I wish I could leave no stars at all. Some dude dressed up like a woman will yell at you from across the room that it needs to see ID. Terrible housemade juices and staff that have never heard of the term customer service. NEVER AGAIN.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted with “I need to see your ID now, you look young.” No hello, how are you. I believe her name was Regina, very rude person. I went in to buy disposables, and was talked to for about five minutes trying to convince me to buy something else, and was pushed to try their THCA and delta 8 products, but I am sober and in recovery, but was pushed and pushed to try it. Regina was extremely rude and I will most likely never come back. Steer clear, the vape store infront of the Walmart on US1 is a much better option, with much friendlier staff

You know, at first I was super put off by the aggressiveness of the woman helping me, but after sleeping on it I realized she was just trying to help and I was in a hurry and knew what I needed. I appreciate the care and time she took yesterday to help me understand the different types of e-liquid and what is the best thing to use which was the opposite of what I was using. I did not take her advice yesterday but she definitely was knowledgeable and helpful and I will be back for her help.

Do NOT work here!! owner is unreasonable and screws over his employees the first chance he gets.

One of the best experiences Ive ever had the shop was nice and homey , I was very unsure of what I needed , I was greeted and asked my name which was was a nice touch , the staff member gage was the one who assisted me and offered me some great info about new products and how to use the product I purchased , overall a great experience , great staff and a great shop ,10/10 would come back again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very limited selection. I came here with a battery in hand looking to buy a replacement. The guy at the counter looked at it, held it in his hand, and then said we got those right here. He then proceeded to sell me the wrong battery and when I went back to return it, they told me that they cant give me a refund. Im extremely frustrated at the fact that you can be a vape shop selling incorrect products then not accept returns. And do nothing to make it right. Completely unacceptable...

I did not like my experience. I went in for an elf bar and delta 8 was pushed on me. There is a lot of ppl in this area in recovery and offering someone delta 8 could ruin what they are working towards if trying to get better.

30 minutes to find out you dont carry the product. Your suggestion? I interrupt your interaction with the single other customer in the store or in your words just come out with it. As a business owner I expect my customers to be greeted, notified if there will be a delay and be cognizant of their wait time. You could benefit from some basic customer service training.

They are always friendly and helpful. I always enjoy stopping in this store. Always clean and lots of options. They even have a lounge if you want to stay a bit. Love the new people here Scott & Gage!

The employees are all great - helpful, friendly, and all-around welcoming. The stores juice selection is great, but honestly, the stores own juice is what I always go for; its clean and doesnt burn out my coils like other sweet juices do, and is a heck of a lot cheaper than the top-shelf boxed juices.Give it a shot. They have a few locations, and if youre looking to cut out cigarettes, its absolutely worth a try. It may not be for everyone, but I went from a pack and a half of cigarettes more than four years ago to zero nicotine vaping and am currently working on stopping altogether. Theyre there to help.Im not changing my review, a long time after initially posting it. Theyre still a great shop, and have since added a section of delta 8 products - super nice, helpful people with great juice, good selection of devices, and I still highly recommend them.

Good place to meet your vape and other needs

This was my first visit and I was impressed, they took the time to explain what they felt I needed, showed me how to use the pen and get the best results. They even told me to come back and they would change the filter when it needed to be changed. Will definitely continue continue being a customer, very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Great place. The house juice selection is more than adequate with my favorite selection settled on Space Milk. The staff are masked and the customer lines are distanced properly and well marked. They do supply coils and mods as well as batteries.

My experiences with the wonderful people at Vapor Rocket has been outstanding. Extremely courteous, knowledgeable and just fun people who will do anything that they can to make your visit a great time. They are very patient with any questions that you have. I have not been out of the house in months. Not only due to Covid but I have been pretty sick. It was like going to a friends house laughing and talking. These folks are the REAL DEAL. The store is immaculate but very homey and THEIR INVENTORY IS OUTRAGEOUS. Check it out

Great top shelf products and their Melon Berry is great, great price for 100ml bottle.Regina is very knowledgeable and when I upgrade, I’ll be there to buy it.

