A place to go in a pinch. Its reflexology so I dont think there are actual licensed people here for massages. If youre a person who goes to spas and resorts for massages this is not the same. Its a dark room with like 20 lounger beds lined up. There may be a couple rooms in the back for God knows what. They dont do a patient intake form and there was a language barrier. The only thing clear was that she wanted more tip money. The lady held me up for 5 minutes after i paid and held the tip and said TIP! TIP! I said thats for you...she laughed and shook her head. Id only let this place do foot rubs if Im desperate but I wont be back if I can help it. Read the 1 star reviews for accuracy. Im convinced the other reviews are from bots or something. Because there is no way.

I was very happy to find this place. I fully understand what people have written about the confusion with the prices. Although I have pointed at what I expected things got a little fuzzy. Nonetheless they were willing to work with it. I had an outstanding treatment with Tony. I was in a lot of pain and he certainly is very good at what he does. Although he really had limited bits of understanding what I needed it was certainly enough. I do believe that he was following areas that I couldnt really have worked on. I had a great experience overall but I do fully understand what the other people have experienced with the price. All I can say is that they were good and do your very best to make it super duper clear. It’s clean, they always have appointments when we walk in, and the staff is friendly. This last visit the two therapists were whispering and giggling the entire time, which was somewhat distracting, but it was otherwise pleasant. They have a couple private rooms, but most of the space is a large open room with multiple beds. The lights are dimmed and there is music playing softly. We always do the combo, which starts with a foot soak and then a full body massage. You stay clothed the entire time, so wear something comfortable. Shorts or loose pants are good to keep your pant legs from getting wet with the foot soak. Short sleeves or a tank top make the should massage easier. The prices are reasonable.

The massage was great here. They have two areas. The front of the massage area has many chairs and tables for various massages. If you get a full body, they have private rooms set up by dividers. If you are looking for something more private like an enclosed room, you will need to pay at least $20 or more somewhere else. This is a great value for the services they provide. I had the combo massage with 30 minutes feet and 30 mins hands, neck, head, legs, and back and it cost me $60. I was in the communal area, completely clothed, just FYI.

As I walked in I was greeted and ushered to a room. Private and clean layed out very simple. The therapist was very professional and thorough, just what my body needed....ty😊👍

Went in on a last minute decision. Called, made an appointment for an hour later, got there the ppl were friendly, the place was clean very cozy and had a relaxing feel with soft Japanese music. I went in very stressed & came out an hour later feeling amazing and smiling 😁 I immediately made an appointment for the following week . I have to say it was THE BEST massage I have ever got. Ive been to many places from NY, CT, Texas, GA and a few places in Florida. The lady who laid her magic hands on me was amazing! 10 stars if I could give it. 🙌🫶

I went to J’s last night for a massage. I was so relaxed when finished. I now feel like a million dollars! Thank you Nancy for never disappointing.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been here for a massage twice now. Both times I’ve walked in, it smells like dirty farts. This last time, the owner was nice and sprayed Lysol and told me the landlord knows there’s a sewage problem and won’t fix it. Ew. I can’t come back to somewhere to spend $100 for a massage where it smells like actual poop. It’s disgusting. To be fair, the massage was great 10/10 for the actual massage BUT I dropped my keys and used my flashlight to find them and the place is absolutely disgusting. Turn the lights on and it looks like a scene out of a horror movie. I promise you’ll be scared if you look at the condition of the actual sheets and floor and walls. There were even dead bugs under my table. I was horrified! The straw that broke the camels back was that when I was paying, the owners wife told me my tip wasnt enough for the holidays when it was $75 and I gave the massage therapist $20. I would never ever come back here, and if you read the reviews, a lot of these things are said over and over again. It’s definitely not somewhere I would ever go again or buy a gift certificate for which is what I planned to do for my dad until this all happened!

My experience was really bad. While the massage was relaxing.... the service and price are very deceitful. I was asked my area of concentration, and I proceeded to let them know. She said they would concentrate on that area longer. I had opted for a $60 combo. After everything was done. I was charged $100 plus. Mind you, 2 different people gave me massages and kept switching during. One lady apologized but did not correct it. This is NOT the way to do business!!

