I had a great deep tissue massage with special herbal oil. I was feeling very relaxed after it. I have been many spa and this is the one The therapist know exactly what to do. Definitely come back and recommend all of you!

Great place to go for relaxation! All employees are professional and skillful. They have a pain relief oil that helps a lot on my back pain. Joy was really nice and friendly. She kindly ask about my concerns and she focused on my back for over 30mins. After the massage, she was asking about my back pain and showed great attentions to her customers. I am recommending this place if you have some high stress works or some muscle pain. BTW, this massage store was the best Massage store at Palm desert during 2023! Congratulations!!!

I recently visited Four Seasons Massage and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The therapist did an amazing job relieving my back pain, which has been a persistent issue due to my 9-5 office job. And the special herbal oil they used was both effective and wonderfully soothing. I really appreciated the relief it provided. The relaxing scent of the oil added to the overall experience! Would highly recommend.

My husband and I loved our couples massage so much! They did such a great job and made up feel comfortable. My husband is muscular and has tight muscles so it’s hard to get a deep tissue massage but they did an amazing job. I had a deep tissue as well but asked her to go a little lighter and it was perfect. If we lived in California I would come back again!

I had a 60-minute basic massage which turned out to be an excellent experience with very reasonable pricing. The therapist was notably experienced, demonstrating a high level of skill and professionalism throughout the session. It was a thoroughly relaxing experience that left me feeling refreshed and eager to return for future treatments.

I have had a lot of massages in my time. This is by far one of my best and most intense massages. Truly the best of the best. Charlie was my therapist and he does the best deep tissue I’ve ever had. Plus they do stone therapy. I’ve never had it done before and omg I was in heaven. Truly one of the best. My cousin had his with the owner and we both walked out forever clients.

Came in last weekend for a couples massage. Was running a little late and they were still very accommodating. Did not have to buy the Groupon to get the Groupon price Both masseuses were awesome! Will definitely come back when in the area

Beware you will not be treated right here. ********************************** Worst massage ever. My wife and I did a couples massage. I used a Groupon since I am on vacation and dont know the area. I booked an appt in the middle of the day so the masseuse should not be tired. Both my wife and I had a horrible massage. They try to up sell you when you get there. When after several times we refused the upsells they finally showed us to our room. They barely massaged you. It was a very light touch. We kept asking for them for more pressure but they both ignored us. What a waste of money. My wife is a masseuse so she knows when they are playing games. I would stay away from this place.

When your massage therapist asks what kind of pressure you want, hard or medium, this is my kind of place. I told her where my knots were and she found them no problem and she fixed me.

Important CAUTION. My Appointment time was changed by (FSM) 3 times! The front desk had No idea what I had reserved (directly with them) It is a very Unprofessional business. When I arrived I was immediately asked to PAY before receiving any service(that should have been my first clue)! Not sure if my Therapist spoke English, or only Chinese, but didn’t converse about my needs, only asked if the pressure was OK.When leaving I was told “Now you need to leave a Tip! I was not happy due to the all the appointment changes, and the Therapist not even asking me what type of massage I wanted…, the massage was mediocre, and she spent a significant amount of time going in and out of the room 3/4 times, as well as way too much time on my feet! Very Disappointed.

Absolutely the best, professional, clean , considerate staff. I have been going here for over 6 yrs. Joy and Breanna are amazing at getting those stiff muscles feeling better after 1 visit. Ask for the Chinese oil, really works.

I was so excited to book a couples massage for my husband and I. I booked directly through the website. Once I book and paid, I got a text to my phone saying they didnt have the time I booked it for. They only had either an earlier time or a time later in the evening. I text back and forth asking to refund my appointment since the times they had werent going to work for me. Suddenly someone calls me from this place and goes back and forth with me wanting to get me in other times that I couldnt go in. I explained to the lady that I could not make the earlier appointment, she said they were busy and thats all they had. When I asked for a refund she suddenly said that they could get me into the original time I booked. I agreed. As soon as we hung up, I got a text saying that I confirmed to an earlier appointment, which I didnt. Then I got another text saying it was canceled. So because it was such a confusion, I texted and said I was totally confused, because the two different people contacting me. Anyway, after going back and forth through this text, I asked for my refund and a confirmation that it was canceled and refunded. I got a screenshot that it was refunded, but they still charged me a service fee for the refund, when all of this could have been avoided, from their end. Total disappointment! Dont trust their site to book!