I guess I went to the good store because no one was rude to me or tried to rip me off. So Im pretty happy about that. Not the biggest selection in the world, but I could sample as many flavors as I wanted (for the one dollar government fee of course) without feeling like I was a nuisance. The atmosphere was nice, no loud satanic death metal music blasting like the place down the street. Also, the shopkeeper wasnt stoned out of their gorg like the neighboring competitor.

BETH IS AMAZING. I spent about 45 minutes in the store and she was so knowledgeable about every mod, brand and juice. There wasn’t anything she didn’t have an answer to or have an opinion on which was so helpful. She hooked me up with awesome house juices which I’ve never tried and she was so patient with me trying flavors and asking what seemed like annoying questions but she was pleasant the whole time! Beth really made my expericance wonderful and I can’t wait to return!

Nice clean store and knowledgeable employees. I purchased my first Prime Sunshine Hemp CBD Gel. It is amazing and takes a small amount. It is not greasy, goes on smooth and smells amazing. I purchased for hip pain and found it relieved my knee pain within a few hours.

Not a great visit this time and Im thinking itll be our last time. The wonderful server we had the first 2 times was no longer there and the new help wanted to act like she knew everything but obviously couldnt even figure out the register system. Too many great places to watch football to keep going through that nonsense.

The owner was awesome! He listened to my needs and made suggestions for what I should try based on my needs. He taught me how they work, about the flavors, the differences in each product. Very satisfied with everything, enjoying my vape pen, and I will return there when I need refills. Highly recommend Very Rocket.

Steve & Mo were great and helped me out with a custom juice no other shop could make. Great customer service and they carry one of my fav premium juices I normally have to get online. They also asked my input on other juices as theyre looking for new brands to carry. Two thumbs up!

Fantastic experience, got me a badass gold tank for my unit. I like options. If I could, Id probably use a different style vape everyday. I like variety in my style so maybe Ill come back for some more upgrades in the future.

I love this vape store! Mainly, for their in house juices. My favorites are Chanel,that tastes like butterscotch and berry blast, that tastes like berries and melons,yummy! They always have deals, and are very helpful and knowledgeable with the products they sell. Go check them out. They have a few places in st.Lucie to choose from.

Great spot for your juice, coils, Delta 8, CBD etc.. prices a little on the high side but they will usually give you a discount wether your a fireman or military or not. Cool people, cool vapes, great juice, quality Delta 8. Overall 4/5..

I bought a vape kit here Sat. when I got it home it wouldnt charge or turn on. I tried with different cables and wall plug, I plugged it into my laptop. The only place I would charge was in my car, because thats were I should leave it right. In my car that gets over 100 degree throughout the day... Whatever. So I believe this product doesnt fit my need and Id like to return it. (Now I will add here is no return policy on the receipt or that I could see in the store) The shop is closed Sunday so I take it today and low an behold they can get it to charge. Apparently when the guy on Saturday said you can use any old android charger he was lying. If I knew before hand it was going to be a pain I wouldnt have bought it. So the guy there today calls the who I assume is the owner and he says I cannot get a refund but he will give me another unit. Okay fine, but wait they dont have another unit that is the simple black like the one I bought. I get to chose from four different bright units with stupid graphics. In the end I walked out with product that I never wanted and that one frozen up and didnt work either. Never going back to this place.

We passed by today for my sister-in-law to get a new novo we ended up leaving a with a few more things thanks to Austin helping us out so well and being so helpful. 10/10 would come back

I am Happy with the products but the suggested sales is really getting old I cant go in here without being told that Im making a bad purchase on what I came here with the intent to buy. I get it you want to run the bill up but everybody I talk to says that theyre almost done going because every time we come in we get suggestive sales of more money than what we are trying to even spend. The prices on the in-house juices have gone up and the product quality has gone down. Thats not the way its supposed to go for good business

Vapor Rocket was an incredibly positive experience. They were very informative as well as kind! The owner really has a professional passion & understanding of his business, something which is seldom seen these days.He even has in-house vape juice!I would absolutely recommend this vape to anyone interested!

