Over the past 5 years, I’ve had tried multiple therapists here, and by every single one have had my needs met and been blown away by how accommodating the staff are to any last minute changes. Best massage therapists in my opinion have been Michael and Kasey. Whether you’re going for relaxation or pain management, these 2 work wonders. I’ve seen some poor reviews but personally I have never experienced anything other than the best, and everyone I’ve sent here has had an amazing spa day.

Very nice staff and received good massages but unfortunately last experience wasn’t so pleasant. hopefully this gets through to the manager so they are aware and let the massage therapist Michael R know for future customers that some women aren’t so comfortable the way he goes a bit to low on the back massage and way to close to the sides . everything else was fine thats the only thing i had to critique.

I have Kasey as my therapist and he is one of the best I’ve had. He gets in right in the area of the problem. Last week my shoulder was hurting pretty bad and today after my massage with him I can lift up my arm with no pain. HE’S GREAT!!!!

Emily is the best esthetician! Go see her she is the best!! Kasey my massage therapist rocks ! Go see him he is the best in the hypervolt and CBD enhancements! Go book with them ASAP!

Scheduling errors or call outs. Other locations are much better.Stephanie was a great therapist, but management needs help.

My massage therapist is great he cares to ask what hurts and treats those pain areas fabulous

I booked a massage for my wife. Requested a female person for the massage. To her surprise, the person was a male named Kat. It’s very hard to tell that this person is a female, by voice, manner, and presentation.

Beware! I cannot recommend Masssge Envy. I was gifted 5 massages. I don’t use them often. However, it is policy for this company to let the gift expire. The money has been paid and Massage Envy has the money. They have been paid. Services are denied due to a policy that expires after 60 days. This is ridiculous. I will not be doing business with them again. No more.

I hate when u call to make an appointment they make to talk to a call center. Feels like they dont understand you . They are not nice not helpful. It didnt feel personal it felt more like a business transaction. I remember when I got the gift card for my mom in the salon. Lady in the front was so nice. Wont book here again

Ive had a lot of massages over the years but this may have been the best and most effective deep tissue massage ever. Go see Michael here. Hes very skilled and truly takes pride in his work.

Went to get a massage Saturday evening for a 90 minute massage. The lady I spoke with when I arrived was very nice. Told her areas I would like to concentrate on. One is my lower back. Once in the room, I told the masseuse area I wanted focus. She never touched my lower back. I also asked for deep tissue, that lasted about 1-2 minutes. Rest of the time was caressing at best. She left all the oils on my body with nothing to wipe it off with. It was basically running down my neck. Had to go straight home to shower and wash my clothes. I was planning on getting a membership. But there isnt any reason to throw good money after bad. I had facials more relaxing than that.

My wife bought me an one hour message for a gift and I only got a 45 minute message. When I brought this up to the guy that gave me the message he stated that 15 minutes of the hour is used to change the sheets and get cleaned up for the next client. The message was okay for the most part. With that said, when people pay for an hour message, they should get a full hour. Im not paying them to clean nor get ready for other clients. The prices are way too high for an okay 45 minute message. The ambiance was nice, the staff was friendly, but other than that, I feel scammed.

I had an amazing experience. My husband and I went in for a couples massage and really enjoyed it! Krystal did a great job!

My massage was horrible! This was my first and will be my last experience with massage envy. It was an awful experience. My massage therapist did not TRY. He did not perform well at all. He even ended my massage a couple of minutes early. During the massage, he made little noises and his stomach was growling. I guess that’s why he didn’t perform well… he was hungry. I left feeling not relaxed and disappointed. I paid for a service that was played over. I had serval other places to choose from but I decided to give my business to massage envy… what was supposed to be a peaceful experience left me feeling uneasy and frustrated.

Booked online for a massage. Received a call a couple of hours later saying they double booked and would need to cancel. No offer to assist in getting another appointment scheduled or offer of a credit for a future service - nothing except excuses. Had I been the one to cancel this close to the appointment, I would have been charged for the service. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

I love getting massages from Sierra at the Pasadena location! She does a great job with medium to firm pressure. After massages with Sierra, I feel my tension melt away! I wish I could get a massage from her every week.

I have been trying to find an amazing massage therapist for the last 4 years. Trent is incredible for deep tissue!!! Thank you sir!

My one star rating is not for the esthetician’s, they are great well I have seen Sonia and Emily and they have always done amazing for facials and chemical peels. My one star is for billing, which they swear by is not on them. They called me because my account was over due. I told them I was no longer going to renew or pay another month. They said okay I will notate that in the system and your membership along with the two available credits that you have will cancel next month. Comes Sunday morning and I get a notification on my bank that they charged me 195 dollars! Keep in mind I had changed credit cards and debit cards and somehow they still managed to charge me... I call and they can’t give me a solution they say oh well it’s because the system automatically charges your account. After they had told me my account will cancel itself out. Very disappointed I had more then one billing issue with them.

Ive had my wonderful massage therapist Michael for the longest time. I cant find any other therapist like him, he is so experienced. But sadly impossible to book. The review with Indiyah paige is true, when I tried the newer therapist travis (because I couldnt book Michael)you can really tell the difference from someone who cares and experienced to someone who isnt.

