Everytime I come in here the employee is always helpful and nice, and a wide variety of flavors and brands. I always recommend this store to all my friends.

Never have had a bad experience coming here. The shop has good inventory and a lot of options to choose from. Courtney is the best behind the counter. She was very helpful and friendly; I honestly wish I could’ve talked to her longer. She made a good recommendation and she had a great energy. I’m really enjoying the vape I have and how easy it is to refill. Best vape shop in Oceanside in my opinion.

Had to go here so many times to replace my vape because of a lot of problems. First, i purchased a $35 vape the cheapest they had and it started to leak, went to get that fixed. Then, i purchased a bigger vape around $70 bucks had to get the coil replaced 3 times all because it leaked and eventually got it traded for the $35 buck vape. That vape fried itself and had to get it replace for free the first time. Then went again because it fried itself again we had to replace the body for $20 and it fried itself again. This place is overpriced and has the worst refillable vapes. All they do is leak and fry their own battery. All I did was plug it into a normal charger too. So I’m never coming here again.

I absolutely love this location they offer a convenient, affordable, and extensive variety of flavored vapes. The staff is always very friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable on their products. I have been going to this location for about four months and will not go anywhere else. They always have my favorite vape - strawberry kiwi elf bar, which I could hardly ever find at any other smoke or vape shops.

This place is awesome!! The owners are great the employees are great, they will even deliver to you same day. You are not going to find a better inventory of products anywhere. Open early and stays open late. They also have a rewards program for discounts and free products.

As somebody who hasn’t been to a vape shop in almost 8 years the staff here made it very easy to get what I was looking for. I had an endless amount of questions to figure out what everything was and the right juice to buy and they were helpful and patient the whole time. The prices seem reasonable and they have a good collection of products. What’s great is that the experience here is very quiet and one on one to get the best help you can. It’s not a busy shop but that’s a good thing as you become the main focus and not feel rushed. Also they’re open until 10pm which is nice since most places close earlier than that. I recommend coming here I’ve been satisfied the few times I’ve been here.

This place is Awesome! I come here easily once a week because of the great variety of juices they carry and they keep getting new things all the time. Another plus side is that the employees know their products and knowledge of each particular mod so they can better help narrow down what youre looking for without wasting much of your time. I usually deal with the Mo since hes always there and his services have been nothing but friendly and conscientious to my needs. Highly recommend this place for amateurs or long time veterans!!!

I typically don’t like to write a review but after reading to all the comments and the store’s reciprocity, I decided to give credit where credit is due. I have been in the store and have experienced the pros and cons like any business establishment. However, it is all entirely up to the customers. If you walk in with your ignorance or lack of knowledge by not asking the right questions(e.g. pricing, the past products’ pros and cons experienced, refund and exchange.. etc). Without a proper thought of questioning, you’ll find yourself unsatisfied in some ways once you walk out the door. Hope you know what I’m getting at. I’m not going to break it down in Barney style (it’s freaky purple dinosaur if some don’t who Barney is). Therefore, I gave 3 stars for the products/ pricing and 2 stars for the store service and taking their time to promptly reply to all the reviews. This total up to 5 stars. Thank you and keep up the good and reasonable service.

Need to let customer know that no REFUNDS OR RETURN when sales are final in the time of purchase. Or make the sign bigger and post every corner of the store. I love this place. Ive been a customer almost since it opened. These people do everything to get you what you need or try to fix what youve got. They dont push you to buy something you dont want or need. Theyre also very generous and dont try to nickel and dime you. Theyve kept up with new changes and innovations.

This place is my new regular shop. They have tons of juice and a lot more mods than other stores in the area. The staff is super friendly and not snobby at all. They know a lot and always remember feedback from customers, so they can give you good info. They even ordered my favorite juice that I recommended so I can have it close.. like I said they take feedback from customers and actually implement it.

