I have had such a great experience since walking in the door! I get a foot soak with eucalyptus & lavender while sipping on some tea of MY choice because I was 15 min early to my appointment uhhh the best ! Sara has been my sugar fairy lol the best most gentle touch I definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed this place, I got massages and waxes with them for about 2 years consistently and I did do 1 facial with all the bells and whistles.I am a huge fan of a few specific individuals for massage, Raymond is incredible and always gave me exactly what I was looking for a short massage or a long one. There are a few other massage therapists here now but for awhile it was mainly Raymond and an older woman, I did get 1 massage with the older woman and the massage was a bit of a lighter touch and quicker feeling massage where as Raymond was always a bit of a deeper and relaxing feeling massage (I requested deep tissue from both). I would recommend this place for massage if you can manage to snag a spot with Raymond.For waxes, for the first year I stayed with the same esthetician and had no issues with her waxes. When the location I went to closed I no longer kept the same esthetician and did notice a few differences in waxes. They were a bit less painful with the other estheticians, one in particular whos name I unfortunately cant remember was so unbelievably better then any of the other girls I had worked with and I was really impressed! The differences were usually each esthetician had a different pattern theyd go in with their waxes and some pulled better the others resulting in a lot less pain, less broken hairs and a quicker experience.For facials, I only got one and Im not a huge facial fan in general so I didnt do enough work with them to know if they are better then any other place, however I really enjoyed the experience. If I remember correctly I got a Hydrofacial with some other creams and what not. It was very relaxing but I did it on a day where I had a long massage first and then facial at the end. I was a bit shocked at how much it all cost, which I dont blame the store for that was my own fault for not realizing what I was doing!Reading these other reviews I felt the need to sort explain some issues that were brought up. I think this places main issue is the scheduling to get your first appointment is pretty difficult. They used to have 2 locations so it was a little easier to scheduled and if you were lucky (got Raymond for massage) and ended up re-scheduling another massage you essentially were guarantied to keep your sessions with the therapist or whoever that you enjoyed the first time. For the first year I went here I always scheduled my next appointment and was able to maintain the experience because I essentially came, saw the worker I liked, re-upped for the next visit and walked out. The second year one of their locations closed and Raymond got a little harder to schedule with.That being said the result of this is when its your first time or your just making an appointment online or calling your at the mercy of strange availability and they tend to go through receptionists like candy so your experience there will be hit and miss occasionally.My only other gripe is if you do a membership and build up points to use towards whatever you want, once you want to end the membership they do NOT give you those credits back. They will let you put them on a gift card but that can obviously only be used at the shop and then the card is only good for 60 days or something like that. What sucked about that is I moved from OC to some place super far away and I physically cant get to the shop. So I went to cancel my membership, had a TON of points built up (about $400 worth) and they wouldnt give me my money back even though I literally cant come to appointments anymore so that was a bit upsetting. I ended up putting it on a giftcard and giving it to a friend who I have no idea if they used all the money on the card or not before it expired. Kinda felt like throwing away $400. For anyone else this would probably be enough to warrant a 1 star review.

The experience not worth the price.Yet they do their best to accommodate their customers. The front desk was so nice they welcome you and take you to the relaxation room where you can get complementary 15 min foot soak, they have warm drinks, water.My experience the first time was not worth 165 . So i called explained what happen and the manager April was so nice she did invite me to come again I thought it will be another 50 min message but actually she took me for 25 min just asked what did we miss the first time. Again they were okay but I don’t recommend it.

This is the second time Jordyn has treated me and she did an absolutely wonderful job! I had a Hydrafacial with her at the Newport location and did a Revive facial at the Villa Park location. She did a thorough assessment of my skin needs, performed a relaxing service, and recommended some skin care products for me. I didnt get the receptionists name at the front but she was wonderful getting me back to the relaxation room. Highly recommend!!

I was given a gift card for my birthday to this place. The massage was a 4… but it felt rushed. The receptionist “Tiffany” had an attitude and was very unfriendly. This girl was in a rush to get out, so much so that after I paid and then went to use the restroom, She was gone!!!! She left some of my personal property unattended ( if I had known she was jetting, I would not have left them there to use the restroom). As I’m finally pulling out of parking lot, she rushes past me in her own vehicle despite the fact that I was already actively pulling out. So much for soothing hospitality at this place with that girl. Not going back… glad my only expense here was the tip.

From the moment you walk in the door the staff and entire team is warm and inviting. Totally focused on the customer. I highly recommend Shelli for the HydroFacial or a relaxing facial. She is a professional in skincare for sure! Great atmosphere would be my final comment. I will be back!

This was the worst place to make an appointment with, at first I set up an appointment for my mom for her Birthday. The appointment was cancelled the day of. I had previously given MY card information after being told they needed one on file and it wouldn’t be charged until the service was done. The appointment was rescheduled for the next day thankfully someone cancelled, otherwise it would have been 5 days later. My mom came back home saying they charged HER, when it was supposed to be her gift, I don’t understand why they took my card Info knowing it was a gift then ended up making her pay. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL would not recommend services.

Great customer service the ladies here are so nice they made me feel very comfortable. Such a relaxing environment. I had my first facial and the one who attended me was very informative. Loved the experience definitely plan on going back.

They offer a very nice environment. The room was spacious, the temperature was comfortable & the table was super comfy. Elaine was very friendly & gave a great level of pressure...not too hard and not too soft.

Their products smell amazing and I always leave with glowing skin! Paige is really knowledgeable and always knows just what products to use based on whats currently going on with my skin.

Went to one of these for the first time in my life, they were extremely friendly! They are neat and clean at the facility and care about you.Whoever does hiring does a phenomenal job!
