I’ve never had this bad gel manicure! I even asked her are you sure you gonna leave it like that? It’s uneven and bumpy. And she damaged my nails so bad. It’s been only few days but it’s already peeled and my index finger already has split. I never experienced this with short gel manicure. Also, I did pedicure too, regular gel. It’s already peeled too. My regular pedicure usually can last more than one month. So I don’t know what to say. Nail tech doesn’t know what the hell she is doing.

Ocean Nails and Spa is the best salon to get your nails and eyebrows done. I am a regular customer of Hanah and she does amazing work. She always does a great job. She is meticulous and always gives me the length, shape, and design I ask for. She is sweet, friendly, and always professional. Ocean Nails and Spa is the place to go.

Hannah is always fantastic. The only person I will be going to for my nails and have been going to for years.

I have been going to this location for about a year to get my nails done with Hannah, she is definitely the best at doing nails, her designs are unique, I definitely recommend her.

Although the staff was very nice, I was very dissatisfied with my pedicure. I asked for a gel pedicure with french tips. The man only put a clear coat, no neutral color like it is supposed to be done. He also did a super thin line, making it not even look like french nails. I asked him 3 times to thicken it and each time was the same so I gave up and asked to pay. Super upset that I paid $50 for a white line. Do better!

Maya is my go to nail technician and has been for over 4 years now she is amazing! I strongly recommend ocean side nails and spa to anyone looking for a nail place! The whole staff is wonderful!

I got my nails done here and with in a day they were chipping, she rushed it because I didn’t wanna get the gel which was more $$ and now a week later I need to get my nails done and again and they are completely ruined after I spent so much time to grow them out naturally. I went back 2 days later they fixed it and now 3 days later they are chipped again. Not happy and will not be going back at all

My friend has been coming to Ocean Nails and Spa for almost a year. About a month ago, she spontaneously joined me to a late night appointment. We walked in around 7:15pm and Hanah took me as a walk-in. By far the BEST service. She did medium-sized square French tips and we were out of the salon by 8pm! I waited about 3 1/2 weeks to get a fill-in (NO NAILS WERE LIFTING)and my friend and I booked back-to-back appointments with Hanah. She had us BOTH out of the salon in 2 1/2 hours. It is always an amazing experience going to Ocean Nails and Spa and I HIGHLY recommend Hanah—super sweet, efficient, and friendly🩷

I visit this location quite often and I enjoy the service I receive it’s my personal time and it’s a pleasure. Once I got to know the staff they are very friendly and got out of the way to ensure my mani and pedicure are done to my liking. My preferred nail technicians are Mya and Hanah.Hanah is amazing with intricate nail designs. Overall this is always a pleasure it’s relaxing and not overwhelming. (Perfect space for social distancing)

Staff was nice but my pedicure was not how I wanted it. I asked for a gel french pedicure and it was not was I was expecting. On top of that once I got home I realized my pinkie toe already chipped off completely which left me very upset.

Been here afew times, since they’re close to my job and I live in Suffolk.I tried two different people, and neither of them worked out. And when I came back to fix the nails they were rude and acted like it was my fault. For the money they charge, this should NOT be what my nails look like after only 3 days!!! I do not recommend them. They’re overpriced and under qualified.

I would not recommend!I got sns powder with French tip and my boyfriend got a regular gel manicure. My boyfriend paid and I asked if I could put $10 for tip on my card. The man agreed. After we both had ALREADY PAID the man realized it was a good idea to ask what I got done. He didn’t think to ask before I paid. He then tried to make my boyfriend pay another $10 for HIS mistake. Do not come here, instead invest in looking a nail tech who will do a 10x better job.

