Cold food. Less than okay service. High bill. Never again!Edit to respond to owner: Food was good but; Pollo asada was suppose to have yellow rice, came out with white. Bandeja paisa was suppose to have beans, It did not(4 out of the 6 meals). Asked for rice on the side with lomo saltado, the beef was. We were the only people there so Im confused on why the food was cold. Cook came out with apps waved down waitress. Waitress ignored, so we grabbed our own food. Had to move our dishes to the other table to have room because it was not grabbed at a timely manner. Told the waitress about the food at the end and she blamed it on the cook as if you 2 are separate entities instead is a simple apology. The bartender was more of our waitress than our actual waitress. Very nice and kind people but it is far from a restaurant.I was not going to nitpick but i felt like you needed to know why i left my original review. I would have easily paid more if service was more attentive and food was correct and hot

I must say this location really suprised me. I figured it was a small lil spot prolly 3 star service or something... but NOPE! 5 stars all the way! Great music, great food, great customer service. I originally reserved with the manager Gustavo, and he made sure i had a great night. Overall a great evening. Will be returning for sure! 👏👏👏 (Btw the platter i had was custom, i asked for shrimps as a replacement for the tostones.)🔥🔥🔥

Hours say they are open but placed locked up, lights off at 8pm on a Monday. Update: they are closed Sunday and Monday. Tried the food, appetizers are a thumb down. Awful. My dog eats better. Nachos with processed liquid cheese and calamari that was not fresh at all. The burger was okay but for nachos and calamari appetizers and 1 burger the bill was over $35. Definitely not worth it!!! Will not be coming back!!!! Try Orange Ale House down the road for much better food.

Excellent food, very clean, very popular. Lots of locals will eat here, great date/couple place, salad drinks. Portions are large, prices are decent. It’s a large place, with a large wait staff, we’re very friendly and service is prompt. Definitely one of the better Mexican joints in the area! Highly recommend.

I liked the drinks . The bartender was great. One problem I had. I sent my tostones back because the cook didnt smash them. Overall nice place to go on a Saturday night.. Oh and she didnt have on a mask 😕 🙄 😒

Great atmosphere for a night out. The drinks are delicious and you can take a glass home as a souvenir if youd like. The staff is very courteous.

Food was so good. Friendly staff. Good spot to play a game of pool and have some food.

Worst service ever. Came here couple months ago several times and had no issues had a great time!! Now they stated new owners took over waited for pool tables for 2 hours they claimed they were reserved and no one claimed them the whole night. Bartenders over charged us several times we had to have our ticket adjusted several times.

Went there Friday night 4/14/23, we were 3 of 10 people and there until 10:30pm and nothing! People were really underdressed too, shorts, tee shirts. Latin dj was playing good music, and the bartender was pleasant. I traveled 36 miles for nothing! Pool tables look awkward in the space. Would be classier with more tables n seating. Beautiful dance floor n sound system, they need to promote more!

The food and drinks were amazing and strong!I went with my partner, we had a good time. It was a little slow, meaning not a lot of people were in but I liked it because it was more intimate. The bartender, DJ and the bouncer were cool!Would recommend to friend & visit again.

The music was very loud. The drinks were great and the kitchen stayed open late. I ordered buffalo wings and they were fantastic.They should consider hiring another bartender, I felt bad for the one that was there, but he did a fantastic job.

Great floor space for Salsa Happy Hour and dancing, drinks are so so, music is great, some staff are more experienced than others and offer good service, but others dont always come back to attend customers. Food is okay, sometimes a little overcooked. Plenty of parking. Overall, I like the atmosphere and would recommend.

Food was good for the most part, drinks tasted good but needed quite a few to feel a buzz. No music or anything which wasn’t a vibe we wanted and they added 20-22% gratuity for a party under 6 would not be back mostly because of gratuity that’s added regardless.

The place is nice, the energy is fun and very hispanic. The appetizers and drinks were good, alot of weird things happened though... firstly the bartender asked my husband 3 times what he ordered... the appetizer selection was for 3 alcapurrias and 3 papa rellenas but we got 1 upfront and had to wait for the other 2?? And then last but not least the piece of steak I was brought was the blandest piece of meat I have ever tried and the color was way off... I sent it right back and left immediately. I had a decent time up until the entree whole heartedly..

