The best place ever the people who work here are so sweet and so caring they make you feel very welcome my stylist is Jake and he is the absolute best hes very knowledgeable and he made my experience easy and put me at ease. His work is perfect i had color done and a keratin and i couldnt be any happier my hair never looked so good until i started with Jake i highly recommended this place they are great they listen to what you want and they go out of their way to make it happen. The place is beautiful and the reception area is wonderful you are greeted with a smile and a warm welcome its like home Thank you Fusion and Jake for making me feel and look great

I’ve been going for past couple of months to get my haircut and just last week I went to go get my hair dyed and every time I go it’s always a pleasant experience. Everyone is super nice and professional. Jake did amazing job on my hair. I couldn’t ask for a better place to go for my hair.

I’ve been going to this salon for many years. I recently went for a makeover for my son’s upcoming wedding. I’ve always used MaLisa who is considered a seasoned hairdresser. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted done with style or color & after consulting with MaLisa we came up with a plan. When she finished I felt like a new person & absolutely loved my hair!The other staff members are all very kind, professional & courteous. I highly recommend this establishment!!

Highly recommend Fusion Salon & Spa! Particularly my most recent Stylist (Jakeup) as my previous one retired.... Very knowledgeable and listens, as well as provides recommendations, for my hair type (curly). He will, however, give me what I ask for in the end! The place is very clean... Sam is the only person I trust and that knows how to cut my curly hair. EVERY cut is perfect! I’ve been with her since I relocated to FL (3yrs now)! I love the staff… very friendly and nice. Highly recommend this salon!!!

My daughter came here for her first big girl haircut and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The stylist was very professional yet personable. She did a great job even though my daughter was wiggly. The salon itself is very clean and well organized. We will be back here for future cuts.

Kate is amazing! She keeps my platinum hair cool toned and does great cuts. She listens to what you want, can make suggestions, and will be realistic with you about what to expect with your hair type and various cuts. She is kind and personable. The salon is kept spotless, and I love their fresh fruit water. The spa is great for waxings as well. Gentle and calming, they make waxing as relaxing as possible! Also, my husband gets his hair cut here too, i cant remember the name of the stylist, but Im sure they can guide you to your best mens cut stylist. I love this place!

Scheduling was a little disappointing as my previous stylist was not available for a couple weeks. My young, 7 y.o. had to go to the next tiered stylist. Her hair was washed, cut, and set to curl all within 30 minutes! It was not cut as short as I had asked and she cut her whole hair within 4 sections. For $30, I feel the cut was extremely quick and half hearted. Later I noticed her was not even in some areas either.The place was clean.

So my wife went in to get her hair lightened. We had a gift card we won. She was so happy to get it done after they did a test. She sat in there from 9am to 3pm. They absolutely destroyed her hair. All of her hair was damaged She called me in tears. I told her not to pay. They quoted her at 245$ and when she left they charged her $315. She is too nice to say anything and I wasnt around or I wouldve come to say something. My wife has been in tears ever since she left this place. One Id her friends called the owner to explain the situation and she said she would reimburse us. She put 45$ back into our account. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Ill be posting the before and after pictures. My wife hair has always been silky smooth and she always had compliments from people. She was just wanting to go lighter with the color. Im disgusted with what they did. And had the audacity to charge for it.

I moved here in December 2020, I needed to find a salon for my hair extensions, color and eyelashes. Jessica answered my emails quickly and scheduled me at my convenience. I came to the salon and met Sam. She is so warm, and friendly. I enjoyed getting to know her, and my hair and Lashes look amazing. The salon is so clean and very mindful of safety. I give them 5 stars. I’ve had 3 appointments since and am so happy!

I was given a gift certificate for my birthday. I knew this spa has been here for years but this was my first visit. I walked in and was greeted by Jessica, very kind and made me feel very comfortable. The spa is beautiful. She walked me to the treatments room waiting area which is beautiful, very cozy and relaxing. Kristina was my massage therapist and wow. I had a 90 min massage, she listened to everything I said, she did an amazing job. The room was very peaceful and calming. I loved everything about it and will definitely go back and refer others. The friend who have me the gc used Dahlia and said she was amazing as well. The prices are inline with most area spas.

A massage and facial was gifted to me by my son and his family for my birthday. The entire experience was amazing. It was a thoughtful gift that will be well remembered! Im a very lucky mama and grandmother!

