I just visited their website and they seem to offer a good quality massageincluding Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Hot Oil Massage..Edit April 2024:This time, I went for a massage. My massage therapist was Mia, and it was evident that she was very professional and knew her job well. As someone who has received massages at many different places for decades, I was very satisfied with her massage.When I entered, I noticed both the cleanliness and the orderly state of the environment and the massage room. Also the lady at the front desk welcomed and cared for me very well.Here, the types of massages available are only Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and reflexology. Personally, I would have preferred if they also offered Thai massage, but of course, thats entirely a personal preference. However, I am very pleased that I have found a massage center that I can always go to from now on.

Ive been having pain in my muscle from my hip down. Laura worked it and also put the hot rocks on my back. After the massage she took the very hot stones and rubbed me all over. The heat was not too much, it felt really good. The rest of me feels very good and relaxed. A few hours later and the pain was nearly gone.

The front desk chick is so lovely, she’s the only person who makes me feel welcomed, Her name was Isabella, she’ll take good care of you. 10/10 for her great service. But I do have complaints about the boss and the rest, I felt uncomfortable because the masseuse was standing there waiting for me to tip but Isabella was such a great help, Definitely will come back to be attended by her! 😁

Its the second time I went there, the first time was amazing and pleasant, but the second time, just yesterday, I didnt have the best experience. the masseuse was trying to offer me an additional service to upsell, which is ok but not too professional but the worst experience is that the lady at the front was almost forcing me to pay tip and the options for tips were 25%,30%,35% which is ridiculous in my opinion on 180$ bill that I paid for their service. after she saw that I chose not to leave any tip, she said a few times with a lot of pressure we make tips here.unfortunately I wont be back for this place again.

The massage was reasonable, a nice place and a good atmosphere.The reason I dont give you 5 stars is the insistence on the tip even though we each paid $85 for one hour. The insistence on the tip was so unpleasant and unkind. I will never go back again !!

Mia is magical! During my month of work here, I went twice. Deep tissue and 1st cupping experience that has me addicted to healing and self care. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Clean and calming atmosphere.

Wow! Simply the best massage I’ve got so far in Miami. Will come back 100%. Clean place, great location, music. Nice stretching and really good massage therapist!

Massage is good. The main issue is they interupt you during massage to offer extra service for $50 more which is a very unpleasant experience when you want to relax. At the end they gonna ask you for tips and they would be very disappointed if you wont give enough, which leaves you with even more unpleasant experience.

I’ve been twice and made my husband go because I felt like I got special treatment. But nope, Mia is just sooooo amazing! Never had a massage like that, deep massage, body cracking & stretching, hot stones…. I leave feeling high🤣 seriously just go.

They treat me like a piñata! I came to relax after a long trip I wanted to calm down, they didn’t ask how I wanted, if I have any conditions, etc..they just did it how they wanted to, they put oil on me like a BBQ AND THEN when paying tell me and my husband “for next time can you add more tip?” Wtf… I’ll NEVER come back to this location

Great massage and very new, clean environment. Was looking for a new massage place in the area and this is it. Will definitely be coming back soon.

If you would like to get additional sales instead of the massage this is place when you get it. Lady was constantly offering additional services and preventing clients from getting relaxation.

I got two massages here. First one I reserved online and wrote in what I wanted. Second one I called and got appointment with same masseuse. I asked if she remembered what I like and she said yes (or something like it). But she didn’t, and probably doesn’t understand English. For a 75 minute massage she massaged my back for 40+ minutes until I finally said something.I’m writing this post for two reasons. One, to say to customers- explain what you want bc the masseuse will do that. Second to Seven Sense, please don’t massage the back over and over and over. Customers do not like that, and it’s even insulting.I write this bc Seven Sense is a quality spa with a heavenly vibe. I want them to do better.

