I like reading reviews from different day spas that I visit. After reading some of these reviews, I would like to post.I have been a guest of Natural Spa & Massage, I also worked as an LMT there for a short time while living in PSL area.I have been a practicing therapist for close to 30 years and have been experienced in working in upscale spas and in clinic settings.This establishment is clean and pretty. Their main purpose is to bring healing and professional massage to their guests. The staff here is very kind and experienced.I have always left here feeling renewed and well cared for.I love this place.They are reasonable in their pricing. Not as low as some places and not high priced as some places.Some establishments build their tipping into the massage price.If their policy is the same as it was,this establishment allows you to tip as you chose.Every establishment I have worked at over the years encourage anywhere between 20 percent and more, if you chose.Massage is very rewarding work.It is also very hard work and can take its toll on the therapists body.So, I give my gratuity in gratitude.💜I feel safe in this establishment.The place is always immaculate, fresh,and in a nice area.I wish I could have taken them with me when I relocated to further north!

I decided to write a review for the really great massage and cupping service I received until it was time to leave. As I returned to the front desk to tip out. I offered an additional tip before I could get another word out the next response from one of the employees was “basically too low”. After paying $120 plus a tip. The attitude and lack of professionalism that the employee displayed was disgusting. I will never return there, yet alone recommend anyone there for services.

My husband and I went here for the first time today. WOW! INCREDIBLE! We both had the best massage we’ve ever had!I called at 9:15am asking if there was availability and the lady said as so kind on the phone and got us both an appt for 10:00am. We got a deep tissue massage, and decided to try the hot stone specialty too….hot stone deep tissue massage was AMAZING!The staff is kind, professional, and organized. This was the first place we went to that massaged us for the hour we paid….a few other places we’ve tried only massage for 40-50 minutes.This was the BEST experience we’ve had! Will definitely be returning!

Part 1 (long review)I want to start by saying that I called the Spa and left multiple messages for the owner to please call me back prior to writing this.I am in no way saying that the owner chose not to call me back, because I don’t know if the messages reached them or not.I left a wonderful review about two years ago under my maiden name, and although I had never been to the spa, at the time I had a wonderful experience dealing with Jennifer. She went out of her way to help me plan out a birthday surprise for my mom for a future visit to the spa. My first impression was wonderful.My mom has gone there since and had great experiences, as I’m sure others have as well.On my first visit, I scheduled a one hour deep tissue massage. It was a good experience, and because I had the rest of a gift certificate to use while I was in town, I scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue massage with the same person later that week.The first time the hour long massage was $80 And I tipped 20% cash.The second time it was $120 and I planned to tip 20%. I feel that this is a good and fair tip, across-the-board for industries which are tip based.I realized that I had less cash on me than I thought so I grabbed the cash that I did have, and I started heading to the front desk.When I arrived for my appointment, there was somebody at the desk other than my massage therapist. I planned to ask where I could go locally to find an ATM.As I was walking down the hallway toward the front I noticed “my” massage therapist in the room, and I passed by, intending to speak with the person at the desk first.Before I even reached the front desk, the massage therapist came rushing out of the room and followed me to the front.See part 2 (Alison Moore)

Lily is wonderful. She treats you very well and provides your service just as you need. My eyebrows look incredible and Ill be back for other treatments from her.