I have literally been to Vape shops from coast to coast. And I have never literally never found any other shop with staff that was as friendly and knowledgeable as the people here! And I have never found another shop with the amount of variety of different e-liquids, tanks, mods, battery’s, etc etc!! If I lived anywhere near aroma vape, than this would totally be my go to shop! But I will definitely be back here anytime I’m in the north San Diego area!!!! Thank you to Trevor who helped me out. Neither staff member was pushy or over bearing, and I think I would’ve been happy with either person. Trevor is just who happened to be free when I walked in! I live across the street from a shop, but this shop has an online shop. By visiting the website I was able to find what I needed and what I wanted to ask for. I arrived to the store and to my surprise, my vape sommelier recommended something that better suited my needs than what I intended to buy. Everything on their end came together for me as a consumer to appreciate the experience. As a result I obviously feel satisfied with my purchase.

As of lately due to Covid-19, these guys have adapted to the game, they offer online order and a choice of if you want to pick up in front of store or delivery. I use the delivery option and get sent to my work as I order in the begining of the day and these guys are efficient. Great service, and as of today 7/02/2020 these guys still have classic flavors.

Told me they would call me back. Never got a call back. I come in to a completely empty store for the employee to “speak to the manager” who I guess is too busy to come out with how boomin business was 😂. All for them to tell me they don’t price match. That’s all I wanted to know. They are the most expensive place I’ve ever seen. You can get the same vapes cheaper at a gas station. I’d avoid this place

Went to the shop and the guys there were great nice selection. Called in this morning to see if they had a particular mod in Stock was told yes and said great Im on my way. Whats the price please. The idiot lady said we dont do prices over the phone.....and there went their business for the day. I will never set foot in the place again and the owner may wanna put his employee in check

My wife bought a new mod kit 2 days ago and it quite obviously is defective as she constantly gets juice in her mouth went back to the shop tonight and the guys there just didnt want to help by simply shaping out the defective tank and were really rude about it. Would never go to this shop again as hate dealing with aholes. Went to a totally different shop and they took 1 look at it and said it was quite obviously defective and shaped it out immediately for us at no cost. Thats what service should be.

This shop is totally amazing. Was going to another shop that had the same disposable for a cheaper price and David matched the price of the other store and also gave me a discount. I wont go anywhere else for my disposables.

Nice vape shop visuallyand customer service wise. BUT definitely price gouging..Charged me $40.05 for a bottle of juice that the actual company sells for $27.99and then told me cause of where they are located. I live in a much nicer area. And that shouldnt matter.I feel bad for the locals that think this is normal...Please do yourselves a favor and start ordering online.Or find a new local spot that isnt over charging

Helpful staff and a wide selection of products. Came here the first time because my breeze 2 had broken. Was able to get the nautilus aio sold to me by a helpful team member. Recently went back to buy replacement coils. Purchased the wrong set and was able to exchange for the correct set.Have been back several times and have been pleased with customer support and pricing each time.

On vacation and broke my tank glass. For whatever reason nobody in California has the replacement glass for my tank. I called ahead and the clerk at the store assured me they had it. I drove the 40 min to the store to find out they did in fact not have it. The reason for the 5 stars you might ask, he went above and beyond trying every glass he had in the store to find one that fit. He was unsuccessful so i ultimately ended up purchasing a new tank. He even threw in a free replacement glass and offered apologies for the confusion. I would return. Thank you guys for the great service.

I am from central California, in town visiting family and ran out of juice. Oops. I have been to one other store in the Oceanside area and was not impressed with the selection of juice they had. I must say i was a little sceptical about trying another shop in the area but was presently surprised when i walked into Aroma Avenue Vape. It is a very nice, clean store. With friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have a big selection of juice and several different mods, tanks and RDAs in stock. All in all a very nice store with great selections. I will definitely return to this store when I am back in the area.

Not too happy with some of the new policies they have in place, especially when it comes to warranties. My mod broke, so I took it back still covered under the warranty. I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it not even replace the mod, or offer a discount on a new mod. Hadn’t dropped it or mishandled it. I was told the best thing to do is just buy a new mod from them. Why would I want to buy something else from you when if this one breaks you won’t be any help? I won’t be shopping at Aroma again.

Great selection of juices. However, the batteries they carry are terribly overated and, to be blunt, dangerous cells. Selling batteries labelled as 30 amps that test at 10 amps... Not necessarily their fault, its the manufacturer/vendor, but they should be more aware of what they are selling.

