Greg behind the counter is very helpful and understands what you are looking for, they did not have what I was looking for unfortunately but after asking Greg he pointed me to a replacement that was actually better in my opinion and under what I had intended to spend as well. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I had many questions about a specific product that I had, some; but not much knowledge in. The gentlemen that assisted me was very informative, and was able to advise me based on experience and his own personal knowledge. I truly appreciated the fact that he previously already tested the product(s) he sells in the store. It gave me a sense of relief and comfort. I would absolutely recommend this location as it will definitely be somewhere I will go back to when I come back to Pittsburgh to visit.

I purchased a battery for my cartridge yesterday and not even 24 hours later does it break. The store doesnt do refunds or exchange so the clerks only solution was for me to buy another one.I would NEVER spend another dime in that store. They sell broken merchandiseOh ya. Great prices. Selection is limited. No headys or any glass art of value. Bought a bubble cap from unknown artist. It whistles like a train horn unfortunately. Trip felt rushed as I came to browse. Ended up spending some money and dissatisfied with my purchases. Guess you get what you pay for.

I used to go somewhere else in the South hills until I called and realized I could get what I needed in Brentwood for literally half the price of what I was paying elsewhere in the South hills and only go here now. I’ve been to quite a few glass shops around the Pittsburgh area and this spot is by far the most diverse and affordable shops. Most of their glass pipes are locally blown and the detail on the glass works are so thought out it’s mind blowing.. (get it😜) So I highly recommend this shop across from Burger King!! Love this store. It is conveniently located, and while there is street parking, I have never had problems finding a spot. While the store is small, it is well stocked. The store carries a wide selection of items, from glassware to vape pens, and everything inbetween. The staff are super friendly, and very knowledgeable.