The only reason why I still go here is for Malissa. She’s amazing but management sucks. I booked a keratin and they said it would be $250 unless there’s extra product used. When I went to pay the girl tells me prices went up. And it’s $300 now. That’s not the way to do business. I wasn’t expecting to pay an extra $50 you should tell the customer upfront.

It’s been more than 12 years since I’ve visited Fusion Spa in St. Lucie West – 2008 was the last time I believe. In that last decade I’ve undergone obvious changes in age and hair health. I had a horrible perm 6 months prior that caused my gray hair to become very porous. Using blue shampoo to keep my highlighted hair from becoming brassy, resulted in light purple hair. And while many of my coworkers thought I was going for a light purple hair color, I was not. Long story short, I brought my hot mess head back to Fusion. By pure dumb luck, I was given an appointment with Sam (Xiomara).At nearly 60, I’ve had many cuts and colors, but I’ve never experienced the finesse that I did this evening with Sam. I could feel the tail comb as it quickly and deftly zigzagged across my scalp to pull sections of my hair for foiling. I don’t know about you, but if I can get someone to foil my hair beautifully in half the time as others, I’m all for it!I marveled as she was drying my hair with the round brush and dryer. Again, coordination ain’t but a thing for her. Many often struggle between the dryers and brushes, but Sam was the most competent I have ever experienced. I was waiting for my ear or scalp to invariably experience that second of burning – NOPE! Again, the styling was done beautifully in half the time.Finally, I have to bring it back to the beginning of my appointment where Sam sat with me to discuss my hair. She talked me off a cliff of doing something crazy to my hair that I was not prepared for. Instead, she talked to me honestly about the positives and negatives of my hair reality. By the end of our appointment, she gave me some really good suggestions for solving the problems that concerned me. We have a plan going into this autumn. She’s just what I needed at this point in my life.

Great salon. I typically get mani/pedi here. I’ve also gotten hair blown out. Friendly staff. Mani/pedi has their own section so very quiet and relaxing ❤️

I made an appointment that was a couple of weeks out because I was willing to wait for a salon that uses Aveda products. 5 days before my appointment I had to leave town for a funeral so I called that day to reschedule my appointment for when I returned to Florida.The girl that answers said her name was Shelly. She was so extremely rude and acted like I was offending her personally by cancelling. I told her I had to reschedule, not cancel, due to an out of town funeral.Instead of responding professionally and simply looking for another date for me, she proceeded to huff and puff. She actually sighed loudly several times and asked me what I wanted to have done. I tried to express it to her again, that I wanted the same services I had booked previously. She abruptly said, hold and placed me on hold. When she came back she AGAIN asked me what service. I said again that I wanted exactly the same thing as my appointment was originally booked.Between her loudly sighing and being curt, she sounded pretentious, condescending and totally put out that I was asking her to rebook. Keep in mind this was 5 days out for my appointment.I finally asked her name and told her she was incredibly rude and her tone and attitude was inappropriate towards a client.They have lost my business. If this is the way clients are treated by someone whose main function is reception and scheduling - not for me. She sounded like a bored teenager and it was offensive and not at all customer service oriented.Skip this nonsense and seek a salon that hires kind and efficient salon support staff.

Xiomara the hair salon manager was amazing! The salon is so neat and clean and welcoming. Even the greeting when you walk in is warming. When Xiomara was done cutting my hair I loved it. It was exactly what I wanted and she made sure I liked it. I went here a couple years ago and it’s still the same. They really do a great job and it’s worth the money and time! Give them a try you won’t be disappointed!! 💜😊

I love this salon! Michelle is amazing, I’ve been in Port St. Lucie for almost 2 years and haven’t been able to find someone who does exactly what I want and more! I went in for a cut and style and I love my hair! She was fantastic and the salon was super clean and everyone else was so nice! I would recommend to anyone to come here and ask for Michelle! I will be back!

This was my first time at this salon. Nina was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing.I was a little nervous about using a new stylist for coloring my hair but she made me feel very comfortable and reassured.I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

Fusion is a full service salon providing excellent service by friendly, professional providers. I just had a manicure and pedicure by Kelly that was excellent, as always. My nails and toes look and feel fabulous! I highly recommend all the services they provide. I also get my hair done, facials, waxing and massages. All are excellent!

