Always professional and attentive. Landon (maybe Brandon) always suggest different products and always remembers me when I come in. Clean cut crew. I actually drive past 3 smoke shops to get to them. Best prices in town as well.

I have been coming to this shop for several years now , 10/10 recommend. The prices are great and Brandon and Landon are always so nice and helpful . If you’re in town or even just visiting you should definitely check them out .

All the 5 star reviews are artificial because they give you a discount for leaving one. The little blonde boy cashier is a joke, very rude and slow. The shop has decent prices but it’s because the quality is terrible. I’ve purchased vapes that literally never turned on, and they refused immediate refund even with a receipt.Just look at the owners emotional replies to negative reviews, tells you everything you need to know about this place. A sham of a business who won’t be able to keep their doors open for much longer, especially after numerous claims of underage selling and preferential treatment.

Wouldn’t recommend buying anything from that store, I was trying to buy puffco device and the manager was convincing me to buy V2 carta device saying it’s much better and that much more reliable quality and has a warranty. I didn’t even use it more than 15 times and the top glass pipe miracle came out. When I was trying to come back the day after to address it with the manger who sold it to me he wasn’t there, the cashier took my phone number, said that they’ll call me back and make sure they’ll take care of me. But no one ever called me back and I ended up going to a different smoke shop to buy the broken peace that this place sold me. Very disappointed, I was a regular customer. But I’ll probably won’t be coming back in here. Be careful with what you buying out here

This is the best vape shop Ive been to by far the customer service is amazing I walk into the shop Brandon greeted me right away and helped me with the upmost respect even though I cant hear that well due to my head injuries and he was still super helpful and answered all my questions that I had with products and got me exactly what I needed. I will definitely be coming back and using this shop as my main vape shop in the future between the customer service and the products I couldnt ask for a better experience!!!!!

I’ve always had excellent service at this shop, from the cashiers to the manager/owner who is often there earlier in the day. I’ve received multiple recommendations that I’ve enjoyed.It has a nifty selection, too — lots of more recent products, and they update the stock frequently. Prices are fair, not cheap but I’ve always found them competitive with other shops and never much more than you’d expect.

Vibes smoke is a great smoke store and Landon is amazing and so friendly and helpful with giving recommendations for all your needs.

Been going here for a very long time time now, Ive always been very pleased with the service. Brandon and Shel always hook it up and help me get exactly what I need! Im very indecisive and they both are very good with recommendations. Ive always been happy with Sheldons suggestions, I always ask a bunch of questions and hes always been good help. Theres been several times Brandon has remembered what I got in the past and used that to help me find something Id like. The owner may have some nice workers but as far as HIS customer service goes, he would rather lose a customer than make things right. I will never go back. The supposed manager Brandon is great at discriminating against disabled people. Went in to replace a broken vape and told him repeatedly I could not hear what he was saying. After much frustration and being made to feel belittled we left with the wrong thing. When we reached out to exchange it for the correct thing Brandon stated “I TOLD YOU OVER AND OVER IT SUCKED. NO I WONT TAKE IT AS A RETURN! I TOLD YOU!” When asked for the owner’s name he flat out said no I’m not giving it to you. This is absolutely disgusting treatment of hearing impaired people. Looking into taking legal action now

Been going here for a while. There was one instance months ago where i wasnt allowed to touch something i asked to see, but at least whoever it was brought it out the glass and showed it and provided info. I can live with that. Since then, it hasnt happened.As a black male, i have not been treated any differently than any other customer that is not my skin color. I get greeted every time. They sometimes chop it up with me. And there was only one instance where someone didnt know the answer to a question i ask, but Im not going to fault them for that either.I recommend this place.

I go here every week and have been for almost a year now. The employees are awesome! They take care of you and now they know exactly what I want before I make it to the counter. I had an ecig that was no good and they replaced it at no cost. I had my favorite flavor but they were out and they recommended a new one and I loved it! Seriously the best!

