This is a great smoke shop they offer the lowest prices in the area that Ive found on my favorite brand of cigarettes. They also offer a huge selection of cigars,cigarillos and glassware. Plus everyone that works there is very nice.

I thought this was a good smoke shop until I tried calling yesterday evening to make sure they would be open today and NOBODY answered the phone, so I drove down there today and I sat there waiting for a half hour or longer while I watched other customers as well have to walk away unhappy. To me this is completely unacceptable and beyond poor business running skills. If you say something you should stand behind it, not lie and then have your loyal customers waste there time/gas to travel to your location just to have to turn right around and go somewhere else

I like visiting this particular Tobacco & More store. The employees are very helpful, and willing to go the extra distance to ensure your buying needs are met, helpful assistance to you in making very informed choices (info. On vape/vape products, brands,usage etc.), as well as assistive in helping you finding and getting whatever tobacco and related products you are seeking, & products that would be price range particular. Vert friendly, confortable store atmosphere.

Decides when they wanna be open even during business hours. Signs are on and say open but been here since 9:10 am and their doors have been lock tried calling along with another customer and we didn’t get an answer or anything voice mail is to full to even leave them a message

I’ve been in the Westwood store twice both times I came in for Naked 12 mg vape juice both times the sales person knew nothing about the products this last time I asked the sales girl 3 times if the jiuce was 12 mg because I couldn’t see the numbers on the bottle and she said 3 times” yes” I paid and left for my home in mount Shasta when I got home I looked with my glasses and saw it was 3 mg I’m a advise vaper and buy juice weekly I won’t be coming back to this shop again hopefully they get experienced salespeople or train way better now I’m out of the cost for vape juice that I won’t use and have to travel back to Redding to get the 12 mg that I need

Used to come here alot but theyre closed alot so not so much anymore. Ive found them a bit more expensive than the other smoke shops for my brand.

Very friendly service. Convenient parking and a large selection of tobacco products. There other options include pipes, smoking accessories, lighters, art.

The staff (mostly a young blond woman) are courteous to customers, however they seem to know little about products.

Friendly staff, Very clean and maintained , To grab Your cigarets , pipes, posters ,tobacco. And some other neat stuff you just look around🌬🌊

Ive been waiting for35 min for them to open I looked online says open at eight its now 8:40 Ive seen 2025 customers pull up and leave.wheres the staff????
