Our experience was…only OK. I had so many issues with booking. They first messed up the date, then I called and they fixed it, but then I received an online booking confirmation that was incorrect. When I called back, they told me their online booking service messes up all the time. We booked for a 60-minute couples massage, followed by a 30-minute foot massage for myself and a 30-minute scalp massage for my boyfriend. The place was very nice and clean. They had it decorated for Valentine’s Day, and it was all very cute. The receptionist was also sweet and helpful.The massage therapist that massaged my boyfriend was laughing and cracking jokes throughout the service, which made it very difficult to relax. Both our massage therapists were whispering to each other and laughing during the service as well. My massage therapist spent maybe 10 minutes on my feet (was supposed to be 30), and it was really only on my toes and not my heels at all. They clearly did not look at the papers we filled out where we circled our problem areas.Overall, neither of us felt the service was worth the price we paid. We have had much better service elsewhere for less money. I don’t think we will be returning.

I contacted the Spa for my daughters Bachelorette party and we couldnt have been happier!! This made my daughters wishes come true! The staff was very accommodating! Above and Beyond! Thank you!!!

Bella is a miracle worker! I was having issues with my arm due to work. I was waking up every night with immense pain and after she was done with a deep tissue massage I slept like a baby and havent woken up at odd hours of the night since (its been about 2 weeks now)I have since made an appointment for my wife. She was having issues with her neck (it was popping) and after seeing Bella her neck is no longer popping! We will be making regular visits from now on!

So It started off nice, but by the end they had ruined the whole experience. First of all with the hot stone message make sure the temperature is according to what your customer can tolerate please don’t burn people while they are trying to. Second my message therapist kept throwing my head and arms around unnecessary. Third she took three breaks inbtw which turned my 60 minute message to a 40-45min and didn’t even bother to apologize for any of this. The final nail they ended the session with the front desk employee saying “we recommend a certain amount of tip for our employees services”. Seriously rather than finding out how your employees actually did you want me to tip your employees because you don’t want to pay them the right amount! Why don’t you start paying your employees better because the amount you charge for the services should easily accommodate a decent pay and they shouldn’t be scrambling for tip anyways! Tip is something I like to think of extra gratitude, why are you making your customers feel guilty on how much tip they can afford? The front line employees are not asking for tip even though the pay of nurses is not amazing why don’t we ever think of a tip amount for nurses? This was unbelievable!

3/23/24 update: Massage from Milan and Helen were the best hand down the best we have had in a while. We got the one hour massage with foot relaxation.First time going there for a massage after i found the deal on Amazon local. Getting there was tricky and staff if very pleasant and friendly. The environment is clean and professional. The therapist was great. Decent place for the area and decent prices. Will definitely come back soon for another massage.

This has to be the most affordable massage spot I’ve ever been to. Been coming here for years because the price is unbeatable. The massages and scrubs are well worth it here. Helen does such a wonderful job every time.In my most recent visit i saw a few little ants on the wall. If it wasn’t for that, I would have given it a 5 star review.

We got a couples Swedish massage for $130. I specified that I do NOT prefer deep tissue, yet I had to ask 3 times for the masseuse to go softer. The next day I was sore and bruised from the pressure. Wasnt relaxing for me, but if you like deep tissue pressure and pain, youll like it

This spa area is great and the personnel here are really friendly. Also, the prices make sense! I got an acne facial and swedish massage and they did not disappoint. They estheticians were very thorough and attentive. Highly recommend this place.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with my recent massage. The service at this establishment is far from satisfactory. The only redeeming quality is the friendly front desk attendant. However, the actual massages are a complete letdown. They feel rushed and lack any semblance of a thoughtful approach. Its frustrating to spend over $100 and not receive a thorough and balanced massage. Each session should ensure equal attention to both sides of the body, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope my experience is not unique, as this level of service is simply unacceptable.