Roots showed at time of coloring. Complained when service was completed. They refused to fix the disaster. Grey hair everywhere. Charged over $180.00 (plus tip) and charged for use of ATM machine to tip their hair butcher and wouldn’t fix their horrible work. No doubt you couldn’t tip on the receipt because their hair ruined didn’t want to pay taxes in the money they earned. I think that is scamming the government. Explained I couldn’t make it to my appointment the day I was scheduled to fix the issue and told I was out of luck because I needed more than 14 days to fix the issue because my mother was dying. Manager was rude and couldn’t care that my mother was dying and needed to spend time with her instead of paying again to have my roots fixed. Sent pictures the day after the horrible job was done. I would get better results from a box of hair color at Publix than at Fusion salon and spa. Would never recommend this place or Bella to get my hair done again. What a waste of time and money. It’s a shame they don’t go out of business for lacking compassion and talent.

Do not recommend Fusion!Last time I went, I arrived on time and Sam (the owner) took a walk-in in front of me and then claimed not to know I was there. This time, arrived on time. She just finished the appointment in front of me. Walked that person out, took a look at me and walked right past me and into the back. I waited 15 minutes and asked the receptionist if she knew I was there, they claimed she did. Oh, and the best part, she took the hair brushes she used on the previous person, ran a comb through them to get the hair out and put them back in her drawer!

I have been a customer with Sam here for about 6 months. I got my hair done last week and wasnt happy with the outcome. I called a couple days later to see if I could get in and the receptionist said I would have to wait 9 days!!! Which is unexcepable. She then took my name and said someone would call me back to see if I could get in sooner. No one ever called me back . I am very upset. It was a very expensive apt and felt like the stylist didnt listen to what I wanted that day andJust got by with what she had to do. And that wasnt even good. Felt my services that day were way over priced as well. I asked for her to cover my greys... she placed color on only the crown of my head and maybe 6 foils around the hair line. That bled through so I had marks of demarcation when I pulled my hair back. I would have loved to been offered a refund so I could go else were to have this fixed but no one offered me that. After waiting 3 days for a call back I called and told them to cancel all future apts then she offered to get me in as soon as the next day. Which I declined.

I absolutely love Fusion Aveda Salon & Spa! I really enjoyed my appointment with Sam. Not only was she professional and courteous, she was extremely knowledgeable and informative. My hair looks amazing, so healthy and natural. Love it! Oh, the rosemary & mint hand and body lotion that was in the restroom smells so good. :) I ended up purchasing it.

I’ve been going to Fusion Aveda for years, it’s the only salon that I trust in this area, and Nina is the only person I’ve ever worked with there, for good reason! Nina is always so wonderful and helpful and her work comes out exactly like I want each and every time without fail. She is singlehandedly the only reason the picture on my business card came out so good :) everyone makes comments about my hair and I send them straight over to her!

I was a “walk-in” and was very lucky to secure a wash/cut/blow-dry.My stylist was Alexis (Lexi).Alexis was amazing from the time I sat down at her station. She took the time to actually look at my hair and hear the history of what was going on with it over the past year. She made suggestions of what could help, but was not pushy about add-ons.The wash was spectacular and so very relaxing. She Let me know what products she used and why at every step. The warm scalp towel was a great end to the wash.I was most impressed by Alexis because she did something no other stylist I’ve been to has done. She asked for what I wanted and then made recommendations on how to improve it! I’ve never had someone ask about shaping my hair (U, V, straight). They always just asked if I wanted it straight; and as this is not my profession, I blindly just nodded yes. She suggested a shape to compliment the cut I was going for. This is what stylists should be doing! So, THANK YOU!!My husband raved about my hair as soon as he saw me. He said this was THE BEST haircut he has ever seen on me. We have been together for 10+ years! He even asked to take a picture of it because he was so impressed (he doesn’t do things like that EVER).No doubt I’ll keep going back to Alexis. My husband even told me to not go to anyone else!

I am a repeat customer when I have a special event.I saw Kelly for a pedi and full set of nails for a photo session I had. She did an AMAZING job! My nails have received so many compliments 😊 The girls at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. A great team!

A really nice salon! Nina has cut my hair twice and both times she did a great job! The salon itself is beautiful! I was ready to drop some money on a treatment and because of the staffs honesty I decided to hold off till the summer months. I really appreciated and will remember that!

