The space was honestly really nice, a lil freaky, but nice. The bed was nice too and comfortable.- 2 stars, utter lack of communication. They pulled my pants partly down showing my butt crack without asking me first or communicating for consent to do so. I understand I went in for the back massage and those things happen in order to perform an adequate massage, but that felt very uncomfortable.- 1 star, after I paid the money, and tipped, most people would say thank you. Front lady instead asked: “you have no more?” Also gave me a scorn look, which made me feel not wanting to come back.Total: -1 star from neutral (2 stars)

Maria is awesome.!!!! Got a 60min full body and 30min Foot massage for $82. She used hot stone and hot towels to wipe down the body before ending the session. So amazing!!!!!

We have been going to this place since before COVID and through out the years they raised price for one hour foot massage from $25 to $40. We understand the raise of price is due to tough times and never complained. We usually tip for $5 per person which is already 12.5%. Today we tipped $7.5 per person and that’s about 18.75%, yet they chased us out of the store and FORCED us to give another $2.5 per person, resulting in a total 25% tip per person. This is particularly hurtful because we have been going there and supporting their business. I’m not gonna go back anymore.

I did a foot massage yesterday. This is the worst massage I’ve ever had. The guy hands have bad smell. And A smoky stench When he touched my face , and Horrible massage , I go lots of massage places. This is the worst one. I never want to go back again.

I’ve always enjoyed this place! They do keep the door open for circulation, so sometimes people/ cars outside are loud but I had headphones in. Will keep coming back to this place. Definitely a 5 out of 5!

I came for 1 hour foot massage. I was alone, no other customers in a whole place. They had a lot of girls but they sent me to the man. After massage they said that I have to give a minimum $10 tip:) 😬😬😬

Literally award winning for the worst customer service in the world. My cousin and I gave 18% tip and the front desk denied it. She demanded $10. You. Dont. Get. To. Demand. Tip. Its rude and if the service isnt good, you shouldnt get any. However, this place demands minimum $10 tip. She said exactly that minimum tip is $10 We explained that for a $45 massage $10 is more than 20% why is that? Front desk response: Its the rules for massage places, the percentage doesnt apply here, minimum tip is $10. Ok, is there a sign? Make it a rule or charge more for a massage. Also, that was a bold face lie. Any google search could tell you there is no such rule that applies to masseuse. Its just their own rude customer service.The massages were really good but the fact they act very rude in the end killed it for me. I dont know if I could go back knowing how disrespectful and demanding this place it. It should be shut down with how ignorant they are towards customer service. No decency whatsoever.If there was a sign or an expectation that at the end of the service, a minimum of $10 tip is required I would be less upset. I would gladly have given the money. But the attitude and forcefulness. Um, no thank you!

Their website shows $29.99 for a one hour foot massage, However when you arrive the sign says $39.99. When I asked about that, they said they have not updated their website and the price is $39.99. seems like false advertising. After the massage was told the minimum tip was $10 and when I mentioned there was no sign that indicated that, she said that I should know that. Huh? They lost my business.

I’ve had enough of this place. We have been going here for over 4.5 years. The prices have spiked and the quality has gone down. Most of the time it feels like their rushing. Lastly they require a $10 tip on every hour message. Although it is customary to provide gratitude (tip) it should be based off your experience, not expected/demanded. Because the tip is guaranteed at a $10 minimum they don’t pay attention to the quality of the message because there going to get paid the $10 anyways. You shouldn’t demand a tip, that contradicts the very definition of a tip. If your employees need to be tipped for livelihood then you should charge more for the message and pay your employees appropriately, and the tip would be extra like it’s meant to be.

Ive been multiple times and they never complete the full massage. If you pay for an hour expect 40 to 45 minutes massage. Im very unhappy with their service overall. I will no longer be going. Place is loud, not relaxing and the massage therapist are often rushed. If another customer comes the owners will yell to the massage therapist to end your massage even if your time is not complete. They put profit over quality. Highly recommended that you avoid this place if you want your money worth.

They are accommodating to your needs and they dont rush through massages.Please tip those that give you good service here! For the low price of the massage, you should have more to spare for tip!

Top line: I will never return to this place. My masseuse did a good job but at the end he waited at the reception desk for me just to tell me I didnt tip him enough. Its very rude.I went for an one hour foot massage for the first time. They charged everything ahead including tips, which is fine, I gave 20% of $25 price which is 5 dollars. The masseuse and I chatted for like 2 minutes at the beginning. He asked me how long Ive been here and I said 7 years or so. He did a very good job I really liked it. I was planning on asking the receptionist his name and ask for him next time and tip more. Because I really liked it. However like I mentioned above, when I was walking out he told me 5 dollar tips is very low and, in his word, no one will do a good job on you if you tip like this. you said youve been here for 7 years I thought you would know the rule better. I argued that it was 20% of the price and its reasonable anywhere you go. He said next time you should see what other guests tip. I was in a very good mood after the massage and he just simple ruined the experience for me. The meaning of giving tips is to award good services, but at this place it somehow became the reason for them to decide how well they want to serve you. I understand that the salon probably doesnt share much of the $25 original charge with him and he really wanted to make more tips. But Im not going to tip someone 40% upfront the first time I try this service. My suggestion to the owner is either charge customers afterwards so good service is awarded, or bump up the charge and give the masseuse more share. I would have tipped more for the massage if they charged me afterwards, but the whole experience was very uncomfortable and I will not return.

