Classy upscale Vapery. The owners, manager and staff are all friendly and helpful. I enjoy listening to Taylor explain the differences in the products and how he helps customers choose whats right for them based on the customers previous experiences and goals. He will even help you set up a new device and explain how to properly use it. Both Millers Vapery shops carry a wide variety of products and accessories. Plenty of delta8 and cbd options. They have a large selection of nicotine juices and devices from disposable to rechargeable. No more shopping around THIS is my go-to shop. If youre into hookahs they are the HOOKAH HOOKUP!

Rude and doesn’t let you return expired vapes that they sold you when you come back after 5 minutes, they say no, and then LIE and say my husband came back three hours later not 5 min like he did. Plaza video surveillance is available to the public btw

Sold vape a year and three months old that taste like paint and they would not swap it out when I came back 5 minutes later. (they also replied lying about pulling camera footage which is super weird)

I had one of the most wonderful customer service experiences with an associate who goes by Illy. They were very kind and helpful. They had no problem helping explain anything I had questions on and were super welcoming and sweet. 10/10 customer service I’ll definitely be coming back!

They have a great variety of flavors and Nic levels. Its cool saving money with the punch card and the staff is awesome.

Great selection, reasonable prices and very knowledgeable staff. Love supporting local businesses and with the added taxes and shipping required on vape products this place was a no-brainer. Thanks guys!

Ivan was just totally awesome !!! A few times I had some issue’s with another worker( name unknown, a Karen I think with poor customer service. ) But I’ll tell you , this visit made up for any negative I had towards Millers!!! I’ve been coming here since the very first store opened and will continue coming!!! And you just opened one in Jensen!!! How convenient, now where ever I am in Port St. Lucie , I can stick to my favorite Vapery Store !!!!!

Went to the location off of Walton Rd because my go to shop changed owners and decided not to carry the juice I need. The selection was amazing! The young man behind the counter was amazing! Hopefully the juice I bought will be my go to. I will definitely be returning!

Excellent customer service. Better prices than competitors in the area. 10% off for all military and 1st responders as well. Plus they have a punch card to earn discounts!!! Its just an amazing place and the manager is wonderful!!!!!

I go in, I ask the guy for what I want, guy shows me what I want, I buy what I want. Sometimes I ask guy a question, guy always has a helpful answer.

Spent $30.00 on a HQD disposable that worked when I tried it in the store, than stopped working. No problem, it happens. But when I went back to the store for a replacement, which the manufacturer suggest I do, I was told all sales are final. I was offered 10% off on another device, which is hardly compensation. Part of the problem is that the employee I talked to said they were aware that this device had problems, but sold it anyway, without any warning. Very poor customer relations, hope any future customers never have any issues with their purchases, you are out of luck if you do. Too many other stores around to hassle with owners like this.Owners response of being an Industry Standard to sell product with a problematic history and then not be willing to stand behind it is very weak. The fact that the manufacturer will replace it, and trust their customers, does not reflect well on your policy. I guess the $30.00 sale was more important than maintaining a regular customer, good decision.

I love the people that work in this store. They try to be as helpful as they can. The store is nice. My problem is every time I purchase a product when I go back to purchase pods or coils or whatever they no longer carry them. So I have to get a new product which won’t have accessories when I need them. So what’s the point.

Millers Vapery has QUALITY products, 2 beautiful stores, and amazing customer service. This is a small family business that emphasizes getting the best products for the best prices. Quality is a very important, and I am very confident with their products. Theyre also great people!!

This is only 1 star because zero stars is not an option.Today 8/27/2022 I spent $70.60 on 2 bottles of juice and a 3 pack of coils. Several hours after my purchase I went to fill my vape up, and one of the bottles exploded all over the place. The top is damaged. I called the store and asked if I can exchange the product. The kid working there, was very polite, and helpful and explained to me that he would have to call management and get back to me. He did, and did so very fast. However, he told me that management told him that it’s a manufacturing problem, and the best they could do was offer me 10% off of a new bottle after being a regular customer and just spending about $71 in the store. To say the least, I found this unacceptable and told the kid I’ll be coming in to return the other things I purchased. He informed me that there is a no refund or exchange policy. I find this interesting because I was offered a receipt. What’s the point if a receipt if you can’t do anything with it? Needless to say, this place has lost a regular customer over this ordeal. Anyone reading this there are a million vape shops around with the exact same selection for similar prices. There is absolutely no reason to shop here.*Response to their replyIt’s your standard. Don’t blame the industry. It was a few hours later, not days. But I’m interested by, the fact that at first it was a manufacturer defect, but now you claim you have no way of knowing. You offer receipts, but customers can’t return it exchange products. Yeah you did offer a discount. $2 on a $23 bottle of juice after spending $71 in store. That’s doing me a favor? Please. I offered to bring in everything I purchased so you can see it in its original pristine packaging but I was denied. It’s quite pathetic the excuses you just used. You are a crook and you run scam on your customers. You’ll go out of business eventually, and instances like this will be the reason why.

This place is my new go-to! Every time I go, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I’ve been to other shops where they lack inventory constantly and provide poor customer service, hence, the reason I will never go back. The wide variety here is great and they’re always so accommodating, especially when I walk in with big orders! Go and you’ll see!

I Went here many times with no problems. Last time I went, I asked for a CBD ONLY pen. I repeatedly said I strictly only want CBD that I get sick if I smoke anything with delta.Well, the guy sold me a pen with both cbd and delta in it and I was very sick for days and almost went to the ER. Wouldn’t give a store credit or anything. Threw it out and couldn’t dispute so they lost me and everyone I know as customers. Listen to someone and be honest if you do not have the product that a customer is asking for.

General manager is AWESOME def helped out with everything that I needed so much more willing to help than other vape stores I have been too. I have been coming here for a while now but today the service made this the only vape shop I will be coming to from now on Picked up the L200 big boy

Honestly … everyone in both locations are sooo niceee !! They’re so knowledgeable and friendly !! They know all the products so well !! It’s super clean and well organized. Wide variety of products .. At times there’s one person at the counter and like 6 customers and they service everyone promptly and efficiently. One guy really stands out .. I forgot his name )): he’s tall Caucasian and wears glasses + gauges 🤘🏽 he’s sooooooo amazingggggg !!! He knows everythingggggg about ALL the products and he’s so sweet !!! I HAD been a customer for over a year, spending well over $125 per month in the past year. NEVER AGAIN. They would not trade out a leaking disposable for a new one, despite the fact that I had receipt and all original packaging. Was told I probably left it in the sun too long! How to LOSE A CUSTOMER IN ONE INSTANT.

Spent alot of money here. Bought a vape that stopped working after 2 weeks. No problem went and bought another one and that didnt work for quite 2 weeks tried to go up there to see if theyd refund me but nobody was able to help me nobody is authorized to do a return . I have to contact the manufacturer myself. Horrible service found another vape shop who actually appreciates there customers. I spent cwsyy too much money here to be treated this way
