Andrea is amazing! I had pain in my foot for a few weeks. She was able to release the tension and I feel so much better.I’ve gone to her for several deep tissue massages and my experience has always been positive. She exudes compassion and is truly gifted. I highly recommend her!

90 mins was only 65 or 70.I hate it when they don’t give full 90 mins. And i think he complained i only tipped $20. I have ben here many times and this will be the last.Fall Spa and Beautiful spa don’t do it this way.

I love Asian Foot massage, but this one was a disappointment. At $60 for an hour, I expected more (and have gotten more elsewhere)Although employee was nice, he didnt really seem to know the job very well. I will try elsewhere when I come back to town.

I started out with one masseuse, and in the middle of the massage they just walked out with no explanation. I waited, and another person eventually came in. The first masseuse had done half my back and the second person just started somewhere else. It was two completely different experiences. The first person seemed like a professional. The second was like a random ‘back rub’ at best.I wouldn’t recommend.

This evening my husband and I went to Raphaels Spa. I had a 30 minute foot rub, you couldnt say it was reflexology! The girl doing this had no English whatsoever and was difficult to communicate with her. My husband had a 30 minute massage. We had read prices on their Web pages this morning $17.99 for 30 minutes reflexology, $24.99 for a 30 minute massage. To say I was a little surprised when they wanted $90 is an understatement. They then stood over us for a tip before they would let us leave.

I had the most amazing massage experience with Jimmy. I have had many world class massage experiences, but this massage is superior to any. After one session with Jimmy, I no longer experience any muscle pain. The value for money is second to none. I highly recommend his services and Raphaels Spa.

Had a 90 minute deep tissue with Jack and walked out a new woman. He asked me several times if I was good with the pressure which is always nice to have the option to change mid massage. The only negative is that when other people enter the building, they talk loud and disrupt your peace. Highly recommend and will be back!

Weve done massages here for a number of years. They are easily accessible, frequently available, and very reasonable prices. Went in this last week, and had a 60 minute massage which was started a few minutes late, and ended 10 minutes early, also a number of interruptions to attend to other patrons, and then were told that it would be a 33% tip. Raise your prices and be forthcoming if you need more. Likely still worth it, but not sure if well go back.

Standard Chinese reflexology joint - this place did not disappoint. Exactly the same format and style of massage in every city no matter where you go. Coming back tomorrow !

Today, my friend and I came for a 90-minute massage. Owen gave me a massage, and Annie gave my friend a massage. Owens shoulder and waist massage was very good. My friend said that Annies service attitude is very good, and the massage is very serious. I strongly recommend both of them indivual! Really good!

I am so grateful Rafaels has reopened. I just had a 90-minute massage with Julie and its the best massage Ive ever had. I really hope we dont ever shut down again because it has been one year since Ive had a massage but Julie made me feel fantastic

I have been a regular at Raphels for several years now. They have recently started demanding tips in excess of 50% for what ever service you choose. I used to really enjoy going there but I plan to find another massage therapy studio that doesn’t demand clients pay a 50% tip, that’s outrageous. They don’t even expect that at the Ritz Carlton, and this place is no Ritz Carlton. Find another place as management appears to have taken a nose dive into a shallow pond.

Tried them for the first time today and had a decent massage but it is unlikely I will return due to the fact there is a neighboring parlor that has the same price point without the 4% credit card service charge, which is also calculated with your tipped amount.

Had an amazing 1 hour foot reflexology session. Clean, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. My therapist checked in frequently to make sure the pressure was ok. So relaxing and a great value! Make sure to make time for a service here!

Hands-down the best massage I’ve ever received! They know exactly what your body needs.

First time in Palm Springs and I needed a place to unwind. They had open availability for me and got one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place for people staying at the Hyatt looking for a massage that doesn’t break the budget.

Just had a 60-minute massage here and it was fantastic! I did not catch the name of the massage therapist; regardless, he was awesome and I will be back for a 90-minute massage!

Not sure if the parlor is under new management after going there for 3 years once a month (hiatus during covid during which ushered in a raise of $20 more per hour, but still a great massage), but it seems they are cutting off about 7 mins. from the total time from when they start. In addition, though I usually pay cash, today I paid using a cc. I had a reservation and upon arrival, the masseuse pointed to the $90 price and that was all he pointed out. After running my card, I was informed there was a $3.53 fee for using the credit card. They pointed to their price sheet. At the bottom of it, there was a note that there may be a cc charge with no fee amount stipulated. Typically, this fee is $1.00, unless other places have gone up as well. Not out much due to covid. I was dismayed to learn about this after the fact. Would have paid cash, if I knew. They had no receipt to give me, either. The whole charge process made for a very unsettling transaction. They have lost a steady and faithful customer. Is it just me or does it seem that we are just dollar signs to businesses, now. They are losing touch with the concept of service and retention.

I worked with OWEN today, When I went in my back and neck were in terrible condition; pain and tightness. He spent an hour working everything loose. Great experience, it was my fifth time at the SPA, first time with OWEN.

Linda and Mary are awesome. They are on time. Continuing to get massage there.