They promised a refund after booking an appointment and paying in full because they were unable to serve us and yet still have not refunded us.My wife booked an appointment for a couples massage through their website. It allowed her to book for a specific time and pay in full. They reached out to her to tell her they couldnt do that time so my wife asked to cancel and get a refund which they said yes too. Its been over 2 weeks and they have been giving her the run around and still no refund.Four seasons please be honest, do better and refund the money. We work hard and dont have money to be donating to your business for free. Please also take down your website if the times you have available are actually not available and you dont know how to refund guests when you are unable to serve them. We are still waiting for our refund of $109 that you promised. You can Zelle or Venmo us since ur having such a hard time with refunding it through your website and keeping in communication with us. This situation has been unbelievable. Never have we dealt with a business like this. Seems so dishonest

Overall a good experience. The customer service was good and they were able to get me an appointment same day. My only complaint is that I think she was on her phone during my massage. She was using one hand/arm to massage and then my bed would buzz as if a phone was on it. Very odd. Also, there is no sound barriers so I could hear other stuff in other rooms (cubicle). However, the massage was good and Joy was very kind. Would try again.

Honored Couples Groupon - Made an advanced 1 day appointment. I asked for a moderate pressure massage and that’s exactly what I got. No complaints and worth the value paid.

We physically went in and made the reservations for 2 - 3 hrs prior to the massage. The owner contacted me a few minutes before and tried pushing us up a half hour. He then confirmed he could do it for the confirmed time. We drove their and they informed us they could only do one of us. He was real sneaky and overbooked that time.He said there were coupons available and discounts. He started making stuff up as he went about. And the price being better at this location. I later checked Groupon and this was a lie. He charged us and know confrontation for his lies.The massages werehorrible, both of the people that eventually massaged us were geriatric and had no strength in their hands..The place does not clean the tables. It was very unsanitary they have sheet to block the cloth face covering.There are so many other options do not waste your money on this dump.

Dont be tempted, avoid.Probably the worst massage Ive ever had. I say this having been massaged by professionals, students (at massage clinics), and sports physios all over the US and around the world. 10 mins of foam rolling will provide you more relief than any amount of time spent at this place.I called ahead and scheduled a 90 mins therapeutic couples massage. Hoping to spoil my partner while in Joshua Tree on a climbing trip. We did arrive about 5-10 mins late to the massage but for some reason it ended 25 minutes shy of 90. Regardless of my being a bit late the massage should be given for the amount of time paid for. Normally I would have just said something but the massage was so bad I didnt even care to bring it up, I was honestly happier to just leave.My massage therapist was completely disinterested, gave zero effort, and despite me asking numerous times for more pressure she just seemed to not care at all. About 30 mins into it and without a word she and the person working on my partner left the room for 5 mins until arriving back with hot stones. After the lackluster hot stone massage she and the other masseuse left again unannounced for 5 mins. Completely unprofessional, Ive never had a massage therapist just leave the room without word.Again the lack of effort and care was what made this massage a complete waste of time and money. I would have been better off buying $200 worth of wine, food, and candles and just exchanging massages with my partner back at the hotel.Do not spend your money here it is a shocking disappointment.

My husband and I were in Palm Springs and I wanted to surprise him with a couples massage. I did a lot of research on spas in the area and this one had a lot of great reviews and the pricing seemed reasonable so I booked it and Im very satisfied with my choice. Our 75 minute couples massage was everything I wanted it to be and we both left very happy and relaxed! Leo and Kiley were amazing therapist! Very, very dissatisfied. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking an appointment. Not only was the front receptionist rude, definitely need to work on customer service. I was also highly pressured to pay a tip of at least 40% before I received the service. I asked if it was mandatory as its up to the customers discretion. She rudely stated if you feel good after you give the massage therapist more money!! Omg!! Ive never been treated so poorly by a business. As if that wasnt enough.. I booked a hot stone massage to be told the hot stone is only for 10 minutes!!! This is not stated on the website nor their menu of services displayed on the entry wall. Ive had SEVERAL massages in multiple states and this was the first time Ive ever encountered anything like this.. Once we got to the hot stone 10 minute session, the therapist literally threw the stones on my back and one ended up touching my skin straight from the bin they were carried in. The therapist mostly massaged my back- I purchased a FULL body massage. You have to listen to the clients around you make noises as there are no doors or full walls. Just horrible and most definitely NOT relaxing!! Never again will I make the mistake of booking at this location and refuse to refer people there!

