I cant believe what had happened I wanted to get a relaxing massage on this beautiful day. I found out that after I gave $60 for the hour. The woman Angela who came over wasnt apparently pleased as well as the masseuse Sophia about the $15 tip. Sorry thats a good tip and I dont need a employee tell me that her and Sophia wanted $40 ? Omg you have a nerve to imply that I should give you what you think is normal. Sorry it doesnt work that way I,m a customer I can give with inflation what I generously can afford. If I could give 0 stars I would. Take my advice if you want to spend your money consider a Classy Respectful Business that conducts themselves with Proper Etiquette. If the owner checks out Google my money I spent $75 altogether for a full refund would be grateful and the normal way to conduct a business. Its strange last week I got my first one there by Angela and I gave her the same tip no reply this week upset and raised her voice while a customer was even getting a massage not at all the right conduct for a relaxing business. I also noticed the owner acknowledges the positive reviews but not a negative omg. Constructive criticism is good for a business.

Came in without an appointment last Tuesday paid for one hour. It’s got busy and was cut short to 40 min. I was told that upon my next visit they would honor the 20 min I paid for before hand. Long story short they didn’t honor the 20 min even when the lady said she remembered. I have nothing negative to say about the the massage it was great. It’s not about the money it’s about doing the right thing because now I’ll will be taking my business elsewhere .

The lady pretended to not speak English when I told her Id leave a tip at the end and kept trying to force me to sign my receipt, when I told her I wasnt going to sign it until the tip section was filled out ( so they couldnt take it and pit whatever they wanted in there when I left) so I said fine and left a 10 dollar tip and she got mad at me amd asked me what I was doing, suddenly she can speak English. She gave me a massage that wasnt bad if Im honest, but she cut the 1 hour session short to 45 minutes, I know because I wore a watch and then she just ran out of the room.

Excellent massage. friendly and professional. will definitely go again.
