I have to be honest. This place has gone down in quality big time. No more infused joints. No variety of $5 joints. Not like before. Now it’s a cheaper strain. No good edible selections. They got rid of the best located store on hwy 111. I wonder if they shrunk down because of money issues. Who knows, but the store quality isn’t the same. The best thing is their unique strains. But that’s it now.

West Coast is the Coachella valleys best dispensary Ive been to. Solay made my experience wonderful and they have amazing deals.

I’ve come around here several times and the staff are always so positive and well informed! They’ve brought aboard a new member, Morgan, who feels like a great fit for the place. She, Angel and Yulie were here for my latest arrival, staying on top of things and making sure my time spent here went smooth and quick. They can switch between lighthearted casual talk and informative professionalism on a dime, which really surprised me. All in all, it’s always a good experience coming here, so I feel this rating is well earned.

Exceptionally pleasant store on Melanie Place in Palm Desert with knowledgeable and helpful staff who are consistently polite and customer focused. Today’s bud tender was Juice. He did an outstanding job of helping me find the right product for me. Pricing is extremely fair with taxes included in the quoted prices so there are no surprises from taxes added at checkout. I highly recommend this dispensary and say thank you to Juice for his excellent customer service.

I absolutely love West Coast Wednesdays! The crew is always friendly, very knowledgeable and happy to help me find exciting new strains! They never disappoint! Yesterday, I was excited to find my fave: Watermelon Rosé and is the main reason I specifically went to WCCC’s location on Melanie Place that day! Taylor was very friendly at the front and checked me in right away. While I was up front, he made a couple of great recommendations on some of their newest strains. Then, once inside, Juice helped me locate the recommendations and showed me all the new flower that was in! It looks and smells amazing by the way! I cant wait to try them out! He answered all my questions, checked me out promptly, and I soon walked out with my favorite flower in tow. For actually being my first visit to a California dispensary (really!) I was totally impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff. The facility was clean and offered an awesome variety of edible products. I was assisted by Katie, who set up a mini-golf promotion for a sweet discount, and was knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions. Id definitely recommend the place to anyone looking to shop a wide selection, and it was great for newbies like me with a lot of questions.

I’m not one to review places but this shop is 100% the shop, not as much tax and great selections. Not far from the one in PD OR 111 I mean. The staff was just great they actually suggested a product that was actually pretty great considering I think live resin is BS and a marketing scheme. How was I wrong. Anyways thanks to the people that work there, low key forgot there names but all of the staff were friendly.

Only in town for the week and I don’t know the area. My friend said he knew the best place with the best people and he wasn’t kidding. Delivered right to his door; with friendly conversation and the ability to answer all our questions I was impressed with the fact that the person delivering our product was actually knowledgeable and informed as well. I went here by accident, but I was thoroughly surprised by how nice this location is. Very clean and in a secluded area. You don’t feel rushed and they have a wonderfully helpful staff to assist you in any thing you need. I was helped by Taylor and Stephanie. Also they were great when it came to the new Covid restrictions. Offered hand sanitizer as well as opened all the doors for me. Definitely recommend going to this location!

This place is rad! Passing through the desert I thought I might google the nearest shop. Upon arriving I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and modern this space is. Regardless of this being my first arrival my check in couldnt have been any easier and more welcomed. Products are carefully placed around the store and all seemed hand picked to be the best options available. Jesus, Pearla, and Taylor were more than helpful with the welcome in as well as information on all of their current inventory. These guys know their stuff! In the short time I was there Taylor brought me around and described the different products with ease. Within a couple minutes I found what was for me and learned a couple new things from Taylor as well. Very impressive. Feeling like a kid in a candy store, I am happy to have found West Coast Cannabis Club. Whenever I pass through Ill be back and looking forward to trying something new!

Bought Lumpys 1/8th flower today it was on special. Found cobwebs and moldy. Called store got an apology but I’m out $60 with funky flower I can’t smoke from one budtender to another please don’t sell bad flower.

Then walking into the actual store, Taylor was super excited and began helping me with the amazinh selections. What blew me away about West Coast Cannibis Club, is the Coachella promotion of gifts they gave to me with no questions asked, when they saw my coachella wrist band! I FREAKING LOVE THIS COMPANY! Exceptional service from beginning to end. I drove up to a gorgeous building that stood out against the desert. Immediately greeted at the lobby with a smile and warm welcome. Their COVID screening was respectively appropriate. Once inside the staff continued the immediate attention to myself as the customer and you can tell that they are knowledgeable and therefore can steer you in the right direction. The staff member was enthusiastic about the product - I hate that I forgot his name. I’m certain that all staff members would provide the same attention to detail, enthusiasm and expert experience. I left with more than I expected lol but not just In product. I will definitely be returning. I appreciated the organized store and how impeccably clean it was. I left with sativa and indico buds that are too beautiful to smoke, but I’m going to anyway... I’m excited to try them out. Also some pre rolled. The gentleman helping me out was able to give me detailed info on every product I asked him about.. taste, smell, THC level, close look at unique details, pack date... personal experience whenever possible... I’m impressed. You won’t be disappointed

I just scored the best weed deal of my life. They got a great batch of my go to strain. The much needed medicine is well above 25% THC and an 8th is less than $20. Are you kidding me? FOR REAL! Needless to say, I stocked up a little. I am 1 happy camper.

I am a medical marijuana patient using cannabis for PTSD. I came in to purchase flower and got a container of glasshouse super silver haze flower, claiming 40% THC. when I got to my car it had a moldy and musky smell, and had been packaged nearly half a year ago. I went back in assuming they would swap it out, but was turned away. Cant believe they would sell subpar products with an innacurate lab test to a medical patient, and then not even offer to make it right. do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere
