I was anxious about stopping by but Im glad I did. The owner Jerry listened to all of my needs, concerns, and experience level. He gave me a list of suggested products and everything has been a hit so far!Jerry was very knowledgeable about all of his products and what would best suit me. He was very polite and kind to speak with. I have been back to this location 2 more times. Each time has been a different employee and they have all been just as helpful and kind.I love that the store is very clean and doesnt have a grungy old school smoke shop feel.I feel comfortable coming here and I never feel like I am looked down on for having basic questions.I also enjoy looking at the horror movie posters on the walls.

Highly Recommended to anyone looking for the best quality flower, customer service, and overall experience in Pasadena! I personally have been going here for months now and one of the things that keeps me going there on top of all else is the fact that the store owner hisself (Jerry) always goes above and beyond to get the best quality products and give the best service! This small business is how all small businesses should strive to be. Last night was my second time in the store and Jerry remembered me and my partner. Hes incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and teaches me things I didnt know before every time I come in. Just an all around genuine and kind soul. I highly recommend this place! I was around the area one day and needed to stop at a smoke shop, so I stopped here with my boyfriend. Upon entering, I appreciated how clean and organized this place is. But the service, that was great! The guy was really friendly and informative. He makes sure to explain his products and also recommends products if youre interested.I dont mind driving all the way over here just to go here, its worth it!

Super satisfied! I walked in and was greeted with a warm welcome. I had a few questions about different hemp wraps and the guy there answered each and everyone, even when I ask for a price check on a few grinders he was more then willing to help! It’s a little distance from where I stay, but with how friendly and helpful the guy was there (and clean the store was extremely clean and organized) I will definitely make that my go to store!

Went to this shop on my way home on a Sunday. Not only were they open, but Richard was very helpful for all my juice needs. He explained everything to me and was patient with not only myself, but also with my daughter who was interested in a few things. I purchased my juices along with a couple other items. I just happened to stumble in. We were greated as soon as we walked in!!! The young man was more then helpful and polite! I also explained I was looking for something specific and the other young man ( maybe the owner not sure) stepped in and he was so helpful. Though a smaller shop, the selection is excellent. I went in to get some of the Raw Cones. Instead of selling me the pack, I was shown a bow to buy each individually. Came out to less than half the cost. This is my new favorite shop!

New to vaping and had a million questions. Cody literally asneered all my questions and more!!! He has so much knowledge in the products he sells which is amazing to me considering I like to know what Im buying and what it well do for me. I have gone to the store twice in 2 days. Awesome place to check out some new stuff. Not a huge selection of vape fluids but what they have is top shelf. Very friendly service and great prices.**EDIT**Ive since been back and there are definitely more flavors to choose from. I even found a new flavor that is a house flavor and fast becoming my new favorite.

Open light is on door is locked. Says ring the doorbell an still no answer. Terrible way to run a company. This place i really enjoyed. Untill they started just not showing up. Or this happens. You literally never know if its really open till you drive there an just play a guessing game. Just wow.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but also patient. Not a bad place to buy some vaping supplies on the go but not so much on particulars. Dont get me wrong they have a good selection and what I needed 4 others didnt as well. They do have another store in League City that I hear has a very large selection, Ill have to check that one out.

The environment was super chill and there was a wonderful selection of many awesome different kinds of accessories and paraphernalia. The guy behind the counter (I didnt get his name, he had long hair and a soul patch or goatee) was super nice. Very patient, helpful and reaaallly cute. There should be a tip jar for him haha.

Went in there looking for something to help with my wifes seziures.. The guy recommend 1000mg OIL so i bought it... I was SHOCKED that my wife saw immediate results....If you know anyone that suffers from Seziures i would recommend buying the Oils.. My wife puts 3 drops under her tongue twice a day or sometimes 3 times a day..

Went in there looking for a particular item of which we had never used and only been told about, the lady working behind the counter was more then helpful and thoroughly explained the product and the positive and negative aspects of it. Demonstrated how to fill and charge! Most help we have had from any store in many many years!

Shop is very neat and the employee, Cody, was very helpful in assisting me in choosing the right juices for my Sourin Air and also helped to educate me on CBD which they also have LEGAL CBD flower for you to look at and compare.
