Dont go to this business, theyll screw you over even after youve come to them as a returning customer. Theyll sell you faulty units, wont replace you for it and will try to sell you a 2nd unit 25% off. BAD business.Will screw you over $20 to lose you as businessPS guy at the counter assumed cart was left in car causing malfunction… after telling us that it’s never malfunctioned before. He was assuming customers fault. BAD SERVICE

Every time I pick up a bottle of vape juice its always 2 to 3 yrs old stale and turning brown they deny that they sell stale expired juice Ive been vaping for over 15 yrs and used to make my own juice and juice is supposed to be blonde especially if its a fruit flavor without creamy notes. Selling expired products is why theirs bad and false research.

Person working was trying to push these so bad I went ahead and bought them . Both dont work completely clogged . No air flow. Thanks. Never coming back 👋

Great shop. Lots of variety. Only complaint is I bought 3 elf bars today. I got home. Noticed they were all expired. Tried calling a few times, but no one answered.

Will never return to this shop again. Sold me a pen last week, it was stripped out. I took it along with my receipt as the booklet clearly stated to do, and they argued with me. Saying “ it wasn’t our problem it’s the warranty. “ I had the card in my hand that stated return to store within 90 days of purchase with any malfunction, still argued with me. The. Instead of giving me a new pen, the open the box and give me the battery!!!! Then I get all the way home and realize, they stole my top for it! So now I have a useless product that cost almost. 70.00. Will never return and buyer beware. Very shady business.

How can you give this place anything above a 2 stars. Here is the issue. I am about the American dream but ya dont make it off one customer. Same disposable tanks I buy from another store at 12 bucks for two. He tried to sell them for 30 bucks. Like fr. Ya lost my business.

They sold me a vaporizer and do not sell the replacement coils!!!!

Best smoke shop in the area hands down. Express has no good selection and sells counterfeit glass and Joys is overpriced. Royal, however, has good deals and a great selection of legitimate glass, vapes, delta 8/10/etc and snacks.

Be careful of their “sales.” They are notoriously bad at noting which of their products is actually for sale. I attempted to buy a disposable vape for $10 as they said any disposable vape was on sale for $10. When I got to the store that was not true, and some of their disposable vapes they wouldn’t part with for $40 or more. Be really careful and make sure to have them ring you the total before you pay.

Firstly, very poor selection of juice. Secondly, after showing my ID, the employee refused to sell to me because I “looked young.” I had two forms of identification with my legitimate birth date and I was still refused. I don’t recommend this shop; between the unprofessional staff and poor product selection, you’d be much better off going elsewhere for your smoke supplies.

Best vape shop in town. Roy is really helpful and the shop is spotless. I love the Pixxi Turbo, going from a messy mess mod there is no comparison.