To give you a little background, I have worked in customer service about 15 years or so. I do know a thing or two about what good customer service is.I needed some ejuice, some good ejuice, cause Im still smoking cigarettes and want to actually quit smoking. I had heard about Aroma Avenue Vape from my roommate who had recently bought some ejuice and other cool things from them. I thought What the hell? Lets give them a try. I needed a new vape shop.I was able to get someone on the Chat function on their Google profile and was immediately connected to someone who offered to help me. I had a list of things to get. The representative quickly located my items and said they had them in stock. Mind you, this is the Chat function for all other locations. I was happy with just being able to check stock with someone through the chat function.I get to the store, there is a little bit of a line, but no biggie. I can see due to their phenomenal customer service why they have one. It did not take long at all to be helped. I listed one thing out of the many things I was picking up and the associate started grabbing stuff off the shelf, all the things that I was checking stock on. He had my items available in seconds. I paid and I left and got some good prices for buying multiple items.I will definitely be back at this store in the future. Thank you for such a seamless transaction. I started vaping 20+years ago..and stop due to the new start up of vaping and not much options..so I stopped and starting smoking again..I walked into this shop and the variety this shop had of vaps and flavors was over whelming...I was greeted with respect and alot of knowledge from trevor..trevor set me up with the best package that suited me..I got the snow wolf.and a better tank that the snow wolf came with..I also got a nord...if you want that bang on nicotine with uses.50 mg of nic.get it you will not regret it..I went home and had the snow wolf for a day and was totally unhappy with it..went back the next day to see trevor he was not there..as I was starting to pack up and leave.trevor walked in and fixed my snow wolf to where I love it now..the owner david and trevor in my eyes have the best knowledge when it comes to vaping and rebuilds..these are the only two people I will deal with but all staff are all about the customers and your satisfaction..I will never go anywhere else again..this is my new vape shop..I highly recommend this vape shop to everyone...they will work with you and u will walk out every time smiling..the staff here are awesome..thank you trevor and david for all our help...from your new vape loyal customer stevie...thanks again brothers..no Im not related either..

Atoms Avenue Vape is awesome. They have all you could want or need to vape. I recently went in for some juice and was actually limited in funds that day. The owner understood and was willing to work with me on the Cost. He didnt have to do that but did willingly. Give this shop a chance you wont be disappointed.

Ive been here multiple times, and its always been a good experience, but this last time I went in because I couldnt figure out for the life of me why my vape wasnt working (I legit spent over an hour trying to fix it), and within ten minutes of walking in here it was working great again. Been coming here since I’ve lived in Oceanside. I’ve always been treated very well. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable: Most of all they’re patient, and don’t mind me sampling damn near their entire inventory.The one experience I’ll never forget was when I bought a Griffin RTA. Being a vape noob, I literally destroyed the glass within hours of buying it because I didn’t understand how it worked, I dropped it like an idiot. I called the shop and Dave hooked me up with a new one, free of charge. The glass would’ve been expensive, and it was 100% my fault, but there was no hesitation on his part.For that, Aroma will always have my business.

Very quick service, they have always had the product or ejuice I was there for.....but they are pretty pricey...and I ONLY say that because I ordered on eBay from a place that I didnt know its name AT ALL because they had my ejuice for $12.95 then when it arrived it was from aroma avenue, same address which is ONE MILE from my house....Id MUCH rather walk in and buy it but they charge $30 plus tax for the SAME PRODUCT they are mailing me on eBay for $12.95 and free shipping!!!So now I try to time it right so I dont run out of juice and order 3 bottles for only like $5 or $6 more than what I pay in their store for walking in!!!!!!!! Crazy huh???

Just stop by to check this shop. I live in SD and thought we have the best but I was wrong after I checked this place. They have awesome service and they are highly educated and they know what you need without trying to bug you as what I have experienced with other vape shops around them. Youll probably wait 30 mins and the ppl working there still wont have even said hi. The selection is terrible, the service is terrible and even if you find something you like it will be marked up at least 25% more than anywhere else. Please dont waste your time or money here.