Nina is a wonderful stylist! I had her as my stylist for several years and then started taking my daughter to her. She is patient, sweet as can be, and so very talented! She always gives my daughter Rachel a beautiful cut and blow dry. My daughter has dark, thick hair and Nina works on her as a painter works on a canvas. The ladies at the desk are always so helpful as well. I love Fusion!

Isabella is absolutely adorable and so wonderful. She was super honest and helpful with my hair and I really trust her judgement and advice. I came from another hair salon on a whim and I am looking forward to seeing Isabella again soon! Highly recommend her and she’s the biggest sweetheart!

I went there to get a massage when I was pregnant this past summer and it was amazing! So we decided to get my hair done. I really wanted a change and do a darker base color and at the ends do some lightning.They quoted me over the phone I agreed with it and so I made the appointment went in and it was $50 more! Yes I ensured that the quote included toner and all the extras. After she was done but not completed because she claims that I wasnt on the schedule to have it done, it looks like my hair grew out 2 inches and never got my color retouched so it looked horrible. They put me up with the manager and she fixed it but I still wasnt happy because I paid over $200 just for 2in of Base color. When the manager even did it there was a stripe going horizontally on the side of my head. I had to go back four to five times to get my hair the way I semi wanted it! They did end up refunding the $40 extra they werent supposed to charge me but then they decided to charge me over $100 more to complete my look even though the original quote included it. Because I went back so many times because they kept messing up, my hair is falling out now. My base color isnt even with bleach just a simple darker tone! I never dye my hair I do this maybe once a year. Its so awkward going there I will never go back over rated!

My husband had a massage with Jackie and declared it the best Ive ever had. And Kelly not only gave me a manicure but a complete 101 course in how to take care of and strengthen my nails. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Kudos to the entire staff.

Jake took great care of my damaged, dry, frail hair and it is now soft and on its way back to being normal. He is absolutely awesome and I HIGHLY recommend him! Great experience, really nice, clean salon with friendly staff. I have found my new hairstylist!!!

Listens, makes suggestions, genuinely cares if his client is happy....No pressure to buy product or have other services performed. Super friendly and TALENTED guy. Jakeup has been my stylist for awhile now, and I have to say he is the best of the best. I never know what to do with my hair but he always has the best suggestions to compliment my face. I have gotten extensions put in and removed as well as a Brazilian blowout. Im always very impressed with his service and he has the perfect personality for the service industry. I highly recommend booking an appointment with him and seeing his amazing work for yourself!

What a waste! Made my appt a month ago. Just sat for 30 min for them to tell me my hairstylist wasnt even coming in. What a joke!!!!!!!!! Disgusted. Wouldnt ever go here again.I completely understand that things can happen but the lies these people tell is awful. They made me believe she was there when I signed in, then called her in front of me to see when she was coming In, then tried to lie to me. Then the manager called me days later and tried lying again. Dont need the discount just think honesty goes farther when it comes to mistakes in business. Thank goodness for The BLVD hair in St Lucie West...they were able to save the day and get me in right away. Made me feel like a queen!

This was my second time with Jakecup. He is outstanding. Very creative, professional and courteous !! I work long hours during week and Saturday’s so what a wonderful surprise they are open on Sundays as well. As one can imagine it’s super busy on Sundays. Made my appointment online with three choices. I have not only been called back for confirmation but also got reminders over phone and text. At one point they called if I were able to change the time because there was a cancellation. Wow! Well that’s over and beyond great customer service. Front office staff are excellent.But my main “bravo” to Jakecup who was helping me making a tough decision what to do with my long hair. Before this I had either very long hair or super short and now I found the perfect middle thanks to him. Thank you Jakecup!!

So glad I stumbled upon this place. My previous hairdresser had absolutely messed up my hair the week before. Ive never had a hair emergency, but this definitely qualified. I called Fusion on a Monday at 4pm and they were able to schedule me for the next day at 1pm. Nina was my hair stylist, and she did an absolutely amazing job. She fixed the layers and I left EXTREMELY happy with a gorgeous cut and style. Ill definitely be back!

Have been going to fusion for the longest. The ladies are very very nice and the experience is always pleasant. However the quality of work does not match the price. I never leave with what I ask to be done. $300+ everytime but my hair looks like it was barely touched. Will not be going back.

