This 3 stars is base in my experience with the person who Work in in my body, this review is just made for that,I love massage without pain . My therapist make scream one time, the technique with the elbow is not the best one for my body.I didn’t feel any lymphatic drainage during the session,The massage was just fine.I mention the exact muscles I want to focus, I point them in the muscles system in the wall. I say head, feet, trapezius, supraspinatus and deltoid.She make full masaje. In my experience she didn’t focus in the spots I mention.I arrive at 6:02 pm and she finished at 6:55pm.

Definitely would visit back again. I enjoy my one hour massage. It was a birthday gift. I enjoyed so much was very relaxed that I fell asleep. Thank you guys for good massage..

The place was clean and well maintained. The staff was professional and pleasant. I scheduled deep massage, but the person called out. The facility called me to inform me and arranged a different masseuse. That was great...very responsible. That said, the person was not able to give me a deep massage. Overall, my experience was nice, but the two areas that really needed work, my hips and lower back, didnt receive as much attention as desired nor was the work deep enough. All other areas were amazing.

Massage envy,I had less than enjoyable visit, and after some time to think about it I really dont want membership. First I was was 5 minutes late then when I got to room my masseuse(Belki) stated that I would not be able to get my feet massage or temple(head). Then upon finish I signed up for services, and young lady at reception desk was knowledgeable, but the other receptionist (Ari)was very rude stating that she could do my hair better , and why was I wearing a cap on my head. I thought this was very unprofessional, for her to question why I have something on my head. Then proceed to show me how she does braids hair in front of other customers on her phone. First off it was embarrassing, and second why is she conducting her business at massage envy . I just dont think I would have been treated like that if I was white. Lack of professionalism was evident. This seems like conflict of interest. I really dont feel comfortable going back to that location, and I would like for my 54.00 to be refunded. Also I would like for my card to be taken off for monthly billing. I would like for my concerns to be taken to manager. I would like to be given a year for free, and I will go to another location.

Melania did a great job! She customized a facial just for me. My face suffers from dry skin. My skin left there glowing and feeling smooth. Thanks Melania! Would definitely recommend. Also, her skin was also glowing and beautiful which shows she knows what she’s doing. This picture is a day after the facial. I haven’t added anything to my face yet and it’s still glowing and soft.

I am not a spa person, no to massages or any sort of spa experience and havent had a facial in years. My son gave me a gift card so I chose the facial. Read reviews to determine which provider had a good rating. Melania it was. My experience was excellent. I chose the 60mins custom facial and it was perfect. It included blackhead extractions on my nose. My skin felt and looked great after. Melania was great, answered my questions, she was friendly and professional. I paid $75 and add tip seems about a good price. I plan to go again but hesitant to pay $125 if I dont sign up for a monthly package.

Bought a gift card for the wife and we scheduled a couples massage. The facility is clean and quite relaxing and the staff is friendly and accomodating. The service rendered was very good! The therapists are well trained and the experience was relaxing and just what we needed. The only reason for a 4 star is because my wife asked her person twice to slow the pace down and increase pressure a bit and while she did for a short while she would resort to a more speedy pace. More than likely this is due to how the lady was trained and part of how she does her routine. Wifes experience was positive and had no real complaints besides that. She even signed herself up for a membership. I would give my experience a 5/5 since I never had a massage until that day and it was good. We will be going again for sure.

My entire experience was wonderful!!!! Belkis is such a kind person and is amazing at her job. She worked on my neck (as requested) and made such a difference!! I highly recommend Belkis and Massage Envy. The girls at the front desk are very professional and very friendly which makes all the difference to a new client when theyre not sure what to expect upon arrival. Viviana gave me an amazing prenatal massage! She was very attentive to my needs and she massaged away sore muscles that I didnt even realize were sore. Ive been to other Massage Envies and the massages there dont compare to how well she did. 10/10 would recommend her as your masseuse if youre pregnant (or even if you arent)!

Corey was great. Always concerned about how far he could move a muscle to stretch it and helping me move through a stretch without discomfort. He is professional and throughly understands how the body muscles move and what is good for you. We all need to stretch to stay flexible for every day movement, especially as we get older. He is the best.

