I have been visiting this place for years . My first time was taken here by a friend because my sciatica was killing me,after an hour of massage I went home walking on my own . In last 2 years I have been there at least every other week coco was great strong massage but good . Recently I tried Helen and she is just amazing I develop problems in my arms and lower back after her treatment am like 30 years younger,the problem is that now am addicted to her massage . Well great place great price , great masseurs. You should give it a try. And dont be afraid of tipping well a great work.

I had low expectations for this place cause of the ratings but it actually was pretty good! I was looking for a super deep pressure massage that would be painful but beneficial because I work out a lot so that’s what I asked for and I got it. It was very good, and I felt very relieved. Andy the masseus did a great job, I’d ask for him.I wasn’t looking for a calming relaxing experience, was looking more for a traditional eastern massage so I would reccomend if you’re open minded to something new. It was $50 for an hour and I tipped $20 cash. My only criticism would be to play music in the background vs silence.

Ok so I have been going to this location for over a year and sometimes twice per week. I am a bodybuilder and recovery is key to my life. The fact that I can get a $75 - 90 min massage keeps me coming back. No to mention they treat me so nice. I will admit that the tip a head of time is not my favorite but I just ask her to keep my card and charge me at the end. We have built a great relationship. I tell them when I like one person over another. I don’t do a great job at calling ahead of time so I usually get whose there but I witness people call and ask for a preference and she calls them in to work. The people their are hard workers and want to do their best. This isn’t a massage envy or four seasons spa but if you have tension, pain, or stress built up they will apply pressure to get it out. I can’t say every experience has been amazing but the average of them have. I got a couples massage for my mother and I for Mother’s Day when she came into town to visit me. She loved it. If you’re boogie and want something upscale this is the place but they are clean. All linens are fresh. I just finished a $95-2hr massage (pre-charged $115 to include $20 tip) and literally fell asleep. It was amazing! I read the reviews before going but I took a chance because the price is unbeatable. They didn’t lie but also they seem a bit excessive in the fact of prepaying with tip (most massages place like this that is standard… I get ALOT of massages)But do as you wish with the information. They have my business I can promise that because the value, quality, and price is up my alley,

Clearly from the reviews you can tell this is not a place to go to RELAX. I asked for a FOOT massage for 30 minutes and she kept insisting for an hour even after I told her no I have somewhere to be. Anyways it was a LEG massage literally out of the 30 minutes 25 minutes was them massaging our legs. Then right after finishing he puts his hand out and says “tip tip”. Before we could even put our shoes back on. Plus we already paid before our massage which is weird in itself. I told the lady at the front desk don’t ask me for a tip if I want to give one I will. Still did but won’t be returning.

Massage was ok. I am starting to realize that foot massage is less important and body massage always recommended. Dont know why that is. Anyway, I love foot massages, but the demand of tip before the massage shows that the owner takes all the money and gives the worker only tips. I dont encourage this type of thing. Plus, years ago they had good people to give massages now It seems like they are just rushing, and not focusing on foot or tub of water is luke warm. Anyone has better suggestions for foot massage please let me know.

I wanted to get me and my husband both a 30 min massage but they told me I had to get a more expensive massage and that we HAD to tip them 10 dollars a piece. NEVERRRRR COMING HERE AGAIN. Tips are something that is an offer not a demand!!! 0 stars

Terrible experience... Today was my 8th month anniversary and I decided to take my girlfriend out to get a massage. I purchased two twenty dollar massages which came out to be $40. I was perfectly fine with that because I was aware of that before arriving. But, after the massages, they kept following us around like it was mandatory to give them money for tip. The definition of a tip is something given without claim or obligation. I felt like I was hustled to give them a tip because they surrounded us until we gave one. I wanted a stress-free day because it was our anniversary, so I decided to give one. I didnt have cash, so I took out my card. I got a decent massage, but my girlfriend didnt really enjoy it, so I suggested a 5 dollar tip for both of them. The lady said five? like it was an insult but I dont have that type of money to be blowing because I was planning to take her out to eat afterward. Then, the main lady came to take her place and she said, five, and I assumed she got the message and charged me five together but she charged me for each which was $10 in tip. Mind you, Im a college student and I just wanted to take my girlfriend out on a date for our anniversary on a budget. The massages werent worth $50.

