Love this place, employees are awesome always friendly.. they always have good deals and sales.. they have a huge selection of vapes and cigarettes..

They will respond on Facebook? Which is strange... Because there is no way to get into the store. Heres a picture of the signs they have, as of today. They say their store is closed.It has been like this for a couple years now.

Great store, excellent customer service and prices. Staff is pleasant and very patient. Treated me very well and had no problem helping an old lady (me) get the vape products I need to keep from smoking! I am thankful you folks are there! Thanks for being so cool!

This place is great! Reasonable prices and nice staff. The other day I was having car problems and pulled off into their parking lot. One of the guys working came out and helped me! I wish I wouldve asked his name so I could mention him! Thanks again!

Great prices and friendly staff. Love stopping by here to for my Grizzly. Also the selection of puff bars are amazing. So many to choose from and great deals. A must, if you havent been here before. Located on river road.

This is my place been coming 2 yes. Always treated very respectfully, I am 71 and drive from Enumclaw, but you have been closed for awhile so have had to go else were. When are you reopening? Please let us know because it doesnt say anywhere... Want to come back......

Hey yall!! Well I was on Google and I was giving a bad review for a different company and decided to go ahead and hop on over here to give a good review for Big House tobacco. Ever since this place opened up I have been a repeat customer. Ive never had a bad experience here. I always find what I need and all of the different people that work here have always gone above and beyond to be helpful and also friendly. It is worth the drive down from my apartment just to come here even though there are places that are closer to me. Keep up the good work yall and thank you for your total awesomeness!!😊

Big House Tobacco is huge! Plenny of room for all and then some. Their selection is the largest Ive seen! Prices are reasonable! And the staff is always pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable with any questions I have. They havent let me down! And I appreciate the good service. A return customer!? 🤔Automatic! 😎

I have been a customer at Riverside for about six years now. This new place is SO awesome inside, if I was basing my review off of that alone it would be 5 stars. My issue is with some of the new staff. The old staff that has transferred over from Riverside are fantastic as usual but the new people, I cant say the same for. I have had three experiences now that have been less than pleasant. One time I pulled up in the drive thru and had a guy look up at me from his chair and finish watching something on his phone before he got up, it was about two minutes before he finished his video and came to the window. Also, not the biggest deal but any time I come in and there is someone from the old store working, they do the 5 hour energies 2/$5 and have told me they are supposed to be that price here too. Tonight I came in and there were two younger guys working. The guy that rang me up (the receipt said Eric) he was the white guy working out of the two that were there at around 6:15pm on Thursday night. So he rang me up and I asked him if he did the 5 hrs at 2/$5 he looked at a little list on the counter and told me he could do it at that price this time but that they arent that price. I told him that I come here daily and that Ive been told that they are 2/$5 they just dont have the stickers for the display. He said Ill do it this one time for you but you are are wrong in a condescending tone. So I paid and left and decided i was going to let someone know that their employees arent all on the same page.There is one new girl who works early in the morning, she is tiny, looks pretty young and Asian. She is a great addition to the staff! She is super sweet, smart and acts like she actually wants to be there. My favorite one of your employees (I feel so bad I dont know any of them by name because I feel like Ive gotten to know them over time!) she has red/burgundy hair is average height, white. SHE IS THE BEST! She always makes me smile, is so friendly and I always love when she is working.This is a crazy long review for a smoke shop but I know a lot of time and money was invested here and its a family owned establishment so I think you want the feedback so you can have the best customer experience with your investment. They are closed because the owner is in club fed (federal prison) on a money laundry and tax evasion scheme.. dont think it will be opening any time soon...greed will get you everytime!

They stole $20 from me!! I bought two vapes and then pulled up two feet to test them. One of them didn’t work so I went back around to return it and they told me it was my fault for not testing it in front of them and there’s nothing they could do. Very rude when talking with them and was told “that’s on you”. Very unprofessional and so frustrated that I got one vape for $40!!

Lets just say it is a good spot to by tobacco products. These guys have a variety of vape flavors for good price. They also have some other stuff that people with a natural outlook would like. Also the customer service is pretty good. If your in the area, go inside and see for yourself.

Worst service ever, even had the nerve to name call me whiney for trying to exchange a defective product without even leaving the premises. I spend $80 every week here on a carton of smokes. The 1 time I try to buy a $12.50 torch because their freebie carton lighters keep exploding, I get this rude, horrible, condescending service. My carton is the same price at both the smoke shops before and after this place. Big House Tobacco just lost a loyal repetitive customer!

Check your receipts people!!! I went through the drive up and used my debit card and another form of payment. As I was leaving the parking lot, I looked at the receipts and became aware I was charged double for a carton of smokes on my debit card. I went back through the drive up and told the women she overcharged me. She said she didnt realize it. I call BS because I was using two different forms of payment and told her how much to put on each one. There was also a man working there, could have been a manager, had to give me back the cash difference since it takes days to get it back into your account. Check your receipts!!!!

I had just driven around for hours trying to find a shop that had the disposable vape that I like , so i thought id call before driving there to ask ,and whoever answered the phone was super dismissive and told me I have to come to the store and look . Not helpful at all! I’ve been in customer service all my life and I would never treat a potential customer that way

Great staff. Friendly and got a free lighter with my purchase of smokes....Even thought I got matches! Prices are comparable. Great location.

Ok, if youre going to go salmon fishing, Id recommend to pay for the parking here. Yes it costs $10 and I know a lot of people dont like to pay for parking. But, its nice to know that this place is (hopefully) keeping an eye on our cars while were out fishing here on the Puyallup. And heres the reason why I do recommend paying to park here: theres been a rash of car break-ins around the Puyallup river during salmon fishing season and parking here at least provides some peace of mind. Id love to see the owners here add more security features to this area and advertise it as a safe option to park given the rampant crime thats become so prolific in the area. So this is the better than nothing than taking your chances option and I do hope the owners of this place sees this review. If they had even more enhanced security features here for parking, Id fish the Puyallup a lot more and theyd also make $10 from me more often ;)

Excellent prices on smokes..all brands.at about under for some unknows. I spend 43 to 48 dollars for a carton. Staff friendly. Open great hours.

Nice people great prices but they need to run their drive thru better. Sat at the window for 5 min, watching cars come and go from their parking lot, and nobody came to the window. Went to baby Zacks instead

No public restroom? This place is always hopping and has numerous events in the parking lots, I think they would pull more business if they had a restroom open to the public so people will stay longer.

Really nice employees but make sure you test your disposable vapes inside if they allow it. Mine was defective but I left before testing it and wasnt allowed to exchange it

Its more than a smoke shop its like a convenience store smoke shop vape shop all put together if you get a chance stop by drive-thrus open at this point from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Saturdays and Fridays open till 11 p.m. its worth stopping in and just checking it out youre always welcome kid friendly now selling two Puffs bars one free switch and Buzz bars $10 each or by either or 3 for $25 and now we they have Puffs Plus only $20 a piece thats 800 puffs stop by check this out

Incredible service! Building is cooled, wide selection of vape and tobacco products available (including discontinued products you cant find anywhere else), and quality customer service. This is my new go-to tobacco shop!

The front end team member was so kind and polite. She explained the difference in all the vape products so I could make and informed decision. Kudos.
