I love this place. They have great prices on juice. the flavors are well mixed. the cashiers are very helpful and friendly.They even have 5 star rewards which is really handy if you purchase a lot from them.if you are buying juice its a good deal. the mods are kind of expensive

I have been going here for almost a year now. Great inventory, lots of different options to fit your needs. I went a purchased an atomizer. The specific one I needed was 0.27 ohms. The lady persists on the 0.2 ohm. I kept saying that I need the 0.27 ohm. Turns out she gave me the one I didnt want. Since I didnt need to replace my current coil until yesterday I didnt know the huge difference those two coils make. My battery was drained within an hour. Couldnt taste the juice. Then I called and asked about a replacement one since they deliberately gave me the one I did not want. They said to come in and they would give me a discount on the right coil. I go in and they said no discount because it was a week ago. Yeah coils arent that expensive, but its the principle. I wont be going back here

I used to enjoy coming to the shop to buy my favorite flavored juice. Recently, I came by on two occasions and there was another manager. She greeted me but was not genuinely friendly. Both times she did not even have a smile on her face. The first time I came by I needed to purchase another Aspire product. I asked for advice and she said “I don’t use that brand”. I asked about two colors I was considering which she like the best? She did not provide an answer to a simple question. I do know it’s my choice but I just wanted another women thoughts. On the second visit I mentioned my vape recently purchased the juice holder part had some defects that made me worry it might leak. She ‘a matter of factly’ tone of voice answer “when I sold it to you it did not look like that”. No problem okay I too did not see anything. I shared that maybe for this type of product she may want to spin the glass part as maybe when juice is added it turned and the glass part not showing had the defect. She was not interested. She WAS genuinely not a nice person. Customer service is the #1 reason people return to any establishment. If it wasn’t for my specific flavor of juice I would choose another vape shop to go to. I hope the owners read this post as I have come to that shop longer than she has worked there. Either way, that is all I have to say about that.

Is the best place to go to get juice. Page has the largest inventory of juices that Ive seen and their prices are great. Page also has juices that other places dont carry . Having the 5 Star card has been great when you buy enough and you get enough points you earn free bottles of juice which is awesome. Cant beat the friendly service and they are the most knowledgeable that I have met. Only place Ill ever go

Ihave been a customer for over 8 months, the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and really helped me become comfortable with my first vaping experience.I am 3 wks cigarette free,and the 1st viper I bought months ago did satisfy my craving. I went in today and was helped by Tristyn. HE WAS AWESOME!!! I was even abit short on my new vaper AND HE CHIPPED IN THE REST!!! Who does that level of kindness and customer service anymore?? Great juice, friendly staff (including the dog) ,and a good selection even if its not the largest Ive seen. Most importantly the manager whos name I forget ,she was very knowledgeable And I saw her help several people with quick informative answers. Defiantly check it out Im glad I did when I stopped into town passing by. I WILL BE BACK !

Great store for vape and supplies and mods. Paige has some of the best customer service skills there are. Always a pleasure to shop when she is working.

The only juice I can use happily. Tastes very good, everything else seems to taste way sugary. Sadly the EnV shop in Olympia closed, so I drive to Renton to pick up due to how great it is.

I am here to spend my money on juice and the lady first thing tell me is you need to leave since i have my daughter with me. I dodnt bring my 4 year old daughter to bape with me is just I wont leave my daughter alone in the car to bad they lose the $50 dls plus I normally spend on juice and coils, oh well

This is my go to place. The guys there are like family and the five star is great for when you are a juice hoarder like me. And even if some things are a little expensive it just means its better quality!
