I took my mother in for a lymphatic massage as she was experiencing a lot of swelling a week post surgery. The initial consultation was $40 to evaluate her. After the evaluation Dora, the owner of the establishment, took me to the consultation room to break down the package- 20 sessions for $3900!! I explained to her I was only interested in a single massage session since I was not prepared to spend on a package, and we would be seeing her surgeon two days later for a post op appointment (only wanted immediate relief). You could tell she was annoyed with me and what really made me feel uncomfortable was the way she began to express herself very poorly about our surgeon! Even went to say that our Dr. did not care about her patients until they were DYING! She tried to instill fear in us about how “poorly of a job” the surgeon had done to sell her package! When I asked about a package with less sessions she said she had to ask the front for prices, pretended to be on her phone, and continues to pressure us with fear… How are you the owner who is handling the initial consultations and you don’t know your own prices!? She then later said that it would be $2900 for 10 sessions and that we would need to start the next day.Again, I was not looking to spend that kind of money but even if I was, I would not spend it at this establishment. Furthermore, she kept pushing care credit each time I said I didn’t want to spend that kind of money. Dora made us feel she was only interested in selling and really didn’t care about her customers well being. In the end, we got a single massage session for $350 + $40 for the consultation. My mother did say the masseuse did a great job and helped her feel better. Would have definitely came back if Dora’s approach was not so predatory.

Love their staff all the ladies are very attentive, sweet, friendly and caring. Treatments are customized to your body type/needs. Great help and very informative in all they do. Came in 3 weeks post op with post surgery complications, walking with cane and fibrosis that could not be avoided through regular hand lymphatic drainage massages and they team was able to get me going and mobile within a week of being seen by them. I’m forever grateful with them and will def recommend them to friends and family with and without surgery. :)

Came across Belleza Colombiana on social media. Even though my surgeon advised that he did not recommend massages i felt the need to inquire and when my surgeon said I could do massages if I felt the need I quickly came for a consult. I purchased my package that day and had my forst session. I felt a huge difference after first session. After the 4th session my swelling had extremely gone down and I was so much more mobile. I can go on and on over my experience. I am extremely happy with the kindness and attention from all the staff. The overall education they give you prior to each session. And not to mention my incredible results

Absolute necessity for after post op!! Last week was my first visit and had my face toward the ground, in pain and struggling to walk. An hour and half later, I was walking upright with my shoulders back and out the door in disbelief. Lymphatic massages are usually an elective with surgeons but definitely necessary if you want to heal properly and quickly. They look for any red flags and customize treatment with each client based on their goal and whats possible. Ive been coming every day since and always leaving with a smile wider than than the day before. Dora just wants to help and so empathetic to each client! My massage girls (Elizabeth and Natasha) are so versed in lymphatic massages along with additional techniques to reduce swelling and pain. Everyone has been so accommodating and always willing to help. Im so happy with my results and its been only 2 weeks!

This is the second time coming to this place, I’ve spent over $7000 plus 4 purchases of fajas ( they are not cheap)All the girls are great, love Isaza! This time I purchased 10 sessions + 5 free massages. Yesterday I was on my 4th free session and when I got there the owner Dora was like I need to talk to you. She told me that the manager made a mistake and I was not supposed to get the free sessions with the package I purchased. She told me I should feel privileged that I got them since it was an error on their part.She made me feel like I stole something and made me feel like it was my fault.She said well since you’re here already here you’re only getting 30 min, and they put me in the coligen bed and when it was done I had to go. She also canceled my last appointment I had for Friday.I feel that it was unprofessional confronting me the way she did when it was a mistake on their part. The girls were apologizing for what happened, they knew it was rude and unprofessional!That was my experience with the owner, I’ve never had issues with any of the girls that work there, they are all great. I will never go back!

I started treatments at the plano location takes me about an hour to get there but it really is fully worth the drive, I had met Dora once a while back in 2019 and did 1 session which the result for only 1 session was amazing! I did not continue due to personal issues. I work long hours at an office full of stress and had been gaining a lot of weight in the last couple of years my self steam was getting lower and lower that I did not even feel comfortable for my husband of 10+ years to see me naked!!! Seriously been married over 10 years and now worried about him seen me naked? Thats how unsecured of myself I was.. after following Belleza colombiana for years I finally decided to make a change in my life something that not only would make me feel better, love myself again, but also save my marriage. Let start with saying....WoW!!!!! When i first came too Belleza Columbian it was only with the intention to get a faja. But baby! Let me tell you the owner Dora personally took one look at me and was like, let me help you. Took me too the back Im at this point 5 days postop. Hunny i walked in with a walker, but walked out without one!!!! Elisabeth (one of the staff members i call her miracle hands help me so much in just 1 session! And of course ill be back i booked quite a few more sessions. This was my first surgery I didn’t know about this place but I wish I would have. I would highly recommend Belleza to anyone especially for postop care. I enjoy the massage and feel comfortable with all the ladies. The office is so beautiful and they make you feel right at home. I always feel special when coming here. My first surgery I didn’t know about this place but I wish I would have. After my Lipo And butt lift I have healed so much better than when I had my tummy tuck. I would recommend Belleza to anyone. I went from size 18 to size 10. I absolutely love coming to the Preston location. Carolina at the front desk was the first person I came into contact with and is always super friendly. I had 20 sessions primarily with Maria, who treated my abdomen and back after a pretty extensive liposuction. Everyone was polite, prompt, and provided excellent service. After 20 2-hour long sessions with Maria, I got to know her very well. She was always professional, friendly, kind, and respectful. It was fun telling her stories about my life and getting her to laugh at all the funny things that have happened to me over the years. I cannot recommend her more highly - she is the best! Shes like family to me.