I had a bachelorette party and the process and attention was beautiful... they gave us time to decorate, spend time together for a bit and after our massage and facial the people who helped us from the receptionist to our facial and massage were kind and very Educated, it was a very special experience for the bride, everything went fantastic. Thank you do much!!

My wife and I had a great experience. The place is quiet and very clean the masseuse for me was great with the deep tissue and my wifes masseuse was excellent wirh the Swedish massage. We will be back.

Original message: AMAZING its all I can say.Updated 6/2021: First experience was as stated amazing (couples massage) BUT the following visits I can agree with the 2 to 1 stars given by others. I have never been so sore the following day, after what should have been a relaxing experience. If I wanted to be pulled and twisted I would just go to a chiropractor. The ladys are sweet, environment is relaxing, and price is not bad. My kids enjoyed their massage, they fall asleep.

Me and my girlfriend are from Utah, we came here for a massage after a long day in Disneyland! Honestly best deep tissue massage I’ve had. Lisa and Joy did a phenomenal job. Definitely recommend going to anyone looking for good service!

Gotta hand it to them. They know how to get your money. Came in with a Groupon, and before saying I had a Groupon, they were “wide open with availability” for today, but as soon as I mentioned Groupon, they were “busy until next week”. My wife and I already had the day off from work so we had to pay their normal price.The massage was good. Just disappointed in their tactics to make more money. We honestly would’ve come back and they would’ve made more money, but their shady practices have turned us off from going again.

How do I describe this massage? The best massage I have ever had is an understatement! Ok lets start with the receptionist- she was probably the sweetest person I have ever met and was SO HELPFUL!! She offered me and my friend water multiple times and was really really awesome!!!Next, the massage itself- IT WAS AMAZING!!! I literally stopped thinking because it felt so good!! After she finished the massage she put hot towels on me so that I felt clean and fresh.Lastly, the environment- this place was so clean and so relaxing!! The rooms were lit dim, creating a peaceful ambiance and the waiting area had the most comfortable couches!THIS PLACE IS A GODSEND AND I AM SO HAPPY WE CHOSE HERE!

For a Christmas gift, I bought a couples massage. The Groupon restrictions said that the Groupon was only for Monday to Thursday which I was fine with. What it did not say is that you can only schedule your appointment between 10 AM and 2 PM. Me and my girlfriend work so obviously we were going to go after work. The lady blamed Groupon but I know that they can put the restriction on Groupon themselves. I found this very deceitful and wrong. I am very upset over this whole thing. Now I have to go through Groupon to get a refund.

My husband and I came for a couples massage. The customer service was great but the massage was horrible. The masseuse was beyond rough. Their service was also rushed. You could tell for them this was just a job. I wasn’t even able to relax because I kept having to tell her she was hurting me. .. The next day I woke up I was experiencing excruciating back pain as a result of their service. The masseuses needs more training. Also I was charged $10 more then what was originally told to me over the phone.. but oh well.. I will never be back!

The massage by Liz as pretty good. The massage by Ha was better. Waiting to get one from Helen.Helen is a very kind woman who I also believe is the owner.I can say that its a clean and nice place. I believe for someone who is not as picky as myself, most people would be satisfied. As for me, Ive definitely had better and still looking to find the one go to spot.

I got an amazing massage from Joy... She took her time in the different areas and made sure to release the stress from all the body. I highly recommend both her and Glow Day Spa. It was very clean, welcoming, cozy and they give you water to hydrate after.

I would recommend Glow Spa to anybody. Walking in it looks very simple, but its very clean. The staff is very respectful and nice .The rooms are very relaxing and soothing.The staff knows exactly how much is too much.My massages were performed by Tammy. She has a great touch, is very attentive and after a 90 minute massage, I left feeling very relaxed and pain free.The best massage Ive ever had in my life. I will definately return. The price is very reasonable for the service you get. They also have a complimentary sauna room.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! Im quite picky on the places i go to get massages, but i got to say i think i found my spot. I found them on yelp and tried to book a appointment that same day. They were so flexible and i got to come in the same day. As i walked in, i was welcomed and greeted politely. Staff is friendly, room is decorated nicely. Totally helped me unwind and relax after the long the day i had! Michelle was great and got all the points where i was tense and sore. Came out feeling like a brand new person!

