Brooklyn was extremely professional. The new promo wasn’t working but she did her best to make sure I got the best deal regardless the early bird didn’t stack on top. I was kinda bummed out but, overall she went above and beyond to help me out find the best deals and taking the time to figure it out. Most people would be like you’re SOL and carry on, I greatly appreciate the extra mile taken, great team you have out there at Village Green Berner, and great quality bud as well!
Breno and Dalvin are extremely helpful. They both are well equipped with knowledge of concentrates and flower. What a cool dispensary. We took a little road trip up to Port St Lucie to check out Cookies having heard about it from others. Nice variety of flower but the best part was spending some time with Zack. This young man gave us quite the education. Knowledgeable and super friendly, he made the hour and a half trip up to PSL worth it. I’m still hoping they open one somewhere closer in Palm Beach County.
I came in on Tuesday morning to pick up an online order, there was an issue with that but Dalvin at the front desk was great with helping me getting that sorted out. Also my budtender Ryan was very knowledgeable in the products they offered and was able to help me make a selection.

Sadly, many of these reviews seem to be part of the hype machine. All the comments are about the people but not much about the product....I purchased my first (and last) Cookies yesterday at the PSL store. The staff were nice for sure, but the product was not worth the money spent. The cart is over processed and dark. 0 flavor. I was told it would put me out and to be careful with it and not hit to too hard. How anyone can hit it at all is beyond me! The cart is soooooo difficult to pull from that half the time it doesnt actually active. Sadly, it also had 0 effect. I consumed 1/4 of the cart and nothing.I also purchased a pre-roll while there. While the flavor was ok, the effect was mediocre, and it was so tightly packed and overly dry it was not super pleasant to try to consume.I work in the industry, see weed all day, every day...I was super hyped to try out Cookies since they are new to this area....but, at least for right now, the product quality isnt worth it.

Im simply basing this rating off of the website.. as bad as I want to go in and check it out I am a flower girl and the THC potency is not really hitting like it is on the West Coast of the u.s! I think the highest I seen was 28/29% but doesnt show terpenes percentage either on website☹️

By far the most friendly dispensary I’ve been to in a long time besides a mom and pop shop I used to drive 45 minutes to when I lived in Colorado! Breno is the man and just the best budtender I’ve come across in a while, he really cares about the patients and I can tell the branch down here in PSL does as a whole too.
