Do not go here for hard gel! They need some practice with shaping. Also when the nail tech put the stickers on he tried to file the bumps down and it just left a huge scratch on my nail. It just seems like the techs are a little inexperienced.

I had a fantastic experience at Luxe Nails & Lashes Bar! They did an amazing job fixing my broken nail, and the staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. I was also blown away by their beautiful nail designs. The attention to detail and creativity truly stood out. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for top-notch nail care and stunning designs. Ill definitely be coming back!

Bella has been doing my eyelash extensions for years now so I just had to follow her to her new salon, LUXE. She’s super sweet and does her best to make sure that you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. My lashes always come out perfect after every session!I highly recommend her to anyone looking to try eyelash extensions or looking for a new eyelash tech (:

I recently visited 7/3/24 and was initially captivated by its beautiful and unique style. However, my experience with the service was disappointing.When I arrived, the staff didnt ask what type of pedicure I wanted. Because I didnt opt for gel, I was automatically grouped into their regular pedicure category, priced at $37 for non-members. This pedicure didnt include foot scrubbing or lotion massage, which I found surprising! I didn’t find out until they said I was done.The nail technician did a great job removing my old gel and painting my toenails, but that was all. I was shocked when I realized the pedicure was complete at that point. When I spoke with management, I was offered a $5 credit and another $5 off for my next visit, which felt insulting.Additionally, I noticed a lack of basic hospitality. While other clients were offered drinks when they arrived, I was not. It wasn’t until about 30 minutes into my appointment that the nail tech offered me something. The chairs, though appearing comfortable, were actually quite uncomfortable. The massage function was very light, and the footrest was so narrow and skinny that it hurt to keep my foot there for long periods.When I brought up the issues of how my pedicure could not possibly be completed without any foot scrub or lotion with a quick massage, the manager argued that their regular pedicure does not include scrubbing. I explained that I have never experienced a pedicure without this basic service, but she was dismissive, only offering a robotic apology and same $5 discount(that’s an insult to me)Overall, the beautiful aesthetic of this place does not compensate for the poor service and lack of customer care. The management needs to improve communication and ensure a better experience for their clients. I wont be returning or recommending this salon to others. Dont be deceived by the cute style; their service needs significant improvement.

I had an amazing experience at Luxe Salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The ambiance was beautiful.My eyelash technician Bella was incredibly skilled and attentive. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions based on my preferences. Throughout the procedure, she was gentle.The end result exceeded my expectations! My lashes look natural yet glamorous, and the quality of the products used is evident. Ive received so many compliments since leaving the salon, and I couldnt be happier with how they turned out.Overall, Luxe Salon provided not only exceptional service but also a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for professional eyelash services. I will definitely be returning for future treatments!

As I walked into the salon I was greeted and was very amazed by how beautiful and fancy the nail tech Jim did such a wonderful job I fell asleep in the chair and made my feet so smoother and soft. I would recommend to place.

A new beauty shop has opened near my home. For me personally, trying out a new beauty shop is a challenge, but they did not disappoint me. They offer a variety of services. The interior decoration is exquisite, and the prices are very reasonable. There is no doubt that I will return again.

Luxe this spot is beautiful inside, it is so quiet and relaxing. I went in today with my daughter for a Gel-x fill and a pedicure. They currently have great specials due to the grand opening. They do lashes, messages, facial’s and nails everything has it’s spot the aesthetic is modern and clean. I was so relaxed, they offer you soda or sparkling water. Members can choose wine spirits or beer. Do not sleep on this spot it is the modern of convenience. Prices are average to other salons I visit, I actually paid more at other salons and left not loving my nails. This is definitely my new nail salon. It is an experience. Sandy did my nails.

I got my lashes done with Bella! She was so nice! We went over what I wanted before she started and they came out perfect! We be back for my refill.

Alice is very good at massage, their foot massage 10 minutes is only $13. They soak your feet and offer you drinks and steam eye mask. Love it! Definitely will be back!

This review is for the nail technician Sandy. She can’t even do the basics right. She did the overlay gel and it’s so uneven She cut my cuticles but so rough and I was bleeding. The store is cute and clean. They need to hire right people tho

I had a great first experience with bella for my lash extensions! She was very gentle throughout the entire process as well. I look forward to coming back!

Great service and very clean. I highly suggest making an appointment as there aren’t many technicians. The only down side and why I didn’t rate 5 star is they didn’t have massage chairs. But you can get a back or foot massage. Would definitely come back again.

This is my 2nd time coming here for a Lash Fill and the place itself is so relaxing, everyone is friendly and their quality of everything is so good too! Would definitely recommend! :)

Seagull is amazing at massages, he offers free 5 min massages to every customer. Hes very thorough and I fell asleep during my 30 min shoulder massage, highly recommend!

This is an amazing nail and eyelash salon, especially Jim, he is very professional and patient, and the lovely Bella, my eyelashes are done very perfectly, I love it here, the price is fair, the environment is clean and tidy, it is worth coming back