I was a walk in, regular pedicure and powder manicure, the pedicure was fine, the manicure is where it lacked the most. The table was dirty From previously being used. Towards the end the nail tech put the clear coating on top she said I have to wait until it dries and went to go attended to 3 other ladies and left. I thought she would b back bc a clear coat on the powder nails doesn’t take very long to dry. also after using of powder there’s still some residue left over which then comes in The dusting of the hands and the use of warm towel with some lotion to let the client know the service is done. That wasn’t the case in the situation the nail tech wasn’t thinking of returning and only did when she saw I was still at the table and just put oil on my cuticles and as she walked away said I could wash my hands if I wanted to. The lack of attention to detail is where there need to put most of their attention too. there wasn’t many people in the salon to begin with, at most I would say 6 but not at the same time n not for the same services. I came to relax and enjoy sister bonding time before she left for college but instead I left was frustration n disappointment.The pictures attached are what I saw while I was waiting, again it’s attention to detail where they lack in. there was only 3 people in the salon and The two owners were sitting down while the dirt was still on the floor I believe if it’s your business you should care more about.

I am never disappointed with the service or technical skills of the people here! Mai is exceptionally talented! Every picture I bring she duplicates amazingly!

I had a great mani and pedi!

I first started going to this nail salon and loved the technician. However, I started seeing discoloration underneath one of my nails. It was actually there when he filled them in and he didn’t file it, just worked over it. I trusted his judgment and of course the discoloration kept appearing like it was spreading. I thought I was seeing things until I took off the nail and saw what looked like a fungus. The next day I saw it appearing under my thumb. Took that nail off as well. I called, sent pictures, over a month ago and No response from the salon. I am very disappointed and will not return and do not recommend for lack of service and cleanliness.

Hannah is absolutely amazing! She does a great job, is quick and is always kind I highly recommend!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!Do not recommend.I asked for SNS manicure & Gel pedicure. I asked for the same color and they said yes. I confirmed once more and they said yes. My pedicure was done and once I was getting my manicure they didn’t have the same color. I asked for about 10 different colors and they didn’t have it.My sister asked for a SNS manicure and was given a Gel manicure.My sister in law asked for a Gel pedicure and was give a regular pedicure.We were still charged full price and they didn’t want to accommodate us for their mistake.

Nails came out really nice but way over priced. This set cost 100$ but it was because they charged me extra since i didn’t like how short they cut them at first. I’ll never go back here, they didn’t do what i asked for and then they go ahead and charge me extra

Mya is the best nail tech that i have been to in a very long time. I get compliments every time she does my gel manicure and pedicure. My nails look natural not bulky like the way most nail techs do by putting on too much gel. I highly recommend her .

James did my nails he did a great job! I had a really nice experience they are a little pricey so just keep that in mind but would definitely recommend

Horrible experience. I went in for a pedicure which costs $30? For what idk because the nail tech was rough and rushed. I did not enjoy my experience. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable. I’m actually surprised these services are given in Oceanside lol. Please listen to the reviews and don’t bother giving them a chance.Update: In less than a week the color chipped.

Hi .. I got my nails done at this place once or twice now and everytime I’ve been left feeling like my tip isn’t good enough. The staff does talk in their own language and it feels like comments are being made. I think it’s unprofessional

Terrible pedicure - I’ve never had someone handle me as if I didn’t have actual nerve endings…she dug so deep into the sides of my nails I have multiple ingrown toenails and cannot wear heels for the vacation I got this pedicure for. They don’t have any recognizable polish brands - some bizarre knock offs and they tried to make me pay extra for an unknown polish brand. It was a $30 pedicure for completely bubbled nails, multiple ingrown toenails and 0 care. She did not even touch my calves and the whole pedicure was done with gloves on although I feel like it was the least sanitary pedicure I’ve had. My feet actually HURT after having this pedicure. I will never return.

Came as a walk in and asked at front desk how much a fill in would be, they wouldn’t answer me till I sat down which is awkward if I didn’t want to stay. They told me $48 and my regular nail person is $40 I said no thank you my regular is more affordable. She turned around and said something in their language to the other staff and they all laughed as I walked out. Super rude and unprofessional. I tried to avoid any awkwardness by asking up front how much. You shouldn’t pressure anyone by having them get seated ready to go if they are just inquiring about the price.

Their terrible reviews say it all. Very unprofessional staff. Showed up at 6:57 PM to get my nails done and they refused to take me. Meanwhile the place was empty and are open till 8PM… Very lazy. I even called earlier to confirm the time they are open till and asked to make an appointment, they told me I did not need one. Rushed after work to get this done before my trip. They wasted my time. Also very unprofessional to speak to one another laughing before telling me they are “unavailable”. Never giving them my money!