Very safe, friendly and professional. She took my temp when I walked in and place was very clean. She wore a mask and gloves and for the most part worked on me over the sheet, not on my bare skin. Some parts like my head, neck, feet and legs she did work directly on me.The hot stone work was excellent! Best Ive ever experienced. Im grateful they are open and that they have integrity for their business. I highly recommend 4 seasons massage!

Easy to schedule an appointment online and paid up front when I arrived...I told them I would tip in cash afterward (no complaints from them). Helen did a great job and when I asked her to focus on my lower back, she catered to my needs. It was decently priced, considering the open ceilings...which did not affect the experience very much. It was a calm environment with soothing music. I feel so rejuvenated, I plan on going back this week after I work out and go on a long hike.

Awful experience.Ive never had a professional massage before so I thought I would treat myself and this place made me regret that decision.I dont know if my expectations were too high because this is a professional business but I was incredibly disappointed with the service and massage.I was advised I would receive a Groupon discount I found and was charged much differently than originally quoted.The massage itself was lackluster, and this is definitely personal preference but it didnt smell comforting the pillow my face was on smelled used and the place itself did not have a fresh feeling or scent. I was expecting the scent of lavender and oils.Maybe my expectations were too high but I did not enjoy my experience whatsoever.Out of everything I experienced, I still wasnt going to complain until I was bombarded by 3 different employees at the door, demanding that I give them a tip because I didnt leave it in the massage room like I was supposed to

We both felt relaxed and sore .. but a good sore. We met the owner and her husband. It seems their goal is to expand and open more stores. Joy did a great job. She really tackled some of my more intense knots with precision and the perfect combination of gentle & firm. The price was worth it, and I would be a regular client if I didn’t live 3 hours away. $60 for a 75-minute massage is pretty great (before any add-ons).My only issue is that I wish she had someone else there to answer the phone and greet walk-in traffic during my session. I understand that she’s doing the best she can during this unprecedented time and I’m grateful to be able to get a much-needed treatment, but it was a little disruptive having her answer half a dozen phone calls/go out and check whomever came inside the front door during my visit. It also felt like those disruptions cut into my 75 minutes. My appointment was for 2:30, I arrived about 10 minutes early, we settled on the cost, I paid cash upfront, and by about 2:35-ish, we began. By 3:45, it was over. Again, it was a terrific massage and I would return in a heartbeat, but those are some of the concerns that I had.Thank you very much.

The asian lady at the front desk was very nice...hardly spoke english, but very nice and respectful. The guy that did my massage came in, I didnt even see him, covered my face with a towel the whole time- I could hardly breathe! The massage station- table is so hard and no room to put your face thru to breathe...it was awful! The guy was so hard, massage was more like torture. 😫 I got Groupon and at the end he wanted more money from me!!! Never again will I go there or recommend anyone!

I am so happy I found this place a few years ago. As a massage therapist and instructor it is hard to relax and receive as I am wanting to critique and improve the massage. The therapist I found here is really excellent, one of the best I have found. It is really hard to find a good MT that knows how to give a great massage. I can relax, enjoy it and feel great every week.The prices are very reasonable and about the same as the groupon. So forget about buying the groupon coupon and support this business directly. With these low prices, giving a tip is always helpful for the MT as the wages are very low.

We LOVE this place. Joy is one of the best massage therapists Ive ever had, and Ive had massages at resorts all over the world. She is by far the best in my opinion. Weve had many different therapists on our countless visits there, and not 1 of them was less than wonderful. Highly reccomended.

I had a deep tissue massage last week which was very good. Made another appointment and was really looking forward to it. But it was very disappointing. Her phone frequently buzzed/vibrated. She left the room numerous times and/or stopped massaging to do something else. The place had more customers this time and I could hear men moaning loudly...very uncomfortable! Instead of relaxing and enjoying my massage, I laid there anticipating the next loud moan.

