After several years of monthly massage as part of my care routine, I was thrilled to transition to Renaes massage when she opened her practice! Renae is attentive to current known needs and the pains that are revealed in the massage. She adjusts pressure as needed and is easy to communicate with. She uses a variety of modalities with skill and smooth transitions. Renae and I have adjusted my frequency and length of massage to meet current needs. I am delighted with Renae as my massage therapist and continue with at least monthly massage.

Having visited a variety of massage therapists over the past 10 years, I am glad to have been able to visit Renae over the last year. It is nice to have someone that is aware of past issues and to keep that in mind each time. Her location is convenient and easily accessible. Her appointments are punctual and you are able to schedule on a regular basis and that is appreciated! I enjoy having a regular massage therapist and not having to visit a different one each month because schedules are full or they just have low availability.Renae is a regular part of my treatment plan to feel great.

The space Renae has created is beautiful. I have been trying different massage therapists for the last 15 years and I have found my favorite. I had terrible sciatic pain down booths legs, I had an hour long message with hot stones the next day the pain was gone. I dont like deep tissue messages and she was very careful about pressure which helped me relax for optimal results. She has a gift. It was awesome!!!

I had a lot of upper back pain caused by breast-feeding, and my recent pregnancy. Renae listened to my problems and used a few techniques (including cupping) and I’m pleased to say that my pain is gone.