Overall great experience on a non-invasive lipo procedure.Key highlights:-Attention to detail: they created a specialized plan which involved various hot & cold treatments, followed by 2 detox sessions, and lymphatic drainage after each session. *Just keep in mind this was my personalized plan so yours might be different.-Welcoming atmosphere: I never felt uneasy and throughout my treatments was checked on regularly. You are always welcomed with tea or water and should stay hydrated for best results of each machine used.-Knowledge of staff: I was given a thorough description of each machine used and achieved session results.With all this said, I also want to emphasize that this is an investment and requires personal accountability. The results will not be instant or dramatic like that of an actual invasive lipo. The fact this didnt require downtime was a plus for me. It is recommended to wear a corset/girdle to further encourage that hourglass shape. And they can be purchased at BC and can say it is of high quality material.As a side note, the black body girdle is the strongest and was told that was just due to the material type.Throughout this treatment I decided to make additional changes to reach my desired result within the 6 month process by making healthier eating habits and exercising.Now that I am 2 sessions away from completing my 6 month treatment (1 session a week) my circumference has reduced from a Medium/Large to an X-small/Small.My rating of 4 starts is not due to the establishment or staff but more so results because I personally feel I havent reach my goal of 100%. I had a great experience with my post-op treatment here. My surgeon highly recommends this place. The staffs are very pro, welcoming and respectful. The equipment they have here is top notch and the facility is clean and luxurious. I had 20 sessions treatment package, it felt like a lot but I’m glad I did it. It was worth it. I worked mostly Elizabeth and Jaimie, they are knowledgeable regarding the treatment that I need, what to do, and what’s not to do during my recovery. I’d highly recommend this spa.

I have come here for my last two postoperative services. The staff really knows what they are doing and I always felt very taken care of here! Coming in for my sessions really cut down the healing time, helped with my mobility after doing a reverse tummy tuck and overall just made me feel good! I had high hopes for this place based on the rave reviews Id heard, but sadly, my experience didnt measure up. My consultation began a disappointing 20 minutes late, and what was promised wasnt delivered; I was under the impression that the consultation would include a massage, but that wasnt the case. When discussing package options, Elizabeth only offered the 20 or 30 package deals. Alarmingly, if anyone tries to sell you a package before even seeing you, be wary. Such high-pressure sales tactics can often be a scam, intending to bind you with practitioners who might not be licensed for the required work.Elizabeths attitude was uncool. She appeared to look down her nose at me, made incorrect assumptions about my knowledge of Spanish, and overall spoke to me as if I lacked intelligence. On the flip side, Sophia was amazing to work with. However, the strict 9-5 operating hours are not suitable for those with daytime commitments. Regrettably, these issues mean I wont be making a return visit.

I highly, highly recommend Belleza Colombia. I went there in desperate need of a lymphatic massage. Not knowing I was walking into paradise itself lol. I was a wk post op and still walking with a little slouch. But that slouch was causing me so much pain in my lower back. That day the girls gave me some education on all the benefits I’d get from taking a post-op care package(which not only included the lymphatic massages but also other treatments with different machine) of which I did not care for(at that moment) tbh. I just wanted a lymphatic massage. I thought Id be good with just that. After that 1 massage I knew that investment in my post op care was going to be worth it. The girl(Isasa) who did my lymphatic massage has goddess hand, no joke. She is amazing! What I loved about her was she takes her time to educate you ( I was guilty & unknowledgeable of the after care my surgery required. I had a TT & lipo 360) so you see better results after you surgery and have a faster recovery. Without them I don’t think I would have been able to go back to work on my 10th day post op. I was at work without any complications and had an unnoticeable slouch when I walked. I started to feel a whole lot better once I started getting my after care with Belleza Colombiana. Yes, I went back for the whole post op care treatments 😁 On my way home I called them to schedule me for a return visit but this time around I got the package. I knew I was going to be in good and professional hands. Make the investment and get the treatments. You will love your results & the feeling of feeling better sooner then later. Worst place ever!! They stole $1,000 just for 2 massages of 1 hr and 30 minutes between my sister and I.I went with my sister to this place like 3 weeks ago when I just had 7 days after my procedure and my sister had 11 days of hers.We stilled very swelling,uncomfortable and in pain all we wanted was some relief with the massages so the girl who attended me took me to a room for evaluation and asked me to get unclothed which I did and just got paper underwear when I was clothe less all she did was talking real bad about the procedures done in Miami and how the people who gave me my first massages where traumatizing my body and I felt really scared thinking that they did everything wrong and attempt to my safety for the way the perform my operation now that I think with less discomfort she new what she was doing she brain washed me making me there was the only and the perfect place to fix everything that previous massager could do wrong.I felt so much pain at that time and she talked about the packages they had only 2 one for $5,500 and the other for $3,500 and gave me no more options and as I said I really needed a massage to feel some relief she asked me to sign the contract and give $500.00 as a Down payment which I did to receive the massage.Next day I realize clinic was too far away from me almost 1hr drive looked for a closes one and I found it 20 minutes,I call belleza colombiana clinic and explained them their clinic was really far from me and due my pain I could be going that far.And asked for my re found just taking what was the cost for the massage the day before..And they denied just saying I had sign the contract and was not re foundable.I truly believe this clinic just take advantage of the people who gets there in pain looking for some relief. Same history with my sister. She paid same $500.00 and nothing back…At the end they took that day $1,000 between my sister and I..Worst experience and please make sure you look somewhere else before going this place. There’s plenty more clinics who does great and professional work and a reasonable price…