Hilary is an amazing massage therapist. She is very personable. She listens to your needs and wants. I have been going to her for years and I highly recommend her. Not only does she do deep issue massage but prenatal massages and more. Hilary takes the time to ensure you leave feeling adjusted and renewed. She is amazing and I will forever recommend her to EVERYONE

I’ve been going here for years, mostly to Maria. She is terrific! I always get a 90 minute massage and it’s always great. Maria really helped me when I had a car accident and my back was aching and my muscles were all tight. The desk staff are also very nice and helpful and the place is very clean.

Pat always does an excellent job. He’s in tune to where your body is holding tension and is extremely knowledgeable. I am super picky and have not yet been disappointed with Pat. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a massage therapist who focuses on your individual needs rather than a routine, is always on time, always pleasant and always a professional, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Pat. You will not be disappointed. I can’t express how grateful I am for Pat. My sessions have, over time, eliminated chronic neck spasms! I’ve seen many massage therapists over the years but Pat is the first who has truly left an impact on my physical and mental wellbeing. Every session is a 5 star experience.

I recently had a 90 minute massage with Maria. She is a nice lady with a great smile. Her technique is less massage and more rub down. It became apparent the long session was taxing her. She often rested against the wall or on the furniture which made it difficult for her to reach. I do think she tried her best. Her struggle it made me feel bad for her and it made me uncomfortable. The session was not reoaxing.

Christina provided a pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable massage. Your upfront staff were cordial and professional. Overall, I was very pleased with the Massage Envy experience.

I’ve never posted before but feel I should this time. Nubia was unfortunately, not a great massage therapist. Her pressure was very low and her hands moved too quickly around my skin and muscles. Others may have had better experiences but I was not impressed and would not use her again.

It was SO GOOD! Melania took great care of my skin and told me everything I needed to know to take care of it after the procedure and what to expect and tips on other things to do to help my skin. I highly recommend

Ruth is amazing! You won’t find any better!! However, if you are trying to get an appointment in advance, don’t bother. This location blacks out blocks of time for new clients. I’ve been a client for over four years and have a very difficult time making appointments. Seriously considering canceling my membership because of it!

Love my monthly facials at ME. They use all quality products, and you can customize your session as needed. They are affordable and have over 1,000 locations through the states.

Rosina is amazing she hits all the right spots and makes sure that I’m fine through out the process all the staff is very pleasant and professional

Jonathon was beyond amazing. I was having bad pain in my neck and shoulders that was causing massive headaches. The whole experience was so relaxing. His hands are magical, it’s hard a to find someone who actually listens to what I’m looking for and does the job right. Could not rave enough about the experience. 10/10

Had my first massage in a long time with Hilary. She was fantastic! Asking me all my preferences with pressure, making sure I was comfortable, and letting me know this was my massage so I was welcome to speak up any time. I’ll be back for sure.

Ive been all-over Florida due to my job situation for massages (atleast a dozen other locations) & not every Massage Envy is ran the same way. I’ve been going to this location for atleast 6 years off/on & they’ve always delivered on what I wanted.The quality of massage therapists they keep on staff are A-CLASS. I went in 2/26/24 for a 90 min. Deep tissue with Katie & yes I got a deep tissue massage. YES, getting a real deep tissue massage is suppose to hurt & also hurt the next morning. Due to my line of work as an auto mechanic I need deep tissue, firm does nothing for me. I got exactly what I paid for & it was worth the price.Thank you for keeping the Massage Envy franchise in good standing because I’ve been to other branches & I can only wish they were ran & staffed as good as yours.Leslie Chung

She didn’t understand English I guess. I never had her before and got her because the person I scheduled wasn’t available. She didn’t lighten up when I asked her to but kept digging in. Otherwise she was very pleasant and did a thorough treatment

From the greeting all the way until the end of my visit was superior. My new massage therapist was so wonderful! He knew exactly where all my pain was and totally got me feeling great for a few days. Mine always comes back no matter what. I have arthritis. He was quiet the whole time so I could relax it was such a positive experience. Thank you.

Katie always does an amazing job! She listens to what I need and gets all my knots out! As a hairstylist my neck back and shoulders are always a mess and I always feel sooo good after my massage with her!

Maria was her usual great self! She addressed my upper and lower back and shoulders. I added the feet exfoliation treatment and that was wonderful! Feeling great and looking forward to next time!

Jonathan did amazing job, listened to my problem areas. I was not impressed with the ladies in the front pushing me to start a monthly package. I refused several times and they kept trying. When someone says no, it is a no.