I have lived in the Port Saint Lucie area for about 35 years. I’ve been to a few different places around and have been satisfied. I got referred toJ’s foot spa from a friend. I’ve always gone for the deep tissue massage and I’ve never experienced anything like what I get from there. I’ve always come out completely satisfied.. Sometimes the English isn’t very good but if you can point at the menu and point to where you want them to work and it’s definitely a five-star experience. So whenever I need my body to get worked over I never have to think about where I’m going because it’s definitely going to be here I’ve been there about six times in. They are my place to go now.

Glad to have a place like J’s near me. I love Asian foot spas for their massage techniques. If you’ve never been to one, be open minded. Don’t complain about therapists on here. Let your therapist know to adjust pressure etc so you can enjoy the massage you’re paying for.Also don’t complain about tips , prices are clear and for spa service anywhere it is commonly known to pay 20% tip minimum. Spas are not restaurants where u can get away with $5 dollar tip. Don’t let these ppl with no etiquette discourage you from the place. Enjoy !

This place was recommended to me by friend He and his wife have been going here once a month for two years now and they love it. My experience was good the only thing is that they keep the place cold. But the lady at the front was nice and the lady that did my message was very attentive to my lower back also my friend enjoyed the foot massage. Buts said the same it’s cold on the inside.

There was a pretty terrible smell throughout the whole place. I was there with my friend to get an hour foot massage. Unfortunately it was not good at all. I had to continuously tell the lady to apply pressure. Then she started to use a scraper instead of massaging. So if you actually are looking for a foot massage I dont suggest coming here

One of the worst massages and facials I have ever gotten! The facial was a face massage, literally oil and rubbing, no equipment and then used a translator to tell me I have acne! they forced a tip, like literally almost didn’t let me leave without giving them something. I’m 100% sure these people are not licensed.

Horrible experience!!!! I went here with 2 friends. The therapist spoke to each other the entire time. The therapist who was working on one of my friend kept getting up every few minutes to book new appointments, she was answering the phone, going to the door to let in people. Very unprofessional. To top it off……we still tipped them for their terrible service and they were demanding a bigger tip. Will never return to this place ever.

I would highly recommend this place. When I walked in I was in so much pain all over. But was quickly relaxed and relieved the massage was everything. However just Know before going it’s a MANDATORY 20% Tip anything less I was told was a insult. I love tipping out of gratitude but being FORCED puts stress right back into my body. It would have been a 5 star review based on the service alone but Force tipping a certain amount is rude and offensive then the guy offended further by stating this is a luxury service if you can’t tip 20% you can’t afford to be here.

If Youre looking for an amazing foot and back massage this is the place to go. Such hard-working employees and very fair pricing. I cant say enough You wont be disappointed.

I went for a shoulder and lower back massage, i got a new guy i never really had before but i figured it was fine. Everything was going okay up until the end when the man offered me a “special service”I was shocked and overall disgusted.I will not be returning

THE WIFE was a terrible person totally ripped me off and then insulted me because I did not tip $15, told me no you have to tip $15 there was no automatic mandatory gratuity rule, then she told me to atleast do $10 tip and as another customer walked out she goes oh tank you to him looks at me and says he tip hood he hood customa, I’m 36 never been to a massage spa went in asked for the 30 minute foot massage she said oh ok you 30 minute foot and took me to the back well apparently she knew that it was my first time she should have sat me at the first chairs in the open but instead she walks me to back outs me in a room and the employee came in did some back work briefly I turned over and he did do the feet I kinda sensed the time was a little longer but I have no idea on earth how this works, when I go to leave she says $70 then I pull my card out then tells me $73 first of no merchant charges that amount that’s them sucking money making %1000 increase on what the merchant ACTUALLY CHARGES, then I’m like wth??? So I told her, and her husband was sitting there shaking his head at her banging her in the leg, what I asked for was only $45 and you confirmed it to me before you took me back, so whatever I’m not confrontational and I felt good I was paying, well I gave a $6 tip she looks down and said oh no you put $15 tip I was like absolutely not I already spent double because they’re mislead me and basically stole my money then she yell past me at a mother person told me they good customa the tip more, then had the audacity to point at the credit slip and say you give $10! Unbelievably grimy and terrible business ethnics took advantage of a first timer and basically robbed me then insulted me charged me more than double the service I asked for then charges me $3 for card then tells me what I have to tip!!! No wonder these places always facing heat and now I know why I never stepped foot in one! Terrible owners who look at customers clearly greedy and will mislead to gain a dollar contacting my bank and charging back!

Jenny and Sunny are great ! Booked a 60min full body massage with hot stone and essential oil for a friend and I and we loved it! Price is great as well 😊 I forgot to ask if they have memberships because I will definitely be returning frequently!