Honestly the only down side is that they don’t come to your home.. but the upside is they are very CLEAN !!! And they are beyond helpful! Soooo SWEET and baby you I had my first appointment before surgery, and I just felt so loved and I can just imagine the care that I would’ve received after surgery. This was a place for me.!

I chose BC for two reasons. The consult would be helpful (I wouldn’t be walking in for a lymphatic massage without them knowing about each procedure I received), and they could start my care quickly. First, they told me I would need the 20-session package but never explained there were other options. This package cost me $3500 but included machines to help with swelling and scar healing. The language barrier was a huge issue. The gentleman at the front desk spoke English, and the woman who did my consult spoke decent English, but I quickly learned that most of the staff spoke very little English, if any at all. I was unable to get an explanation of the care I was receiving. At each session, I would ask what the “machines” did, and the answer every single time, regardless, would be “It helps fat go away.” or “It’s so good for your skin.” If I asked what the treatment plan was for the day, the answer was always, “Um…Lipo.” They have a couple of different treatments/machines that felt like I was being burned or shocked, and when I verbalized this, they did not stop. Each time they would pull out that machine, I would verbalize that I didn’t like it and didn’t want to do it. On one occasion, the woman that day said, “Only 20 Minutes.”, then left the room. I watched the time, and she returned 35 minutes later. Over time the lymphatic massages became shorter in length. Some of them would last 5-8 minutes for my entire torso, while the session in total was 90 minutes. My final straw was during my 13th session when the 5-minute lymphatic massage caused my incision to open. I had an area on my tummy tuck incision/scar that was inflamed from a deep suture, which is common with the procedure I had done, but also very visible and could not have been missed during a massage. As I dressed afterward, I noticed this area was now black. They had caused it to bleed internally and bruise immediately. Unfortunately, there was nobody to inform on my way out that day. Within 48 hours, the area opened up. I covered the area with a bandage before my 14th session, and I notified my surgeon, who immediately started me on antibiotics and a care plan. Belleza Colombiana did not acknowledge the bandage or even ask why I had it on. I notified them afterward that I would be canceling my six remaining sessions and requested a refund. They quickly placed blame and said I would need to return so that THEY could monitor my wound. After explaining that my surgeon was already doing that, they told me that I should have notified “the manager” as soon as I noticed an issue. I had to explain that I was never informed of who the manager was, nor was I formally introduced to ANYONE, and after I noticed it, the only person I saw on my way out was the receptionist. Then they asked why I didnt tell the woman that worked with me at my last session, and I had to explain that she did not speak any English and was only with me for a total of 8 minutes for the massage, as the rest of my 90-minute session was spent alone, under lights. Finally, they told me I had signed a contract for no refund, which is true, but they eventually decided to refund me, which I am thankful for. Everyone was pleasant, but the language barrier was a significant issue. Upon canceling, I was told the manager was “the red-haired lady,” and I found that funny considering at the start of my 14th session, she was the one that called me back to a treatment room, and when I asked what the plan was for the day her response was, “um…Lipo…and um, I don’t know.” Considering one of my surgical procedures was Lipo-360, being told that so many treatments were “Lipo” was very frustrating.They have a lot of money invested in providing contouring treatment and machines they use, but I would steer clear if you do not speak Spanish and/or need post-op care. Looking back, I would have researched before my surgery and when I was not under the influence of narcotics.

I decided to try it out with my sister to help with my tummy and I have notice that my tummy is more firm and small, the sessions are great and actually feel relaxing and the women that help you with every session are wonderful they explain everything and answer any question you might have.