The spa itself is very nice. Thats the only reason for second star. The way they treat clients is a different scene. Management needs to address front office staff and train them properly on how to schedule appts. and not to quote incorrect prices. Its happened to me more than once but never again. This has not only happened to myself but friends and family as well.. I will never go there again. Ive found a new spa where people are honest. :)

I usually go to get my roots done at Fusion, the last visit I scheduled an ombré and waited 2 weeks for my appointment in order for my hair dresser to have enough time. Once I showed up for my appointment I was informed she only had time for my roots to be done, due to scheduling error. Very disappointing. I got my roots done, and for some reason this time they did NOT at all match the rest of my hair, which looks kinda tacky. Called and left a voicemail for manager to resolve the issue and never got a call back. I wont be back.

Amazing!!! Booked a massage with Sharon and it was the best 90 minutes o have ever encountered. The atmosphere was that of a upscale NY or Rodeo Drive salon. I will deconstruct be back.

Today was my first experience here. Aveda salons have always been the best for my hair type, problematic. Michelle did a great job and I left pleased, will definitely be back in 6 weeks

My hair was at such a horrible state I had bleached it . They’re was so much breakage and fall out . I went in I had no hope that it was going to be able to even be done . But sam was very reassuring and did her very best to get. My hair in a healthy state and a nice natural color I’m beyond happy with the turnout’ overall everybody in there was so kind And lovely this was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had.

As a stylist, Sam is fantastic. As far as courtesy and basic respect towards customers, she has a lot to learn. Its too bad that skilled professionals behave so unprofessionally. Disgusting experience and my last at Fusion.

Tai has been coloring my hair for several years. She does an amazing job of listening to my wants and creating beautiful color. I am so happy with my hair! She also is a lovely person and I enjoy spending a few hours with her every few months.

I will never let anyone besides my hairdresser Malisa touch my hair. I trust that my money or time is never wasted when coming into Fusion. Jennifer is also amazing in the spa section. Massage & Facial are always top-notch. Very knowledgeable girls that work here!

Kate did my hair - she gave great ideas and advice, and I am really happy with it, will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Made an appointment and waited over an hour! They were not even busy. Ive watched 3-4 people walk out with their hair done while we still waited and waited.... I asked how long it would take after 50 mins of waiting and the lady at the front desk said we were next but, 20 mins later, still waiting. I normally wouldnt mind, but the appointment was for my 4 year old daughter and she was so excited to get her hair cut but after waiting, she was ready to leave! We ended up going to super cuts 5 minutes away. NOW we are happy!

I went in for a interview yesterday afternoon and during the interview the manager said she likes her employees to have hair and makeup “up to a nine” and then proceeded to look at me and tell me she “wasn’t seeing that.” I went home crying to my husband about how unprofessional that was and how it actually hurt my self confidence. First impressions are a must and that definitely wasn’t a good one at that. Very nice staff up front and were very friendly but that is unacceptable. Won’t ever be going back, job wise or customer wise.

Im new to this area, and tried to book an appointment for a pedicure. They have just one technician. While the receptionist was very friendly, I was told I would have to wait an entire month to get an appointment. Most businesses are anxious to expand their clientele, but that does not appear to be the case here. Im on a wait list, but have no idea if or when I will be called for an appointment. I may be back in Minneapolis by the time they call me. Extremely disappointed.

My wife and I have been clients of Fusion since they opened. I have enjoyed MANY excellent, de-toxing massages while my wife has had massages, facials, nail & hair services. All wonderful experiences! The staff is professional, friendly, and always make us feel welcomed like family members. And my wife says that the addition of the aroma therapy neck massage with the hair service is a very nice bonus!!When our son, Bryce, suffered a stroke the day after his birth last month, the Fusion Family reached out to us to request permission for a fundraiser to help our little family. Pick a Pumpkin for Bryce did much more than raise a large amount of money to help with our medical expenses - The kindness of our Fusion Family and strangers touched our hearts in ways that we cannot express in words. We are happy to report that Bryce is home and recovering. We still have a journey ahead of us with testing and future developments, but we know that with God, family, and friends on our side ... Our little miracle will fulfill the big plans God has in store for him.We cannot recommend Fusion Salon and Spa enough - You will not be disappointed!

