I dont usually get my nails done but wanted a fun relaxing girls day out with my sister-in-law. Everyone there was happy, kind, and helpful. The whole trip was stress free and I felt amazing after - definitely going back! UPDATE: I have gone back a few times now and make it a regular get-together with my friend. I am never disappointed and the vibe is always super nice :)

Booked a volcano pedi for my daughter and I with Ally and Hannah. Both were fun to chat with, and did a phenomenal job. Booking was easy, environment was clean, upbeat and fun. Will be back. We will be back!

Amazing place! They are very nice and flexible if you want a different color, design, etc, and very skilled! I got my nails done and am so happy with them! Also, amazing pedicure treatment for calves and feet, so nice!!! very kind people, i don’t usually say things like this but it’s honestly a really cool place 💜

Booked a basic pedicure and gel manicure online last week. I selected “no preference” for the staff person. It automatically gave me Alicia, who was available at the time. I had an incredible experience with Alicia! She took her time and made sure both my nails and toes were perfect. I had dip on before and she was able to get that off without any issues. She was so nice and fun to talk to. It’s been a week and both my nails and toes still look perfect! I will definitely book with her for my future appointments :)

I’ve been here multiple times for gel pedicures and gel manicures. Every time has been an absolute delight. Everyone who works here is friendly, professional, attentive, and patient. They love to have fun here! I’ve had my nails done by both Ally and Alicia. Both have lovely personalities and makes great conversation. Both make gorgeous nails. Tonight Alicia did my gel manicure. I had some gel nail strips that needed to be removed first and they were a bear to remove. Alicia was incredibly kind, friendly, and patient with removing the gel strips. She never acted inconvenienced, or made me feel she was rushing. She did an absolutely lovely, and careful job on my gel manicure, even though I had made her run late for her next appointment. They are all just wonderful people. You will laugh and have a great time and leave there with an absolutely beautiful manicure or pedicure, guaranteed.

Best pedicure ever! Alicia is a pro she really knows what she is doing. Cant wait for my next mani and pedi! ❤️

My husband and I go every month for a mini spa date night. We would highly recommend this relaxing place. Service is always wonderful. My nails always look great and last a long time. Mary and Ally are amazing!

I have gotten my eyebrows waxed and nails done with Ally since I was 16, and I have had nothing but exceptional service! All employees treat each guest with curtesy and respect. I love this salon, and I am so grateful to have it in the Peoria area!

I had the most amazing massage here. It was so refreshing and relaxing I feel reborn. Words can’t describe how much I recommend this place! Ally has also done my nails and she is the sweetest, most kind person. I love that she tries to get to know you and will remember those details at your next visit. So happy I found this place and will definitely return for nails and massage.

The employees are generally nice but Basia is rude and has a lot of attitude. I came to get my nails done for my wedding, but there was a mix up about my appointment. Basia refused to do my pedicure while I sat waiting. No one else was available to do it for me, only Basia was free. She sat scrolling through her phone until another lady needed a pedicure, then Basia suddenly became friendly, chatty, and more than willing to do the ladys pedicure. The only difference is that lady was white and I am not. Basia was blatantly bias and also blew off her own bosss request to do my pedicure in front of me. I was made to feel so horrible by her actions and only sat through the humiliation since I did not have an alternative option since my wedding was the next day. I will never go back to this salon thanks to Basias behavior and discrimination.Response to owners reply: Basias appointment did not show up for at least an hour. I do not appreciate your failure to recognize the bias in your own employees. I had heard feedback of Basias bias until I myself unfortunately experienced it. Both me and my family were long time customers and no longer are. I would not post such a review if it were not true.

My appointment took no more than 30min! Mary was absolutely amazing and so kind to me. She was so efficient and such a smiling face. I would more than recommend this place, I will certainly not be going anywhere else again.

I have had great experiences until recently. I went in to get a deep tissue massage and it was not relaxing there was a lot of noise in the hallway. I am also so sore that I had to go to to doc to get a stronger anti-inflammatory and a muscle relaxer. I am three days out from my most recent massage and miserable. I probably won’t be returning.

Ally was very friendly. She was very concerned with my health to make sure I was able to have the microblading procedure done. I was so relaxed an not nervous at all.The environment was absolutely beautiful. An the room was so relaxing. Everything was very clean as well. I’m so excited to get my second touch up done. I absolutely love my eyebrows. Ally did an amazing job. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I had one of the best massages I have ever had by Mum today. She is amazing. She listened to my concerns and focused on my problem areas. Hands down best massage in Peoria I’ve gotten. Ms. Ally did my pedicure and manicure. She is also amazing. She did a great job and I so enjoyed talking with her during my time there. The spa is beautiful and kept impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend it!

