Smoke and Vapor CBD Plano (Vape, Kratom, Delta 8, Hookah)

I have been a regular customer at this store for a while. The store is consistently well-maintained and the staff are consistently professional, particularly the manager, Sarah. She is consistently friendly, demonstrates a positive attitude, and is highly knowledgeable.

I’ve been here about 20 times and had a good experience until I came in on my birthday. I had just gotten a phone call from my family that I hardly get to talk to or see, to wish me a happy birthday. I got barked at for their “no phone policy” which is honestly ridiculous for any retail shop.I’ve been able to talk on the phone, I’ve called to ask friends what flavor vapes they wanted, I could price check things, I could take pictures and send to people to see if they like the items as gifts, or to let them know what I’d like as a gift - and this has been allowed at any head shop in Texas, and even in dispensaries in other states that sell the same thing plus way more. What’s the excuse here?I can understand being a couple miles from a high school, you want to make sure people aren’t supplying kids. That’s where you can just listen to the call “oh you want blueberry they don’t have that” rather than ruin the experience of a genuine customer, especially a regular.I don’t expect you to change your policy but I do have a place here to report my experience and let you know why I’ve decided to buy elsewhere.I’m a one-strike kind of guy so save the energy of replying.

I find it very ridiculous they are never but yet the “open” light is on. It’s always a note on the door “be back in a few” “I’ll be back soon” etc etc! Like dam can yall hire some more people. The associates & the manager are never there. FIX THE ISSUES OR HIRE SOME DAM MORE PEOPLE ! & also they always lie about there products especially prices! & yes I’ dont care if I have a penny coming back in change.. give me my change !! Wish I would leave a penny with this company.

Super affordable prices and an incredibly clean store with lots of selection. Will absolutely frequent thisplace more often.

The assistant manager was great. She directed me to exactly what I needed. And I happily spent more than I thought I was going to spend. Great salesmanship!

They certainly take their No Soliciting seriously, including turning away brand reps. Some people are oblivious.

May the manager is always on point very helpful and always looking out to help a customer. I give this vape shop 5 stars. Love it and is the only place I go.. there discount products are immaculate and is very well appreciated as other vape shops rarely give discounts on their products 😀 😉

No returns or exchanges all sales final. Not written 2023: on the receipt and they have some janky hand made sign, completely unnoticeable that they rely on. FAIL.2024: just paid $48 for Kik thca diamond vape, battery died within 48 hrs. Oh, and they don’t sell the kik charger or anything compatible. Oh and they don’t do refunds, exchanges or guarantee quality. I guess you should just eat your fifty bucks, it would go down better.

Do not buy vapes from this store!! I started coming here recently and I have gotten three Escobar vapes from this store that have a terrible burnt battery acid flavor after the first 5 hits. The first time they exchanged it for me which was nice. But then I came yesterday and the first one I tried was bad and they gave me a new one then on the way home after a few hits it had that burnt flavor so I bought a new one from a gas station and it was completely fine. When I went in to ask them to please just try it and see if they would exchange it for me because they are expensive at this store, $19.48 she hit it filtered through her shirt and told me it taste great to her and I must have “vapor toung” treating me like I was lying and crazy or something. Also had my husband try it to confirm and he said it was awful. She said she could give me 10%off a new one, I AM. NOT about to spend 40.00 at your store in 24 hrs on bad vapes!! I hope they listen and find a new distributor because who ever they are buying from is bad. Probably cheap and then marking them way way up. Do not go here!!!!

Customer service is good, they always greet you when you come in and theyre very helpful. However most of the disposable delta 8 vapes Ive bought there failed prematurely or didnt work at all. I dont know if theyre buying from a low quality wholesaler or if they just dont store them right.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! This was my first time here and it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Britain helped me and was very kind. He was more then happy to help and teach me about the products they have. They have the best selection out of all the smokes shops I’ve been to. I will most definitely come back!!

Two different employees lied to me about products and then wouldnt let me exchange or refund.

Fantastic vape shop. Always a great selection, knowledgeable/helpful staff, & they don’t pressure you in any way, digital or otherwise to leave a tip (which ironically makes me feel more like tipping, go figure). Highly recommend this shop.