James took the time to figure out the right juice for me. Extra coffee with a hint of sweet! Love it and loved the customer service. Haven’t had such a welcoming vibe from a vape store before.

The best vape store and friendly employees! I stay in their for an hour or so catching up with James. I only buy their homemade house juices because some of the other juices they carry from distributers are to dark in color and have to high of a PG level for me since i have always been allergic to PG since i was younger.

I have degenerative hip, sciatic nerve pain and arthritis pain in my knees. I have tried other CBD lotions and none compare to Vapor Rockets CBD lotion. I have been applying it 4 times a day. The results are incredible and the pain was under control in less than a week. This is my new go to product. If you are considering tying CBD lotion look no further. The store is clean and the staff is very knowledgeable.

Went in today and saw Patrick, this guy is awesome being as tho he helped me get my first vape today. I was skeptical as to what kind of setup I wanted but by the end of the visit Patrick had me all hooked up. What a great place with such a great and knowledgeable and helpful guy

I went into the store about 5 months ago because I was interested in purchasing my first mod. I really didnt know much about the vape experience. Mo was knowledgeable and patient. I did make a purchase and Im glad I did. I like the in house juice and the store often has sales on them. Vapor Rocket has a pretty good selection of outside juices. Great to be able to test any of the juices you want before you buy it (remember the $1 government required cost for testing). Also they have vape parties which sounds like fun. I havent had the chance to experience one yet but I intend to. Thanks Mo and keep up the wonderful customer service!

Highly recommended if you want top quality,honesty,good customer service,and very friendly people. They have three locations and Ive been to two. The prima vista store (Moes store) and this one. Both places have really cool and honest owners there that will make you feel welcomed and will not let you leave unsatisfied.. I will NOT go anywhere else. Their homemade premium jucies are phenomenal.. They have anything you can think of and they are really reasonable on their prices too.my favorite jucie their is their space milk and space monkey...

The gentleman here sunday was very kind and sweet even tho i kno i almost messed up his freshly mopped floor while he was tryna close he was still very helpful and answered all my questions, their deltas are the best around that ive found the flavor and consistency are on point! I love there home made juices, I have yet to find a company that even compares! I moved to NC recently and they have been shopping me my favorite 2 juices ( prix and berry blast). Always pleasant to talk to, havent dealt with them for anything other then juice. My only concern is there is two stores and one of them is run by crooks. Was older guy and young hippy type kid, was my first time buying a mod and they took advantage of that and over priced the hell out of me. After that I checked out the other store closer to Walmart in Port St Lucie, completely different atmosphere and I really enjoyed it. If it wasnt for the crappy store I would have given 5 stars. Regardless they by far have the best juices I have tried!

Being new to The Vape scene, I walked in Fairly Clueless. The guy that helped me out knew exactly what he was talking about and exactly what I needed and sent me in the right direction immediately. And more so, I had some leaking issues right away. I dealt with three people overall over two days and all of them were Ultra nice, Ultra helpful and got right to the bottom of the problem which was really no big deal and not their fault. (but did say that if it could not be remedied that they would replace the entire unit without cost!) they fixed it with a smile and told me if theres any other issues to please come back or call. I could not be more pleased with my selection of a vape store! I suggest you give them a try. I dont think you will be disappointed in the least!

I will tell you I love this Vape Shop, Patrick and Mo are awesome and very knowledgeable. I would have rated it at five stars but the owner just puts out bad vibes and crappy service. I dont go in when he is there. If you catch Patrick or Mo in there youre set to go. Best Vape Shop in Florida. They are honest and down to earth.

Incredible house juices with ALOT of flavor, no sugar so the flavors are more natural and way better for your coils, allowing them to last alot longer. And the help and service there is phenomenal, always very helpful, and extremely nice. 5 stars all day

Will never go to another vape shop!! I moved to Port St Lucie and Im happy I found it! The employees are incredibly nice and knowledgeable about their products and juices. Its a chill atmosphere also, you dont feel like you have to rush into buying something like other vape shops Ive frequented. I recently noticed that they have more than one location so thats really convenient! They just started selling CBD oil too which is awesome and will be trying. I highly recommend Vapor Rocket!