I moved from Port st. lucie in September of last year and transferred my membership to the Columbus Ga location in November 2023. yesterday i received a text from massage envy. i called the number associated with the text and scheduled services for today for massage and facial. i came to the Columbus location and was told that i was in the wrong location. the appointment is not one that i can keep as I am in another state. as a Travel Nurse, i have had memberships with Massage Envy in multiple states and never have I been treated with solittleunderstanding.

Had a wonderful massage experince, thanks to Hillary.She listened & tailored the massage according to my preference.We had a wonderful conversation & disvovered we shared a lot in common.Massage therapy is deginately Hillarys calling.

I was feeling really crummy today, and my husband recommended I book myself a massage. Fortunately, this location was able to book me last minute during the holiday season and were very patient and kind over the phone.The establishment was welcoming, clean and the employees at the front desk were calm and patient (even while training some new employees).I was booked with David M., and he was very wholesome. Typically, I’ll request a hard pressure, but he communicated he’s more medium. I realized that sometimes you don’t need someone digging into your skin and beating you up to feel relaxed. I felt calm and the conversation was relaxing. He explained the muscle groups and how they connect. I was fairly impressed. Tbh, it was exactly what I needed to help with my tension.Thank you for making room for me today, and thank you to David for the massage and engaging conversation.

I went yesterday to get an hour massage for the first time in a few years. I got Jonathan and he was great. He listened to my needs and areas of concern in my right leg and paid attention to them and addressed areas in my back that connect to the problem I didnt think cause the issues. I wish I scheduled the 90 minute one. The front desk staff especially Tony were so welcoming and made this experience comfortable. I feel great and Ill definitely be back!

Went in for a massage with Nubia this past Friday, it was such a blessing! She was very sweet but i dont feel that it was enjoyable. I stated to the front that my main concern was lower back and she did not really access that area at all. You know how some people are just smooth with the massage technique. I did not get that feeling with her. But she was really sweet and asked was i okay.

Rosina is a wonderful massage therapist, and an intuitive body healer. She finds The tension or stress in the body and knows how to release it. I’ve been coming to her for years.

She always does a great job and focuses on areas of issues I have without being directed. Maria is unbelievably awesome. I know how good she is on occasion I have to. Use someone else. Hang on to this lady !!’ Thank you again Maria. See ya next week.

This was such a great establishment until Atticus took over.

This was a birthday present and booked for me. When I arrived there were 2 employees up front, no customers in the lobby, no phones ringing. Very quiet.Unprofessional customer service.First they mixed up the names even after I explained this was a gift, then an employee came out with candy and the person assisting me totally stopped attending to me, and focused all her attention on that employee. She carried on a full conversation in front of me and I just had to wait until she was finished.Then she told me to have a seat and my masseuse would be out to complete a form.After waiting for over 10 mins, the masseuse came out and had to wait for me to fill out the form. The same employee (the one who was chattering) now comes out for me to fill out the disclosure on the tablet, I told her this should have been done while I was sitting in the lobby.she just said sorry, please note during all this time I was waiting she made or took a phone call from a client, she and the other employee then began to talk negatively about the customer over the phone. Very poor client relations!!!When I went back for my hour of service, I was told it was going to be cut by about 20 minutes.I explained everything to the masseuse who then told the manager, and she was very nice to give me the full time because I was her last client. Very understanding and friendly masseuse.This was my first and last time there, if they can speak so badly about a customer in front of me what do they do when no one is around.When you go to Spa’s it’s to relax, unwind and de stress.We don’t need the added aggravation.As clients if we’re going to spend our money on services we need to choose places that will appreciate our business!!!

I wish I could leave a negative star. I have been a member for years. I have had good and bad massages all over the country. This last time I was at the St Lucie West location will be my last time. After getting checked in, I was completely ignored to the point the front desk staff of 4, forgot I was there. I heard the most inappropriate conversations. I watched in horror as the male employee flirted with a client as she was leaving and asked for a Google review. He explained that he gets paid for each positive review. He kept another client on hold to have this conversation and even stood up to watch her leave. The conversations about schools, drug tests, how much money they get from hustling and what their bills are. After 30 minutes and no masseuse, I got up to ask what the problem was. Turns out my therapist was not even in the building. I was very upset, especially the look on all of their faces when they realized I was sitting there for 30 minutes listening to them. After leaving they reached out to me and tried to lie about the therapist and the time frame of my appointment. She then informed me know that 2 of the employees were training. So they were training the new staff on how to be inappropriate. I have yet to hear from the manager or location owner after leaving message. I will drive to the Palm City location that is always professional and treats all clients and their time with respect and dignity.

