The staff were very helpful when I was there picking out a vape pen for my mom. They found something she loves based on my description of what she likes. My only dislike about them is the lack of choice on the juice mixture contents. The vapes are better priced there too. In the future Ill be buying my vapes from them but my juice from vape cove.

They sell knock off hardware. The coils cannot read proper oHms resistance, a tell tale sign of fake hardware. 0.2 oHm reads up to 0.5 depending on the package. Resulting in burnt/metallic vapor even IF you adjust the watts to accommodate for the variant. They’ll blame “the warehouse” when confronted with evidence. Do not waste your money. Avoid at all costs.

Have the best customer service all the workers now youre name from the first time you go in you are family

I was sold a defective device and brought it back the next morning. I explained what happened and the manager was rude and insulting. After everything i said I basically felt like I was being called a liar. I was not happy with the way I was treated. This replacement better work!

Nice chick helped me get a vape and some nicotine. Selection could be better, but otherwise a good place with knowledgeable staff.

They are always friendly and kind. As soon as you walk through the door they greet you and do their best to assist you as soon as possible. It’s a very welcoming environment.! Every other vape shop I’ve went to has never even come close to being as helpful and welcoming. Not to mention their store is always organized and in order. They put a lot of effort and thought into their store and I respect and admire it every time I enter it. Definitely would recommend this specific location to everyone.

We love going in here to get our vap juices, the staff is friendly and has a good amount of knowledge of there product. Just wish the prices werent so high now due to covid-19. We love the manager who takes really good care of the store and customers. Keep up the great work.

I used to frequent another shop on the north side of town and after a terrible experience there, I started coming here.Since I made the switch, I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service - the staff is very personable and helpful. The shop is clean and you can see they follow all of the applicable rules and regulations. Even though it’s a hassle, they ask to see ID with every transaction. They’re a beacon in the battle for vaping products, and their dedication to doing things the right thing the right way shows every time I visit.I’ve had some minor issues in the past with this location, but now when I visit, I never run into issues and I’m always leaving happy with my purchases.Keep up the good work to the owners, and this shop is definitely worth the business I bring.

Overpriced!!! A bottle of juice head is over $30 here. Save yourself some money smoker friendly offers the same exact product at half the price! I paid just over $18 for the same exact product. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

This store use to be so customer service oriented. Over time I have seen a slip in that so much I drive to the north side store to get good customer service. I love Vape Source but this particular establishment needs to retrain employees on how to serve customers.

Great place, I love their products and everything about the shop... except the personell sometimes. I feel as if they want you in then out and it can be rude at times.

They dont offer enough of other companies flavors which forces you into buying their own. DO NOT BUY GUMMY BEARS! It seriously tasted like cleaning supplies. I wonder if they even vape their own products because that was disgusting and disappointing. $17 down the drain. First bottle Ive ever thrown out. 🤢🤢🤮

Great place for all your vapor supplies, stopped by to check out their juice selection as I was from out of state. This store has some very friendly staff that greats you at the door. I was amazed at the juice selection they have, I picked up some Red Crunch Berries as i love to vape this flavor. The flavor was spot on, very tasteful, this is my all day vape, I know i will be ordering more as the staff was very helpful and very friendly, a great place too visit for all your vaping needs.

Went to abe couple vape stores looking for the right fit for me. Well, found it. Thanks to the gentleman at vapor source. They know their products. All of them. So finding what I needed within my budget was a simple process. They dont leave you with any questions. They show you how to do everything needed to get camping out the door. I got the innokin cool fire. Flipping fantastic. Im now currently at 18 hours without a single cigarette. I am/was a two pack a day smoker. Thanks vapor source. I will be back.

The new squares you have to step in is very offensive, it makes you feel like you are rabbied, very uncomfortable to me as a patron. There are other places that sell vape products and make you feel more welcome. Avoid them like they avoid you.
