my birthday, although I arrived late, everyone remained patient with me. The facial was amazing and my boyfriend said my face was glowing. The servers kept the mimosas coming which I enjoyed to the fullest. My nails and toes were on fleek :), the young lady who done them also gave best conversation. I found the massage to be astonishing because I fell asleep on the table. I would highly recommend this spa to everyone if you want to get A1 services :)

I was in NOLA for New Years 2016 and experienced the best facial I ever had at this spa!! I am a word traveler and have had many facials during my travels but the one I had at this spa was amazing!! I forgot the name of the aesthetician but she had blond hair and was extremely friendly and courteous. My skin was literally glowing after I left this place and I received compliments on my skin from people while I was walking around NOLA. Really, when does that happen? I highly recommend this spa while youre in NOLA. Loved it!!!

Amazing!! Booked a couples massage for my honeymoon. Great service. Extremely friendly and communication was excellent. Once we arrived the experience was fantastic. We booked another massage for later in the trip. Would fully recommend to anyone!

Decided to try this place out for my gf’s birthday. We received a couples massage; customer service was excellent. Staff were efficient, and friendly. The host accommodated us with champagne and robes upon arrival; the rest was history!

Beautiful oasis in the quarter! We had a party of 6-7 and they were extremely accommodating and helpful getting everyone booked. Exceptional customer service. Cathy is the facial queen!

Went back again and had a great massage with betsy. also had a wonderful experience at the front desk with the new receptionist and manager - these three ladies made it 10/10 experience.