PART 2 (continued review)There was nobody else at the front, so I went to hand her the cash that I had and ask her where I could find an ATM.I did not even have a chance to ask her where to find an ATM because when she saw the cash in my hand she stopped me and said “how much” I said I wasn’t sure about $17 or $18?She literally didn’t give me a chance to get another word out of my mouth. She said “no” (not enough) to the cash I had and pointed to a sign that says there is a mandatory 30% minimum tip for “ experienced massage therapists” I believe it said 20% mandatory minimum for the others, I don’t remember the exact wording on the sign.I would certainly hope that EVERYBODY working there would be an “experienced” and certified massage therapist.Having experienced many years of massage recommended by my chiropractor, I’m am not entirely sure that this is the case in the way of certifications here, but I can’t say for sure, because I have not looked into it.I also haven’t looked into whether requiring mandatory tip is legal or not, my guess is it is not, as tips are not a mandatory thing. They are an expression of an appreciation for a service given.Having worked in the “tipping” industries myself, I absolutely agree that you should tip no matter what, but to make somebody tip a forced amount feels very violating in a strange way, especially when it far exceeds the “industry standard“I did experience about a week of pain in my neck and lower back after the second massage. I don’t feel that it was because the massage was too hard, I feel that it was because of improper technique and walking too closely to certain areas.Up until these two appointments I had never experienced someone walking on my back before, I was a bit apprehensive, but at her suggestion, I decided to give it a try.The first time it was interesting, but not necessarily enjoyable for me, I told her that it didn’t seem to be my thing, and I would prefer we do traditional massage (hands/arms)The second I when she asked if I wanted walking, I said I prefer traditional, but I would be okay with the walking, on my legs only. I had to stop it when she went closer to my lower back than legs.I don’t want to discount anybody’s hard work, which I why I’m not mentioning names. I know the owner will be able to access appointment records with my name.The entire experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth that sadly I will never return.If this is something that you plan to do at your establishment people need to know upfront. That way they can make an educated decision on whether or not they want to proceed with the services. Alternatively, just increase the price of the massage and give a portion of it to the massage therapist. People will decide if they can afford the cost of the service or not.I want to make it very clear that tipping is not the issue, not leaving it up to the person tipping who received the service and forcing somebody, especially when they don’t know ahead of time is the problem, and is absolutely wrong to do.I finally got a word in edgewise when I said, but I don’t have any more cash on me and once again before I could ask where I could go to an ATM I was told that I could put it on a card so the last feeling / impression that I had when leaving the spa was being forced to use my card to leave a 30% tip on top of which I got charged a percentage for using my card.Be aware ahead of time that this is “their policy” legal or not.

Upon entering, I made my payment and The masseuse ask for her tip prior to service. I told her nicely tip will be given after service. Then I had a 50 minute massage which was completed in 30 minutes, start to finish. I then gave >20% tip. I asked for a 3 week appointment she said I had to call, its too far out, mind you, I was there 3 weeks ago and had made an appointment at the time of visit. Also the sauna does not work. A year ago the one heater in the front was out, now both are burnt out. Not hot enough to break a sweat. Just dont bother, its not worth your time

My wife and I did a couples massage. Not only was the price great but the massage and service was as well. Well surely be returning.

Strangest massage I’ve ever experienced in my life. I walked in, was told to pay for my service (odd but fine I did) got a weird look from my massage therapist because I was paying with a card (not cash) and was told cash was better and that she told me on the phone cards will receive a processing fee which I was okay with, sorry I did not have cash on me at the time. She brought me to my room, proceeded to tell me to undress and shut the door. Not even 15 seconds later she opens the door wide open, no knock, as I’m standing there topless asking me which essential oil I’d like to use. Shuts the door and as I’m hurrying to cover myself under the blanket she opens it right up again, again unwarned. I laid down and when they’re massaging your back/legs they have your entire buttocks exposed (okay fine, except for the fact that other employees and my massage therapist herself just kept opening the door to talk to one another during my service). I turned over to my back and could see the door was cracked open my entire massage. While other customers are walking in and out of the building, as you’re practically naked and the door is open…. During the massage, the therapist walked in and out of the room probably 4 times, which was very strange to me as I’ve never been to a place that has done that before. And they will aggressively wipe you down with a towel when they’re done. The massage was alright but the whole experience left me extremely uncomfortable.

I called and made my appointment last Saturday night for Sunday morning service. The lady on the phone was very nice and placed me for an early service.The lady masseuse was very pleasant and professional. Service was excellent.I will definitely comeback.

Lily is an awesome therapist. Listens to you and helps with your troubled areas. I so enjoy each visit .The front office and rooms are very clean. Highly recommend for self care.

Great couples massage, we were late due to an accident and they still got us in. Opted for the essential oils with our massage for $10 each, definitely worth it. We will definitely be back, thank you!

I recommend this place to anyone specially the massager name Lily she was excellent. It felt real good I would have gave a five stars .the only thing that the sauna wasn’t hot enough I didn’t even sweat it . The massage was so good that I even bought a package for Christmas for my husband.

