I stopped in here on a whim because of the reviews and was not disappointed! Tiffany was absolutely fabulous and had a wonderful selection of vape mods both disposable and reusable, and a bunch of different juice options. She was very patient while I asked her a million questions and tried different juices. And while ultimately I didnt end up buying a vape I did get supplies for my roommate because they had exactly what I needed. Thank you for your time and if I am in the area I will definitely make a point to come back to your store!

I am new to vaping. Came to visit to Florida, first time in Port St. Lucie. Visiting my mother on an extended visit, I decided to try and quit smoking. I’ve been a smoker for 21 yrs, went in to Vapor Escape at first in December and got a CBD cartridge. Thinking it had Delta 9 I was happy to find it. Soon realized the difference between Delta 8 and Delta 9. Realizing that Delta 8 can help with my back pain, tension, nausea, mild head and stomach discomfort and can lighten ur mood, giving me a better disposition at times.Went to Vapour Escape a few days later to buy a disposable nicotine vape. This is when I met Calen G., he was absolutely informative and showed me the the reusable devices they had. I asked for his recommendation and he pointed me to a cost efficient selection. Didn’t buy it at the time, after buying 3 disposable nicotine pens 1300 puffs each within 2 weeks, I decided it was time to purchase a refillable device. I asked a lot of questions, was in there each time as customers came and left before me. Both Tiffany and Calen were extremely knowledgeable and offered smelling test of the flavours they had, Calen explained to me how the device works and how the salt-nic is made and what it contains. I went in to see if I could buy the little plugs that limit the air flow for the device, Calen explained that they are not sold separately and told me I could cover them with a rubber band, he ended up giving me his from his personal device. I thought that was very nice.This store is clean, organized and has a good selection of glass bongs, vapour devices (disposable and refillable), salt-nic liquids, and CBD products (vapour and Non-vapour, edibles).As you can tell I found the customer service excellent here, informative and patient. Every time I go there they remember me and greet lovely, the atmosphere is warm here.Greatly recommend this store, only been to one other vape shop in West Palm Beach and this store has them beat hands down with their presentation, selection and customer service.P.S. 🚬Two months now since I haven’t smoked a cigarette never thought that would be possible anytime soon.

Friendly and helpful staff. I am a regular here and Ive never had a bad experience. For those complaining about prices? Prices for vaping supplies have always been high. The rewards system with the hole punch card has saved me a lot of money over the years I have given the store my patronage. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

I went into the store to get some pods and the woman was not only rude but she acted almost as if she was messed up out of her head. She opened the door and barely looked and said no I dont have it I dont know what to tell you. I drove almost 25 minutes because I looked at the reviews before I even went and what I needed somebody had purchased there not even 2 weeks ago. I advise you to not go because my experience there was horrible.

Visited from out of town, and I am super impressed with the quality of the carried products, devices, and parts. Tiffany is incredibly knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. I was blown away with how clean, organized, and open the layout was. It was far from overwhelming, and over-cluttered, and I have personally never been to a store this comfortable as a first time shopper and neurodivergent.

Best vape shop I’ve been too. Tiffany was awesome! She asked me some of my favorite flavors and then pulled some samples for me to smell before purchasing. I went in for one small bottle to hold me over until my online order came in and walked out with 3 100 mil bottles. So glad I stopped in!

Wonderful selection of products! Plus Siebien was wonder as well. My fiancé and I where looking for box mods and she knew exactly what we wanted. We got hooked up with two devices and some juices. Plus a super cute mushroom bag! Ask for Siebien when you come in and you won’t be disappointed! Will be our stop from now on. Can’t wait to try all the new flavors they recommend. :)

Place is great manager is knowledgeable of every product in the store. If you ask them to order you something they really will and get it delivered quickly and youll get a call to pick it up not like other shops that tell you they will call you when it comes in and they never do. Love this vape shop. Its not the closest one to me but I will drive the extra miles to go here because of the staff and products. I moved here from California, and back home they had amazing vape juice flavors. I have yet to find a better vape shop than vapor escape. They have SEVERAL vape juices I used to use when I lived back home in cali. Love this place. The staff is ALWAYS really nice. Except for the guy that works here. Hes always kinda rude and seems like your bothering him when you go in there :(Anyway I still love the business

I visited this shop during a trip to Florida in January. The customer care was incredible and the staff was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. And Siebien was so stinking cute. I would recommend this shop for all your vaping supplies.

Boutique prices on mediocre flavors and nicotine. I would like to know where the nicotine is sourced not just mixed. Flavors remind me of friends homebrew. Bought two bottles on recommendation for over 20$ each. Sorely disappointed. Updated.The brand I bought was not premium. Tasted like homebrew. Was sold as premium. I was suggesting you find out where flavors and nicotine was sourced, not just bottled. If I spend 25$ on a bottle let alone when buying two bottles i would hope to be more satisfied. Ive had better vape flavor from 15$ stuff. If someone asks to try something new hoping for a high quality flavor and gets badly disappointed by both suggestions expect a bad review. Flavors were yumz raspbery and dripping sour skizzo both have the cheap hard candy indistinguishable flavor i associated with a cheap flavor a friend of mine came across who home brewed. Discovering sources cheap flavors and nicotine is prudent for the community. I normally buy American only. I am not certain about this juice being American manufacture. Maybe only American bottled. If thats the case i wouldnt have bought it. Just my personal preference.

Vapor Escape is by far the best shop of its kind within a 50 mile radius.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products; to top it off they have great discount cards and other perks...This is the shop the other vape shop owners go to get what they need!

I went in to purchase a new mod. The staff was extremely helpful. I was offered an awesome deal on a Smok Alien. They took the time to show me how to use and take care of it. They have a huge selection of juices. I was very happy with my experience and would recommend this place to anyone!

I have been going to place since they opened. Thanks to them I have quit smoking and have a new place to hang out in! This place has the best prices in town and the best crew working. Nothing but high end juices and all the newest mods and equipment. If they didnt have something, you can always bet they will get it for you. They are always pushing the limits on flavors and keep it rotating.

Spent a lot of money in this store to be treated the way I have recently been treated. Especially over a FAULTY PROUDUCT they sold me, then turn around and tell me there’s no refund all sales are final when the product was faulty to begin with! I do not recommend this shop to ANYONE wanting quality glass.

Dont waste your time or money here. I only go here if I have no choice. The main people one looks like they are way underage and the guy is just so rude and unfriendly. I dont like no it alls this is one of those places. Bad experience every single time. Prices are higher than any other shop and very un welcoming.
