Staff has always been exceptional here, but I have one big problem with this place: their stock. I only come in for one juice and its a coin toss if they have it. They only ever seem to have 3-4 of it when it is in stock. I go to their competitor down the street and they have a stockpile of it. Not sure whos in charge of ordering juice, but their competitors do it way better than here.

I came in tonight with an issue with a tank I bought from another vape store in Columbus. Ive never Vaped before it was very difficult and the guy helped me out was very knowledgeable and fantastic! The juice that I was sold was way too high and so is too hard for me to smoke. He immediately knew the problem was able to fix it by selling me a lower milligram juice for this new vape that I can smoke it with no problem now. Thank you for being patient and identifying the problem and helping me fix it you guys are amazing would recommend to anyone!!!

The customer service quality here is what makes it so much better than the other shops Ive been to. Every time Ive bought an Orion here they encourage me to try it before I leave just to make sure there arent any issues or defects. I bought one at another store and got into my car before I unpacked and tried it just to find out it was broken and I was SOL. So hail RVS.

Today was the first time my husband and I have been to this vape store and Kyle helped us! He was the friendliest and most helpful man we’ve come across in a long time, customer service was exceptional and his knowledge was impeccable on the mods they carry. We’ve been vaping for over a decade and I needed a new mod as the one I have been using I’ve had close to 4 years. Anyway wanted to leave a review mainly because of Kyle and his help! Highly recommend checking them out, make sure to ask for Kyle!

Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Best in town, for sure. They even have a rewards program for frequent shoppers which is a nice little bonus that keeps me coming back.

Awesome store. The gentleman that helped me was very cool and knew what I wanted and even made a couple of suggestions as what to try and what would be good. They dont sell coils for the X2O. Have to go to Puff N Stuff on Mount Vernon Rd for the coils. Yeah, 5/5 on the coolness of the guy who helped me, and the service he provided. Loads of different flavors and reasonably priced too. Would recommend for sure. Will go back when need more vape juice or want different flavor.

Knowledgeable but doesnt make me feel stupid. ID check and checkout was professional and no awkwardness. Great environment. Great employees. Extremely helpful. I wouldnt know as much about building if not for Matt & McCain. Definitely reccomend stopping in and checking it out. For sure love the staff and selection.

I have been going to the RVS for a long time. IlLove there juice. I have spent a lot of money in there!!!!!! The last couple times I was in there theres a black haired guy that was very very very rude. This guy is going to cause your store to lose a lot of money I went to upright and spent $300 yesterday that I would have spent in your store but he was so rude I just put my items down and walked out. This was Friday April 9th 2022 I would suggest you do something about this guy and hes going to cause your store lose a lot of money he was not rude to just me when I went to upright they said he was very rude in there too. Upright so hes had several customers come there because he was so rude.

Literally my favorite vape shop!! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable , they dont pressure u to buy either! I have been to bunch of vape shops and I dunno what it is, but a lot of them just have workers there that are not friendly and will make you feel stupid if you dont know something ... not RVS though! They also take care of you if you are a regular customer and their prices are competitive. Hands down best vape shop and shop 💨🖤

Staff recommended a vape that did not work. They gave me an open box without discounting it or cleaning it first and it stopped working within the first week I owned it. I went back with my receipt and I did not get a refund. They gave me a new coil instead. The vape still does not work. I am only writing a review because I found the vape online and saw they MASSIVELY overcharged me! I am LIVID WITH THIS STORE

The only reason this is a 4 star review is because the the selection of products isnt huge. That being said the guy working was a great guy and a huge help. Got why I was looking for. Shop was clean and seemed like a nice place to just chill. 5 stars if there was more options on the shelves!

I went in to buy juice. I told the employee what I needed and he brought me what I asked for. I pay for it and went home. I crack open my brand new juice that I just purchased and filled my tank with it. Upon vaping I notice it didnt taste like the juice I went in to buy. Turns out the employee gave me the wrong juice. I called to see if I can exchange it out or if he can help me out in any way. The person I spoke to basically said no, I cant help you if the juice has been opened, its my fault I gave you the wrong juice, but it is also your fault for not checking. I was very disappointed in his answer. If i cant trust this professional to give me the product I am asking for then maybe he shouldnt be working there. This was my second time going to this location since my first visit was very pleasant. My fault for trusting the guy behind the counter to give me the correct product that I was asking for. It wont happen again because I am never going back there.

Good selection of all vape essentials and GREAT customer service. All the folks that work there are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The perfect place in Newark to stock up on your vape supplies.

Best shop to go to in Newark! Matt and McCain are the smartest dudes on all vape stuff. Very cool and easy to talk to, very respectable. And a nice selection of stuff, Rods got the best selection! Always going here for my juice and mods.

The guys were so helpful. Me not knowing what I wanted they explained to me each product and helped me understand what I was getting. I would definitely recommend going here. They permanently have my business.

I go and spend $70 on a new Vapor kit after 24 hours the tank doesnt work and they wont exchange it basically saying well the boss doesnt do that. Ill stick with Vapor Station, the customer service may be rude but at least they backup what they sell

This place has helped me quit smoking. The kid helped me pick the right vape for me and the right mg juice and I am steadily weaning down, started off with 50mg and 12 days later Im down to 25mg. They didnt try to over sell me some over priced digital vape either.

I absolutely love them in there.. I am always asking them something lol therere definitely knowledgeable if they dont have a answer they try an figure it out. Outta the 3 vape stores around hereid have to say this is the best one an have awesome people up there working

Seriously I cannot express how great this place is, the employees dont try to pressure you into sales, talk to you like human beings, and are more than willing to answer any questions you may have. Cant reccomend this place enough if you are vaping.

Amazing service and very device oriented staff. They sell you want you need and actually talk to you to find out what fits you best. The only complaint is the selection seemed slightly limited conpaired to other stores such as advanced vapor.

Been to a lot of shops and let me say this, great selection of everything vape except for their lines of juices. Its not that their juice lines are bad, they just have a small selection of them.

The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I told them what my needs were and what my budget was and honestly, my guy Dylan went above and beyond.

I really do like this place but there is a young rude punk that gets an attitude about everything!!!! It really makes me second guess going there in fear that he will be working that day... On the other hand the other guy that works there is really nice and helpful and very pleasant.

Pretty friendly, decent selection and prices. House juices seem a bit expensive. Flavors can be a bit overwhelming. But all and all not a bad place.

Does not back their product You can buy something and within a couple hours it will quite working you take it it back in and they will not do anything for you or just out of your money.