Kathleen is one of the BEST massage therapist I have had!! I have neck and shoulder pain for years and regularly need deep tissue massages to relief the pain and she is FANTASTIC!! I feel like a new woman every time I see her- highly recommended!!!!

I called for my son who was visiting for the holidays. His neck was stiff and a massage was needed. Called Massage Envy and described the problem and was advised that he most likely needed a firm massage. We booked the massage and he went the same day. When he came back we asked how it was. He said the lady who massaged him could not understand what he was saying when he was trying to tell her where his problem was. Clearly she didn’t speak English. We are very disappointed. This should not happen in a business. Communication, in any business is essential. Sadly, we will not be recommending this business again.

Unfortunately we were 10 min late which now shortened our couples massage by 20 min and our 50 min massage was only 30 min long. And they over charge us by $25. I spoke to the manager and she did not care and said that she could not do anything for the over charge. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Got there at exactly 2 was being told I was late and then started to feel rushed by masseuse by time I laid down it was between 2:15 and 2:20 massage started and then after 25 minutes she said she is done I looked at time and it was 2:45 I paid for an hour massage. The people at the front desk were very nice other wise would of been a 1 star. I dont think ill be coming back or recommending this place.

David was excellent! Listening to my concerns and used appropriate techniques to help relieve my pain. I plan to see him again.

I personal was not impressed. Your “hour” includes the first 10-15 minutes of asking questions. This massage was so light that I barely felt anything. Only half my back was done. Everything else was just oiled down. I paid extra for hand treatment w lavender and only my thumb got the treatment wo lavender. Weird. fingers and hand received no treatment. I left the same way I came in honestly. Broke and broken. :(

To me the experience was mediocre, I did show up a few minutes late to my appointment but then got told that my massage had to be cut short by almost 20 minutes and then was stuck in the room afterwards because the masseuse was too quiet and didnt tell me to come out but overall the experience was mediocre I feel like massage envy is becoming like the Walmarts of massage places and was not too impressed with my last two visits and would recommend for a person to go to a different professional massage place. Overall I did not feel the experience was that good

Johnathan was very professional. He addressed all my needs. I’ve never really had a professional massage before, and he talked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend him for a deep tissue to anyone with tight muscles or knots.

I had a very poor experience, i called first and ask for a guy to perform the massage because i felt i need a stronger massage, and i found the most delicate girl, i felt she was only applying oil to my skin, i explained i have contractures in the neck and clavicular area ….really disappointing experience

I did not have a bad experience. I actually showed up 10 minutes late due to an unforseen issue, but I was greeted friendly by all staff. Shaylynn under time restraint couldnt complete the full body massage, but she did a good job over all.

Front staff doesnt seem to know anything and they always seem to have issues with their systems. I wasnt greeted friendly and the massage therapist didnt even engage in conversation. I felt rushed and when he was moving me around the movements felt like he basically was jerking me. Didnt feel like a massage at all, more like someone rubbing lotion on me.

This was my first time having Christine for my massage and she was amazing!

Its almost impossible to cancel. DO NOT JOIN!I was in the facility at the beginning of May and canceled my membership. I took the time to fill out the paperwork and turned it in on the spot. Its now July, and they still have been charging me. Best bet is to report card lost.

Christina was very gentle, which really helped me with my lower lumbar issues I suffer with.

Ive been coming to Massage Envy for several years now and Hilary was great yesterday! I have chronic pain and a physical job and wow did she help me feel so much better, I very much encourage you to go.

I just became a member and I am very unhappy with the service. I received one massage and it was just ok nothing special. I missed one appointment which I was charged a fee and I made another appointment and due to me not feeling well I called and cancelled the appointment on the same day. I was told it would be a 50% same day cancellation charged to me I told them I can’t believe they are encouraging people to come in ill for a massage even after we just got out a pandemic. I asked to cancel my membership and was told since I haven’t been a member for a year I could not cancel my membership of course I got upset and told the young lady on the phone I don’t see the benefit of being a member. I can get the same massage for the same price on Groupon. Therefore, I would have to complete the year of dissatisfied service before I can cancel the membership . This mean I will have to pay $840.00 for service that I am unhappy with this is ludicrous. If you are thinking of signing up with them I would think again. Because you don’t want to get stuck with a membership that you are not happy with.