Cest Ally Spa & Nails provides excellent service. Unlike some nail salons, when you make an appointment at Cest Ally there is no wait upon arrival. The kindness and professionalism that you receive is second to none. I have struggled at other nail salons with gel or dip nails staying on for the intended length of time. i see Mary at Cest Ally and she worked diligently to find the right formula for my nails......now my nails stay on for at least 3 weeks! thank you Mary!! Ive seen the others work and care for their customers too. All who work here care about their clients and do and excellent job! Treat yourself to Cest Ally Spa & Nails!

Went in there for a eye brow wax looks amazing also felt like I was at home girl behind the desk so nice I love this place.

Blue did my eyebrows and they were amazing! The best that Ive ever had. They were kind and asked if I had any questions or comments about how I wanted them. They made sure I wasnt allergic to certain oils before using them and gave me a relaxing and safe experience.I allowed them to do whatever they wanted and it turned out perfect. I cant wait to return for touch ups in the future! Maybe Ill even get a medi/pedi next time.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Such sweet people and ally is amazing! I didn’t catch the other lady’s name that did my pedicure but it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back ! Thank you all!

I normally don’t leave reviews but this was a must! I came in today to have my eyebrows microbladed and Ally far exceeded my expectations!! The salon was clean and everyone was very friendly. This was my first time getting microblading done so I was a bit nervous, however, I was comfortable the entire time. I didn’t feel a thing. Ally was incredibly trusting. She drew out the brows first to make sure I liked them and then stopped multiple times during the session for me to take a look. Not only is she amazing at her work but she is a genuine, down to earth person. She told me when clients come in saying that they are picky, she will be more picky. She has incredible attention to detail and touched up things I otherwise would not have noticed. I can also guarantee you will not find anywhere with a better price for the service. She explained to me that she doesn’t overcharge because she wants her services to be affordable to everyone because everyone deserves to feel beautiful. I will definitely be back for future spa services. I cannot say enough. 10/10 for sure. Thank you SO much!!

My daughter and I stopped by here today for pedicures. What a great salon! We were immediately warmly greeted. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The salon is cute, clean and serene. The nail techs were thoughtful and welcoming. I love the color selection. The massage that came with the pedicure felt great! I love the way my toes looked afterwards. Definitely coming back! I would highly recommend!

Was very unhappy with my first experience here and the staff. Made 2 appointments for me and my significant others mother. Had quite a few services for the both of us. I was going to spend about 400 dollars here. I drove 30 minutes to pick her up and another 30 minutes there. Get there we are soaking our feet for our pedicure and they say that there are no other services available other then nails due to nobody showing up for work. I believe we should of received a call informing us that the services were unavailable. It was a waist of my time and gas. I will not be returning.

This place is great and very clean and comfortable for pedicures! Alley, Alicia are definitely the best, however everyone is great!

First visit! Got in for fantastic deluxe pedicure and came back later for a massage with Mum. The massage was amazing, intuitive, a mixture of deep tissue and medium. Two days later I am still amazed how good I feel. Brilliant. Will go back. Soon 😊

I recently was a walk-in at C’est Ally Spa for face waxing. It was such a pleasant experience that I made an appointment for a facial the next day. The staff is friendly and the service is top notch. I highly recommend this spa. I will be returning for a pedicure next time.

I was waiting for a long time to wax my eye brows in orden to get them back to a great form. Today I went there and Mary just did such a great and stunning eye brow waxing!!! I loved it...my fav place from now on!! Btw them pedicures are awesome!!

They had me booked at the ssme time as another person. I felt rushed as a thitd petson came in for the same tech while she was doing my nails.

I booked an appointment for today with Natalia weeks ago. I was her client a few years ago and was looking forward to getting my nails done by her again. She was very cold from the start which I thought was weird but I figured she might be having a bad day or something. When I sat in her chair the energy was very off and she told me with no explanation “I think it’s best I don’t do your nails today”. She looked and sounded angry and I was seriously taken aback. When I asked why she said bc I am the client of another girl she used to work with. I said I hadn’t been that person’s client in over a year and that she doesn’t do nails anymore but she just repeated the same thing. It was so bizarre and extremely unprofessional. Not to mention I drove 30 min and waited 3 weeks for this appointment for nothing. I gave 2 stars bc I have had nice experiences with other employees there, but unfortunately Natalia made me feel really uncomfortable and I won’t be going back.
