Love this place, been coming in on and off for almost 4 years at this point. Always super friendly people who know what they are talking about, and always willing to help you find excellent what you are looking for!! Plus there is always new stuff to see and sample everytime I come in. Never had a bad experience!!

Rep was nice and informative. Luv the cozy feel of the store. I got a CBD sample. I take med that might not agree with CBD. I will try sample. Customer service was superb.

Lance is very knowledgeable and helpful. He has a lot detail as to what can be beneficial to what you want to use product for. I have widespread pain and immunity issues and he was great at suggesting what products work quickly, can help immunity, and have vitamin boosts. Definitely will come back.

I ran into town specifically to stop at this location. They opened at 10am, I got there at 10:15am and there was a note on the door that said BRB in 15 min. So I waited, after 5-10 minutes ran into Petco to basically waste a few minutes and when I came out still not open. Someone else was waiting also and got frustrated and left. I waited 15 more minutes and still no one showed up!! I left at 10:50am and went to a different location. I have shopped at this location many many times, but I wont anymore!

Heather at the Blackbob store is amazing! She was the first to explain what my rewards points did and I e been shopping at Shaman for years. Very friendly and kind to my daughter as well! We will be back.

Overall had a great experience, I was given rundowns and recommendations of everything I had questions about. The woman who helped me out was awesome, even made recommendations for my wife. Pointed me towards the right products and wasnt pushy at all.

I was told that if the product did not work that I would be able to return it within 30 days. I showed up on the third day to return it at noon when they were supposed to open and no one was there. I showed up on the fifth day to return it the lady was extremely rude and it took 20 minutes to convince her to give me my money back. She kept saying that if I did not keep my eyes closed for 30 straight minutes that the sleep aid would not work. I told her that if I was able to lay still for 30 minutes with my eyes closed then I would not need a sleep aid.

The woman running the store was very informative and nice. My husband was having some anxiety from a day of shopping, but she helped us with some free samples and explained the products. Would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area.