Just moved to the area and it was my first time here. I would have to say the massage was good, but the place was cold. I asked if they can turn up the A/C a bit. I could not get comfortable because I was cold, I think it would have been better if it was not so cold, but will try them again sometime.

So, until the moment i paid i was going to return, however, i do not like to be TOLD what to tip. i had a combination, so $60, its not a private room, its a foot spa. the massage was great, i loved it. However, when i went to pay it was $62, i had $70 in my budget so i rounded it up to $70. she told me no, the tip should be at least $10, she even wrote $10 and pointed to the tip line. Im like WHAT? still a 13% tip and a tip is not obligatory. up until that point i would have returned but not now.

Just wow! I walked in crooked and walked out straight! I had a full body massage and I enjoyed it so much I was back with my husband a week later getting a couples massage. We are already looking forward to our next!!

When we first walked in the smell of sewage was very powerful. The person who gave me a one hour foot rub started on my face and his hands were dirty and smelled like cigarettes. It was nasty I was not comfortable and my body stunk of the cigarettes. He was obviously not trained in the craft. We were on vacation the rating are high on the site but I can’t understand why. I have never experienced this type of service before.Very unprofessional and the play stinks of sewage.

We have been going to Js Foot Spa for several years and every time my husband and I go is a special experience. Every massage therapist has unique insight in how to relax stiff muscles, take away the stress of our busy lives, and just make you feel great again. Their rates are very reasonable and we highly recommend that you give them a try, you wont be sorry. Enjoy !

This was a disaster from the start. I originally made the appt. by phone as I was unable to reserve online. I specifically told the mgr I purchased a couples half hr. foot massage. I called to change the appt as we had a hurricane. We went this morning and again reiterated the Groupon. We were taken to a full body massage room and asked why. There was definitely a language barrier but we were brought out to the front where they do the foot massages. Again, I explained the type of Groupon we purchased. The first thing to happen was the girl tried to grab my glasses from my face. I pushed her hand away instinctively as you dont ever grab someones glasses unexpectedly. I was then tended to by a gentleman who started to massage my face and hair which I didnt like; I didnt purchase a face massage. It seemed longer than half an hour to me but as I couldnt see, I had no indication of time. When we went to the front to redeem the Groupon, we were advised by the cashier we had an hour massage. I told her I reserved the half hour couples foot massage and she proceeded to tell me that we had an hour massage. I advised her I told two of them what I purchased and she said they didnt really understand English. She then asked us repeatedly for an additional $50!! She told us the people who worked on us didnt know about the Groupon. It turned into a disagreementnt and she kept saying we had to pay $50 more, that the manager didnt put the right reservation into the appointment book! We said that wasnt our fault but were getting nowhere. My husband handed her $40 dollars and said to give it as a tip to the two who worked on us. The woman said next time, not to use a Groupon as if we would ever go back.

What a horrible experience! This is my second time at this spa. The first time was great that’s why I decided I would go back this was 6 months ago. Not sure if if they have new owners but everything was bad. First of all I am not new to massage I am a massage therapist myself and I have been going for reflexology for years. Usually reflexology including back, feet, arms and legs. Foot spas usually charge $35-40 for this service. However Js foot spa charges $45 for just quick 10 min on scalp, arms, legs then the rest of your time on your feet and NO BACK!! No one communicated this to us at all and the whole time I was thinking this lady doesn’t know what she’s doing I have Indian burns and she was massaging on the bone. My mom and sister also came with me and my sisters therapist left her 3 times and charged full price. The therapists did not wash there hands (we know this because we watched them finish with the previous client and come straight to us) they also they reuse the blankets for all the clients. Overall experience was terrible 😢 mediocre therapists , dirty and overpriced. Save your money and look elsewhere

I use massage for therapeutic reasons.I go to Js on average two times a week.They are always accommodating to my needs.Friendly professional and over all great service. Most times I arrive late and they always stay late past closing hour.Ruby goes above and beyond. The staff is awesome.BEST MASSAGE IN TOWN!!

I have been here twice and it is a nice place. Just wish I could put my tip on my card instead of being told it has to be cash, then having masseuse stand there waiting. If you dont have enough cash then they make faces or ask for more. Also it would be nice to have the oil warmed and have a choice of scented oil if you prefer it. I know some people have allergies. Other than that it is quite a nice place and I would continue to go there.