I stopped by after work yesterday. They got me right in. My back was very sore from over doing yard work. Over the weekend. The woman her name was Tiffany gave me a strong back massage and eased my lower back pain.Thanks so much to all the Staff. Great job, I highly recommend Natural Spa!!

I am a regular client of this establishment and I have to say it is a wonderful experience. I routinely see Anna for massage and she is the best! She does a great deep tissue massage and I feel like I have a new body when she’s done with me. Professional, kind and caring. Love this place!

This place should be shut downthere’s no way they make it mandatory to pay them tips, if you give $10-20 they will tell you it’s to small they want more tips. Then you have to pay $15 extra for anything like oil 😳 shouldn’t that come with the massage? These people are scammersAnd also they will not touch you unless you agree you paying tips or they will stop the massage beginning for tipsOh also they will tell you they don’t have a card machine cause they don’t want to pay tax. You gotta get cash.

This place was awesome. We had massages and facials, they were both great. Highly recommend this place.

I called about 10 minutes before I needed an appointment due to my original appointment somewhere else not panning out. I only had a very short window to be out of the house. They were so accommodating. Unfortunately I can’t remember my masseuse’s name but she was incredible. Always checking in to make sure that the pressure was OK and that I was comfortable. I think it was the most thorough massage I’ve ever received. I didn’t feel like there was any skimping or hurrying. I am a former athlete and need a very deep massage to feel much of anything. This was the perfect balance where I wasn’t sore the next day, but where I felt that my muscles were actually getting released. Ended the appointment with a bottle of water and a nice sendoff. Totally recommend!

Went here for the first time today and saw Ana/Anna(not sure if it’s with one N or two). I called kind of late in the day but they told me I could come on in and they would be able to take me no problem.What I really loved was 1. her friendliness/kindness and 2. how she actually asked me what I wanted her to focus on, and always checked with me about the pressure. I’m still new to the PSL area and have been looking for a place to go that can actually do a massage for pain instead of just a plain old massage that feels good in the moment, but doesn’t actually make you feel better after.Whatever she did- she worked magic! She focused on a knot I had in my shoulder and it feels a million times better. I would definitely return here the next time I need a massage, and I would highly recommend Anna!

Okay positive: Went for a couple’s massage which was great. They make you pay upfront again fine. When went to tip we normally do $10 for each massage therapist. Which I find to be fair. But we had $10 cash so were giving $5 each. The lady gave us a very rude gesture. & pointed at a sign that said $20 gratuity per person for massage. I probably would have not left a negative review if it wasn’t for the rude gesture and also I have never been to a massage place where they have a mandatory tip at $20 per person? Lol. Will never return. We did leave a $35 tip b/c its all the cash we could find. And she still looked at us weird like ok. Just advertise the massage at $180 lol.

Im deeply disturbed by the inappropriate behavior I experienced during todays massage with Anna. Despite typically opting for male masseuses for deep tissue sessions, I found myself violated, uncomfortable, and sexualized by Annas actions. She made inappropriate comments about my body. Anna questioned the authenticity of my buttocks, and upon confirming they were real, she proceeded to inappropriately touch and comment, stating, sexy, I like on multiple occasions. Upon turning onto my back, Anna continued the inappropriate behavior by touching my breasts in a similar manner and even suggested secrecy. Her unprofessionalism extended to personal questions about my relationship status. She inquired about my marital status, to which I responded negatively, and then asked about having a boyfriend, to which I confirmed. Her response was, He enjoys.This shocking encounter has left me feeling not only violated but also appalled by the entire experience. I was genuinely shocked by Annas hostile reaction; despite a $20 tip, she demanded $30 and insisted I not return just because I didnt meet her expected tip amount.I believe its crucial to report such incidents for the safety and well-being of others.Response:I never discussed plastic surgery with Anna as I havent had any. She questioned my natural features, and I confirmed. Anna was the sole staff I encountered; she checked, massaged, and handled the checkout. Your response seems fabricated, similar to Annas admission of inappropriate behavior. Theres no concern expressed about the incident, and blame is misplaced on me. My contact is in the system, yet no effort was made to inquire. Ill be filing a report.****WARNING****I must emphasize caution regarding this establishment. While I cant generalize about all employees based on my interaction with Anna, the managers response supports inappropriate behavior and shifts blame onto the customer.

