Absolutely amazing experience. My fiancé and I went in for a couples massage. The waiting area is beautifully appointed. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. The massage itself was professional and the masseuse was very skilled. The room left us feeling very relaxed before the massage even started. This is now our new massage place.

Sugar Brazilian with Donica was a game changer! Beautiful, calm space, online booking, friendly team and great service. Looking forward to booking a spa party soon so my friends and I can all relax together. Also very interested in some their facial services. Donica answered all my questions about the various services. Great experience with this spa and love that its women-owned right near my home in Mid City New Orleans.

I had a lovely eyebrow experience to shape and clean my brows up today with McKenna (Kenna). I decided to follow up with her this coming Sunday for a microdermabrasion facial and deep cleaning before I go on vacation as well as an eyebrow lamination.She doesn’t just clean up your eye brows and send you on your way - she looks at the entire face and asks you what your ultimate face and brow goals are and gives a good plan for executing your goals! Which is what led me to book an additional appt :)

Hands down the best spa experience I have ever had. Everything was personalized for my birthday crew and I. From the chauterrie board to the mimosas. I didnt even have to worry about taking pictures because Donica took care of us. There was no complaints from my girls and I as every single person felt pampered when we left. Fred did 3 of our massages and we all felt amazing when he was done. Now my girl Lauren had me glowing when I left.We are planning our next birthday spa party in 2 months and we are coming back. Thank you Donica and team. You all made my day.

My deep facial was a phenomenal, soothing and totally beneficial experience. I set up another deep facial for July since I enjoy so the feelings of moisture on my face. My face is not tight anymore since I had the deep facial. I look forward to the deep facial again in July. My provider made this a tremendous and calming experience. She was so gentle that I totally relaxed and enjoyed. I cant wait to go back.

I really liked how easy it was to book for my wax. Giving 4 stars bc I noticed some patches of hair still left on my legs when I got in the shower later. I never called to ask to come back because I was just too busy as I was there for work but Im certain they wouldve accommodated me if I did. I still recommend.

Love this studio! They are so cute inside and the owner is so sweet. My massages with Jason have been great. Would definitely recommend a friend.Sometimes they don’t have a receptionist so it might take some time to get checked in. But they’re so friendly and worth the wait.

I went a few weeks back on a whim and Donica was amazing! She could tell I was in pain and took me as soon as she could. Her hands are like magic! I went in with horribly pain and tension, and felt almost 80% when I left considering I only had time for a 30 minute massage! I will definitely be back and cannot recommend them enough.

FABULOUS!From start to finish, we felt sooooooooo good! The Botanical Nail and Skin Team (TBNST) (Donica, Eve, Kere, and Lesley) made us feel so special! TBNSTs skills and techniques were incredible, along with the naturally sourced products used during our services. The facility itself has a nice, urban oasis vibe, and the only thing you need to do is book your services, show up with your crew, and enjoy. Where do I start! Everyone here is so sweet! I loved this place! Mya was my esthetician, she was awesome and wonderful, I came here for a sugar waxing but they do so much more here. My wife and I have both been and this is absolutely the best massage in town. Weve been to at least 8 or 10 other places in town before Botanical and none compare. I decided to treat my husband to the Kingsmen Spa at Botanical Nail and Skin Studio. This option was just what he needed. We started off with a deep tissue massage with Lisa. She made him comfortable and asked if he had any areas bothering him. He literally didn’t want to leave the massage table after she was done.After his massage he then got ushered into the pedi room with Ke’re who pampered his feet with the citrus pedicure which included a beautiful scented floral and citrus bath. She also took care of his hands with their botanical rose and lavender manicure. In between services he enjoyed wine and a charcuterie board.Then lastly he ended his experience with a gentleman’s facial and beard care with Lesley.I’m so grateful for Botanical Nail and Skin Studio and all these ladies who took good care of my husband with their blessed hands for his first full spa experience. Botanical Nail and Skin Studio is fantastic. I’ve gone twice now and I plan on going back. Everyone there is super nice and friendly, the studio is very clean and the vibe is lovely. My skin is super sensitive and breaks out no matter what is put on or done to my face, yet the products they use have been very gentle on my skin and the breakouts have been tiny and very manageable. I feel very well cared for when I go.

Got 3 services in a row (massage, foot soak, and 90 min anti-aging facial) and had such a wonderful experience. Everyone was professional and nice, the space was relaxing and smelled amazing, and the prices were so reasonable. Would highly recommend and will definitely be making this a regular stop when I come back to NoLa.