With many to chose from, I would highly recommend to anyone to stop by any of their 3 locations.

Very helpful, friendly service, extremely knowledgeable, good prices and excellent quality, delicious homemade vape juice. They took the time to help me figure out how to get the most out of my vape module and what I was doing wrong, left extremely happy with the results...will be going to them from now on and would recommend to anybody.

I have to say to anyone who got a bad vibe from some of the guys at this store....try seeing Ty and James over at the other location by Sams and Walmart, South on US-1 just before Jensen Beach Blvd. They more than make up for any elitist attitude at the Prima Vista store. Go the extra couple miles and you will find a super knowledgeable and friendly staff...not sure what happened at the Prima Vista store, maybe it was just a fluke....

James at the store off prima vista and us1 and Beth at the store off psl Blvd and gaitlin are both fantastic! They went so far out of their way to help me, I was thrilled! They were helpful, informative and best of all kind. I highly recommend both stores. A+++

I cant imagine why people are saying that customer service is horrible! I have never had anything but polite and knowledgeable service at prima Vista location. I will agree however that prices are a bit steep and I have found same products cheaper at other places.

James is a good dude and looks out for you at this location... I have no problem with him and his outstanding customer care.... but the other locations are not as well versed in customer care.....

House juices are high quality. Beth is very friendly and helpful. Premi juice lines and coils are pricy. Why not offer package prices on coils vs selling only “singles”??

Out of the hand full of vape stores ive been, vapor rocket is by far The Best. they know their products, which are quality so far with my experience & go out of their way to share their knowledge about them with the customers. it is a laid back & friendly atmosphere.

Great shop. They have the high quality juice for your vaping needs. Don´´t go anywhere else...nobody knows what is put in some of the juices shops around town. They have two locations in Port Saint lucie.

Patrick and Mo totally ripped me off on a Vape. I asked them which one was the best they had and they sell me some cheapie Vape (that was the same price as the smok but no where near as good of quality , I’m guessing their shop made more off the captain ) that I had to replace coil’s in every two days (yes I know how to prime my coils). I thought I could trust them since they’re very outgoing . So just do your research before going to them because they will take advantage of you. And they also talk smack about other vape shops like theirs is the best.

I do not recommend spending any of your hard-earned money there the guy that owns the place thanks he makes his magical juice but he uses it just like everybody else and his stuff is always the best but its the same as everybodys I call him snot rocket even though I dont Vape.And now theres nothing personal or nothing against the owner. Miss Jessie thinks hes the only guy on the Block. He has his theory that he started the whole vaping industry. That everybody else was just a follower.

Came in was looking to buy a vape mod and Patrick recommended the rx-mini for me and knew everything I needed. Awesome place, setup, and Patrick was very helpful. Give that guy a raise. I highly recommend coming to Vapor Rocket. John

Not worth it have had to many problems and crappy customer service. The owner replaced a 70 dollar mod I had got from him with a display When I asked for a new one he said he just couldnt so that. I prefer other places and will never got back

Bought a tank (smok prince) and 2 60 ML bottles, 80$ ish. House juices of course but their house juices are really good smooth juices. Better than most premium juices.

Vapor rocket is robbing people. Just compare prices online and youll see they have a 70% markup on most items. The newest Smok kits can be purchased for $59.99 online and in some stores that arent trying to get you but here theyre $120. Do your research people before buying these things, theres a reason these vape stores are popping up everywhere. Crooks!

Always knowlegable. Everyone that works here is nice and professional. They offer savings for customers that purchase a lot. Only vape shop we go to. We refer people all the time.

Very good service once i spoke with the manager. One employee seemed to say the same thing to every one , any problem was because of vapor or liquid negligence on customers part but manager made it right.

Very friendly and helpful. Their inhouse juices are the only juice I use. If you like a sweet Tabacco flavor try their sweet leaf flavor. Only juice I vape.