Ana was BY FAR the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Aside from the amazing massage, she also did some stretching moves that made me feel as if I’d seen a chiropractor too lol she’s seriously the best. She paid attention to each and every stress knot I had and worked them all out. She checked on me throughout the massage to ensure that she wasn’t putting too much pressure. You can tell she’s been giving massages for years and that she’s a pro. I’ll definitely be back

I have had many massages at all different types of spas and I have to say this one was wonderful. I had lots of pain in my shoulder and although I was sore after it’s because he really worked on getting out the knots. I will absolutely be back.

Received a gift card fr my children for Mothers Day. Used it and didn’t want the services with the gift card so asked for substitute which was accommodated hence the 2 stars. A little oriental man massaged me and to be so little his hands were extremely strong. I told him several times he was hurting me and I’m not sure if it was a language barrier but right below my neck and feet are extremely sore. And to add insult to injury the woman at the front desk was incensed that I was going to only leave a tip that was left over fr the certificate which was approximately $24. She asked only $24? If more was supposed to be left perhaps that should have been discussed at scheduling. Won’t be going back.

Absolutely wonderful experience, we will definitely be returning when we travel back to the area!We received a couple massage, facial, and skin care. Both women were very polite, kind and respectful. Always checking up to make sure we were happy and comfortable. They took their time and really gave us amazing service.We were staying at a resort not too far away but the resort spa was booked out unfortunately so we decided to give Natural Spa a chance and definitely do not regret it!Thanks so much for an amazing couples spa day, what a wonderful way to spend our 2 year anniversary ❤️

I have been to very fancy Spas beautiful hotels beautiful Spas I just moved to PSL from South Florida 6 months ago. and I have tried three other places before I come to find this place I went there this morning complaining of a little soreness and neck pain and the other masseuses have gotten it okay but Anna really made it feel better. Very professional kept asking me if the pressure was okay loved it I recommend it I would be I will go back

I will NEVER go back! My first experience today was horrible!!! The room was cold and uncomfortable! The massage therapist was just pressing on my back, and not really massaging how she was suppose to! After the massage, I still gave a tip and the receptionist said “Normally the tip is $20!” and she was VERY rude when she said it too!!!! As a customer and a nurse, I have no problem giving a tip…but asking and demanding your customer for more tip money is not PROFESSIONAL at all! I could only imagine how many people they are doing this to!

My daughter book a spa day for my birthday, massage, facial and eye treatment. I decided I didnt want the facial so, I got a 2 hour massage. I was excited because it was long overdue. Jennifer was an excellent masseuse, she took care of all the kinks and knots in my body. Towards the end she started talking about a tip. With how great she did I had no problem giving her a tip. I work in the service industry so, I understood very well. Needless to say, I asked for change for $50, I proceed to give her a $20 tip, she said No and showed me a sign on the front desk that state how much gratuity they are recommending. I know that what my daughter paid for the 1 hour facial and 1 hour massage is MORE than the 2 hours massage. I shook my head a gave her the $30 for the 2 hours massage. Although, I loved the massage, I will not be going back for that reason alone! Because of the industry I work in, tips are WELCOMED but, NOT mandatory and should NEVER be implied. I loved everything up until the end.To top it off I didnt get the eye treatment that was paid for!

I go in about once a month for a couples massage. Sandy is incredible. Make sure to bring cash or you will be charged a credit card fee. And also be prepared to tip at minimum 20% or more. They can be a little abrasive in expecting it. But it’s MORE than well deserved. If they weren’t so great at what they do - between the unexpected fees and their demands of minimum of 20% tip I would’ve been turned away. But now I know, and I’m fine with and come prepared because it’s more than worth it!