Walking into the massage parlor, before even getting a massage or telling them what kind of massage I wanted. The guy working in the front instantly asked me for a $40 tip. I told him I would tip after my massage. After the massage was done, I only tipped him $15. He literally laughed in my face because I didnt give him a $40 TIP. That was very rude & unprofessional, I will not be going back & I wont be recommending this place to anyone.

Just an overall awful massage. Used a Groupon for a Couples Massage. I got the male masseuse, who clearly doesnt understand how to give a proper massage. I asked for medium pressure and was given hard pressure despite me grimacing throughout the entire process. He kept digging into my body up against bones. It was just the worst massage Ive ever had and felt rushed. The environment is fine. But, if you want a good massage, avoid this place like the plague especially if you are getting anyone other than Joy - The owner.

About three minutes into my massage with the masseur I started to question whether he had a license since nothing was posted on the walls and this was the worst massage I had ever received. I left with more back pain that when the massage began and for the days after. Avoid this place! The price is just not worth the pain!

Went for a couples massage, a lady did my massage and a man did my husbands. The male left my husband with injuries after massage and burnt marks from the stones. He left my husband with really bad shoulder and back pain. My husband did tell him to lower intensity during massage but he did not listen. At the end they stil expected tip.

First time getting a massage. We found a couples discount on Groupon. Upgraded to the 75 minute massage when we got there. I highly recommend it. Very clean and professional. We came out feeling rejuvenated.

”liars and not professional services”I called them and ask them to do a massage for two people. And, I want two females to do massage to us. I repeated that I want two females maybe 5 times. They said they dont have anything available that day and they can do it the next day. Anyway, we went the next day and in the massage room, there was only one female and a male! I asked her and she said that ” I have another client in the next room and if I want the guy can do the massage or I have to wait one hour for a female! I told her I will never come back because you lie on me and you did not respect your job and me!

This place is a scam! If you purchase a Groupon for this please do so at your own risk because Ive tried twice and neither time have they honored it. You get there and she types in the Groupon code and says no found you pay cash, I give discount uh, no.. I already paid cash for your Groupon and now you arent going to honor it? The first time I went she told me my Groupon was not valid but I could pay cash so I turned and walked out the door, she followed me all the way out to my car to tell me she all of a sudden found the Groupon but by that time I was a little too annoyed to go back inside. I waited about a year and decided to give them one more try and the exact same thing happened. They declined my Groupon, tried to push me to pay cash and when I left for the second time I started receiving all kinds of texts from the owner telling me to go back they will honor the Groupon blah blah blah. I told her if you dont want to accept and honor Groupons then stop advertising on there. Suffice it to say I will never return. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Groupon buyer beware!Update, the owner just responded to my review saying they are “not taking Groupon‘s at this time” but go to Groupon and they are still readily available for purchase, like I said, total scam!

The lady who seems to be the manager or owner is not who you want. She seems in a rush the whole time. She leaves the room FREQUENTLY mid massage as if she’s multitasking. More than a dozen times. Often I was laying there wondering how long she’d be gone and why she even left. She’s a hustler, trying to solicit tips and up sell you. Not relaxing, which is the whole point.

Did the hour couples massage. Was a good as any massage we have had.Would recommend.

My first experience of a massage back in November with joy was amazing, i now go nearly every week for 100 minutes, I have recommend this business to friends and family and have purchased gift cards as Christmas presents, I know they are short staffed due to the virus so am happy to support them through these terrible times for all small businesses, all the staff are very accommodating and super friendly.

Not happy with the service!! They expect to give them a tip more then it is !!! $20 per couple why !!! Is what the customer desired .. I don’t like the fact that they make you and expect you to leave a tip !!! I felt forced!! To leave more than I would !! Will not go back !!

I went in to get a massage today in severe pain due to a that botox injection from a Kaiser doctor long story short I have been in pain for 2 weeks with a big knot at the base of my head I went to Joy and she fixed my head and neck in one hour this woman has amazing abilities and I am grateful to her for taking away my pain I will always be a return customer thank you Joy

Not a whole hour like we paid for more like 40 mins weak nothing like we expected and and kept walking out in the middle of it so that was another few mins lost plus they speak in their language the whole time who know what they are saying never again

The massage in this shop is very different from other massage shops. After the massage, the body is very comfortable and feels much relaxed. I have never encountered it in other stores. This medicated oil really helps relieve pain, and it is made of natural plant ingredients. The smell makes people feel very relaxed and comfortable.