Great massage in a very clean, modern and relaxing atmosphere! All trouble spots were addressed with appropriate pressure and technique. Felt great, stretched and relaxed after. My first time getting a massage and I’m so glad I went to 7 senses. The second you step through the door, you are welcomed by a a very nice receptionist who wants to make sure you get an amazing massage. Whether you’re a new client or a regular, 7 senses is the best place to get a massage. Every single masseuse is extremely talented, professional and kind. They truly care about your body and know how to make you relax. I am now going to become a regular client because I feel like a brand new person and I’ve never felt so relieved. The service, staff, and environment is phenomenal.

I drove from a long distance to the 7 senses massage. Excellent massage! My wife and I got a couples massage in the same room and had an wonderful time. My first coming here and my experience was amazing, I just had a baby and my back been feeling uptight so I decided to get a massage. My massage therapist was Mia Yang and she have hands of a goddess, she really made me feel refreshed and rejuvenated after an hour massage. Also it was clean and the decor is modern and soothing. Fantastic. I’ll start with the customer service- Wonderful! Me and my girlfriend called last minute and they fit us in.The massage - amazing! The two massage therapist we had were excellent. They asked us here and there throughout the massage if we were comfortable and if it was too much pressure or it was ok. Nice to see they care to give a great experience. My massage therapist asked what level of pressure I would like before the service and I asked for soft. She accommodated me and it was amazing!We loved it so much we tipped 25%.Will be coming back!

This place is very nice, the massage therapist was kind and understood exactly what I needed. communication is the key to get the service you need. Be open to let them know which parts to target and how you would like done and they will deliver.I will be definitely coming back for more. and wait I forgot to mention it was very affordable 2 hrs for $160

I highly recommend 7 senses! The ambience, staff, and customer service is great. Tiffany gave an amazing massage and I highly recommend asking for her. She was able to give an excellent deep tissue massage with just the right amount of pressure that I needed. The hot stones, hot towels, and tiger balm was a nice touch that left me feeling less tight and sore coming out. Overall, from this being my second massage here, I know I’ll be coming back more often.

This is the third time I’ve been to 7 senses and it’s always been a wonderful experience. Tiffany is #1, she knows exactly what you need and makes you feel comfortable throughout the session. Once completed you cannot help but feel rejuvenated and in a state of bliss. Make sure you ask for Tiffany, you wont regret it.

The worst experience. The massage therapist said my tip amount was not enough and demanded more. I was shocked. I will never come here again or recommend to anyone I know. Also, something tells me the high rating reviews are fake.

I just moved back to the Aventura area. We have been moving and our bodies were just done. My friend found this place on Google and had good reviews so we called. They worked with us to get a last min appointment. We got the 90 min massage for 2 people for $230. It wouldve been $160 for 60 min. I had Coco, and sadly I dont remember who did my friends massage. We both really loved it. For sure on the better side of massages Ive gotten. Was so pleased that, even though we got the massage yesterday, we decided for it again today. We called at 8:15 pm, hoping to get in at 9 for 1 hour since we knew theyd be closing and no time for 90 min. We called and they said no to 9 and I was a bit disappointed, but she offered to get us in staying at 9:45 AND 90 min. We didnt ask who theyd give us. It was 2 different people. It was very good, but I felt that the previous one was a bit better. So, go for amazing massage, and Id say all for Coco (or Koko). Not sure how she spells it. FOR SURE WORTH YOUR TIME! I will be a regular here!

This is the place I go after flying thousands of miles to get to Miami. Helps me acclimate brilliantly. This place never lets me down. Its a great place to get a good deep tissue massage. The ladies here are super talented and reasonably priced.

Today I had my first experience at 7 Senses with a 90 minute body and foot massage given by Tom; the overall service surpassed my expectations. My body was in a incredibly tense state and by the time the massage was finished my circulation was moving again in arms, legs and feet. Although I ordered the strong massage, Tom was very mindful in focusing on key spots without overdoing any painful knots. The overall experience is outstanding from booking the appointment with Joy to being greeted by Jessica and then worked on by Tom. Highly recommend!