I will start this by saying...warning stay away from this illegal establishment. I belive illegal things are going on in this business. Thats #1.#2 the owner / opererator is ignorant and rude. As she shook me and my husband down for a $40.00 tip and told us that amount was mandatory. As other male customers were being shuffled out of the establishment. Very shady.#3 the masseuse hurt me.I suggest everyone just go to sanctuary spa as you are not getting any deal at natural spa. And to the owner I see you like sending snarky comments to your customers dont bother. You are a useless business owner and I think you are operating an illegal business and not allowing your customers to use their cc and make us use the ATM, so you dont have to claim us to the IRS. Have a good day and do better. Tradition does not need you

I get frequent facials and because of traveling, I have been to other establishments. However I will say, without a doubt, this was the best facial I’ve ever had. I came in with a dull summer damaged skin and I left with my skin looking bright and fresh and natural. Lily was my therapist and I’m looking forward to seeing her again in six weeks. A wonderful establishment in the Tradition location

I was so happy with this experience that I purchased another massage the moment I left. I am usually hesitant to try massage therapists and places without personal recommendations, but I was in great need so I took a chance. They were able to fit me in on my day of purchase. Lily was AMAZING!!! I purchased the $85 package - 60 minutes of full body massage and 30 minutes of the infrared sauna with the detox foot bath. She hit every spot perfectly and they provide you with ginger tea with honey and water during the sauna. I went into a nice meditative state for the first time in so long. Extremely relaxing!! I will definitely do the 90 minutes massage next time! It was also very clean and the music was relaxing. I highly recommend this deal! Worth every penny!

The spa is beautiful, clean, and inviting. The staff is great. Very friendly and pleasant. They have nice deals and packages too. My massage was amazing! My massage therapist identified areas of interest in my body and systematically worked out the kinks and the knots. I walked out feeling like a new person!! My niece received a facial which she truly enjoyed. I highly recommend this spa.

Wow..Didnt know I could feel normal.Payed more attention to my problem areas and their root cause than any other place before. But they do what you request. If you dont like some types of massage, they do what you request very well.I need a hard massage that restores my muscles and relieves long-term pain.Shoulders and back feel like they did 20 years ago..I will be back!! And shoulders!!

Professional yet personable. I booked a couple massage for me and my husband after reading reviews of others. I have to agree with everyone that complimented this establishment. We had Jennie and Lilly for our deep tissue massage. I can honestly say, Ive never had a deeper tissue massage than this one LOL. My husband is a large man(muscular) 602/245 and we were concerned that it wouldnt be deep enough for him. Boy were we wrong! Jennie did an amazing job getting his knots outs. Lilly was just as good working on my areas that needed some attention. Both were friendly, communicated well making sure everything was good as far as pressure. I didnt get the receptionist name, but also want to give her a shout out for her friendliness and making us laugh while we waited. We will definitely be going back!

Ana was so amazing! I came in so sore from a Spartan race and she helped me to recover! Thank you so much for such a great massage and overall experience. Great customer service, clean and gentle music playing. Imagine relaxing scents all around, 10 out of 10 for experience! 🔥🙌✨

The best experience for a couples massage!! Lilly and Mary were our massage therapists and they really went above and beyond providing amazing service. They have gained customers for life, we will go to them for all of our spa needs!! Jennifer at the front desk was amazing too, she even played with our daughter while we got our massage. Thank you ladies so much for making our experience so memorable.

My boyfriend and I came here for a couple’s massage, it was our first visit, and it was amaziiinggggg. We went to another place in Jensen for a couple’s massage a few months ago, and this was a night and day difference!! I had Jenny and my boyfriend and Tiffany, they were so thorough and got every area you didn’t even know needed massaged. It felt great! Definitely returning!!

The best of the best massage! Thank you! I read all the reviews before I decided to give them a try, and I really have to say it’s totally worth it. The professionalism, and the experience my massage therapist have is incredible. I love how they focus on the area that really need work on at just the right pressure. Staff is very polite, and welcoming. Massage was fantastic! However Telling a customer to tip more next time is rude and made me uncomfortable and for that reason i will not return. After reading the reviews i see that your establishment is very defensive about your suggested tip as well as defensive of your massage therapists. Your massage therapist do work hard and they do deserve a tip however as a consumer who already paid for a service to be completed, It is your job to make sure that they are compensated properly not the consumer. Might i suggest including the gratuity for certain services in the overall fee for the service. To be quite honest it is the principle. Massage services are not cheap, therefore asking a client to tip more is not only rude but embarrassing because it makes the customer feel like they are not valued based on the amount of money they have tipped. Suggestions are suggestions for a reason but it is not a must that someone has to follow the suggested tip amount. Please don’t tell customers to tip more after they have already paid in full for a service. As management, increase your pricing and subtract gratuity before service is provided.