So I went here for the first time. I waited almost 40 mins. And it wasnt even busy lol besides that I got the spa pedicure. No foot massage just the basic. Meanwhile it cost me 65!!! When they put the bags on my feet with the wax before I left i had to take it off myself. Staff is rude and when I tipped they took the money and turned around. No thank you; or have a nice day also other nail salons massage your back while your nails dry. After spending 90.00 for my services I didnt get one. I will definitely not be coming back .

I went for a regular mani pedi on Friday and got the worst service possible. The lady was going so fast as if she was trying to rush me out although they weren’t that busy. Because she was going so fast, she didn’t realize one of my toenails was already short and instead of filing she cut into my skin and nail bed. She then proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I had cut them too short. Horrible service. My nail polish chipped not even a day later. There were also nail clippings all over the floor and table.

7/10I liked the way Steven did my nails BUT not to sure if they are following all protocols... 😢 my pedicure was okay but MAYA was making me get something I didn’t want and I don’t like that! She even cut my skin on my big toe and just put water. She was using her phone with the gloves then touching my feet. I will go back to let Steven do my nails but I need someone else to do my pedicure. I’ll update in two weeks to see how everything goes with my nails / toes...update 7/17All well my nails are great. As for my toe nails and big toe she cut it’s still dark. 😩

Very pretty place. Service is not the greatest. A pedicure takes about 10 minutes to be done, including the painting. Only to remove the gel of my hands, they wanted to charge me 10 dollars. This is ridiculous. Wherever I go, the max I have gotten charged is $2-$3 dollars. I will never come back again.

Ive been coming here since they opened. I was happy here. In the past couple of years referred 8 family members. A month ago they would have received 5 stars but today they are getting 1 star because everyone I referred has had a horrible experience there and Im very disappointed. We had a family get together and everyone shared their experience. I was embarrassed about referring them their. I started to pay attention and noticed not the entire staff is good at what they do. A few of them are even rude. Some of them talk about their clients in front of them in their own language. Ive always hated that. Either save your stories for break time or if you choose to talk in front of us say it in English so we can understand. Never again would I refer someone there.

So when i walked in i asked how much is a spa pedicure and the guy told me it is 53 dollars. After the guy was done with the treatment he is asking me for 63 which is 10$ more from what is written in thier price list and what the receptionist have told. Imtheir pricing is so tricky so you have to be carefuk. BTW the guy who did the treatment had some rude gesture.

I walked in and asked for a gel pedicure and spa pedicure. He said 10 minutes. I took a seat knowing I would wait at least 20-30 minutes.I was the third person waiting.After 20 minutes a short girl with nothing but a nasty attitude comes up to me and says, what you need? I tell her. She says you have appointment? I said no. I mean attitude. It was so bad I just laughed it off. I sit in the chair and I wait some more.We are now 45 minutes in . Just waiting .From the chair I’m sitting in , I take out my phone and call Jasmine Nail’s.I explain my situation and the tell me to come over.I get up and walk right out. The guy who I originally spoke to says , where you going !I don’t even answer.I am annoyed with my self. I wanted to give them another shot . But lesson learned . If I could give 0 stars I would .The most eventful part of that experience was that girl with that ugly nasty attitude. Hahahaa lol.

I went to Victoria nail salon at sands shopping center for the first time today. I was really excited to try them out. When the lady come to do my nail instead of soak my gel nail she instead put a fake nail underneath e pull it out. She pulled so hard and broke it mid nail. The pain was unbearable and I couldn’t believe what I was going through. Horrible service that not even 1 star this place deserves. Will never go back there. They will never have a dime from me ever again.

Very nice and clean salon. I have been going to Jenny for my nails over a year. She does great !I have never been disappointed. I watch as I am getting my nails done and all of the techs do a good job. I have tried many salons in the area and i have left disappointed. At this salon they are very friendly as well.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt this one was necessary. The staff is pretty rude and extremely focused / aggressive on getting more money. The quality of their services despite the unreasonably expensive prices is poor and I never want to go here nor recommend anyone else does either. Please support other salons who actually value quality and respect when it comes to people.