I have been to J’s several times for the full body massage. The value is night and day compared to a large chain. I could tell there is science as well as art in the methods used. I will be back.

Worst ‘ absolute worst place to go to for a massage they do not wash towels after use !! They just fold them back for next person. Massage is supposed to be 60 minutes they cut it short by 10 minutes.. DONT WASTE TMW OR MONEY !!

Peter gave me the best massage of my life! He was so professional and very great at what he does. He knows exactly so what to do! This place is way better than Massage Envy, hands down. I will definitely be back! Be patient with him while you are on the phone. His English isnt at 100% but he is wonderful and so worth it! He was very detailed,worked out knots that I had. He set the bar very high !

Never in my life have I ever felt as relaxed as I do right now. If you like a deep massage (and I wouldnt be surprised if they did an amazing not-so-deep one), 10/10 would recommend. If I didnt live ~1,300 miles away, I would be here at LEAST monthly. Part of me is trying to figure out how many times a year I can financially handle coming down here just for this... I went with my aunt and grandmother for foot massages. They were all so very nice and sweet! The massage was incredible! Not only did they massage our legs and feet, but also did our arms and heads. So relaxing! Will definitely go back again!

Visited Js foot spa yesterday for a 1 hour foot massage. This is supposed to include upper back/neck, shoulders, arms and hands. First, we had an appointment for 5:00 p.m. and they made us wait 30 minutes which is understandable because they were busy with two other customers but they ended up cutting our massage short from 60 minutes to only 50 and instead of having us sit with our feet soaking and giving us our upper body massage they had us lay back with our feet hanging over the end soaking which was very uncomfortable. Second because we were laying down we did not get the normal upper body, neck / shoulder massage and instead got about 5 minutes of awkward maneuvering trying to reach and massage our neck which felt horrible. Also the woman who is giving me my massage decided she was going to chat with another co-worker that was cleaning up next to me. This was the worst visit Ive ever had to Jays foot spa and it was extra disappointing because I brought a friend with me and had raved about how great they are here but it has been about a year since Ive been there Prior to this last visit they used to be fantastic. My foot massage was mediocre but my friend said her foot massage was fantastic.

Staff is very friendly service is great! Very relaxing atmosphere and massage. Great pricing for all services offered. I asked for the deep massage and it was the best deep massage I’ve ever had. Will definitely return and will continue to refer others to J’s Foot Spa.

If I could rate higher I would. Js is a really great place. The staff is friendly and professional you leave feeling stress free and pain free. I would highly recommend this place. Its a small and quite place but well worth it, Ruby and YoYo are amazing!!! I look forward to returning.

Very enjoyable experience. For the foot massage we were in an open room with other people, however it was still very quiet and relaxing. You completely forget that other people are in there. The prices are very inexpensive and massage is very nice.

I visit family in FL a few times a yr & we always make the 40 min drive from VeroBeach to Js. Probably one of the best massage therapist I have been to .They are very professional & always get us in ,even at the last minute! THANK YOU Js Foot Spa Staff

Great massage by J himself. There are only two massage folks there so I recommend an appointment rather than just dropping in. I wanted strictly foot massaging but upon doing a little shoulder work right at the beginning, J urged me to have a combo massage instead and I am really glad he did. It cost more but it was worth it. Highly recommend.

Wonderful massages every time I got. Today John helped my forearms stubborn tension and muscle knots worked out very well, my arms feel a lot better. Loved. Highly recommended.

Ivy is fantastic! My experience was great! However, the front desk man gave a pedicure to a woman and was on the phone most of the time. He never apologized for his distraction.

Try it out, you won’t be disappointed. You will probably need an appointment because they bring in so many customers daily. The foot massages are so relaxing the only negative is that sometimes there is another patron snoring in the chair next to you!

Heaven.I have had headaches on and off for three days.I won’t take any medication so I thought I would try reflexology therapy.Within about 10 min into my 90 min... headache gone! I received a foot massage, hot stones, body massage, head and face massage.I have been to so many fancy expensive spas but nothing beats this place by far!This will be my second home.

Nancy gives a simply amazing deep tissue massage and understands where to hit your pressure points. She is good with compression and back walking as well. Also she suggested cupping, which I will be sure to try next time

Worst Massage Ever!!!. Came to get a massage and relax, and yet i got a obnoxious masseuse keep talking and laughing. And on top of that she kept stoping to pick up phone calls. Was not worth it at all. Never again.