My husband sent me here for Valentine’s Day . I got the 3 hr special . Full body massage . Body scrub and a facial .1st red flag when I went to go pay for my services I handed her my debit card . She tried to tell that’s they don’t have a card reader and for me to use the ATM . I questioned her cause why would you have a card reader . And if you only take cash why wasn’t my husband informed when they call to confirm our appt . I proceeded to the atm and paid . 1st lady started my massage 20mins another lady’ comes and takes over . The massage was fine . Then she pulls out the body scrub . I was not expecting Dr teals body scrub . Especially not the one I have at my house . Then she begins my facial . Again products that’s can be brought ANYWHERE. Now it’s time to leave . A lil disappointed, it was nothing like I thought my 1st spa experience would be . I go to check out and I tip 20$ and the lady goes what about the other lady . Im shook cause I’m not satisfied. Then she tells me to go to the ATM again . Absolutely not ! I’m not going to keep adding up atm fees when I wasn’t told it was a cash only or whatever the case was . Definitely not going back . Did not receive my moneys worth

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 25 years in the state of Florida. New to the area of Port Saint Lucie. I am so happy to have found Lilly and Jennifer at Natural Massage and Spa. They are so professional and gifted in massage and skincare. I have visited many places in this area and honestly, no one compares in my opinion. The Spa is beautiful and clean. I always leave feeling healed. My husband is a client as well. I highly recommend!I noticed a review about Swedish and prenatal massage and just want to comment. Prenatal is a specialized modality and it is important to make sure if you are giving or receiving a massage that you are in qualified hands.There is mostly always a difference in price (prenatal being a bit more) between a Swedish and prenatal massage. I find it very smart and the right thing that you are caring and mindful of the safety of a pregnant client. That adds to the integrity of your Spa.See you soon!!Lynda

The facial was good but the massage was terrible, and we will never go back. They were late to open (which pushed into our appointment and it was NOT made up at the end). We agreed to pay in cash to save the transaction charge, but we had to pay before the service (which felt weird) and we weren’t given a receipt of any kind. After being massaged like a piece of meat about to be cooked and talked over in a language they knew we couldn’t understand (clearly talking about us for at least some of it), the cherry on top was that we were confronted at the door saying we had to pay a tip. So, $100 an hour for terrible service was not enough… IF A TIP IS REQUIRED, THEN ADD IT TO THE COST OF THE SERVICE. We absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Outstanding services. Facial was relaxing and face feels young again. Jennifer was delightful. Massage was a miracle. Had pain for weeks that Lily was able to fix.Lily really understands her trade and is worth the drive to have her. And as a bonus my brows got done. Highly recommend this team.

I had a wonderful experience this afternoon with Lily and Jennifer. Not only were they kind enough to get me in last minute, but they were so welcoming. I didnt feel uncomfortable at all. Lily did an amazing job on my neck, shoulders, and back. I really needed it. And Jennifer was so gentle and sweet when she did my facial. I have not felt so refreshed in a long time. THANK YOU, LILY AND JENNIFER. I will be returning and telling others about you.

Decided to make the drive over from Hutchinson Island while on vacation with a friend. Would highly recommend, I had Lily and she paid attention to all the areas I highlighted. I would say it was a top 5 massage. The price was right, salon clean, and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely go back.