Lyn did my spa pedi and gel powder mani. She was wonderful! I will definitely be back to her.The place itself is clean and beautiful. They have pedi chairs for small children and lots of options for types of pedicures between services and scents.They are a bit slick on the up sell but I kinda appreciate that. Great work in a short amount of time and a relaxing day.

I went here for a manicure and pedicure. Was never told the price and when it was time to pay, normally a manicure/pedicure would be no more than 30.00 they charged my credit card 60.00 for a manicure/pedicure. I raised concern and was very upset by the fees, to be told by a supposed manager we have been closed for virus for 4 months, my reply was so you increase your prices dont tell me and charge my card 60.00!!! Customers should not have to pay at the expense of the Covid 19 virus as we are all in this together! How dare you steal money from people!

Came here to get a pedicure and got my eyebrows threaded as well. The pedicure came out great, the technician really took her time to make sure my feet were looking their best! My eyebrows came out ok too. Definitely recommend for pedicures if you’re in the area. Decent color selection. Can be a bit pricy

Called ahead to ask if they did acrylic before actually going into the salon. They said yes. When it was time to apply the acrylic, they bring out the gel and tell me they don’t do acrylics anymore. And on top of that they charged me for something I didn’t want. At this place it’s not what you want, it’s what they want.

There really should be manager on site at this location. Wanted to get a pedicure on Sunday morning at 11:30am. Reminder they just opened at 11am. Instead of telling me to have a seat and wait they want to tell me no. Seriously. Every time I come here there is an issue. This will be the last time I come here .

This place is the worseWent there yesterday for a gel fill in. The tech Christy had no clue what she was doing. Christy cut my finger with the machine had the nerve to catch an attitude when I ask for someone else. Is she delusional. I am reporting this place to the better business bureau .

So I had a 11am appointment, called the day before. Walked in at 10:55am. There was a line and was told I had to wait 10 mins. I let them know I had an appointment, have no problem waiting so I said I’m going to the store next store, I’ll be back in ten or call me when you’re ready (they have my number from the appointment). They said ok no problem. I come back 15 mins later and they took everyone who was waiting on line instead of calling that someone was ready and told me I had to wait a while again. Now it’s almost a half hour from my appointment and I asked what happen? They said I didn’t wait so they took other people. They told me ok no problem to walk next door. So I said this to them and asked to you honor appointment? So just forget them? The lady who was rude as anything said yup ok. So I walked out. Never again. They are rude and don’t honor appointments

I would give it no stars if I could. Went Sunday afternoon for mani/pedi. It is now Monday 8:50 am. Just looked at my manicure. I have three chipped nails. I will NEVER go back there again. And just for everyones information I did not wash dishes (went out to dinner yesterday) or do anything that would cause my nails to chip.

My manicure and pedicure were very poorly done. She completely rushed and did not make me feel comfortable. Will never come here again. Spend your money at a place thats actually worth it.

My husbands nails were cut so short they hurt. The girl also wanted to charge him more for his manicure because he has a lot of skin around his cuticles. Well since when do you charge by the amount of skin a person has around their cuticles? My design on my ring fingers is subpar, but the manicure was ok.

Me and my cousin were excited ab getting acrylics. I decided to try a new place bc they had nkce designs. I didnt get what I wanted and it was way to expensive for such a simple nail. They only gave me sparkles. They result was nice BUT nowhere near what I asked fir. This also happened to my cousin and a lady next to me was conplain bc she was not getting what dhe asked for.

They do great work. will be back.

My 1st time there and I had a bad experience. The male tech who did my pedicure did a horrible job.

This was my first time and will be my last. I was disgusted with how I was treated. Then told friends and they said “yep, don’t go there. Had a bad experience too.” It was terrible. The staff is mean, the prices are double anywhere else. Spend your money somewhere that cares about their customers.

I love Victoria in Roosevelt Field but Oceanside they are so rude. There is no manager to complain to. They pick and choose who they want to service. I guess my money isnt green enough. I would give it no stars if I could. If need to go to Roosevelt field.
