So I recent just came to this shop and I enjoy everything they have to offer from the deals to the different variety of vape flavors to chose from. Kirsten, Tobi, and Rachel were the people talking to me. They did absolutely phenomenal making me feel welcomed and like I’ve always been here even though I was a first timer. I would 10/10 recommend this place and these people to anyone looking for a product!!

Been going here for months now and its always a pleasant experience. Chill atmosphere and the employees are always happy to help and tailor recommendations to your taste. My most recent purchase was a Strawberry Mango Geek Bar which one of the employees, Rachel, recommended. Its perfect. You can get a membership to earn some rewards too.

Great selection, I live in Elizabeth city and work in Norfolk. There’s plenty of places closer than this convenience wise, but I make the drive every time. Every worker has a vast knowledge on the products they carry and can make a great suggestion. Kobe helped me out today and has always made me feel great about my selection and gave me insights on other items they carry that may cater to what I’m looking for. Look forward to trying more in the future. Great shop. Worth the drive from any of 7 cities.

The two gentlemen were amazing! Best customer service I ever received. Today was my 21st birthday and he thought I was still 20 but once he noticed he was very apologetic and sweet. Highly recommend this place :)

The prices here are so much better than other “local shops” and it’s really cozy but stocked. I know that Luna and Rachel are always there when I need help and ask questions, they’re the sweetest ever!!! Always helping me decide what kind of cart to get :)And they always have me check my carts to make sure they’re not leaking due to shipping 🥺❤️❤️

This place is amazing!! The guy who helped me out, Franklin, was incredible. The vape I got was defective and I’m so thankful he let me try it in the store because he let me change it out for a new one. If you like quality products and quality people, check out The Vault!!!

The staff is great, friendly and very informative about all their products. My disposal vape started back firing after a few days and they replaced it with no problems. I will continue to keep going to the Vault.

The staff are always polite and helpful, the space is clean and organized, and they have a great selection. My only complaint is the disposable vapes are a bit pricier than other vape stores.

I bought my vape pen in the store, and in less than 25 days of using it, my pen stopped charging. I tried to go to the store to see if they could help me since it wasn’t even one month using the pen that cost almost $30, and they said they couldn’t do anything. Disappointed and just lost my money, I do not recommend their products if you care about your money.

I bought a disposable from here and it turned out to be faulty. When I went to return it back they acted completely irresponsible and almost tricked me into buying a second one. Never going back here again! The interiors r nice though and they have a good outdoor place to sit and chill

The friendliest local shop I could have imagined! I called ahead to ask if they carry magnetic 515 thread adapters and the girl I spoke to was very upbeat and savvy about their stock. When I visited the store in person these cashier babes were SO friendly and sweet! They made my day and were very helpful in getting me what I needed. :)

So I was told that they wouldnt sell me a vape flavor because they were “low in stock”.But they had some there. Ridiculously unprofessional. Particularly when you consider its 45% more expensive than just ordering it online.So much for supporting local businesses. I’ll just do all my orders online now. Its cheaper and better service.

Didnt have 1.0 ohm mesh pods for Vaporesso. Went to Avail/Kure vape shop at Southern Shopping Center. Got a 4 pack for $15.

Would rate 0 star if possible. Sold me two vapes a couple days ago. I didnt open the second one til I went to try it last night and the juice had leaked out all inside the packaging. It was clearly damaged. Went back to try and get it replaced. They said they couldnt accept it. This was right after she just got off the phone saying she would replace something for someone else because she remembered their face. So I guess that means you onlu get bare minimum service if you know people. This place takes absolutely no pride in their service or customer satisfaction. 10 out 10 would not recommend to anyone. Ill never go there ever again nor should anyone else.

This place is amazing. Their Juices are definitely the best in the State if not the whole East Coast, but the guys there are awesome very knowledgeable and willing to spend the time with you. Every other place Ive been too, Ive had such rude service. Needless to say, Ill be going to 21st Street from now on especially the prices i mean 12.99 for premium juice. Where are you going to find that ever!!!

Collins was very helpful. I am new to vaping and he went above and beyond from making sure i picked the right coil for my mod to picking the best juice that suits my needs. I learned more from him that I did youtubing lol. Good selection of juices and fairly priced. The shop is clean and organized. 10/10. I would definitely come back! 😊

Excellent friendly staff! They saved me $35 in comparison to the Tobacco and Vape head shops. All I needed was a new USB connector whereas Tobacco and Vape tried to convince me I needed to spend $40 for a new pen.

By far the worst vape shop I have had the displeasure of patronizing. Numerous glass products from them either break over nothing & even more of their products have come straight out of the box broken. Probably the reason they dont do returns or refunds. Buyer beware stay far far away from this shop unless you want to waste your money

The staff is nice but fair warning. If you are in the market specifically for ELFBAR, they sell either fake ones/off brand. I went through three energy ones only to find out they run out after three days. I vape these moderately throughout all day and the reason I found this out was comparing to a local shop near my house that also sells elf Bars of all flavors same 5000 puff count and these actually hold to what they Market. Its been two weeks with this elf bar from this other spot. I would not recommend getting elfbars from vault norfolk, they need to check their supplier so they dont steal the customers money.

One of the best vape shops in the area. I dont go anywhere else for juice now. Anything you need, they have. Abyss and Mega Loops are my personal favorites, and hes got the juice on the low. 15$ 30ML is about the same price everyone else sells 15ml for. Cant beat that, not to mention the happy hour from 2-4 with 2$ off all juices.

Friendly, knowledgeable folks and good prices. I moved away and there are plenty of other smoke shops nearer to me now, but the Vault is definitely my favorite and I drive out to it whenever I can.

This is one of the few vape shops I do visit! I went there for the first time last week and the gentleman there was very helpful! I got 3 vape juices (drunk n zebra, abyss, and Hawaii 5-0). He can make juice any flavor in your desired nicotine level. You can also mix the flavors. I definitely will be returning to buy more juice!!

The vault sells counterfeit Elf Bars. I researched it and the counterfeit ones have sparked a debate that they increase the chances of lung damage and cancer. Theyre selling them as legit bars too. They have lost my business.

To be honest I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here. They’re expensive and the oils aren’t that great. The guy that helped me was friendly but I would rather drive further to get quality products than this.

Owners are cool af, even though I know them personally, and they do have WiFi, a perks reward program, and a halpy hour on juices. Also they do have a military discount. They have a website for acquiring their stores juice line.

We were visiting the base at Norfolk and had to find a vape store as my vapes werent working well. Found The Vault on Google maps and stopped in. LIZ IS THE BEST. She helped me figure out why my tongue and mouth were so sore and set me up with a great Smok vape Procolor set and bumped the nicotine in my juice up so I wasnt hitting it so often. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and fun to work with. I would recommend this shop 200%.Thanks Liz. Tongue is now healing well, lol.

Very convenient. This place has everything that youll need except pre-built coils for vape drippers. I live this place. Just get a small batch of coils for RDAs will go a long way!👍🏽

The have a bad return and exchange policy.I bough a vaporizer that didnt work when I got home, so I returned next day with receipt , they right away told me no returns no exchanges.Please do not buy anything from The Vault that you would ever have to return.
