I drive over 45 minutes to come here! I passed several other Vape shops on my way. They are friendly and their product is exceptional! If you want a good juice that won’t burn up your coils you need to try their house juice! I go months in between having to change my coils. Where as with the other juice I was changing it out every two weeks. It is a little more expensive, but when you calculate the cost of replacing the coils, it is much cheaper! You will not regret it. I love a local business and try to support them where I can, but there is no contest I will go nowhere else.

This is my go to. Rarely do I go into another shop. Those that run the store are family centered men. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I love how hes big on being apart of the community, and how quickly you feel like youre a part of the group. The integrity he maintains with his products how well he takes care of his customers is outstanding. He always make sure I have the correct coil size and oil consistency is on point. And I have noticed he is as well with others that come in.

I was not happy with the e-cigarette I bought and I took it back I only could get store credit so I just spent the money on e-juice. I thought they were kind of expensive. The people that work there are very nice and friendly. It is difficult to get in and out they are in a shopping mall that sits right on the side of a busy highway.

Didnt realize how spoiled I was at this shop until I visite other shops and realized how poor their selections were in comparison. I dont go anywhere else, but this shop. Best. In the area.

This is the only place I will ever go to. Customer service is amazing. The lady who fills my 100mg bottle every 2 weeks is alwAys amazing . She knows what I want and how I want it. Met the owner today and He is amazing. I wish our community would ship only here for vape needs. The selection of cbd oils is amazing. Lets show this business some love.

This place used to be my go to. It has went down hill completely and I will not return. Previously I would avoid days Ryan was not there. Now that Ryan is gone there is no reason to go back. I have not once gotten an order right by the owner. It will quickly lose customers without ryan.

The owner is a decent fella, but hes a bit cheap. He doesnt let his employees order everything they need. He caps them at $x instead of letting them restocking everything. Besides that, its a clean, well lit and friendly establishment

This shop had exactly what I needed to fix my tank and had the juice I love and been looking for! Prior service owner, Military friendly! Great place! Will be back for more business!

KC Vape is my go to shop now. They have a great selection of e-cig parts as well as juices. No need to go online, Id rather support local.

Overcharged me and one of the coils was missing from the box. He also opened my ecig to find out what coil and dumped all my fluid on the counter, I had to clean it up while he helped another customer. Not a good experience like I usually have and I will not return.

Bar none best shop in town. I mean it. Im not going to be able to go anywhere else! Drake and Nick are the best at solving vaporizer issues and the quickest to get your vape order done. Love those guys! Shop owner Tim is a truly standup businessman and I am seriously impressed with this establishment.

Ive been coming here for a few months and couldnt be happier :) these guys and gals do EVERYTHING they can so see you leaving with a vape flavor that makes you happy. My fiance used to go to another vape store until i told her to come to this one... she never looked back... shes always talking about i like that place. the guy on Sunday makes my juice how i like :) she only comes on Sunday lol These guys and galls do research on types of flavors and they LISTEN to the customers!!! seems they ALWAYS have time for YOU, the customer... Prices arent bad either, even though I would pay more for an awesome expirience! Thanks Guys and gals! be seeing ya again soon! :D

Best place to buy your juice or any vape needs!! Ive gone to other stores and their coils either only last a couple days or overheat my pen (vape), so KC Vape is now the only store i go to. Plus they make their own juice and its not all sugary and generic like most stores! I wish i could give them more than 5 stars but thats as far as itll let me go!*Bella*

Honestly one of the worst vape stores Ive been to. There juice is home hatched which Is fine, but instead of having it on a supply they make it infront of you making it a week to have flavor they sell brand new parts at a exoboraite rate theyll have new product with 0 customer support

LOVE THIS PLACE. Gone to a couple other vape shops juices sucked found Kc Vape and i was sold. Great people and great juices i wont go anywhere else to buy my juice. I can call in my juice it will be ready and then i can chit chat longer about vaping. they have alot of knowledge about their products. So give them a try u wont be disappointed.

Always nice and friendly, small store and but good mix of items, some flavors could use a little more work and the guy working there has a bad tendency to over talk someone and will trap you in a long conversation, I was almost late to work one day because he would not stop talking to me, but have to say he is super friendly and welcoming to everyone great at multitasking and works very fast.

RUDE!!! Very poor customer service!!! I went to get assistance with my device and was blown off! The employee kept telling me ‘he didn’t know’ and assisted two other customers as I asked questions to find a solution. After about the 10th ‘ I don’t know’ including no eye contact, I walked out!! You lost a possible sell and a new customer! I was excited to have found a vape store near me as I’m new to the area, but I will keep looking! Good luck keeping your business alive with that behavior!!

Fair prices. Not a huge selection for the more advanced vaper. Prices were kind of high on some items. House juice is decent. Its definitely not the best Ive ever had.

You wont find a more knowledgable patron in the vaping industry. Ryan is passionate about the vaping industry as well as his customers needs. You will not be disapointed. If they dont stock it odds are you dont want it.

I went in not knowing anything about vaping, and wanting something to help me quit smoking. Ryan was amazing and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this shop and will for sure be back!

Will Tim the owner is the most vape ignorant guy there is if it wasnt for his hired help and former help her wouldnt know how to turn in his vape on wow ask him to make you a sertain flavor and it might not even resemble the flavor 🍒 cheese cake it tasted like nothing like 🍒 s at all I avoided the days he was in the store and now hes running it this place sucks with out former manager all Im saying

Staff seems friendly enough, but they wont back up the products that they sell. Spent near $200 on batteries and was told when both failed just after the 30 days that it was on the manufacturer. Sorry, we just marked up the product by more than double what it sells for online, and wont do anything to fix it. Try to use hometown shops and this is what I get.

A newer shop, they have very reasonable prices and I was assured their juice selection would be growing soon. A nice local business.