Had my 1st Four hand massage it was everything. I wish the other lady had went a little slower and not so much pressure. I also did the facial between that and the champagne I almost couldnt move to get up. Ive had a lot of massages that keep me coming back is being stretched during the massage really is everything.

This Spa is awesome! Clean, well decorated, quality equipment. From the kind manager who fit us in last minute, to the massage therapists that were wonderful, we felt pampered the entire time. Tea room topped off the experience!

Worst massage of my life, do not recommend. There is no effort in their massage. If you want to pay $100 plus to get rubbed down then this is the place. But do not come here for an actual massage. Also there is no real technique they elbow you and rub you its a waste of money, go somewhere else instead.

Ok where do I start. Lets start w the positive. The place is nice and clean and feels inviting. The price seems to be great...... Untill you get what you pay for. I took my girl for our 2 yr anniversary to get couples massages. We walked in, were greeted nicely and shown to our room. We undressed and layed down........what happened next was quite disappointing. While my girlfriend was experiencing a rather typical massage I was being man handled by the older Asian woman who routinely threw the lotion bottle between my legs, slapped my body unenthusiastically and felt the need to mount the table crawling up me like Golem emerging from a cave. For 50 min I layed more tense than when I started as she proceeded to just rub lotion on my skin. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

Worst, most painful massage Ive ever had, and the experience after with the manager was just as bad. The masseuse was really rough, didnt seem to know that my spine existed and hurts when you elbow all your strength into it, and I repeatedly asked her to stop and even pushed her hand away a few times and she did not listen and kept going unnecessarily hard. I literally cried out in pain when she went rough on my injured knee (which I was explicit about on the forms and verbally told her too), yet she kept treating my knee roughly and hurt me multiple times. The worst part was when I went up front to the receptionist/manager to tell her how awful the experience was and how the masseuse wasnt listening and kept hurting me, she had the masseuse come out to confront me by the desk and the masseuse BLAMED ME and tried to argue with me. I seriously was in disbelief by how this was handled and when I told the manager/receptionist that this was not okay or appropriate, she responded with yea, I dont like confrontation either. um...okay, why did you do that then? Completely unprofessional, unqualified, and absolutely terrible experience. Also, woke up today with pain/bruises on my spine and back. Read the reviews on google and believe them.

Glow Day Spa is amazing , I travel far just to go here ! I call and the front desk gal always fits me inn last min. Also offers great deals for customers . My husband loves getting the therapist Helen , Shes one hard worker and does a great job to make us feel 100%. CBD Oil Massages are thee best , Should it try it . Only $15 for CBD Oil . Helen was my girl. She was very friendly and gave a mean deep tissue massage. Thank you helen for untying my knots. Xo ill be back for that facial! The front desk was nice too. I called and got in right away. They have champagne and chocolate too.. cant say enough good things about this place.

Got a couple massage, very relaxing and calming!

I scheduled a 90 min. apply. They had me in the room 10 mins. after the scheduled time which happens. I then waited another 15 minutes and no one showed. Ive had good service in the past but waiting 25 minutes for my scheduled massage is unacceptable, so I left.

I found my go-to spa for a great deep tissue massage. Ive been neglecting my aches and pains, but they helped me a lot. They dont mess around, grit your teeth and youll feel better.

So promising, but I made an appointment and no one signed me in or showed me to a room. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes and left. (This may have been understandable if they had no appointments that day, but I drove over, on time, for an appointment. Waste of time).

Best service I ever had!!! I only tried this new place because of my friends recommendation and I got hooked since then. The place is brand new and extremely clean, service is impeccable and professional and the price is soooooo reasonable! I got hurt in my lower back after a car accident and these people really did a great help in soothing my pain. Highly recommended!
