It was amazing! The worker really helped out, i am glad i went. There is a note that i would like to add of making more lost marys in stock but overall great customer service!!I wanted to also add these are my fave flavors, mango peach watermelon, and watermelon cherry. The cherry one has hints of a warmer feel and the mango one is a softer colder feel. :)

Personally was very easy to purchase. All I had to do was choose from the options and I was on my way! 10/10 The Ms’s that helped me out was very helpful and nice!

I am super glad I found them via Google, as I was traveling and ran out of supplies. I became stressed trying to find a place in an unfamiliar city, but the clerk was extremely helpful and I had a really nice selection to choose from. Initially, I encountered a problem with a vape juice I purchased. It had a harsh, off-putting taste. However, the owner quickly saw my review and reached out to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, the original flavor was out of stock, but they generously offered an exchange. The new vape juice [has a strong taste & isnt harsh], and Im genuinely impressed with the customer service I received.

Just came into cause I wanted to get into the elfbar trend but was afraid since I’ve tried my friends’ flavors and they were too sweet. Abdul has such professional calm, kind and sweet customer service. He recommended me the passionfruit guava since I wanted refreshing and it was the perfect choice. Loved the clean fresh vibe of the store as well and will definitely be coming back here.

Came in to the store really overwhelmed with all the different things that comes with vaping but Troy made my shopping experience so easy. He showed me what mods to get for a starter and what coils I should start with. Im very impressed with their large inventory and their juice selection. I got the strawberry watermelon menthol for my first juice and I cant wait to try other ones they have

All the reviews are fake. They told me they would not disclosure prices over the phone and that they price match with anyone. Promised me I’d get the lowest price with them. I drove 30 minutes only to be told that my $10.99-11.99 vape juice costs $32. I normally pick them up around my area for no more than $15 a bottle. High markup for a $6 wholesale liquid. American smoke shop will treat you better and won’t lie to you over the phone

Im only giving half stars because the people inside are some of the coolest Ive met but the prices are outrageous and unfair. There may be a California tax on nicotine products but I can go up to laguna hills and get 3 of the same product for the price of 1 thing down here. Store is extremely clean and transactions are fast. I dont recommend unless you want to walk out with a empty wallet. Fix the prices guys. Almost 50 dollars for a disposable isnt cool.

Absolutely stay away from this place. Emily sold me a vape unit for my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately it was the last unit available and the box was already open as it was the display model. The unit was opened by my wife the very next day … the vape unit would not charge. Less than 24 hours later I go into the store to ask for a refund or exchange. The owner (Iranian, Afghanistan) with a hard accent rudely tells me no refunds or exchanges … points at the sign and walks off. (Yes, I had the receipt and full box and all accessories) … owner refused to tell me his name as well. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!
