My husband and I have had a Latitude 360 VIP membership for about a year now. The service was great when we starting gong to Latitude 360 with our children. The service has gone downhill within the last few months. The last time we went the gentlemen working the front desk was very rude with me when I asked him how many points we had available for the arcade, he was annoyed with me as if I should have known. I brushed that off because maybe he was just having a bad day. I invited another family to come with us to Latitude 360 yesterday hoping that we would have a good time with our young children. My husband called repeatedly in the morning trying to reserve a bowling lane for later that afternoon and was hung up on 3 times. When he finally spoke with someone, the associate would not reserve us a lane, which is part of having this wonderful VIP pass that we pay $25 a month for. So we got there and went upstairs to bowl. The other adult with me went over to ask a group of servers standing around one another if we could order drinks and food. We started with an hour of bowling and with only 18 minutes left to bowl a server finally came over to take our order and made it very obvious that she did not want to me there. Long story short, we did not get our food or drinks until after our 1 hour of bowling. When the food came out it was all cold and some of it was not what we had ordered. The waitress asked my friend if she wanted a Pepsi or Diet Pepsi, my girlfriend told her diet, then the waitress proceeded to smell her beverage to see if she could somehow smell to see if she could tell which one it was. When one of our dishes came out we pointed out to the associate who brought it to us that it wasnt what we wanted he said, sorry we are busy left the food there and walked away. I eventually found a manager and she took care of our entire bill which our waitress ended up fighting with the manager in front of us and our children. There are really no words to express how bad the service was. Its unfortunate because we have had good experiences at Latitude 360 and it is a very nice facility, but I will not be returning with my family and would not recommend it to anyone!
The place is huge! We went on a Monday it was very slow so I had a chance to look the place over. Bowling, sports bar, dining in different areas. Stage/Comedy club/theater size screen, dance floor upstairs. I thought the food was great and so did the rest of our party of 8. When the bill came I expected the automatic gratuity on the bill of 18% but another 18% service fee??? I almost added a tip to that before I saw the extra charge. We had a great time but will think about going back.
Went there 10/11/2014 to see a band on the third floor. Arrived 7:30pm to reserved tables. Waited half hour to be served anything and then finally started making runs to the bar for drinks because no waitress would serve us. (?) When I flagged a waitress down at the cash register to order appetizers, she acted like it was the busiest night of the century and complained of understaffing. I ordered two orders of pretzels with cheese. An hour later, and with the band in full swing... no food and no waitress. A floor manager told me we had to allow extra time 30-40 minutes with a band. Explained it had been over an hour. Food arrived 90 minutes after order. Remember... pretzels and cheese, it wasnt like I was ordering a full course dinner! So we received no drinks unless we went to go them ourselves, and our snack food was really late. NOT very impressive. Ill go elsewhere.
This was a heck of a place. I was here Fridays, Saturdays and some Sundays. It was the best night life experience I could have asked for. Though I have dined here few times, Ive utilized all other amenities of the entertainment facility. The cigar lounge was a great environment with a decent selection but Axis bar is where the crowds were. Ive seen many bands and Drs from my personal favorite, the Move Makers and Radio Tokyo to DJ Rambo. It was a great place for night life without the headache of commuting to South side. I will miss Latitude tremendously. Thanks for all of the fun times.
Short review: All flash, no substance. This place has an obvious target audience: people who have too much money and want a place with atmosphere to spend it. The food is expensive yet mediocre. The bowling lanes are (again) flashy but to an experienced bowler, are severely lacking. If you want a bowling alley, go to a local bowling alley, not here. Our group of 4 attended one of the Saturday night comedy shows recently. During the show, a group of about 15 people were admitted into the room. These people didnt pay attention to the show and acted like they were in a club. I was in the front row and I couldnt even hear the performer. The comedian stopped the show 5 times to ask them to quiet down, and no employees stepped in to move them to a different room. It made the entire experience less than desirable.
