I love this store soo much! Lauren is always so helpful and sweet. Always takes care of anything I need, & helps me with finding everything & she takes her time to talk to me and helpfully explain anything I need to know. She should definitely be a manager. She gives off such a nice, easygoing & non judgmental vibe.. Unlike the other girl, she is always so rude and negative, stuck up & pure lazy. Never wants to get off her phone or come from behind the counter to help when most of the stuff in the store requires you to ask someone to get it for you... & maybe its just her face but it seems like she is always giving rude looks, & makes them seem so judgemental which makes me super uncomfortable to the point that I wont even stop if i see her car there. Hopefully she can take some customer service classes to help her in the future. She literally has one of the best jobs & acts like she hates it or hates the type of people she has to serve.

The spanish lady with the glasses has absolutely terrible customer service, always gives a problem when one of their vapes are bad and you try it infront of their face she still will give you a hard time on top of the fact that she can’t give any recommendations and is a horrible salesperson regardless if they give commission or not it just makes me not wanna shop there whenever I see that lady. She gives off NPC vibes lol