I had costochondritis temporarily and it required me to get several massages in a short period of time. My husband has the membership (I’m not a member) and had given me some massages from credits he had. After my last massage received 02/02/23 when checking out I was initially told $105 by a staff member, then the manager piped in telling me all the deals they have going on, to which I declined. Then I was informed it would be $180…AFTER my massage, and after I declined membership…I paid it knowing that it would be the last time going there no matter what kind of pain I’m in. I don’t appreciate bait and switch techniques at all! I understand I’m not a member and the non member price is $180, but maybe a little clarity BEFORE my massage by telling me that my husbands credits have all been used to give me the opportunity to make a decision PRIOR to receiving services.If this review were for my LMT Jonathan H,. it would be 5 stars and a glowing review as he has amazing hands and very educational which I do appreciate. He helped my condition immensely to which I’m grateful for. I accidentally left my initial “I” necklace on the counter and both staff members were forthright and I was able to go back to get it, much obliged for the honesty, thank you!I hope the $180 helped make your monthly goal, but it lost a customer for life!

I went in for my first facial ever and Ashley was great. She is so sweet and is very knowledgeable with skin care. She was very helpful and provided great recommendations for future skin care routines. The facial itself was great. I felt so refreshed after and face was so smooth and felt so hydrated.The girls at the front desk were also very nice and attentive. Overall great first experience & can’t wait to go again

My boyfriend and I went for our first ever massage and let me tell you it won’t be our last! We were taken care of like we had been coming there for years. Everyone was so kind and eager to explain the process. Peggy was my masseuse and Hillary was my boyfriend’s. They both asked us what we wanted worked on the most and often made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole massage. 60 minutes felt like 20. I highly recommend visiting this location!!

Very disappointed. I paid $70 for a 60 minutes massage, but the total time that I spent over there was 60 minutes. I spent about 15-20 minutes total for the form, getting undressed, getting dressed, stopping by the restroom, paying and tipping and listening about the $70 dollars monthly membership , so I only got about 45-40 minutes of massage. I understand that they may include the getting undressed/dressed time, but definitely not the time to fill out the form with one of the receptionists, pay or being offered a membership.

All staff were really nice and the facility was very clean but I have to give 1 star due to the massage itself. My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage. Afterwards, we discussed how we felt about it and we had the same exact experience. It felt as though we were just being rubbed down with lotion for 50 minutes. There was no pressure applied which really sucked because we’re both active and have a lot of pain points/soreness and we were expecting to get our monies worth. We will not be back.

Ashley did well regarding the facial; I was pleased. However, I was not so pleased with the massage therapist (not going to embarass her, as she just needs more training). I was taken in a few minutes late and she was done almost 10 minutes early! It certainly was not a 90 minute massage (more like 70 minutes). I have had many in the past, and she seemed very inexperienced. She did a lot of the massage with one hand/arm. I still gave both an excellent tip. I dont see myself going back there.

I called in earlier this week and set an appointment up for a 60 minute massage session with a female masseuse.I expected it to be one of the best days for me this week starting off a full week and since I have been stressed with personal things going on in my life I also requested the day off at work to then arrive at massage envy and find out they scheduled the appointment with a male masseuse which makes me very uncomfortable. I then told the women at the front counter I would not like a male I specifically ask for a female one young lady came out of the side office and said we can reschedule you as if it was just that simple to not care about what just happened. I stated this is a problem and she then repeated again do you want to reschedule Or not!!!!!! If this is what you call great customer service I need to go back to school and figure out what did I miss out on Growing up in today’s society.

Pat knows his stuff. Having had hip and femur surgery not too long ago, even after physical therapy I still have areas where I need that extra that Pat provides. He gets in and works those areas, and is always right on with my treatment.

Pat was an outstanding massage therapist. He is especially good at analyzing where injuries and discomfort are originating and making a big difference.

Jonathan has magic hands! I have several back problems and a ton of knots, and he found and worked on them all. I feel much less tense now and I think with a few more sessions, he will be able to work alot of them out entirely. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I cannot wait for my next session. Signing up for the membership has made that possible and more affordable than individual massages with no membership.

My wife and I have had multiple massages at Massage Envy ( including prenatal.) And every time we have been pleased, until today. When we completed our massage we started talking about our experience. To my surprise my wife felt the same way I did without even telling her. We both felt we were moisturized with a ton of lotion. Neither one of use felt there was any massage done. Both of us felt neither one of then used any pressure. Unfortunately, it was just a rub down with lotion. I can say we definitely we be finding a new place to receive our massages.

