I have been to several smoke shops from here to Texas City. Finally came to this side because I needed to go to Nike outlet. I came in for an item and the lady said they aren’t in inventory yet. But she called the owner and allowed me to purchase them! Love this place! Best customer service and super nice people to deal with. Go here now!

Jessie was awesome! Went in today (1/31) around 6pm and she helped me out with all my needs today and helped me find what I was looking for. She was so amazing and sweet, i will be coming back here with her. I would’ve given this place 5 stars however, when I went in she did look pretty stressed and alone. It looked as if she was doing inventory all by herself while also taking all customers that entered while she was helping me. There was a guy outside who she said was her coworker but he never came inside to ask her for help while she was helping me and other customers! That was ridiculous because the other worker was just outside on the phone the entire time not helping her!! But besides this, the place is awesome!

Without a doubt, the best smoke shop this side of Houston. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable about the products, without fishing for a sale. The shop smells nice and looks clean, organized, and they have a great selection. I never have issues here and they always have what I come in for. Cant recommend this shop enough, I only shop elsewhere when I HAVE to.

Love this place always have top of the line stuff at awesome prices and always be stocked. Christian, Cody, Tyler, Adriana, Alex, and Alexis are mad helpful in every way. I never go anywhere else. If you in the area stop through tell the James sent you.

I typically come here quite often, but after my last visit I doubt Ill be returning. Basically got judged and felt incredibly uncomfortable/unwelcome. I dont really like being told that doing kind things for others is stupid and that I shouldnt expect something in return. Also got asked what my astrology sign was and then told that Im not what my sign is??Overall, Im upset with how I was treated by this particular employee. Shout-out to the other employees who have gone above and beyond to help, yall are great.

I love to stop here when I am in the area because Im a night owl & open 24/7!! they always have what I need. Tyler is very helpful. they also dont stalk you when you just want to simply window shop!

Altogether this is a pretty awesome shop. Hours are super convenient and the staff has always been awesome! Im an early morning shopper, so I usually get to see my favorite girl (lol, I guess I should ask her name) and there is always a smile on her face and I am greeted as if I have been a long time friend. How she is so damn chrippy in the morning is beyond me. She knows her way around the shop and has always been so helpful. I started going here almost 2 years ago and they are kinda stuck with me! Absolutely recommend it! Oh yea, prices are really good too!!

UPDATE!! Your stating that you called the manufacturer and verified serial number. Your employee said she scanned a barcode. The product doesn’t have a serial number engraved on the bottom it’s fake. They sell fake air bars. Asked if they were real before I paid was told yes they were not knock offs like gas stations sell. Paid then was asked to try before leaving opened box and saw no serial number on bottom. Asked for a refund was offered another fake air box no refund. Left the counterfeit air box there and will be filing a claim with my bank. Counterfeit tobacco products cause more disease and sickness than authentic and its up to us as consumers to be knowledgeable before buying. If prices are under retail beware. Below is a photo of an authentic air bar with a serial number on the bottom. Which all of yours are missing.

Tyler, it was really helpful! He explained everything throughly and has great command of his products. Almost every time I come in here, Im greeted with a smile, helpful advice, playful banter and all around good vibes.The taller hispanic girl, the tall skinny white guy and the bearded hispanic dude are an absolute treat. Unfortunately, all those vibes are dead on arrival when I see that the only employee is a short, fat, and angry white girl. She fits every description of someone that hates their job. Ive never seen her smile and can counted on 7 hands how many time shes complaining about past customers.Ive met and trained 100s of employees and ulshe fits the mold of just here for a paycheck type of employee. For vape shops being over saturated and on every otger corner, an employee of this low of caliber can be a complete loss and are bad for business. Still love you guys tho

The staff and owner are so friendly, and they always give me personal recommendations and love to chat about their products. Prices are definitely fair, and D10/hhc selection is unmatched. They also have some cool glassware. Plus they are open LATE. 10/10 recommend!

I just wanna say I REALLY appreciate this store and their dope employees. I recently had a small issue and the owner & employee made it right immediately. The store is well stocked and the employees are pleasant, knowledgeable & extremely helpful. I live close by but I would gladly make the trip to this store if I lived further away just for their honest customer service, alone.What a great staple in Pasadena. Great job guys!

Don’t buy nicotine here. They’re old and when you try to return them or at least exchange them. They won’t let you, even if you’re trying to return them the next day. The least they were able to do, was sell me a nicotine stick for half price. Why would I want to buy one from y’all half price when I tall just ripped me off. And if you call, they’ll just give you attitude. Just a little fyi of my experience. This is truly unacceptable.

Im so glad this store opened near me! It has everything and more and the employees are the sweetest, very knowledgeable about their products and always willing to answer any questions. The prices are super affordable too, especially for glass pieces! Its officially now my #1 go to smoke shop!

Ive always went to other smoke shops around town but one day I came into the Neighborhood smoke shop and its been my Go-To Spot since.Fair pricing, no extra charge for a mandatory warranty and a friendly atmosphere. Cant beat it.Had a couple discrepancies and they always take care of me at a moments notice.

The customer service is always great. They can actually be very educational with you. Very clean location with a WIDE variety of stuff. Definitely recommend.

Dude behind the counter was very attentive. Told him we were just browsing and he was still a great help. Felt compelled to buy something cause he was so great so my S/O and I got us one ooze pen with a chamber and a APX Pulsar he recommended and both were a hit. This is one of two smoke shops that I go to and the product selection is great, the people that work there are nice and remember me. Super groovy place. This is my favorite smoke shop. Ive even had issues with OOZE product and they made it right!! Awesome place!

My wife was having issues with a vape pen bought there about a month ago. We brought it in with the receipt and explained the issues it was having. The guy behind the counter was very helpful and replaced it with a new one. This place has excellent customer service and will be shopping there again.