This place was terrible! Went there to go bowling with no success. We waited in line for 15 minutes just to be stared at by some clueless kid with a terrible neck beard. Finally the manager tells us that the wait for bowling is over an hour. At this point we decide to go upstairs and grab a drink since we were already there. There was some terrible cover band that was so LOUD you literally could not talk to someone at your table. After reviewing the beer menu, this will come into play later, we decided it was too loud to enjoy and we went back downstairs to get a drink at the bar there. From the menu that I read upstairs I asked the barkeep for a Stella, as it was listed as something they serve, to which she replies Sorry we dont carry that I said oh Im sorry I thought I saw that on your menu she says yeah sorry thats why we dont like handing out the menus.... Um what? So based on the beers that are displayed in front of me I then asked for a Corona which also isnt carried. They not only dont have whats on the menu but they also dont have what is directly visible in front of the bar. So my date and I finally get a beer, yuengling, and sit in the area near the bowling lanes. I counted that there were 6 lanes that were not in use. I asked Mr. Neckbeard about the unused lanes and his reply was that they were broke. I guess that explains the hour wait. We then went on a walkabout to see if there was anything worth doing in this facility. Walking towards the game room I noticed the place where you could get prizes from your tickets was closed and abandoned. There were several areas that we observed that appeared to be more of a storage area than anything else. It kinda made the whole place feel a bit sketchy. The game room was as terrible as everything else. Several games just not working it was just terrible.
I was at your Robinson PA store on 3/13/2015 from 6:00 - 9:30 pm. I had to ask for every drink I ordered even though the place was not that busy. I had to ask to order food. I had to ask forsilverware, I had to ask for ketchup, for my bill, etc. I had to go find my own menu. All very slowmoving. Upon arriving I sat at your half empty bar for 15 minutes before I could get a drink. Then Iwas harassed by an obviously intoxicated and very smelly customer. This customer was already on the bartenders radar because they told him to behave. I asked him to leave me alone three times, he would not and continued to say obscene things to me and my friend, all in plain view of the bartenders who did nothing. The bartenders should of quit serving him and/or asked him to leave. Instead, I had to leave to make it stop. Then things go from bad to extremely worse. I go to get in my brand new Camaro convertible RS in your parking lot, so new I have not even made a single payment on it, and there are big black scratches on my back bumper. Someone hit my car in your parking lot and took off!I spoke to the manager Tim (whom most of the staff doesnt even know he exists) and he immediately put up a defense and would not take accountability for anything, and had an excuse for everything. With the poor management and atrocious service, it is blatantly clear to me now why this place is ALWAYS EMPTY. I am sure it will be closed within a year and they will all be out of jobs.
Its a bit pricey. I havent tried the food yet, the items on the menu are outta my price range for a bowling alley/arcade/nightclub Went with a few friends the atmosphere was okay. Bowling at night is 42$ per hour, wasnt about to spend that when you can go to any overnight bowling facility and pay 8$ a game or 25$ for all night.
Perhaps the corporate boneheads should have taken my advice on marketing and maybe they would actually have revenue to pay all their taxes. Its a shame really as I worked there for a very short period time. The environment when I was there was great to be around. Too bad this place wont get out of its own way. My 2 cents: Fire the top guys in charge, overhaul marketing.
If this place hired a Professional Event Planning/Entertainment Company to provide Multiple weekly events it would create enough revenue to pay the alcohol tax, fix all the things that are broke in the place, and a proper amount of staff. I believe it would be great again and not have to face having to close down for good. Its sad cause this place has A TON of potential!!!!! All In Events, LLC would turn that place around.
I went here for my bachelorette party and had a fantastic time! Everyone there gave us exceptional service and went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure we had a fun time! The wait staff was great where we had dinner and upstairs where we danced the night away! They had such fun music there too! There is so much to do at Latitude 40, I recommend it for a bachelorette party, girls night out or group outing! We cant wait to go back!
Wow, what has happened? PLACE HAS BECOME A DUMP. We have been members for over 2 years. Extremely sad that such a nice place has gone so far down in such a short time. Perhaps the large groups of undesirables (e.g. Parkway Center Mall, Monroeville Mall, etc etc) is helping.Anyway, this is an honest observation, not a negative review because we were wronged in any way. To begin, over 1/4 of the games are not working, all 3 of the kiosks for game cards are broken, there are almost no prizes in the prize room, the entire game room smelled of feces, the bathrooms had overflowing trash cans and empty toilet paper rolls, and loud foul mouthed ghetto scum everywhere. Ok, that last comment may be judged, but its true .. so if it applies own it .. if your just offended go see for yourself. This place is going under, its only a matter of time with the clientele that has taken over, such a shame. Switched our membership back to green.
