Ive been here 4 times and each time was a good experience. Taylor is amazing everytime and after meeting the owner today I knew I should leave a review. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Prices are better than the usual shop I go to and even if the prices were the same Id definitely recommend this vapealicious location. Worth the visit!

They never add points to the system which has been down for almost more that 13 months now. Once I tried asking about the status on the points they played it off saying its still down. After I tried leaving the store they insisted on me still buying from them even though theres another VC down the road that has a working point system. So like a fool I buy products and they take my number on a sticky note. This happened on 4 occasions over the past 6 months. My personal count, I own +127 points thats yet to be delivered to my profile. It may not seem like a lot but those points add up fast for every dollar spent on non tobacco or ∆ products you got a point. Vape City as a chain is very chill its just this location in particular that just cant seem to get their system right.

I have bought 5 bowls from this chain and every single one has broken while just pulling it out of my piece. I went down a few days ago early in the morning to buy a new one and get a new delta product and the employee basically said “I don’t know” or “I couldn’t tell you honestly” to everyone of the products I asked about. I came back later and was helped by female employee who actually knew what she was doing AND she apologized for the man’s lack of knowledge on their own stores products. I didn’t get either of their names but I know now to not come in the mornings if I want any kind of help. This chain is ridiculous.

The staff is amazing! Nina, Skylar, and Marcos are always happy to help and are always very honest about what is good quality and what isnt. Vish the boss is also great and willing to work with you for bundle prices. Thank you all for your awesome customer service!

I am here from out of town and I hit the jackpot with this vape shop!!!! The owner was there and he was so genuine and kind! I wanted to try something new and he was so patient with me. He didn’t care about selling me something expensive, he just wanted to make me happy!! I have family that lives near and I will ONLY be ordering from vapealicious from now on! I hope he opens a store in Fort Worth because this is the beat vape shop around!!!!

Best vape shop in town!!!! They have a HUGE Delta 8 selection vape and juices and disposable vapes. They have foger!! With a tasting center!!! The best customer service Ive ever had. Its so clean and inviting best vibes in town.

Thank you for bringing Marcos over to Shaver location..I started driving to the other one to get what I needed...but now that Staff has been upgraded will definitly be shopping more often than I have recently... Marcos has really come along at Christmas time he helped me he was being trained it seemed...when I saw him a shaver yesterday definitly knew his stuff and was a breathe of fresh air over there very upbeat welcoming...hurry fix the reward system I got like 200 dollars in points!