If I could give negative stars I would! Absolutely terrible. Asked for specific location on feet & calves and they never even touched that. They basically rubbed location onto my skin. The other person I was with the guy massaging was falling asleep. Do not recommend!!

It is the second time I come to this place and I’m very satisfied with the massages. One comment, the product used for the massage leaves a smell a little old the day after. Other than that, the service is nice and I would come again.

Me and my sister in law came after buying a Groupon that expired, we called the day before and explained the situation, and asked if we could still come and they said yes. We hired baby sitters and came for our massage just to stand there while the lady in the front said we can’t use them, she called the manager and she was so rude, telling us we need to pay full price even though they had said to come. We asked to talk to her directly and she said no. Worst customer service. What a waste of time and money.

I’m in town from Atlanta and really needed a good massage. I googled them, called and they had appointment ready for me within 30 mins. Emmie was amazing. I went in for a deep tissue massage and foot massage and she was above my expectations!!

The massage was good. I was leaving very happy and ready to recommend it to friends. But as I went to pay, I wrote $12 for the tip, and the lady kept pushing me to write $15 instead. I was extremely uncomfortable after this. I’ll come back but I will not recommend it to my friends.

Have come here several times and always paid $70. Today I was asked if I wanted deep tissue or Swedish I asked what the differnce was and was told one is deeper. I proceeded with the deep tissue when I was ready to leave they charge me $80 - I asked why the price was higher and they told me because it was deep massage. They asked my therapist is she had informed me of the price and she lied to my face saying she had and proceeded to be sarcastic and passive aggressive.My friend was in the restroom when I paid and missed the converstion. When it was her turn to pay same situation plus 4 employees aggressively attacking her verbally. When she asked why the price they asked her but do you feel good - not the point, its a matter of principal.They proceeded to aggressively argue with us 4 employees arguing- Massage ruined!!My other friend (3 of us went) was charged $70 for the very same deep tissue massage- we all had an hour massage she was the last one to go in and the first to come out - so they cheated her on the timeIn addition I shared the room with one of my friends and the therapist spent the entire massage chit chatting and laughing. The so called deep tissue was a regular massage and the hot stones they offered just sat in the middle of my back and where never used to actually masaage.I wont be back and I suggest you find a more respectable business establishment!!!!

7 Senses spa came up as the best rated massage place near my home on a google search. I call them right away based on the perfect reviews. I am a working mother of two and came to unwind and decompress but after my experience I felt compelled to share my feedback as it may help other clients to avoid the frustration and have a relaxing experience instead.The place is new, has a soothing ambiance about it and looked very clean.What took me by surprise is the lack of professionalism. I have never had a masseuse texting in the middle of my massage. I realized she was texting when 10 min into the massage, Alise , my therapist, kept reaching out to the table and only used one hand on my back. When she stopped the whole massage abruptly, I got up to see what’s happing and saw her fully engaged in texting. When I asked if I should reschedule for another time since she looked busy with her personal stuff, she said no and proceeded to continue my massage. Meanwhile her phone kept vibrating next to my head from non stopping incoming messages. She kept looking at the screen but refrained from texting. I was very frustrated by that point but decided to try to enjoy the rest of the massage. And then her phone rang. Instead of turning it off, Alise took a phone call which lasted another few minutes. At that point I couldn’t relax at all. Oh, and she had to cut off my massage early because her next client came in and she left me to greet him, then returned back to tell me I was done.I was charged full price without any apologies.I hope management will take notes and some measures to keep a more professional environment.

I wondered in here as a walk-in just passing by since I was in the plaza. I was REALLY impressed with how clean the place was, the level of zen and tranquility I felt, and lastly, how amazing the services were. I did a deep-tissue with Tony since I have severe pain in my neck and back from being at the computer working all day and the next day I felt instant relief from the session so I will definitely be back regularly.