We went here a couple weeks later for a Saturday night comedy show with my wife and a few friends. One of my wifes friends was in the bathroom when drinks were ordered, and when she came back and the waitress got her drink order (a water) it was 25 minutes before the waitress got it to our table, and by that time most of the ice had melted. All the while, she had yet to take our meal order (AN HOUR after initially sitting down) The waitress was so lazy on our table that the manager had to take our meal order when he noticed we were unhappy as he was passing by. We were the first people in the door when they were opened at 6:30, and we did not get our food until AFTER the headlining comedian was on stage (around 8:15).I was highly disappointed with the service during the comedy show, and I doubt my wife and I, or any of our friends that we went there with will ever return.
This ship is sinking...jump off now!Incompetent staff, cold food and bowling lanes and games that are broken.Good luck redeeming your winning coupons with the prize room is closed!Ill see you at Dave & Busters...
Prize room has been closed for months. Most of the other games are broken or have no prizes in them. Tried to go bowling instead. The employee said his manager informed him not to sell anymore lanes. This was at 10:10 on a Sunday. They are open until midnight.
Went to the bar to have some drinks, close at two. Bartenders were great, cool, everything. But old bady wants to start rushing people out and close it down at 1:10, what an A hole on a power trip. Flunk out of cop school and mess up someones Friday night, no thank you
So if I want children to be in my way Id go to a kids place. Every game was broken the one that wasnt was being sat on by you children that where unattended. There where no prizes there was nothing there the kitchen was broken no food had to almost beg for drinks. Lets make this short. DO NOT GO HERE I WASTED MY MONEY
Everytime Im in Pittsburgh, I stop by Latitude 360. They have this Brownstone Ribeye that is cooked to order. I have it with green beans and mashed potatoes. Morgan took care of us the first day and when I came back through the next day, Angela took care of me. Both waitresses had great attitudes!!! I am definitely coming back.
Saturday night at 530pm. Not really that busy. Restrooms are a mess. Cant split flavors of sauce on an order of wings on a weekend day. Customer service is definitely sub par.
The food is lacking. the game room is not as good as Dave and Busters. Still a fun time, but if I had to choose I would go to the waterfront.
Been here 3 times and have been beset by incompetence and broken games each time. Only way I come here is if invited to an event. Wont take my family there on my own there ever. The food isnt even any good.
Used to be our favorite place to travel to but it seems it has gone downhill. Games broke, prize room picked over and employees just standing around doing nothing. So sad because this place is awesome!!! I hope it revives itself.
I do not think it will be open much longer. Indiana is closed and so is Jacksonville Florida, Loved coming here. I hope they can work things out and stay open. Great Concept.
2,600 for a kids birthday party for 4 hours not including the 20% gratuity and sales tax highway robbery get your prices down and you will be hard to beat but way too pricy I seen other parents not book a party and just walked in with cake and balloons think I will do the same next time 34.99 per guest per 2 hour video game play plus $60 per lane 6 guest per lane max wow dive bar food comes with package or one peace of pizza per child one yes one but they have Great customer service manager Ron was great but sales department must get commission even with 40 guests the price did not drop it gets higher with added guests if it was 15 or under it would of been 24.99 per guest plain backwards to run a business this way to punish big crowds with higher rate plus gratuity now that I think about it I am going to un-book this party
Staff super nice, caring, fun things to do with our without the kids, food is always awesome. Only good things to say about this place!
People were super nice, place is a lot of fun. Only downside, they need to learn how to make a Moscow mule.
Great food, great time and they even gave us a tour! Pretty spiffy place!
The staff has been super friendly and helpful every visit, my family loves it there!
Awful, kitchen was closed, barely any games and about three fourths of them were broken. Never again
Great food, fun environment, nice staff.
Bad service all around games where broken and way too overpriced was not worth the trip
Will not ever go to Pittsburgh without setting one full night aside for Latitude.
Better than Dave and Busters. Bowling is the best!
Food is good, service a little slow.
Latitude 360 is closed. This location is now Main Event.
Save your money go to Dave and Busters!!!
Thanks again, the first one is not responsible in a couple days, the
Was my favorite place but sadly closed
Games broken and out of booze
Great bowling!!
Pretty good place
Disorganized chaos
A lot to do