Just got a 2 hour deep tissue massage this morning and it was so amazing. It’s so obvious how much thought has gone into this place, their way of doing business and how they perform their services. I felt so taken care of and cared about, which I have not felt at any other massage place. Also their massage room and the tools they use are exquisite and I’m so happy I have them a try, and so excited to go back to them again.

Donica and her team created a space that exuded relaxation from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The massage relaxed places of my body I didn’t know I was tense and she took the time to properly massage out the knots I had. The charcuterie board and champagne were very tasty and added to the great experience.The aromatherapy and face steamer felt amazing and helped clear out my blemishes. The facial was a luxurious multistep process with organic products that left my skin tighter, glowing and very soft.I won’t go anywhere else for self care!

The spa has a focus on overall well being and mental health in addition to skin health. She recommends products but never bothers you about purchasing. I really enjoyed my experience here at this gem of a spa in New Orleans. I was referred to come here because they work on diabetic feet. This isn’t always an option at other various nail salons. Me and my best friend wanted to have a spa day and had a really bad experience at another spa the morning of our appointment. Fortunately, we found Botanicals and they were able to see us the same day and offered a lower price then our first choice. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with warmth, smiles and authenticity. You can always tell when a business truly loves what they do and it’s not for show. Anyways, my friend and I had Donica and Eve and we were floored by the customer service. I had Eve and I must say if you get a Deep Tissue… you’re going to get a DEEP tissue! Eve gave me exactly what I didn’t know I needed and I thank her greatly for that! I’m actually going to make my mother an appointment after Christmas because she deserves one. Finding this Black-Female owned business was a Godsend and we are so happy we got this experience. I will be making my own next appointment at the top of the year. I have to give my body a few weeks of rest after Eve beat me up chile😂😂

I went in this past weekend for a service and I fell in love! I’ve been a customer of their product line and I was excited when they announced a spa opening. I went in for a foot soak and a facial and they did not disappoint! It was soooo relaxing and I loved the complimentary refreshments. The facial left my skin feeling so smooth, I couldn’t believe it was my face lol! I booked a pedicure for my next visit and I can’t wait. This is officially my new spot!!!

The owners and staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. The studio was super neat and super clean. My sugar wax, though! I am so grateful that these ladies offer sugaring in New Orleans. Being from Los Angeles, I have struggled to find local sugaring here forever. The way my skin reacts to the other wax is insane. The ingrowns are typically unbearable by day 3 for me. Yet here I am 5 days after being sugared and not a nan ingrown hair in sight, just like I remember! Ill never go back to traditional wax for my Brazilians. Natural nails, all natural sugar waxing + the champagne was hitting. I recommend. 🖤

Literally the most painful waxing experience I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had dozens. I now have an open wound in my bikini line that is still bleeding from my appointment. The salon was nice and the waxer was professional but waxing should never leave someone in the situation I’m in. I was expecting pain because no wax is pain-free and it had been over a yr since my last wax, but I’ve never left with bleeding and as much pain as I experienced. I had to stop before she could even finish because I couldn’t take any more. This review really isn’t meant to bash the studio. I support women owned and black owned but this was my experience and I hope it doesn’t happen to others.

Let’s stay; finding a new waxologist is not easy. It’s just like entering a relationship with a guy. But this one, you can’t hold back. Certainly! Called several times to the 2 numbers listed and someone hanged up on me three times. Finally made it through the line, to be told that mani/pedi services were not available at the time due to renovations on the rooms where those services are provided. If services advertised are not provided for whatever reason, then website needs to be updated, also the phone numbers need to be updated. I just moved to the area and really wanted to support this business, but felt that my business was not appreciated after someone hanged up on me several times, after I said what I needed. Long story short I walked to canal and broad and had someone there do my nails( not my original intention). I really can’t discuss the actual services provided because I did not receive any, hence the 3 starts based on my initial interactions.

Eve has incredibly healing hands, and she also spent time giving me excellent advice about getting better sleep and which pillows would work for my issues. Way above & beyond!

If i could give 0 thats what they would get. They took my money, reservation and werent even open. I drove all the way theie it was closed keep calling customer service where 1 lady lies says person came outside for me and i wasnt there she says i will tell them come back outside. They were closed no one was inside building was dark. I had to call back as i was waiting for someone cause the lady told me i just missed worker coming outside i called 8 timea before getting correct info about closure. They still have not refunded my deposit after i called and confirmed the cancellation because they were closed.

This establishment has been very unresponsive. I have emailed, called several times and the phone just consistently rings, I even sent a message via social media and no response. I was coming from out of town and looking forward to supporting.