The place has been closed down due to the virus. I have 2 massages that I couldn’t use due to the fact that they were closed. But kept charging me. It’s unfortunate that I lost my job due to the epidemic! But when they opened up! I called to schedule an appointment to use the 2 massages that I have paid for. But the therapist who I was talking to was very rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak to her manager. She cane on the phone with the same attitude. Her name was Nireah. She was very rude and disrespectful and refused to help me. She even laughed at my predicament of me loosing my job and not being able to make ONE payment.So because I lost my job and thought it more serious to feed my children and keep a roof over our head rather than make a payment they suspended my account and I can’t use my 2 massage unless I activate it and pay the payment I’m behind. Well I think feeding my kids and keeping the bills paid and a roof over there head is more important than paying a massage.The staff there really need some sensitivity training to learn how to deal with customers in this tine

Kaylan -massage therapist and Emily- esthetician are heaven sent! They really know what they are doing, I give them 10 stars if they let me! Place is super clean. Staff is awesome.

Ive been a member for well over a decade and went to several different locations but after finding Michael many years ago, Ive refused to see anyone else. Id like to give a one star review so no one else finds out how good he is though.

If Google would allow me to rate this place with a zero, I would have happily rated it with a big zero. Guys please stay away from this place. Very poor customer service, the girl at the front desk gave me a bad attitude, just because I told her I preferred a female therapist and not a male. To make the long story short, I had to pay $40 cancelation fee and didnt receive any massage. I thought I would have a great time before going but ended up being a nightmare. POS and Ripoff

Made appointment for my husband . Got a call back 20 minutes later that therapist is running late and could not accommodate the apppointment. Then was told they were sorry he couldnt make it and had to cancel. He stated they canceled on him. And furthermore, stated they had a male therapist for him instead but just minutes earlier didnt have one for my appointment. Very strange and seems that management does not realize how the business is being managed? Maybe time to contact the owners.

The only reason Ive kept my membership is for the facials. Ive had a great experience with Sonia. Massage therapists have been hit or miss. Within the past year there has been improvement with receptionists/front desk.

Ive been coming to massage envy for awhile and my therapist made my shoulder pain go away completely. Ive never felt better. I also have never had any issues with the front desk...not sure why others did. Everyone is always smiling and helpful when I walk in.

I enjoy my visits here! Joe at the front is a bonus! She is professional and goes over and beyond to be helpful and friendly. My facial and massage exceeded my expectations!

Great messages by a masseuse who moved on to a career he studied for. Sad he left but trying his recommendation on another masseuse. Always had a great visit at this location.

I love going to Massage Envy. I have a membership with the Pasadena location. You receive services at a discounted rate. I go regularly once a month and Micheal is my massage therapist. He does a fabulous job. He focuses on my problem areas. I like to finish with biofreeze to help soothe my muscles after my treatment.

Felt like waste of time. He has no clue. Just applied cream to the body. Others may be good. It would be rude otherwise i would have paid and get out of the place. Reviewers, pls be truthful with ur comments, i went ther based on reviews. Again it may this one person and others may be good.

I booked an appt with a therapist at the only time she was available this week and I go to my appt and they try to put me with another therapist because they said the one I requested was fully booked and had been for awhile. I find it funny that when I was in the week before I even had to book 1 1/2 appt because that was only time she had open. This ruined my whole sunday thanks to their screw up

First time going the other day, very relaxing facial with Madeline! HIGHLY recommend this place! The front desk girls are also very sweet and on their A game!!!

I purchased a year membership to massage envy 14 months ago, after 12 months the membership keeps charging you a month to month basis(they give you a courtsy call letting you know they just drafted it from your account, how sweet to notify after the fact and not tell you your account is now month to month they just try to keep booking you for more apointments). So since I already have 10 paid for that are left on my acount I went in today to cancel my membership. I was notified I have 30 days to use the remaining ten. Heres another kicker(todays June 28th, one lady said I have till 7/22 and the manager says I have till 7/23, eather way its not 30 days. They manager continues to be rude and not realise what Im telling her. So reguarless Massage envy are con artists. And I will not stop till I publish my opinion and my story on every review possiable.

Went in for my appt at 12 and sat in the relaxing room for 30 mins...came out and asked what’s taking so long and was informed my technician didn’t know I was there and I’d need to reschedule. What a joke. Terrible customer service!

I’ve been going consistently for the last couple of months and so far everything has impressed me. The therapist there are all amazing. I would highly recommend.

Staff were very friendly and professional. It was my first massage so I did not know what to ask for. Keeping that in mind, I was disappointed in that the massage did not make any difference in the way I felt.

I had a prenatal massage today and my appointment was canceled only an hour and a half before my appointment. How is it okay to cancel a hour and a half before an appointment ,if I were to have canceled a hour before my appointment I would be charged a fee.

It was my first time here and my experience was great from reception to my masseuse Ashly.

The place is always trying to offer you things you Dont need, and upgrade something to something better. The massage itself was okay, its not a full hour as they claim though.

Worst front desk in the history of front desks. I called today and the person answered the phone hello... I had to ask if I was calling Massage Envy or not. Then she hung up on me.

They really do a good job of busting loose my back muscles after working out and relieve my wifes back aches.

I cant begin with this location, but I am now going to the Massage Envy in Clear Lake and it is a world of difference in customer service, knowledge, offerings, etc., etc., etc.

Massage was great (Amber) but the front desk service was awful. Wont be back.
