My first visit to PV was awesome, a totally gratifying experience, and like many other businesses that I connect with, its the customer service that makes them stand out. Edgar helped me, first over the phone, and then I visited the Newark store the next day. He was extremely helpful, and even though I live in Marin, I will definitely be coming back.

Jennifer was unbelievably helpful and saved me from wasting money on a product I didnt actually want. She took the time to stop and educate me without ever making me feel dumb. They just got a loyal customer

My first visit here.When I pulled up in front of the establishment, I thought they were closed or closed out due to the blackout windows....I somehow missed the Open sign apparently.Store is larger than the supplies available.The display case was in the back corner with not a lot of displayed items, and a lot of open floor space not used.I did get the coils I needed, but the ejuice was a lot more expensive that some of the other vape shops I visit.Even with happy hour the prices were considerably higher by $5-$7 for the same size bottles I usually purchase.

I really want to like this place as it’s pretty much the only vape shop near my house, first time I went and bought pods for my vape, no issue. Second time I went and asked for a certain flavor type and was told I was in the wrong demographic and was asked where I was from, well I live right around the corner so apparently I’m part of the demographic 🤷‍♀️ But the lady was knowledgeable and kind, I just couldn’t help but feel like I was being pushed out the door because of my flavor preferences. Third time trying to give them business, they have no pods. I’m done trying to support this local vape business. Obviously we aren’t compatible 😂 I went over to full moon smoke shop and they had everything I needed.

This has been my one stop shop since I started vaping. Everyone is always very helpful and knows their stuff. Julie was a lot of help today answering my questions about upgrading to a new device. Thanks to the whole crew. Id recommend to anyone.

Just moved to Fremont, Im from NC and shops rebuilding RDAs for you is completely alien to me. No shop would do this.Not only do they rebuild RDAs for you at Platinum Vapes, they do it for FREE. So I highly suggest this shop, and its less than a mile away from home so I will become a regular here.Good atmosphere as well.

Great selection of juices and mods. This is my go to place in the east bay for all my e cigarette needs. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They used to let you charge batteries while you wait, not sure if they do it anymore, but that is a cool perk. They have drip testers available for you to try out different flavors before you buy anything. Gone are the old days of 5ml juice bottles. 100ml seems to be the norm now. Hang out here and vape a bit, or get some spare batteries for the incessant vaping that you are now addicted to, instead of smoking the analogs that were blackening your lungs. Pro tip for this place: their lychee flavors are amazing! Also, they sold me a tank a couple of years back which they still sell the coils for.. amazeballs! The place could be a bit hard to find if you are using a GPS. It is easy to end up at the at the Taco Bell instead, which could be a bonus if they still had their crazy chicken shell tacos. But i digress. Platinum vapes has lots of parking outside, and they are cool! What more can I say? Pro tip #2: check yelp check in offers before you buy anything.

Their staff is unbelievable. They’re welcoming, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they can. Products are great too.

First time stopping by, friendly staff (Johnny helped out). Given an informative overview of their products and was offered samples and recommendations. Walked away purchasing one for me and a friend.

Average vape shop.Not high prices but definitely not the best.They did have the coils I use that most places dont have, but at 3.50 per one.Ok spot if you are from out of town and out of juice, get a botle and move on.

Typical pricing, HELPFUL staff, which is not typical for a vape shop. I felt like they were interested in keeping customers, instead of having a chill spot for all thier buddies.

I always buy my juice from Here and Jamey the person who usally helps me is always nice and up beat.

Cash only business, selection is a little limited. Staff seemed knowledgeable to a point, but messed up on my model of vape cartridge.