Do not use their ATM machine, it will charge a extra $3 fee on top of the fee you paying for the massage. The man gave a painful experience and discomfort in my back all day. I did not like the way they kept forcing a tip out of me. No business SHOULD BE ASKING FOR TIPS , tips come with appreciation of the service but you do not ask for it. Never ask customers for tips, it’s no class. Let the customer tip you depending on their experience, not because you feel you need a tip. I can’t over pay for you doing your job if the job is done horrible and the massage was the worst 1 hour I ever spent and I will not be going back or telling friends. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME.

Both the front desk lady and massage therapist guilt tripped me into giving more money for the tip than deserved. I told them I could only tip 10. Even then I was tempted to say they didnt deserve that. But I left the 10 and left after getting dirty looks and the guy telling me the tip wasnt good enough. I never ever leave comments or rate usually but as a massage therapist myself Im appalled.

I went to this place last weekend hoping to have a relaxing foot massage and ended up with severe pain in my back. The massage was hard and rough, not relaxing at all. When I tried to avoid the back massage, since I have serious back problems, the guy didnt care and went on anyway. It really hurt. In the end, he charged me extra $16 as tips after I had already paid $18.99 for the massage. Really bad experience! Wouldnt go there if I were you!

Worst massage experience ever. Me and a friend just left and both had 90 minute massages. This is the first place Ive been where they have you take off all of your clothes, and lay there butt naked exposed with little to no privacy. My masseur left several times to get the steamed towels, ok, totally know its necessary, but she had to walk all the way down the hallway and back that took a while. I used my Bluetooth speaker for music that I just so happened to have in my backpack , since she was going to use her phone to play music. The massage itself, felt like somebody just squeezing oil on me and rubbing it on. Before we could even put our clothes back one, the lady asks for a tip. Kinda rude, but ok. After we tipped $10 each, both masseurs in broken English demanded more money. They said we should tip them $20 for a $60 massage, and its required (mind you they still didnt give my friend a chance to get dressed). We told them we didnt even have that much more, and they told us they can charge us by card. I pulled up a tip chart, showed them that it should only be $10 for tip. They got mad and in broken English they told us we cant get a massage there anymore. Sweeeet I would never return and never recommend anyone to visit this ghetto, run down, pushy, unprofessional, dirty place ever.

I got a simple foot massage. I paid slightly higher than the price that was advertised and I was ok with it. Entrance does look abnormal. Place is bigger than it looks. I couldnt really explain exactly what I wanted because of the language but Im a born and raised bay area dude and I was ok with all the services that I was provided with. The old man did a good job. Normally I only want women to service me but my feet hurts so I needed deep tissue. I might go again. 3 25 stars. Because it was right with the price. And I got what I paid for.

Creepy as hell! They harassed us for tips, and the massage was the worst Ive ever had. I dont think theyre licensed at all. Zero knowledge on acupressure. The whole appointment was like getting lotioned up, thats it. Dirty place. Tiny towels to cover up. Loud voices in the hallway and it smelled like cheap takeout. Do not come here! I was so glad i had my friend with me. He felt the same creepiness.

I’ve been going therefor over 9 years and they really work for me. It’s no frills but the reflexology and massages are great. I’m a body worker health professional who enjoys getting a routine tune up. They are efficient, convenient, kind and affordable.I recommend them highly.