At their front door and the place is closed. Its 10:07AM. Yes, the schools are closed because of icy conditions but there is absolutely no ice on the ground.

If I could give this place a zero stars I would. Brandon is horrible person & manager who treats customers unfairly giving some people deals every single day & then others have to pay full price. He will lie about this though I have proof including bank statements. This is a disgusting way to do business. Brandon also will lie to customers he doesn’t like about discontinuing the purchase of certain vapes in there store. The owner of the establishment in Brandon’s words “Doesn’t care” how he treats women or paying customers in general. I hope no one else has this type of experience in the future. I will never spend another dollar at this place & I will advise everyone I know to avoid this place.

I went there on Thanksgiving to get some more juice. First time going there, but I was pleasantly surprised by the assortment of products they had. I cant remember the guys name who helped me, but he was just an absolute bro. Made me feel like I had been coming there for years. I probably would have celebrated Christmas with him if he asked me to, honestly. Awesome guy, super helpful, 10/10 will go back again.

I had bought 3 bottles of a juice that were supposed to be menthol and one ended up being regular and I noticed before I ever left so the guy told me to come back in a couple of days and he would just hook me up with another one as soon as it comes in. Waited 3 weeks and nothing came in so the guy found out the juice I was using was discontinued and since it had taken such a long time he offered me 2 bottles of juice for my time and the complications. The owner has been nothing short of amazing! I would recommend this place over and over again! They have a really large selection. Please check these guys out, they’re amazing.

Visited this store around 9pm and the guy at the store was one of the worst employees or owners i’ve ever met. He’s no willing to answer any questions as he kept saying “they’re the same” or “both” like he wasn’t really interested. I wasn’t quite sure how one product can be “both” disposable and reusable especially when it says “disposable” on its own package. Also, he said he cannot get the products out of the shelves for us to see…. While giving not enough explanation. I’m not sure if he does not like asians specifically or just lack of knowledge, but we’ll not coming back for sure. Oh, and we went to a different store after leaving this place and we had no single problem to see and compare products before we buy with a kind & knowledgeable employee.

This store gave me a very bad experience.one of their white male employees has a tattoo on the arm.Hes racist. I went to their store to buy something few days ago. I went in and there were four people in line in front of me so I just waited in line when the four people in front had finished and another white customer came in and he completely ignored my presence and went straight to serve the white customer who had just come in. I had been standing in the store for five minutes at the time I didnt want to argue so I didnt say anything When the customer left I asked him why he was serving her first instead of me he said because she came over to me then I said but I came in first and I was in line then he said if you are upset you can get out the doors are there. And Ive spent thousands of dollars in their store and thats how they treat their regular customers. Then I asked him for the bosss phone number and he refused to give it to me and then I asked him is your boss in the store he said yes and iasked him when the boss is gonna be store and he said you will find out！and say just get out for yelling.

Recently started shopping here and have consistently been impressed by: their knowledge, friendliness, and deals they offer. They recently updated their rewards system so it is faster and more streamlined. I will be going to them for my needs from now on. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would! Check them out.

Vibes is the only smoke shop I will go to in the Dallas area! The staff, customer service, and rage of products is 2nd to none!! The staff is genuinely nice and willing to help out in anyway they can. I go to them for disposable vapes and kratom shots. The cleanliness and organization of their shop is also the best Ive seen. You dont feel like youre walking into a shop thats still opening with shipment laying around everywhere. They are willing to price match as well. I 10/10 HIGHLY recommend this shop. I went in the other day and I saw the owner Tony sell to underage kids I was so flabbergasted that he just did that. They were buying some delta 8 products. I confronted Tony about why he didn’t Id these teens and he said I had to leave and not allowed to go back. I think it’s illegal to not check their id if they look under a certain age these kids didn’t look older than 15 maybe 16.

Cant remember the gentleman who helped me out here, but this place is awesome! Great prices and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be coming back. Definitely a good vibe at this place.