I’ve been a consistent member of Massage Envy for over six years. I started my membership in RI and was pleased a location existed in my new town after relocating to Florida. My therapist, Johnny, has been outstanding! I’ve been to three locations in two states and have had many therapists in the past six years but Johnny is hands 🙌🏻 down one of the best! He’s professional, timely and thorough. His technique is A+ and I always leave happy and refreshed! As long as he’s there I will always be a customer.

I will update my review when I find out my therapists last name. However, his name is Jonathan. He has a smaller gentleman with the elbow to fingertip strength of an NFL linebacker or a logger. I’ve been getting massages for over 30 years in different countries different styles, and Jonathan is without a doubt in the top 10.. is craving for continued education, and knowledge is beyond commendable for any field. His knowledge base of anatomy and physiology, and the lymphatic system is exceptional.. he asks all the right questions, and can detect things in your body that you might not even be aware of. He is an absolute blessing to the massage envy name as well as this location. Any LMT can do a light relaxing massage not everyone can do a truth deep tissue, sports therapy massage, Johnathon can. Reality is not a massage. Therapists are created equal and massage. Envy franchise has a lot of them and not all of them are great by any means.. if you want a light, relaxing, peaceful massage I am absolutely confident that he can do it but if you need real facia being broken up and scar tissue, broken up and deep muscle under muscle, etc. Don’t let his smaller stature for you. The dude has the knowledge and the ability.!! if I could give 10 stars I would

The massage therapist was amazing, although she spent very little time on my legs. Everything else was great. No fault to the massage therapist, but someone was having a conversation nearby and I could hear it the whole second half of my session, over the music playing. I would suggest signs that remind others to be quiet, as that takes away from the relaxation and mood.

Johnathan is great, excellent service communication. Firm to deep massage with reflexology. Always leaving relaxed and feeling brand new.

This place is a scamEspecially the membership plan that they have. Told me that the charge for the plan will not be deducted from my card until next month. Check my card and saw that they took the fee. When I was told I would not have to pay any money for the first month. I dont know if the employees just lying so persons can sign up or they do not know how the plans work. Please to get your front desk personnel straightened out. THIS IS THE ST.LUCIE WEST STORE.

I’ve been going here for a couple years and when my normal person isn’t free I try someone else. I found Pat beginning of 2023 and now no one else compares! He does wonderful trigger point massages that leave me feeling like I truly got the max out of my massage. Particularly in my neck, back and shoulders I hold lots of tension, and while I’m sore after my massages, my muscles are in much better shape.

This was my first time using massage envy at this location. Received a deep tissue massage from Chelsea that was amazing. She really listened to me about my problem areas and targeted them. Without a doubt one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had. Looking forward to my next visit with her.

Melania is, by far, the best aesthetician I have seen at Massage Envy. I have other locations closer to home, and she is worth the commute.

The person that massage me did not do a deep massage like I requested before hand. She use lotion/ gel instead of nice oils. My husband does way better. I felt like I wasted money and time. The place was nice and clean but I would have rather a good deep massage. I felt the same way before I came in. I should be ask to come back in for a deep massage. I am just being honest

I’ve actually never received a massage by a guy before. This was my first experience. I thought it may be a little uncomfortable or weird to be honest. However, it wasn’t. My providers name was Johnny and he’s good!!!! He really paid attention to the tensions in my body. You can tell he loves what he does. That helps! I’ll definitely be returning to get another massage by him. I’m so relaxed today because of it. Overall I give this place 5 stars because in general, Massage Envy has some of the BEST massage therapist there are. It’s always a pleasant-filled experience.

Hilary is a phenomenal massage therapist. Many of their therapist can perform light or medium pressure massages, however, I typically require deep tissue massages due to major knots in my shoulders and extremely tight hamstrings, and quads.. She is extremely professional and is the only therapist is will see.

I had a massage with Kostiantyn and explained that I just needed a de stress massage. His pressure was very deep so I asked him to use less pressure… my request was repeated to him at least a dozen times throughout my 90 minute massage. ( I usually have a different massage therapist at this location and she was not available.) The entire massage was me asking him to use less pressure…. So when I was finished with my massage I told the manager about my experience. She didn’t seem too concerned. I never left a massage feeling physically dizzy from such strong pressure!
