I went to Paula for a lash lift and tint. I had originally found her on Groupon and decided to give it a try after reading positive reviews. I’ve had many lash lifts before so I knew what to expect. The end result is pretty bad. One eye is uneven with some lashes lifted, others crooked and others not lifted at all. The other eye looks like it wasn’t even lifted, so they are completely uneven. Paula also didn’t even have a pillow to put your head on. I asked her for one and she rolled up a towel and stuck it under the sheet. Fine, but started to cut of life the circulation in my neck after a while. Based on reviews, it seems like Paula may do a good facial but I think she should really stick to those. It was a giant waste of money.

I really loved my experience with Paula! I’ve dealt with some extensive skin damage and she was compassionate, patient and listened to all my concerns. My skin was noticeably better by the time I left (I had microdermabrasion and a facial). She has great deals on her website. I’ve already booked my next appointment next month. Thanks Paula!

Paula is a very knowledgeable aesthetician with a very warm yet professional personality. i have eczema on areas of my face and was concerned about the products and their possible effects. Paula was sensitive and accommodating and made a recommendation on the peel that was best for my skin right now. I am so happy to say that none of the products irritated or inflamed my skin. My face feels and looks great . it was a lovely experience and i will be going back.

Ive been looking for a new place to get waxed near the Boston area for some time now and came across Paulas on ClassPass. Her space is incredibly clean and comfortable. Paula is very skilled and professional. After many bad experiences getting waxed in Boston, I am so happy to have found this place! Will definitely be booking again. Would highly recommend.

I went in to see Paula for the first time today for a Microdermabrasion facial (my first time trying microdermabrasion) and was very pleasantly shocked at the results! I left with smooth, even, glowing skin that I never thought possible. Paula was professional, warm, and kind and gave me some helpful tips to keep my skin looking nice between sessions. I will absolutely be back for another appointment. I highly recommend Paula and specifically her microdermabrasion treatment! Thank you Paula!!

While its hard to find, its worth the search. Paula B is kind, attentive, focused, and knows her stuff! Paula was able to restore my skin from hyperpigmented and dry, to smooth and soft and blemish-free... after just 2 facials! Highly recommend.

Paula was such a great discovery! One of the best wax sessions I ever had. Professional, painless and quick and clean! I was looking for a new esthetician for wax hair removal since my previous one had moved to another state, and after trying 6 places I met Paula. She is such a gem.