First time i went was 2 weeks ago. I had an older man who massaged me an hour. Strong but not too rough. Hot rocks were an awesome experience. Total spent was 50.00 and well worth it.

I went to this place after seeing that they had 4.2* rating. I was wrong. I should have gone to my regular massage place. I asked for one hour foot massage and it costs $25 just like all others in the area.(so nothing special) The therapist I got was an older gentleman who was terrible, totally rushed the experience, he only spent 10 minutes on my foot, used some foot roller tool to massage instead of his hand and totally not a reflexology experience which is why I come for foot massage. He didn’t ask or used enough pressure, applied lots of lotion for sure. I would never come back here. My money is worth at pearl massage in UC which has been my regular place. I tipped $5 after that. I would have tipped generously if I felt my $25 foot massage was worth it.

The door is located at the back of the establishment right across from the more private rooms and it is very distracting and hard to relax.BRING WIRELESS EARBUDS and you will have a good experience at a cheap price. I pay $50 for the 1.5 hour combo which is the 60 minute body massage and 30 min foot massage, then tip $40, but that is just me. Its still far cheaper than most places. Ask to see Lisa, she provides the perfect amount of pressure.

We booked an appointment at 5:30pm and were just a few minutes late. There was no courtesy call that our “appointments” were given to someone else. Extremely unprofessional and unethical.I recommend Happy Massage down the street. I got my full 60 minutes unlike what the other reviewers here have gotten.

I have been coming here for the last 5 years. The owner is very nice, she is the one usually at the front desk mostly. The value for the money is great! Professionally trained staff! I’ve been to almost all the the foot massage places in the tri city area they are the best hands down! The place is clean, sanitary and safe. Please trip them at least $10.

They actually give a really great massage. They will work on a certain part of your body if you tell them to. The foot massage is actually a full body massage. For $20, it cant be beat. Also as a general note for these type of massage parlors, it is customary to give anywhere from $15-$20 tip. Please dont give them 20% of $20 which is only $4 dollars for an hours worth of massaging your body. They dont get paid barely anything except for the tip that you give them for the hour. Enjoy your massage!

Initially, when I called in to inquire about the services, they mentioned walk-ins were welcome and when I got there during happy hour, the lady at the front desk mentioned they were booked for 1.5 hours and asked me to come later. I had to cancel my other commitment and I booked my slot which was scheduled 1.5 hours later per the lady’s recommendation, and I had mentioned to her that I needed a female masseuse. I show up 1.5 hr later just to figure out that my acupressure massage was going to be done in an open area and by a male masseuse. I went back to the lady at the front desk to inquire that I needed a female masseuse and she very carelessly responds that there is no female masseuse at that time and asked me to book another slot 2 hours later when the female masseuse were available. It upset me a lot that they dealt with this very unprofessionally and wasted my time. When I mentioned this to the lady at the front desk that it wasted my time and I had to cancel another commitment to get there and that she was talking about a slot 2 hours after with female masseuse, she goes on to let me know that it wasted her time and business because she would have gotten other customers. I think all the masseuse are hard working and deserve the tips but this lady at the front desk had quite a bad temperament/ unprofessional attitude with poor customer interaction/service skills. All customers need to be treated the same way, just coz she knew it was a happy hour and that customers would flock in for the deal she thought it was okay to treat the customers any which way she wanted. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I don’t think I’ll feel comfy going there after such an irresponsible act.

Did not massage my feet. So 4 instead of 5 stars. Otherwise the best full body massage Ive had in 30 yrs. Pressure was just right. Amount of oil used was perfect. Worked on kinks, let them rest and tried again to soothe them out. Hot stone was nice albeit short. Looking forward to going again.

The massage was okay, but the service was terrible. The manager or owner of the store was extremely rude and very greedy. They forcefully ask for tips for the service which is not fair. I asked manager for change of $20 and she didn’t give it back saying this is the tip now. Most ridiculous service ever.

I came in at 3:25 and she BLATANTLY REFUSED, saying NO Service for you. My boss took me here for nurse appreciation week, and it blew me away. The staff does not chat with each other while giving massage, the atmosphere is nice and quiet, and most importantly my body actually feels nice afterwards.

The so called manager Lilly was constantly talking to someone in her native language. It was so annoying that I had to stop my massage in the middle and left the place. She is very rude!!!! Never coming back to this piece of garbage.

My wife taking foot massage and while waiting out side I just saw the massage man was cleaning room and not replacing towels. This is the best foot massage I have ever had in East Bay. The master will massage your head while you are soaking your feet, and then massage your soles and whole body. I am very satisfied and come back often! Parking is very convenient and there are many restaurant options nearby.