I just left the bar and those jerks charged themselves a 20% tip from my bill and charged me hours for pool that I never confirmed. I told them I wanted 1 hour and a half, which equals 30$ and those jerks charged me a whole 20$ more without asking me and then they had the balls to charge themselves a 20% and still give me a receipt asking for more tip. Like what an unprofessional bar.

Barcode is awesome! Whenever I come here with my friends we have so much fun! One of the bar tenders in particular, Evan, is incredible !! He’s so friendly, quick and knowledgeable!! Thanks to his charisma and quality of service, I will absolutely be back!

Homerun. Local West Haven owner opened up and did great. Modern, clean, fresh in design aesthetic, and better food than most bars price below area competition and for those single, with its mixed crowd, def eye candy for everyone wanting to see and be seen. Absolutely solid

Great atmosphere. Great live music. Nice selection of beers on tap. We held a fundraiser here. Owner and staff very generous, helpful, and friendly.

Excellent nightclub in Orange CT big space, plenty of parking, nice bartenders & food is amazing. A little bit understaffed but hopefully they will work on that soon! Overall it’s a Latin Nightclub with great Spanish music that makes everyone dance. I will be coming back again!

Music was great food was not food nor the were the drinks no good drink menu and wait staff did not speak good English. When it was Bar Code the food and drinks were great. Was not impressed with the food and could of had a better drink menu. Place was clean and the DJ was good.

Extremely disappointed! I ordered from this place today, via door dash. I ordered an alcapurria, un pastel de guineo, and an order of yellow rice and beans with steak. The food wasn’t hot. The beans on the rice were dry. The portion for $15, crazy. The pastel was sent unwrapped, in a foam container??? It was the size of a pack of cigarettes. The alcapurria, lord. It looked like a thick piece of bacon, no meat, and the flavor it did have was pure sofrIto, lol. I will never order from here again.

I wish I can give a half a star. The prices are crazy for no reason. I got the chicken and was so overcooked its not even funny. The staff was not friendly at all. They asked me what I would like I was looking to get a drink and food and I said the drink and the guy just walk away. I did not get my drinks or food had to wait for someone else just to get anything. I will never be going back.

Way over priced drinks, not even close to a sports bar like it says on the sign. loud music with nothing but base shaking BOOM BOOM BOOM, when you play something you want, they reject the songs to get back to the club music, never going back. Stay Away

The Carne frita and the empandilla was so good!

I went in to try to get a few drinks and some food the server/ bartender was very unknowledgeable about his drinks they were horrible. I literally wanted to gag we will not be going back there things were very weird.

Great drinks, food was delicious and well made. The music is great and so is the atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back.

It is always a great pleasure to support our longtime family friend Terry Billups & the fantastic members of the Slammin Band, it was a lot of laughs with new friends @ Bar Code, relaxed crowd, nice place to hang out, especially during sporting events. My only draw back is its not closer to my home in the Sprindale section of Stamford...

There isn’t any happy hour as they advertise , the food was mediocre , wasn’t to impressed, the atmosphere wasn’t that great,I drove 40 minutes for NO reason! A waste!!!

Overpriced beer, food is good but again way overpriced, can go to any bar in a 1 square mile radius and have just as good beer and food and a lot less expensive

Went to CT on a family visit and stopped here for some food and beer and everything was great I now live in VT where there is great beer and the best part is that that have a great selection thank you I will be back again.

I only know of the new Thursday night Salsa which is fantastic. I cannot speak for the food which is why only 4 stars

First, the place was empty, the food was cold and had bad sap, the beans had too much liquid, pure water, it took a long time, a waste of time to visit the place, the worst thing is that there were 13 of us and no one enjoyed their dish. The most surprising thing to me is that 2 hours in the restaurant in the afternoon and no other customers came in compared to the restaurant next door which was full. The pupusas were dry and the sauce they used in the sauce marinade, which is what they use for the pies, is crazy. They are a total disaster, the place and the bartender shaking his nose is horrible. The only good thing was the waiter was very friendly.

Perfect! Still not believing that they dont put pepper in food 🥰. This is our biggest difficulty when going out to eat, practically all restaurants work with pepper. We are very happy and now we are regular customers.

I placed an order through Uber Eats for 2 roast meats and cheese pupusas, the meat was very hard that you couldnt eat it and the cheese pupusas were very fat, raw and without cheese, it seemed more like they had sent me a tortilla...

Its a good atmosphere, but they need better bartenders since I ordered different drinks and they were bad.
