I am so over the moon right now! I went to Sophie for an eye brow tint and lamination and she did not disappoint. My eyebrows are thick and have a complete mind of their own sometimes and she was able to tame them. She was so thorough in her process, and explained everything so well. Her energy was so friendly and inviting and her space is so inviting. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I will surely be back for all of her other amazing offerings. ♥️♥️♥️

I had an appointment with Sophie and she was amazing. Very welcoming, friendly, and you could easily get along with her. Ive never had eyelash extensions so I wasnt familiar, but she was very knowledgeable and takes extra care of your skin and lashes. She had spent extra time past the hours of the appointment to ensure I was happy with the results and that it was done properly w/o hurting the lashes. 10/10 would recommend. I also got my brows waxed and she was so gentle. They look so good and sleek. Booked a follow up in two weeks and Im so looking forward to it. Thank you!

I had my makeup and hair done by Sophie for an important party and I was more than impressed! She really took her time and paid attention to detail. She made me feel beautiful and after being mostly just a stay at home mama for the last few years, it was just what I needed! Balance Beauty is MY balance for beauty! I get all my treatments done here, lashes, facials and massages. Sophie and her beauty team are top notch. I just had a massage with Vivian, probably the best massage I’ve had in 10 years. And I’ve had a lot of them. She’s extremely intuitive, and knows how to use the right pressure for your fascia. She reminded me to breathe, and left me with solutions and uplifting words. She offers cupping and other healing modalities too. If you’re looking for some self care time, come get your balance on!

Sophies service is amazing. She works with her clients to make sure they are always comfortable, well taken care of, and satisfied with their results.I wouldnt go anywhere else for my lashes.

I actually had the best Brazilian wax expirence in my entire life! I made an appointment with Sophie. I noticed the establishment was very clean upon entering. I was greeted by Sophie, who was genuinely kind and very comforting. Shes been an esthetician for 16 years and her work proves the skills shes mastered. I dont know if it was the kind of wax she uses or her technique, but it was the least amount of pain Ive ever felt during a waxing! And she took her time and made sure everything was gone. I highly recommend her and I will be a forever customer.

Recently , I decided to take time and learn how to further my career in doing lash extensions. From a previous job , I learned about Balance Beauty , and IMMEDIATELY called Sophie. She was attentive , thorough, caring , and extremely knowledgeable the first time I called her. When the day came for the class , she prepared a complete kit of essentials and a booklet with instructions, information , anything you can need starting up as a lash tech. Sophie took her time with me , never rushed a single moment , was patient and so so helpful from the start to finish . Even when I asked a 100000 questions , she never cared and just wanted to help. I was so lucky to have learned from her , and is definitely someone I know I’ll continue to learn from in the future. Thank you again Sophie 💛

Sophie is an absolute angel! Awesome vibes, and she was meticulous with my lashes! I had to do a removal because the last tech clumped glue on them, and she flawlessly got me a fresh palette and delivered exactly what I wanted. She was kind and honest every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I am in town working and needed a wax. I found Balance Beauty & Wellness Center. I spoke to Sophie. She had a break between appointments and was able to see me. She was amazing, extremely thorough, and the ambiance was so relaxing. She was able to set up a profile for me so next time I can set an appointment. I will for sure be back.

Im extremely picky when it comes to anyone performing a personal care service for me especially massages. Vivian is top notch I have to say. She has a stellar personality which anyway puts you at ease. I get maybe one massage per year (it had been 3yrs) because its so hard for me to trust people, but Vivian earned my trust in just two sessions. I can tell she actually loves & takes pride in being a massage therapist. Shes well educated in the musculoskeletal system and really knows how to get into the fascia to relive tension & toxins. My job is not ergonomically friendly and she could tell right away my biggest problem areas. I am such a Type A kind of person Im usually tense throughout my sessions, but this last session with her having me focus on my breathing and stretching really made me release so much of my anxiety and therefore I got more out of the service. I have to hand it to my husband for doing his research and finding this gold mine 💜 You have a client for life with those healing hands 😊

I’ve been going to this salon for a few months now. Sophie takes really good care of my lashes and my lashes never lasted so long until now! The palce is very clean and beautiful. I also got a facial which was really relaxing. I highly recommend them.

I was super happy with my experience having my brows shaded in. I’ve spent too much on brow pencils, it was nice to not have to use one for a change. She gave me natural looking brows and matched my shade perfectly. She was very meticulous in her approach to giving me back what my late 90s trend took away. It’s 2022 and I have eyebrows again. I love them. 10 out of 10 would definitely go back if needed.

I just went yesterday to get a lash lift before my birthday and this is the best they have ever looked! I don’t have to curl them or even put mascara on, they just look so beautifully curled on their own now. I didn’t have any glue still left on my lashes when I left and she also talked to me about how to properly care for my lashes and that is something I have not experienced from other places I’ve been to. I highly recommend going here, they do an awesome job and they are so sweet.

Great eye lashes can’t complain 5star but when it comes to compassion sorry they have zero feelings. I honestly thought I cancelled through a text message I had an emergency in the uk. Yes I did text but apparently it was wrong so they still charged me cancellation fee sorry but that hurt