Im giving Fusion a 2 star rating overall. The spa is good, but overpriced. The hairdressers seem to have free reign over how they treat their clients. Here in Port Saint Lucie West, the traffic can really make a client late. So, My husband and I saw a hairstylist their for almost 2 years. He and I both suffer with bad health. We ran late on this particular day. I called the salon and explained the traffic was backed up. We arrived checked in only to be told that It will be an hour and half wait. Because, He was late it was going to throw her whole day off. What! Ive waited a few months to review this salon. After many haircuts,salon treatments and products bought. I had to say something. Shame on Talia for making my husband that has a traumatic brain injury wait 90 minutes for a haircut.

***** Jakeup Blake Rocks! Gosh knows how many hair stylists I have worked with in this lifetime and I hadnt ever found anyone as consistently wonderful as Jake. He is truly an artist and can make anything you want happen. My last visit I came in with a picture that was a drastic change from what my hair had been. Not only did Jake match the coloring perfect to what I had wanted but he suggested extensions for more volume and length. My hair is thin and seems to stop growing when it hits a certain length. We decided to do it! He colored the tape-in extensions I choose to match the rest of my hair perfectly. My hair is now long, voluminous and awesomely colored for my new summer look. I couldnt ask for a better and more loyal stylist! Thank you Jakeup! I will continue to see Jakeup, even with my 40 min commute because he is very worth it! *****

They messed up my hair is the nice way to put it. It was burned beyond belief, an a disgusting grey color at the ends and totally uneven. And as I proceeded to tell them what I just disliked, they told me that it was absolutely all my fault and there was nothing that they could do to help me. Although I am a cosmetologist and know that there was many things that they can do to help, they refused. Everyone there was stuck up and snobby. It was the most absolute worst service and experience I have ever got. And I will make sure everybody knows about it👌🏻Two weeks later here we are I cut 4 inches off my hair and they have an employee message me on Facebook Im a liar and telling me to remove the comment or else. Also leaving a lovely message on my moms phone about how it is my fault and they will no longer associate with me because I told my honest thoughts.

Received a facial and a peel from Denise, absolutely fantastic Esthetician. I had an amazing facial and will be back to see Denise. Front receptionists were absolutely professional, nice and smiley and it was early! Thank you for an amazing experience

I have been going to this salon for over 11 years. I was overcharged by the front desk the last time I was in and on their own they called me and offered me an apology and a refund. The salon is owned by very caring, good people. I am very grateful to them and wanted to honor them with this review.

I had my hair done today by Talia. She was extremely professional and personalable, also very thoughtful. I could not have asked for a better stylist or better results. Happy customer today and in the future ☺️

I love this place. I have used the massage service frequently. I also get partial highlights and a cut/style done every couple months. I have never had anything less then great service there. They also have deals where if you buy a series you get money off. Also, at Christmas, they have a great deal....I usually buy 200$ gift certificate and get another 200$ free.

I went there three times for a haircut. Jolene cut my hair each time. This last time she got it so short and so bad that it is going to take me 6 to 9 months to get it back to normal. She also razor cut my hair when I already have thin hair, so not only is my hair butchered it is thin, thin. When I called to talk to her about she said I do not remember the haircut. DO NOT GO THERE!

Ive been going to Fusion for for years now and Ive never had a bad b experience. The messages, facials, high lights, and hair cuts have all been fabulous. Nina, Kristina, and Dhialia are all fabulous and keep me coming back. I love Fusion Aveda!

I give it 10/10!!! I loved my experience at Fusion! It was exactly what I needed! I got a 90 minute massage from Jenny and it was my definition of heaven!!!!! I loved every minute! She is amazing!!! I highly recommend anyone going to fusion and trying out their services and definitely get a massage from Jenny! I live in Saint Augustine and travel quite a bit and Im so happy to have going a spa close to my hotel! The staff is very friendly and welcoming! I will be back!!!

I have had my hair cut and styled by Michelle several times and trust her completely, but the true reward is that I referred a close friend and she was equally pleased with her experience and results. I would NOT go ANYWHERE else!!

Came to the hair saloon with white hair and a little dark roots, with a request to color the roots and stay blond, the lady who took care of me made my entire hair look brown!!!! She didnt blow dry it because as she said she didnt have time !! Bad bad customer service!

Sucks when you WORK LATE and your trying to rush there to get them done knowing they close at 9 and they say oh you have to be here by 7:00 and it’s only 7:10!!!!!!!!! Won’t ever be going here!!
