(Update) The manager of this store is absolutely awesome! I lost my mod and with a little help from my loyalty points I walked out with everything I needed (voopoo Drag 4) for $3.50! This place deserves ten stars! (Also I found the mod I lost so its in the photo)

Highly knowledgeable employee (didn’t get his name) but was working the morning of 6/2 - He was friendly & was interested in telling us about the sales going on without being pushy.

Worst Vape Shop I have ever been to!I’ve been here multiple times and have never had a good experience!I went in there today and got two bottles of juice. At checkout the total came out to $71 (which is already RIDICULOUS), I asked the girl behind the counter what size the peach mango was and she said 120 ML because I had thought it was a 60ML bottle. I checked out and discovered that the peach mango was in fact a 60 ML when I went outside. I went back into the store (30 seconds after stepping out) and told the girl behind the counter that I would like a refund because I expected a 120ML bottle of juice and not a 60ML, or to at least be able to exchange the value of my items (which had not even been opened yet) and she refused. So not only was I OVERCHARGED for the products I received, I was also scammed in that she would not allow me to return them after the employee made a mistake and began to act rude to me once I asked for a refund.Absolutely terrible service and extremely overpriced products. I will never be returning to Vape City or any affiliates. Absolutely ridiculous.

The customer service here is amazing! She helped me find what I needed and even showed me how to work my new pen! Great prices too! I def would recommend!

The items here are very overpriced. Theres a pipe here thats originally $30. But they have it priced here for $100.