First of all not sure what the good reviews are about. Were do I start? The parking at Natural is a mad house. It is a very small suite shared with several other suites in a plaza as well as a restaurant close to it. Upon walking in my husband and I were greeted at the door with a nice lady but no paperwork and they definitely wanted you to pay with cash and before your service ummmm. Did I mention this was a very small place?. Hubby and I were escorted into a couples room for our massage and boy of boy! That room was so tight they could barely fit the massage tables in it. Got on the tables and laid our heads in the hole and it smelled like bad breathe. No aromatherapy oils, no nothing. I asked for light pressure and oh my word they dug deep into our bones. Hurt my husbands and my neck, back and legs how do you even do that!? The message lady keep uncovering me and exposing me and I keep asking her not to and both laughed about it. I was completely done at that point. They are not, I repeat not certified! and a huge disappointment for our Anniversary. Do yourself a favor a stay far away from this place. They will never get our business again.

I absolutely love Natural spa and massage!!! I see Lily (magic hands) for deep tissue massage and without fail she has me back on track. It has a very welcoming and tranquil feeling inside. Lets not forget Jennifer at the front desk, she keeps the wheels turning at the spa and has an unforgettable smile. This will be my spot for a very long time.

Didn’t even get a massage as 1) expect cash. If you pay with a card you get charged extra, 2) you’re expected to pay before the massage (I’ve never had to do that), 3) you’re expected to pay 20 percent gratuity, 4) major language barrier, 5) location was hard to find especially because of Wi-Fi in PSL…not returning as I didn’t get relief and instead got a bigger headache.

Hubby and I had a couples 90min hot stone massage. May and Lilly are PHENOMENAL!!!! Won’t go anywhere else for our massage. They know what they are doing that’s forsure!

Clean, welcoming environment. The receptionist made us very comfortable and we loved how calming it is inside. The massage was PERFECT. I have zero cons. From start to finish. Was having major neck pain (slept wrong) and I felt great afterwards. Will be returning many times! Treat yourself :) Youll love it!

I had just a great experience with Lily. She was able to get me in at the last minute when I got off from work. She was very professional, There was no waiting and she made my skin feel amazing! I made another appointment right after my facial. Highly recommend!

Lilly always takes care of me... she is absolutely the best. I always get the DDS massage it gets deep into the muscle and takes out the toxins in your body. She focus on the areas that I really need work on. I walk out feeling great. So hands down the best massage and place to go to get pampered and feel relaxed. My daughter and I went for the first time on Saturday January 15th 2022. I had a deep cleansing facial and a swedish massage. My daughter had a bikini wax. They were professional, they communicated very well and our experience was all that and a bag of chips! It was a Christmas gift from my son I included a picture of me after the spa thank you to Sherwan! We will be regular customers from now on and so should you!

Jennifer at the front desk is not only informative - she is patient, helpful and friendly. Lily the masseuse worked on my tension zones for a 90 minute massage. It helped my inflammation caused by my chronic pain with auto immunity, my fight with Lichen Sclerosus and pelvic floor dysfunction as well.Medical insurance companies approve massages but, only at sports clinics and chiropractor offices that may only work with pressure points and not including muscle and fascia tissue that is often neglected and dismissed with chronic pain and auto immune sufferers.Thank you for the professionalism and caring establishment. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and service and look forward to visiting again.

Fairly good facial service, however, they make you pay Before service is performed, and they charge a 3% credit card transaction fee, which I found ridiculous. This is Not advertised on their website, and they dont inform you of it either when you schedule your appointment. They tell you at the register, after they point out the small sign in the room that says what the policy is! I do Not recommend...And will not be returning, as those are customer Unfriendly policies...

I’ve gone to lily for almost 2 years for my DDS massages. They remove all the toxins from your body and help so much with any aches and pains. She also does cupping which is another great way to take out any pains and toxins. Jennifer gives the best facials. I highly recommend them both.

This is by far THE WORST experience one could have. Came here for a couples massage and the lady in the front complained that I didn’t tip her enough BEFORE the service was even completed. You do not ask for tip, let alone, ask for more tip. This is the worst establishment in the city and I do not recommend anyone coming here. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I was utilizing the thanksgiving discount and reserved appntmnt but right before my appointment time They called and said there was a mistake and that it s up to them to decide final price. And that I now have to pay full price if I continue even tho I already made the appointment and had a coupon. This is the second time they have tried to overcharge me AFTER the appointment was already made right before I show up. It’s ridiculous and this time I’ll be calling the better business bureau.