This was probably the most awkward massage Ive ever had in my life. After arriving to this sketchy place that I decided to give a shot b/c the price was good, I ordered the 40$ 60 minute body massage. I was led to this room that had dim lights and a rusty shower and was instructed to water. I politely declined and then was instructed to take my clothes off. I did, laid down, and about 5 minutes later a gentlemen arrived. He was nice, sweet. So he starts using his elbows to rub on my back which felt OK, but, I was there for my shoulder mostly. After about 10 minutes of that I hear/feel him jump up onto the table. I guess above him were handlebars that he holds, and as you can imagine he started walking up my back. Its worth noting that I had a towel/blanket placed as a barrier to my skin. As he was walking up my back (which was very hard), the blanket started to come down, and I immediately felt his bunions on my skin scratching my back. It felt like sand paper because he was pressing all his weight on my shoulder that hurt. I said, No, too much, too hard, dont like. and he replies, No English. I was mortified. Subjected to ancient torture. After sharing many laughs at what was going on, I left. I tipped because the story is worth telling and the man, god bless him, was sweet. I called my sister afterwards and she confirmed, You should have trusted your instincts and not wasted your money.I will not be back.

Massage was okay. But they required 10 dollar as a tip per person after the massage. Even though the amount of tip doesnt matter as long as I have satusfied with the service, it was unpleased that they refused our appreciation and pushed us.

They asked for the tip upfront and were not happy with it. We asked that if they didnt want to do the massage that it was okay and we could leave. They said it was fine but the massage was terrible. Definitely will not be returning.

The lady looked like 60 years old, but gave me a massage that felt like a 30 year old men had done it.I was left pain free and walked upright for the next 24 hours. My posture felt 1000x better and my back pain went from an 8 to a 1. My shoulders from 7 to a 1 and my Migraine dissapeared.Highly recommended.Hardly any English, tho. Chinese owned. But damn, they know their massage techniques.Fyi. Dont try nothing shady, theyre actually pretty strict about you joking around happy endins and stuff. #Respect100percent

This place should be closed by now. The women,I beilve the owner forced us to leave tip , upon the money we paid. Let me tell you what you got the LOWEST RATE miss, on google review, you are against human rights law.You kept asking for money violently . The massage was good,I will not lie, but the owner and people are beyond their line. And we thinking to sue you for ignoring the law.

For the price this place offers a pretty good massage. The owner was very nice and welcoming upon arriving. There was a bit of a language barrier with the massage therapist, but he seemed very knowledgeable and had strong hands for deep tissue.

I enjoy going to this place to get me a massagespecially if the person is not looking at his phone

Lady give a massage worst experience plus I give her tip no matter what but still she yelling at me, to give her more that’s an appropriate .

Great Massage therapist. Asking for the tip up front is weird but so far I have not been let down. Its inside an apartment so expect to see people in the common areas.

Amazing for the price. Wow. The environment is sketchy at first, but their massages make up. And theyre open late. I got off of work at 830p and they were still open. Amazing find.

Andy was amazing but let me tell you the prices on the website are not right when I got there I asked for the 90min body n foot for $40 she charged me before I went into the room than took me to a room with a bunch of plp I said I thought it was in a private room she said no if you want that is a 1 hour for $40 body only so I ended up paying $60 for 2 hours 1 for body n 1 for foot but at the end they kept rushing me out the room n demanded $15 tip I said hell nah n they got sooo upset

They also have table shower and body scrub service, and they do a good job. Yes, at least one of the ladies kept asking for tip.

The worst place I ever been before I used to go to massage because of my shoulder but with this place I’m done never ever recommend to anybody, first three lady intered to massage room start asking money and invesgation which is horrible I never had this bad experience

My friend had her purse with money and phone stolen from this place, and she was the only customer there at the time. Best avoid.

Loved it i got off work today my back really hurt i do 9 too 13 hour shifts a day very intense work came in here as a 1st time walk in stright too business i paid 40$ left feeling brand new tiped 20$ service was so good i will be back for the 125min i belive
